El gimnasio está muy poco cuidado. Es pequeño pero eso no justifica que no pueda estar mejor mantenido. Las cosas mezcladas, una tabla rota... no daba muy buena impresión.

Proximity to the beach , the restaurant and the lovely staff who were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The pool area was a bit overgrown blocking out the sunshine but it was nice and towels were provided.

El desayuno se sirve en el restaurant vecino al hotel, es regular, y el lugar sucio y mal atendido.

La habitación triple con vistas al mar es muy amplia y limpia. El personal es muy amable. Para una estancia tranquila en primera linea de playa con servicios de hamacas y parasoles de alquiler. El jardín donde está la piscina es un rincón ideal para desconectar y relajarse.

We spent August 3 to August 10 at URH Playa Sitges. Breakfasts were good, Alex at reception was so kind and helpful! Alex, the restaurant manager, was an exceptional host, and the food was great... especially Mediterranean Salmon salad! I did think though the restaurant had far to few waiters... saw a number of patrons leave before being seated. Gabriel, the barman, was so helpful too... no pool service so he helped carry to the pool even though he was being bombarded with orders. Pity such a busy place has too few waitrons!

Our room, 307, often smelt of sewer from the bathroom pipes! But we only slept there, with bathroom door closed. Sitges keeps one busy during the day.

A lovely location on the beach, bright pleasant rooms and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast and check-out times were good. Having breakfast sitting on the seafront was a great start to the day. The pool is also very nice.

For some reason it was impossible to shower without the water spilling all over the floor. The "gym" is very basic to the point of not being worth using for anything other than using the treadmill /bike.

The proximity to the beach. Close to Old Town too; just a bit challenging for someone with mobility issue.

I saw the cleaning lady used the towel (not the shower rug) to wipe the toilet seats. At the hotel restaurant; the food has been served but the server took 10mins to bring the utensils and another 5 for the napkins. It could be considered minor but should be the first to be set up on the table.

The floors are tile and there is a constant sound of scraping in the hotels , it’s was outrageous , I’ve never stayed in a place with as little sound proofing between rooms. They need to consider putting some soft furnishings under the furniture.

Das Hotel ist völlig überteuert und keine vier Sterne wert. Einfachste kleine Zimmer, kleines Bad mit Plastikbecken und Schwarzschimmel in den Fugen der Dusche (wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mit Silikon unprofessionell überschmiert), hellhörig, Klimaanlage geht nur auf Höchststufe und rauscht mit 65 dB, so dass man nachts nicht gut schläft, ohne Klimaanlage von der Hitze her unerträglich, WLAN sehr schwach, im TV kein einziger deutscher Sender (nur RTL Österreich), schmuckloser nüchterner, einfacher Empfang/Rezeption, keine Strandhandtücher, durch die Ritzen der Zimmertür scheint nachts das Flurlicht derart hinein, dass man das Zimmer zum Schlafen nicht dunkel bekommt und und und …und alles für über 300 € pro Nacht! Das ist bei allen Preissteigerungen heutzutage dennoch Wucher und Abzocke. Beim Auschecken keine Frage wie es gefallen hat, kein Bitte oder Danke, unfreundlich und arrogant. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewirtschaftet. Für mal 2 Tage machbar unter einfachsten Ansprüchen aber nicht feinen ganzen Urlaub zu empfehlen.

El ambiente no es para ir en familia con niños o adolescentes. En la piscina no podían jugar porque el resto de personas alojadas se quejaban del poco ruido que hacían. No volvería con familia. El gimnasio muy pequeño, solo una habitacion pequeña y el aparato principal estaba estropeado.

had to keep asking for things to be re filled at breakfast, and then told it was too late but you'd been waiting for a while for them to be filled. the manager though did offer the one guy in our party a breakfast which was amazing and very welcomed. the food was fab though.

L hotel est tres agreable et bien situe

Beliggenheten var fantastisk, like ved stranden. Personalet i resepsjonen var hjelpsomme og hyggelige, og stuepiken holdt rommet vårt rent og pent.

Frokostbuffén var til tider mangelfull. Det tok noen ganger lang tid før maten ble fylt på. Og appelsinjuicen var et kapittel for seg selv. Hver eneste dag måtte vi stå og vente på at den vesle muggen med appelsinjuice skulle fylles på, da tilsynelatende alle ønsket seg denne drikken. (Svært få er interessert i ananas og ferskenjuice, som sto i like store mugger, og aldri var tomme). Den nest siste dagen spurte vi etter appelsinjuice, men fikk beskjed om at det var tomt. Greit nok, sånt kan skje - men det hele ble hakket mer irriterende da vi dagen etter fikk beskjed om at de FORTSATT var tom. Dette var to hverdager, så det ville vært enkelt å handle inn mer, for å gjøre frokosten komplett. Så, vårt enkle råd til hotellet: skaff en langt større beholder til appelsinjuicen, og sørg for at dere ikke går tom. En frokostbuffé er ikke det samme uten!

Situació immillorable. L'habitació molt bé.

L'esmorzar es servia a una cafeteria a sota de l'hotel. El lloc va ser molt decebedor: brut, desordenat (ple de caixes, eines... al mig del pas), el personal no estava gens pels clients, poques ganes d'ajudar i cap cura quan s'acabava un producte o fins i tot aspecte d'higiene relacionats amb l'exposició del menjar. Feia una mica de fàtig. L'aparcament de l'hotel és terrible. L'accés és molt estret, s'ha de fer moltes maniobres per poder accedir-hi.

Location perfect, directly opposite Sant Sebastia Beach, even balcony rooms overlooking the beach, although these rooms also have bars directly underneath that are busy and open late. Breakfast is served buffet style in collaboration with the restaurant underneath the hotel. Again, perfectly tranquil and sunny first thing in the morning overlooking the beach, a perfect breakfast spot. (Watch out for the pigeons on your plate however!)

The hotel is 'Dog Friendly' which is great if travelling with your pooch, however we had to move rooms to a higher floor just one hour after arriving and already unpacking everything as somebody had gone out for the day and left a small happy dog in their room alone that was constantly barking!

Staff & rooms are great!

The pool area is bad. The water is constantly full of insects and dirt. The pool area has so much potential that is not being used at all! No order, just random sunbeds and chairs, looks like abandoned. This was such a disapointment. At the end, we are booking these destinations in summer for taking a cool swim and chilling around the pool. Right? 😁

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Only 3 stories high /50 bedrooms. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, TV, fridge, safe, tea & coffee making facility. Sir conditioning. Small balcony with either side sea view or of pool. Large bathroom with walki in shower. Quiet and peaceful with an oasis tropical garden swimming pool with sun beds and seating. Small gym. Adjacent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks all day and evening open 7 days,a week. Good choices, good food relatively expensive (like all of Sitges), but worth it.

I liked everything. Location, staff, interior. Thanks for the early check-in, it was wonderful after a long flight. The renovation may not be fresh, but it doesn't spoil the impression. Thank you for a comfortable stay at the hotel🫶

The staff were amazing on reception as were the cleaners. No dining room but it was great to join the attached bar/ restaurant and enjoy a really diverse and plentiful buffet sitting with guests and customers watching promenade passers by and the beach and sea of course . Really clean rooms and comfortable beds . Pool area good with shady areas for those that needed to get out of the sun . Perfect location right on the prom with beach a stones throw away .. only cars were deliveries so peaceful.

This is our second stay, and it certainly wont be our last, This time we booked a sea view room and the views absolutely did not disappoint, waking up and sipping tea on the balcony to the stunning beachfront every morning was a real highlight. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well maintained

J avais réservé il y a 2 mois sur booking et la veille de mon arrivée le prix avait baissé de 40 e. L hôtel n a pas. L hôtel n a pas voulu en tenir compte ni faire cadeau du parking par example. Aussi ils ne donnent plus les serviettes de plage comme l an passé. Réservées seulement à la piscine. Enfin le personnel - exceptée une jeune femme - n était pas souriant ni attentionné comme l an passé. Décevant et dommage. Aussi la chambre était un peu abîmée. Notamment la salle de bain. Qui aurait besoin d un coup de peinture.

me dijeron que habia garage y cuando llege me dijeron que no entraria el coche tube que aparcar en un parkin de otro hotel una buena pateada la habitacion que pague mas vistas al mar lateral no podias abrir la cortina porque habia gente en el balcon de enfrente no tenia niguna intimidad .

歧视外国游客！！歧视女性！！！欺诈消费者，威胁恐吓，强行我在此投诉该酒店以及booking平台，包括：威胁恐吓欺诈消费者、误导消费者、言语威胁、涉嫌歧视外国女性旅客，以及在深夜强制驱逐已付款住客等行为。此次经历已对我的身心造成极大压力与伤害。 首先，酒店前台两位工作人员在整个沟通过程中态度极其恶劣，存在明显的敌意和不尊重行为。作为一名独自旅行的中国女性旅客，我在合理沟通住宿问题时，并未获得任何应有的帮助，反而遭到对方训斥、恐吓与驱赶。工作人员并未尝试解决问题，而是不断升级矛盾。 其次，我在入住前约20天，已通过平台留言明确提出希望安排安静房间。如酒店无法满足，完全可以提前回复说明。尤其目前并非旅游旺季，我本有充足时间重新选择其他酒店。然而酒店始终未作任何回应，直到我抵达后才表示“没有其他房间可安排”，导致我陷入被动局面。 更严重的是，入住时前台工作人员以“帮我升级两晚房型、避免换房”为由进行说明，但事后我发现第二晚房间价格实际上比第一晚低约60欧元。也就是说，对方所谓的“升级”并不成立，反而存在误导消费者及不透明收费的问题。当我对此提出疑问时，该工作人员情绪明显激动，不仅拒绝正面解释，还以讽刺语气反问我“是否做过酒店行业”，并不断强调他们系统有多复杂，完全没有服务。强行要我接受他的不合理抢钱行为？ 此外，另一位年长男性工作人员几乎无法正常使用英语沟通，却始终以极其蛮横、不耐烦的态度对待我，甚至以训斥口吻与我讲话。这种行为令人震惊，也完全不符合现代酒店行业的基本职业标准。 最令人无法接受的是，在当晚深夜约凌晨10点左右，我被酒店强行要求离开。期间前台甚至向警方错误表示“我未支付11日晚房费，因此不能继续入住”。但事实上，我的订单早已完成付款。酒店方面在未妥善处理订单、未提供正式书面说明、也未完成退款的情况下，仅以驱逐客人为目的处理此事。 我被迫在深夜临时寻找新的住宿地点，不仅额外承担高昂房费，也在长时间奔波后承受了极大精神压力与安全焦虑。整个过程中，酒店工作人员始终缺乏最基本的同理心与职业素养。更令人不适的是，在警方将我带离现场时，我甚至拍摄到前台人员露出嘲笑与得意神情。 我强烈要求平台及酒店管理层： 1. 调取并核查酒店前台监控录像，全面调查事件全过程； 2. 对相关工作人员的不当行为、误导消费者及涉嫌歧视问题进行正式处理； 3. 对本人因此产生的额外住宿费用、精神损害及不合理收费给予合理赔偿； 4. 尽快明确订单状态并完成应有退款； 5. 重新审核该酒店在平台上的评分及运营资格，避免更多消费者遭遇类似情况。 此次事件是我人生中第一次遭遇深夜被酒店强制驱逐的情况。作为消费者，我完全无法接受一家正规平台上的酒店以如此方式对待已经付款入住的客人。我希望平台能够认真处理，而不是纵容此类行为继续发生。

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at the hotel. What happened was not simply poor service — it involved discrimination against a foreign female guest, intimidation, deceptive conduct, and being forcibly removed from the hotel late at night despite having a valid paid reservation. First, two front desk employees demonstrated serious discriminatory and abusive behavior toward me. Their attitude was aggressive, intimidating, and openly hostile. Instead of helping a paying guest, they argued with me, threatened me, and ultimately forced me out of the hotel. Second, the hotel provided virtually no customer service whatsoever. I had contacted the hotel management nearly 30 days in advance requesting a quiet room. If such a room was unavailable, they could have informed me beforehand, especially during low season when I still had many other hotel options. Instead, they ignored my request entirely. Upon arrival, they claimed there was “no other room available,” and the situation quickly escalated into confrontation and intimidation. Third, I believe I was deliberately deceived financially. During check-in, the front desk staff falsely claimed they had “upgraded” my booking for two nights so I would not need to change rooms. In reality, the second night’s room was actually around 60 euros cheaper than the first night’s deluxe room, meaning I was effectively overcharged and misled. When I questioned this, the staff member became angry and defensive, lecturing me about how “complicated hotel room allocation systems are” and even sarcastically asking whether I had ever worked in the hotel industry. Another older male staff member, who could barely communicate in English, behaved in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, speaking to me as though scolding a child. I was genuinely shocked that such behavior still exists in modern hospitality service. Most seriously, I was forcibly removed from the hotel around 1:00

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais la salle est vraiment petite et nous sommes les uns sur les autres. Super emplacement à Sitges. Chambres très confortables.

Il est dommage que disposant d'un parking en sous sol , l'accès soit limité aux véhicules de petite dimension compte tenu de l'étroitesse de l'entrée. Nous avons pu trouver une place dans une rue voisine mais ce fut vraiment une chance.

The breakfast included is not very impressive. To get proper cappucino and orange juice not from sugar and concentrate or proper fried eggs (not scrambled) you need to order that separately outside of the included breakfast. The cafe where it is served is super - but clearly the hotel is not allocating enough budget for the restaurant buffet breakfast. That is eventually far below other top Hotel's standard.
