The property is private, quiet, lovely, and beautifully maintained. Lara greeted us kindly and showed us to our room, explained the use of the common areas and provided a map with a shortcut to walk 15 minutes to the heart of Montepulciano. Perfect for sunsets! Breakfast was great and convenient before we travelled on.

I really loved the stay at this hotel! The room and all the place was very clean and well maintained. The host was very kind and helpful. If i come back in Montepulciano i definitely will book again my room here!

Pas de vue sur l'extérieur de la propriété (idéal pour les férus d'intimité). Eclairage nécessaire même dans la journée dans la chambre et la salle du petit déjeuner. Les moustiques (début septembre) nous empêchaient de profiter du joli jardin.

Loved this boutique hotel, it was very Italian loved the decor. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was lovely!

A lovely family-run hotel in beautiful gardens. The staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations on restaurants in the town. We chose Porta di Bacco to dine at and we had a great meal. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. There is plenty of parking on site, which was a big help.

The steep walk back up to the town, although we could have driven and parked around the town.

We had the most incredible stay at II Rondo! The most stunning location, quiet but accessible by walking to the local town. The hotel was absolutely immaculate and gives you the Wow factor with beautiful decor and excellent facilities. The staff were 10/10 so kind, friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and provided us with an outstanding delicious breakfast. We would love to come back!

Perfect location, just outside the old town (it was a shame that the municipal lifts weren't working, and the lift lobby etc looked shabbu and unloved - absolutely nothing to do with Il Rondo though!). Warm welcome at check-in. Helpful staff. Nicely decorated rooms, in keeping with the syle of the area. Nice size room, with a dressing/storage room attached for luggage. Nice breakfast good variety.

I was a little worried by the fact that the gate is locked at night, even though I had been given a key......I didn't fancy getting locked out! But I made sure I knew how the lock worked, and tried it before we left to walk into the town. When we returned, the gate was still open !

La cordialità dello staff. La cornice perfetta che accoglieva la struttura. La stanza bellissima, ampia e pulitissima. Colazione abbondante e fatta in casa per tutti i gusti.

Die Karte von booking war falsch!

Můžeme vřele doporučit. Dostupnost do centra cca 20 minut. Sice strmý kopec ale kdo nemá handicap dá to v pohodě s přestávkami v příjemných hospůdkách. Parkování v místě příjemný personál výborná snídaně není co vytknout. Děkujeme

Struttura gestita da una famiglia con professionalità e cortesia. Camere arredate con mobili d'epoca e con molto gusto.

Liebevoll ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück ebenfalls alles bis ins Detail passend. Ins Zentrum sind es gut 12‘ zu Fuss.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens mit Kiesauffahrt befindet sich ein sehr gepflegtes, kleines Hotel im Landhaus-Stil. Der Empfang mit Laura an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und professionell. Auch der Service rund um das fabelhafte Frühstück war perfekt. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten die Junior-Suite. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel auch weiter empfehlen.

Close to the Old Town, though you’ll need to walk uphill a little. There’s a large supermarket nearby, as well as a lovely little restaurant. It’s a quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful garden where you can relax and unwind after exploring the city.

Il Rondò è un angolo delizioso e tranquillo a due passi da Montepulciano con stanze e spazi comuni arredati con dettagli di gran gusto.

La colazione ottima e abbondante servita ogni mattina dalla giovane e gentilissima proprietaria con varietà di dolci e torte (soprattutto quella di mele davvero eccezionale!) Il silenzio sia all’interno delle stanze (divise con criterio in modo da non sentire rumori provenire dai vicini) che fuori poichè a pochissimi passi dal centro abitato di Montepulciano. Il letto comodo e con lenzuola di cotone morbidissimo!

Siamo ritornati al Rondò in quanto è un caratteristico boutique hotel, con una buona posizione, camere pulitissime e una buona e variegata colazione. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato della struttura non a pagamento. É un luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e comfort.

Konumu çok iyiydi, çalışanlar çok yardım sever ve cana yakın, özellikle Laura harika bir çalışan ,bizimle çok ilgilenip, yardımcı oldu.çok güzel bir ortam,kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Lage, das Personal und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Balkon. Dies war allerdings auch lediglich in der allgemeinen Ausstattungsbeschreibung der Unterkunft erwähnt, sodass wir es aus Versehen nicht mitgebucht hatten.

la flexibilité: même si le chek-in est à 15h , si la chambre est disponible c'est bien de mettre à disposition la chambre surtout quand on doit quitter l'établissement à 9h. La climatisation dans la chambre à changer d'urgence tant elle fait du bruit.

Sehr nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Mir wurde jeden Morgen im Garten zunächst ein Espresso serviert und später dann das hervorragende Frühstück, weisse Tischdecke und Serviette inbegriffen.

Ich komme gerne wieder, es gab keinerlei negative Aspekte.

Hôtel charmant avec une grande chambre et un petit parking à 700 mètres du centre historique. Il y a un jardin avec des petites tables c'est agréable.

La marche pour rejoindre le centre historique, ce n'est pas bien indiqué et un peu dangereux sur la route. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dehors.

O local é muito confortável , o atendimento excelente. O Giacomo é uma pessoa incrível , atencioso, simpático, e nos recebeu muito bem.

Room was large with a nice bathroom, and a great dressing area which we found really useful. Spotlessly clean , air conditioned, tea and coffee and water all provided . Gorgeously located in a beautiful garden setting within 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Best of all the staff were always smiling and friendly , very helpful . Very good breakfast. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend xx

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Hôtel familial meublé et décoré dans un style italien avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle (grande salle de bain, climatisation, réfrigérateur, bouilloire et petit dressing). Petit déjeuner complet (pain, viennoiseries, gâteaux, salade de fruits frais...) servi dans un salle très accueillante. Grand jardin ombragé parfaitement entretenu. Parking privé gratuit. Hôtel situé à 10mn à pied du centre historique.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Altstadt von Montepulciano ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gut fand ich, dass ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Laura von der Rezeption war sehr nett und gab auch noch Tips für den Besuch der Altstadt. Das Frühstücksbufett war klein aber sehr gut. Es gab sehr gutes Baguette. Nicht selbstverständlich in Italien. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Pool super.

Estuvimos alojados cuatro noches un grupo de cuatro amigos. Todo superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel se encuentra a muy poco tiempo andando del pueblo de Montepulciano, uno de los pueblos más bonitos de la Toscana. Lugar idóneo para comenzar nuestra ruta diaria. El trato con todo el equipo fue excepcional y los desayunos magnificos.

El jardín por la noche poseía poca luz, lugar idóneo para descansar después de las rutas por la Toscana.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage, zu Fuß in die Stadt. Sehr nette Betreung.

L’hôtel est exceptionnel. Le déjeuner est excellent. Les hôtes sont très gentils. Vu que nous ne pouvions arriver à l’heure prévue (problème de transport) pour l’enregistrement, ils ont gentiment accepté notre arrivée tardive. Le décor est super.

Il faut monter une côte d’environ 500 mètres pour se rendre en ville mais le fils des propriétaires a gentiment offert de nous y conduire. Le retour est plus facile vu que c’est en descendant

This was a beautifully decorated boutique hotel, the rooms were very accommodating, and the AC during the heatwave was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It seems as though Montepulciano has hills in both directions walking up and walking back. The local shuttle saved us greatly. But well worth the effort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s a very charming villa near Montepulciano, with spacious, clean rooms, private parking, a delicious breakfast, and wonderful staff. It’s a 15-minute walk uphill from Montepulciano.

Sem dúvida nenhuma foi a hospedagem na Itália em que mais fomos bem recebidos, a simpatia da loca que nos recebeu foi excelente. Nosso quartos era lindíssimo, rústico e a localização nem se fala, pertinho do centro histórico de Montepulciano. Outra coisa que gostamos muito foi que tinha café da manhã e era tudo muito gostoso.

Única coisa que não gostamos muito foi do chuveiro, bem pequeno e pouca água, mas não atrapalhou em nada na nossa experiência. Nota 10!

El lugar es bellísimo, tiene un lindo jardín. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. La ubicación y el acceso para llegar en auto y salir caminando a Montepulciano muy fácil. El desayuno fue excelente, muy rico y contundente.

We feel Il Rondò Boutique Hotel is the best accommodation one can have in the close vicinity of Montepulciano. We travelled the entire region of Tuscany, a great deal of Marche and Umbria by car and spent three nights in Florence. This hotel is by far the best accommodation we had during the entire trip. It offers a wonderful ambiance, a great breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, and the staff is absolutely the best. Laura is an incredibly professional, warm and efficient front person for the hotel. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated and respected her.

The one thing we feel can be improved is a clearer, more detailed description of a how to get to the hotel in writing being provided before the day of arrival, and better, more obvious signage before and at the entrance to the facility. Using the navigation in our car, we spent over 45 minutes driving on dirt roads throughout the area attempting to find it.

Je wordt van tevoren gevraagd om een tijdslot wanneer je aankomt. Als je die dag plannen hebt, is dat iets om rekening mee te houden. Het beperkt je flexibiliteit in een bepaalde mate.

Тихий номер Большая кровать. Хороший завтрак. Оформление номера вынос мозга. Стиль трудно определить ,но очень живописно . Наверно стиль ампир. Частная стоянка .Месторасположения удобное .

Ванная комната . По середине душевая кабинка и с двух сторон унитаз и биде. Вообще-то эти вещи должны стоять рядом . А тут после унитаза приходится идти к биде через всю душевую. Ну и чек ин с трёх до шести. Пришлось подстраивать планы под эти часы. Хотя из за того ,что погода внесла свои коррективы ,это не очень напрягло.

Warm, welcoming staff. Great location, just outside old Montepulciano. The building, garden and rooms are beautiful. Loved hearing so many birds. Enjoyed eating breakfast in the garden.

Le petit déjeuner est très correct et varié. L'emplacement est parfait, au pied de la ville, où il est tout de même difficile de s'y rendre à pied (un peu loin et pentu).

We liked everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious but the hospitality extended by Vanna, Laura and Niccolo exceeded every previous experience. We would highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Wonderful 2 night stay just a 10/15 min walk to the old town. Very friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast and lovely garden so sit and have an afternoon drink. Comfortable, clean room. Parking on site is a massive bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Estuvimos hospedados allí 2 noches, el hotel es encantador y el servicio es excelente. Lamentablemente la proximidad de un parque de diversiones opaca todo lo anterior mencionado. El ruido molesto hasta altas horas de la noche y mucha gente alrededor, genera una contaminación visual al entorno. Si tenes pensado descansar realmente, no te lo recomiendo.
