Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The hotel was small and basic but exactly what we needed. The price was most competitive and the room was more than adequate for our needs. The air conditioning was excellent and very quiet in our room overnight. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. Staff were most helpful, for example, providing additional towels to allow us to shower in a friends room prior to departure.
There was a lot of noise outside our room early on our last morning due to road resurfacing work. We should have been warned about this by the hotel.

La camera era orribile venduta come una suite superior ma tenuta malissimo.molto sporca e rovinata senza un minimo di pulizia e manutenzione.letto scomodo e cuscini scomodissimi. La vasca idromassaggio era sporca e aveva delle mattonelle staccate. La finestra piena di sporcizia e il muro con la muffa tralaltro molto pericoloso da respirare. Un incubo pagato anche molto.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir sind wegen des verspäteten Flugs erst um Mitternacht gekommen und eigentlich war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Man hat uns aber wunderbar weitergeholfen, so dass wir problemlos einchecken konnten. Die Beschäftigten sind extrem nett und hilfreich. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus kommt man zu Fuß in die Altstadt aber auch in den Giardini Margherita. Es gibt auch direkt einen Supermarkt neben dem Hotel.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Ausstattung ist bis hin zu den kleinen Dingen sehr liebevoll und kreativ. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist extrem charmant und der Aufenthaltsraum hat ganz viel Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer ist sehr großzügig und geräumig gestaltet. Gesamteindruck: einfach zum Niederknien schön! Schon allein wegen des vorzüglichen, bemerkenswerten Hotels lohnt es sich, wieder nach Bologna zu kommen.

Wir haben die Deluxe Suite gebucht und hier muss ich sagen, dass die Bilder nicht das wiedergeben, was man vor Ort bekommt. Für diesen Preis hätte man einfach ein normales Zimmer buchen können. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hier eher mau.

Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata la grande attenzione al cliente: il personale è stato sempre molto cortese, assicurandosi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento fin dal momento dell'arrivo. Ottimo anche il servizio durante la colazione. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, tuttavia segnalo alcuni aspetti che potrebbero migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti. La camera avrebbe bisogno di alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione: le poltrone presentano segni di usura sulla superficie e in bagno sono presenti alcuni punti in cui la pittura si è sollevata. Inoltre, suggerirei l'inserimento di un minibar in camera; durante il periodo estivo, avere a disposizione acqua fresca a un prezzo accessibile sarebbe un valore aggiunto molto apprezzato.

Trochę duszno na korytarzu ale rozumiem, że budynek klasztoru był przystosowany więc nie wszędzie wentylacja jest skuteczna. Pierwsze chwile czuć specyficzny zapach w recepcji. Ale Wenecja, Genua też mają problemy z zapachem wilgoci. Potem nie przeszkadzało i nie było wyczuwalne

Nachts war es sehr laut, obwohl das Hotel an einer Seitenstraße liegt. Die 4 Sterne sind wegen fehlendem Spa und nicht richtig funktionierendem Fahrstuhl ungerechtfertigt. In der Folge ist auch der Preis mit über 2.500 € für 4 Nächte und 2 Zimmern sehr überzogen.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026C’est un ancien couvent. La chambre est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. L’hôtel est accessible à pied du centre ville et les arrêts de bus sont proches. Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel.
Cette année nous avons fait 4 villes et à chaque fois dans des 4 étoiles. Cet hôtel n’est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles c’est le plus cher de notre séjour d’une semaine pourtant. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le nombre de chambres restreints limite la variété, j’ai mangé trois fois pareil.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to the city centre. I especially enjoyed its charm as a converted convent and the excellent service.
The air conditioning was not up to standard.

The fridge did not work without offer to remedy and the air-conditioning was inadequate making it very hot sleeping on the mezzanine. Apart from one staff member on reception and the lovely breakfast time, we found the others to be surely and unhelpful. The plumbing needs serious attention ion both in the rooms and in the disabled lavatory in the reception area.

Das Hotel wirbt mit „Highspeed Internet“. Das WLAN / WiFi war echt schwach (schlechte Datenübermittlung, instabile Verbindung, langsam). Der Lift im Hotel ist eine echte Zumutung (sehr langsam, Liftknopf muss dauernd gedrückt werden, heiss und stickig). Die Möglichkeit zwischen den Stockwerken stecken zu bleiben ist gross. Wir haben nach einer Fahrt immer die Treppe genommen.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Personnel, extrêmement gentil, petit déjeuner médiocre Propreté, limite TAXI réservé à trois reprises pour un trajet à l’aéroport à 5h du matin, 5h absence de TAXI pour aller à l’aéroport🥶🥶🥶 Par chance, UBER a très bien FONCTIONNÉ. SINON NOUS PERDIONS L’AVION.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Posizione ottima per visitare il centro, che abbiamo raggiunto in 10 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio per una serata al teatro Duse, a due passi dalla struttura. Il quartiere è vivace e offre la possibilità di trovare alternative per una cena o aperitivo senza allontanarsi molto. Hotel curato, pulito e accogliente. Stanza molto spaziosa. Colazione varia a buffet dolce e salato con la possibilità di richiedere ulteriori opzioni allo staff. Personale gentilissimo.
Camera un po' rumorosa nelle ore notturne per via del traffico e dei localini nelle vicinanze.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Bizi karşılayan genç beyefendi çok nazik, güler yüzlüydü. Sabah kahvaltısı çeşitliydi. Makuldu. Tatlılar ve serviste bulunan genç arkadaş sempatikti. Yastıklar ve banyodaki şampuan iyiydi. Check-out da bize yardımcı olab yaşca büyük beyefendi de yardımcıydı. Taksi çağırmamıza yardımcı oldu. Personel genel olarak iyi diyebilirim.
Temizlik. Odadaki eski yırtık derili koltuklar. Çok tozlu bir odaydı. Halıdan tozları görebiliyordum. Perdeler tozluydu.

Reviewed May 10, 2026La struttura bellissima, ben rifinita con dettagli mai lasciati al caso. L’incontro tra antico e tradizione e moderno rendono l’ambiente unico e di grande stile. Colazione eccezionale l, ricca e curata tra salato e dolce. Cibo di qualità e ricercato. Staff gentile e preparato. Camera molto carina e pulitissima. Posizione della struttura eccezionale
C’è un problema: il parcheggio. Quello consigliato dalla struttura non si trova libero e il silos è molto caro ma la domenica è gratuito.
