Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wir hatten ein großes Bad und eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen, es gab sogar vegane Alternativen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem ist das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar und ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und eine Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen, het personeel is heel attent en het ontbijt was ook helemaal goed.

Allereerst bleek bij aankomst dat de ons toegewezen parkeergarage op ca. 6 minuten lopen van het hotel lag. En dan 35 euro per dag vragen. Verder ziet het dakterras er uitnodigend uit maar dat is alleen als je dus minimaal 2 cocktails aanschaft van 15 euro per stuk. We zaten met z'n tweeen en wilden ieder een biertje bestellen maar dat werd dus afgeraden want een biertje kost 8 euro en dan is het jammer als er 2 x 15 in rekening wordt gebracht. Nadat we weigerden kon het ineens wel maar daar hadden we geen zin meer in. Op een paar minuten lopen is een supermarkt en daar hebben we wijn en bier gehaald en zijn wij op ons, overige fraaie balkon, van kamer 333 gaan zitten. Die kamer (Gold Room meen ik) die trouwens best wel klein uitgevallen is zeker gezien de kamerprijs. Zoals gezegd, wel aardig personeel maar dat dakterras beleid is voor verbetering vatbaar. Ik zou bij een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is in a great location, minutes from the heart of the city, and is extemely clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good, but the two stand-out highlights are the stunning roof terrace where you can enjoy an aperitivo in the early evening, and - most importantly - the staff, who were all so friendly and provided exceptional service throughout. Grazie mille.

Lady at the reception was very nice. It’s a great location you can walk to the main streets by foot. Rooms are quiet and the air conditioning is working very well.

Breakfast was disappointing ; the eggs and sausages were cold, there were little fresh options, only a couple of fruit and vegetables. Pastries were fresh and nice and little jams in cute jars were nice. Room was ok but had some little uncleanliness and weird smell.

Overall the stay was lovely, the breakfast was superb, the hotel was quiet and brilliantly located.

The reception staff advised that no other restaurants were open that night, when we went for a walk all the restaurantes were open for business. My advise, just be honest.

Sehr gut gelegenes, nicht zu großes, scheinbar frisch renoviertes Hotel mit süßen Plätzen in kleinen Innenhöfen und einer tollen Dachterrasse, wenn man einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang in Bologna erleben möchte. Das Zimmer ist verhältnismäßig großzügig gewesen und das Bad modern mit großer begehbarer, sauberer Dusche. Der Frühstücksraum ist zwar im Untergeschoss, aber der Gewölbekeller ist nicht muffig, sondern mit modernen Bildern und blauen Sesseln sehr gemütlich, so dass man nicht merkt, dass man hier im Keller sitzt, zumal das Buffet sehr groß ist und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei hat: von gesunden Leinsamen-Yoghurts mit frischen Früchten wie Melonensorten über Croissants in allen möglichen Sorten in Bäckereiqualität bis hin zu verschiedenen Kuchen. Der Kaffee ist ok, der Saft ebenfalls, es ist nicht das manchmal übliche Zuckerwasser, weshalb wir positiv überrascht waren bzgl Qualität und Quantität.

Auf hohem Niveau gemeckert könnte man anführen, dass der Ausblick zumindest aus unserem Zimmer und vermutlich vielen ernüchternd war und das Bad innenliegend ist, was zu einer recht lauten Lüftung führt. Aber das ist für uns beides nicht schlimm gewesen. Persönlich hätten wir uns über ein gratis stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer gefreut, das in manchen Hotels zum Standard gehört, da man das Leitungswasser nicht trinken kann. Es gab aber eine Minibar, in der man Wasser kaufen konnte. Und es gibt sehr nah Supermärkte, in denen man Wasser kaufen kann.

Nothing - although would have liked them to have made us aware that we had to spend a minimum of 15euros each to have a drink on the roof terrace as it turned out to be a very expensive beer and we could have two for the price!

The location was convenient for exploring central Bologna, and the communication with the hotel staff was polite.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After arriving in Bologna, the area and overall atmosphere were not what we expected, and we decided not to continue our stay as planned. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation, asking whether they could offer even a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. The request was refused because the reservation was non-refundable. I understand the booking conditions, but considering that we did not make use of the full stay, I had hoped the hotel would show some flexibility. This left us disappointed with the overall experience.

El trato del personal fue excelente. Muy atentos en todo momento, La ubicación està muy bien, cerca del centro histórico y todo lo que se necesita visitar. Las habitaciones son completament insonorizadas, tanto que pensábamos que estábamos solos. Hay muy poco turismo en Agosto en Bolonya. Pero a la hora del desayuno comprobamos que había más clientes. Por cierto, un desayuno completo con todo lo necesario para cargar energías para recorrer Bolonya en profundidad. Se agradece el pàrquing, aunque sea de pago, no és caro.

Todo correcto. Podría ser un poco mas económico pero está dentro de la media que hemos pagado en nuestro viaje por Italia. Al menos, este cumple las espectativas.

The staff made me feel like we were all family they knew me by name took interest in my trip activities and provided wonderful suggestions. I’ll miss them the most.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, upon arriving to hotel lobby with our son in a stroller, plus multiple bags. We were told our suite was actually down the street and we would need to walk. To which one hotel attendee helped do so. When we finally reached the “suite” it was actually a residential building with no elevator. That evening when we arrived from dinner the interior of the apartment was extremely dark, no lights, imagine carrying a toddler and stroller in these conditions. Very difficult!! It was over a 24 hour travel day, and we did not realize that the suite only had one bedroom and the other door was locked. We had paid for a 2 bedroom, we walked to the hotel. And they said while we had booked a 2 bedroom because it was only 2 adults and a child. They would need to charge us to open the door. After back and back forth discussion, around how it’s false advertisement to say it’s a 2 bedroom but only have one room available. The front desk staff, said they would talk to management and get back to us. Once we arrived back, the door was now open. Not the best experience overall but glad they at least honored and opened the door 2 days into our trip.

Das Hotel Touring in Bologna ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und ruhig, die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist beeindruckend, Frühstück, Bar und Rooftop-Bar suchen Ihresgleichen, Parken konnten wir in einer abgeschlossenen Garage, es gibt einen Lesesaal und einen romantischen Innenhof. Aber das Beste im Hotel Touring ist das Personal: immer freundlich und hilfsbereit - egal mit welchem Wunsch man sich an die Mitarbeitenden wendet. Wir waren acht Nächte zu Gast und sind nur sehr ungern abgereist. Vielen Dank!!

Ne pas pouvoir plus facilement profiter de la terrasse panoramique, sans devoir payer une consommation. Ne pas pouvoir récupérer plus rapidement nos cartes d’identité pour le check-in, ce qui nous a beaucoup « surpris ».

He estado tres noches y me ha gustado todo. En especial la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal que está atendiendo en la recepción, en especial Marta sin desmerecer a los demás compañeros. Las instalaciones son estupendas, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, el desayuno es amplio y variado (tiene también alimentos sin gluten), la ubicación perfecta para moverte por el casco antiguo de la ciudad, y la terraza es un extra maravilloso donde descansar y disfrutar de estupendas vistas de Bolonia.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της Μπολόνια, Σε ήσυχο δρόμο με αρκετά μεγάλα δωμάτια, Το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, Είχαμε ένα πρόβλημα με το νιπτήρα, ζήτημα που αποκαταστάθηκε άμεσα μόλις ενημερώσαμε. Η ταράτσα του ξενοδοχείο λειτουργεί ως roof garden, ιδιαίτερα βολικό μετά από μία κουραστική μέρα στην πόλη και η θέα του είναι εκπληκτικό.

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο - χωρίς ωστόσο να λείπει τίποτα..

Super family run hotel in great location. Welcoming front of house staff. Room and hotel were super clean, and housekeeping do a fab job. Our room had a Juliet balcony and was more than spacious for our needs. Rooftop area was lovely with excellent vistas over the city and surrounding countryside. Quiet location and able to sleep well with both windows open and no AC required! Breakfast was good if a little repetitive, but this is the same for most hotel breakfasts at this price point. Quite a few casual bars around the corner, which were all welcoming and relaxed.

Our Arts Society group stayed at Hotel Touring in the heart of Bologna for five nights in May, and our experience was outstanding. The hotel played a significant part in making our holiday such a success. Everyone in our group was delighted with the hotel. We loved the warm atmosphere, stylish décor, and welcoming ambiance throughout. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and maintained to a very high standard. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a great selection to suit all tastes, and the rooftop bar was a particular highlight, providing a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring Bologna and the surrounding area. The location is superb—within easy walking distance of many of Bologna’s main attractions, making it the perfect base for sightseeing. What really set the hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Touring to anyone visiting Bologna and would happily stay there again.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Bologna. The staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. The breakfast is good with a great selection. The room we went for was urban and was a good enough size however not enough storage for our clothes. - This a pet hate as many hotels do not provide drawers for putting clothes into. Consequently we stacked our shorts & trousers on the chairs provided. - The hotel was perfect except for the bed which was overwhelming uncomfortable. We stayed 3 nights, it was too long to be that uncomfortable. We thought it was a great shame as everything else was perfect
