Wellness viel tegen, 1 van de 2 bubbelbaden was defect en voor bubbelbad moet je een jeton van 7€ kopen terwijl hotel al duur is. Sauna’s waren gewoon. In stoombad werkte water niet zodat je de bank niet kon afspuiten Eten in himmelstübe was echt niet lekker. Geen smaak. En de twee restaurants zijn verweven in elkaar. Had gereserveerd in himmelstübe en ze gingen ons in Lümen zetten.

Slightly disappointed the bar wasn't open. It would have been nice to have a drink without going into the restaurant.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen Gebäude und ist zentral gelegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.

Das Hotel hat ein Sauberkeitsproblem. Im ersten Zimmer waren die Betten sehr ekelhaft. Der Matratzenschoner war voller Haare und sogar Erdnussresten, die sich durch das Laken bohrten. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, dort waren die Betten einigermaßen ok, aber Staub und Krümel in den Ecken, Wollmäuse hinter der Tür und Flecken im Bad.

Posizione ideale: L'hotel si trova proprio all'ingresso della zona pedonale, una posizione comodissima per esplorare a piedi il centro storico e godersi la città in totale tranquillità. Colazione super completa: Il buffet della colazione è ricchissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. C'è un'ampia varietà di opzioni sia dolci che salate, perfette per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Camera Familiare Deluxe: Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare arredata in stile classico. L'abbiamo trovata molto comoda, accogliente e ben strutturata per le esigenze della famiglia.

Nota utile per i viaggiatori: Garage interrato: Il parcheggio al coperto è sicuramente un plus comodo, ma l'accesso/rampa d'ingresso è piuttosto angusto. Se viaggiate con un'auto di grandi dimensioni o un SUV capiente, serve fare un po' di attenzione durante le manovre.

Ze hadden even mogen vermelden dat je je auto na 4 uur moest loskoppelen van de lader. Ondanks dat de plek echt voor ons gereserveerd was, was er een "kleefboete" en hebben we €100 moeten betalen voor een laadbeurt van 22kwh...

Prachtig hotel een een schitterende locatie bij het oude centrum. Zeer ruime keuze tijdens ontbijt buffet in mooi restaurant. Parkeergarage onder het hotel met laadpunten.

De prijs van het laden op de gereserveerde betaalde parkeerplaats. Hier kan het hotel niks aan doen maar het was extreem duur. Dus hou daar rekening mee als je een laadpunt boekt. Nogmaals dit ligt niet aan het hotel. De laders zijn van een extern bedrijf

Mooie kamer, goed bed met prachtig uitzicht op 5 minuten afstand van de Altstadt. Vlakbij de Schwangau en Neuschwanstein en de watervallen. Fijne restaurants en heel goed ontbijt.

Wasn’t a fan of the glass + curtain bathroom door; i chose (based on the photos) a twin room with separated beds and there were two beds indeed but undetachable.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Sept 2026. Firstly, the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the main shopping and restaurant areas, as well as a close walk to other sights/areas. It is only a 10 min drive to the Castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (both worth seeing). Staff (Max) was very helpful and knowledgeable when checking and answered all my questions at the time.

But, one thing we found annoying was that although they have a Mini Bar fully stocked with drinks (Coke, Beer etc), you can not open them as there is NO bottle opener in the room to pry the lids off of the bottles. Weird! You can’t drink any of them- What a waste of a chance to capture extra Euros from the guest. Also, there is NO KETTLE in the room at all, so therefore no coffee/tea offered in the room, similar to a 2 star hotel/hostel type accommodation. When you have had a full day out walking/sightseeing, there is nothing better than having the convenience of a drink in your room. So we went out and bought our own drinks, placed them in the Mini Bar in the room and used that instead. This was mentioned to reception when I checked out and I was told that they don’t have a kettle or bottle opener as people ‘steal’ them. This is possibly true for the bottle opener, but I call out lies with the kettle. I think it is more the hotel being cheap, stingy and cost cutting. With the bottle opener, not every house guest would steal it each time. I was told I should had contacted reception to borrow one to use. This would had been good to know when we checked in. I have never had to request a kettle before, so it was assumed they don’t offer this service. It would have saved us going out to buy drinks to use in the room, and more importantly, the Hotel wouldn’t had lost revenue or the missed opportunity of upselling drinks. I suggested to reception to tell management that most hotels have a permanent bottle opener fixed to a wall close to the mini bar, and I wouldn’t think that would be too hard or expensive to install, as well as guests wouldn’t be unscrewing these! I also suggested that ordering 10,000 bottle openers with their hotel name on the side from China/Temu etc, would probably cost an Euro each, and would not only be a good to have in the room, but if it is ‘stolen’, it would be advertising their hotel world wide.

Hotel accogliente, personale gentile, buona posizione. Buona la colazione in una sala molto accogliente. Piacevole il balconcino della camera. Molto apprezzato il locale wc separato dal bagno. Bagno spazioso con vasca e doccia.

La camera era piuttosto piccola e nella zona letto un po’ soffocante. Parcheggio non nella stessa struttura nonostante la prenotazione fatta prima dell’arrivo.

The room furniture was nice, the hotel is a stunning position, the breakfast is very very good.

The door of the bathroom in the room is completely glazed and being with my kids I felt a bit embarrassed taking shower completely naked… ( and my wife too..)

Tolle Lace in Füssen

The room itself was spacious and clean (we booked the larger room). Everything was comfortable and pleasant, with a very large bathroom and plenty of facilities throughout the hotel. The location is perfect, right at the entrance to the pedestrian street, and the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was truly exceptional in quality, with an amazing variety of options, including vegan choices and special treats for children: eggs, different kinds of cheese, a variety of breads, granola, cakes, coffee, juices, pancakes, a chocolate fountain, fresh fruit — really above and beyond what we expected. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a small gym and a children’s playroom, although we did not use them.

It is important to know that the parking garage is very small and quite cramped. It has two underground levels, and a parking space must be reserved in advance. The lower level is particularly tight, and parking there can be very difficult, especially with a larger car (although the first level is also quite cramped). Please also note that the ceiling on the lower level is very low. If I were in charge of the hotel, I would consider reducing the number of parking spaces slightly in order to provide more room between them.

Camera da 4 persone in cui entravano le 4 persone... e niente altro. Le valigie le abbiamo dovute mettere una sopra l'altra ed aprirle a turno. Impossibile sedersi: mancava una sedia, uno sgabello, qualsiasi cosa. Intera stanza occupata da due letti. Materasso del letto matrimoniale imbarcatissimo e scomodo per chi è abituato a dormire sul duro. Bagno "alla tirolese" con piccola stanza con WC dedicato piccolissima, quasi da non riuscire a chiudere la porta. Giornata calda (inizio settembre), ventilatore a soffitto molto rumoroso. Spento il ventilatore e accesa l'aria condizionata... ANCORA PIU' RUMOROSA. Impossibile dormire, o per il caldo o per il rumore. L'hotel, vista anche la posizione centralissima a Fussen, è stato sicuramente un hotel elegante e "di valore", ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione nei dettagli: per il prezzo pagato, un soggiorno decisamente non piacevole.

The location was fantastic, next to old town. The building was pretty and the breakfast was excellent, complete with chocolate fountain and sparking wine.

Our family room was small and cramped for a family of 4 and did not have a bath as advertised. We chose this hotel as it had onsite parking however this is limited and the parking garage had no spaces, it is essential to pre-book.

Hervorragende zentrale Lage mitten in Füssen und eine sehr praktische Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel. Das Personal war durchgehend ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Besonders gut war das Frühstück: große Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Meine Frau war vor allem von den glutenfreien Brötchen begeistert – gerade in Deutschland ist ein wirklich gutes glutenfreies Angebot leider noch längst keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

In unserem ersten Familienzimmer verursachte die Klimaanlage nachts immer wieder deutliche Blubber- und Gluckergeräusche, sodass unsere Nachtruhe erheblich beeinträchtigt war. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer ermöglicht; dort war die Klimaanlage angenehm leise und die zweite Nacht sehr gut. Bei einem Gesamtpreis von 578 € für zwei Nächte hätte ich mir für die erste Nacht allerdings ein etwas deutlicheres Entgegenkommen als den Erlass der Parkgebühren von 28 € gewünscht. Beim Frühstück wären außerdem ein pflanzlicher Joghurt sowie einfache Haferflocken bzw. ungezuckertes Müsli eine schöne Ergänzung; im Fitnessraum würden ein wenig freie Fläche und Yogamatten das Angebot sinnvoll erweitern.

La nostra stanza era piccola. Per l’accoglienza ci saremmo aspettati almeno una bottiglia di acqua minerale e non quella del rubinetto, visto il prezzo pagato per la stanza. Per raggiungere le stanze che erano state assegnate a noi e alla coppia che viaggiava con noi abbiamo dovuto prendere due diversi ascensori e percorrere un dedalo di corridoi, con diversi gradini, per cui è stato particolarmente spiacevole che non ci sia stato offerto un aiuto per il trasporto in camera dei bagagli né al check-in né al check out.

Sehr schönes Hotel, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, tolles Bad, Toilette war extra. Sehr bequeme Betten mit zweitem Kissen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den unglaublich netten und zuvorkommenden Empfangsmitarbeiter am Nachmittag! Und noch mal vielen Dank für das Ladekabel! Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles da, was das Herz und der Magen begehrt, sogar ein Schokobrunnen. Obatzda wäre noch cool, aber man findet auch genug andere tolle Alternativen.

Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, allerdings mittels Ampelsystem gut gelöst Trotzdem war ich froh, als ich wieder draußen war. Ein Schuhlöffel an der Garderobe würde das Zimmer perfekt machen.

Parkavimo vietos teko ieškoti aplinkinėse gatvėse. Visiškai neturi parkavimo vietu ne garaže aukštesniems automobiliams.

저는 엄마와 여행 중이었고, 독일은 엄마가 젊은 시절부터 꿈꾸던 곳이었습니다. 총 5곳의 호텔을 이용했고 방을 업그레이드 해준 유일한 호텔 이었습니다. 이 호텔의 위치는 너무 좋았어요. 좌,우 유명한 마트가 있어 간단한 물건을 구매하기에 편리했고 길을 건너면 쇼핑과 식당이 있어 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 아침 조식은 1층에서 먹었습니다. 이른 아침 조용한 퓌센 거리를 보며 먹는 아침은 너무 기억에 남고 좋았어요.

주차장에 협소하기에 렌트카 여행시에는 예약을 하는게 편합니다.

Freundlichkeit des Personals!

Very rude and unhelpful reception staff We arrived at Hotel Schlosskrone on 30 August 2026 at around 8:00 PM. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised parking, but when we arrived, no parking space was available. I asked the young man at reception what we could do. Instead of trying to help or simply explaining the situation politely, he responded very rudely that it was not his fault and offered no alternative. I then asked whether I could at least charge my electric car, as there appeared to be space available in the parking area. His response was again dismissive and disrespectful. He simply said no and emphasized, in an irritated manner, that he had already told me this several times. The lack of parking itself would not have caused me to leave a negative review. Situations like that can happen. What made the experience unacceptable was the attitude of this particular reception employee. Hospitality is not only about rooms and facilities. When a guest has a problem, the minimum expectation is to be treated politely and respectfully. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression of our stay.

La climatisation était bruyante, impossible à régler. Nous l'avons signalé et le jour même cela a été corrigé et on a pu régler la température, mais malheureusement le niveau de bruit restait élevé et impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit extérieur (route)

They marketed this as a luxury hotel however it is bare minimum. No water kettle in room even though it said it had. Everything is closed early and their breakfast is so late it’s hard if you want to go to castle early. Pictures looked a lot better than the actual stay.

in camera non c'è neppure un bollitore, per me molto importante, mancano anche le ciabatte. Il bar dell'hotel durante il giorno era chiuso.

L'albergo ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative e le ha superate. La camera era deliziosa, il letto confortevole, la colazione super. Comodo il garage con la possibilità di ricaricare l'auto elettrica nelle loro wallbox. La posizione è centralissima, il personale gentile e alcuni parlano anche italiano. Ottimo posto, consigliatissimo!

酒店位置很好，差不多就是菲森小镇中心。接待的帅哥非常耐心，事情交待得清楚。我们的全景套房不在主楼，从前台要换乘电梯到达，但是有也单独的出入口。房间比预期的小，四个人有点拥挤。有点后悔应该订四人房。好在卫生间很大。总的来说，住一晚还不错吧。

la habitación es pequeña e incómoda. el balcón no es más que un pasillo compartido con las demás habitaciones sin ninguna intimidad. Al llegar nos tenían que dar el fussen card para el transporte público y museos y no nos lo dieron. Tuvimos que volver desde el castillo del pueblo ( está a 1 km a pie) para pedirlo. El desayuno está masificado. En definitiva no es un hotel cómodo.

Que tuviera que volver a pagar en el check out después de ya haber pagado a través de Booking. Me dijeron que el cargo de Booking era una retención que se me devolvería al día siguiente, y al ser viernes, no fue así hasta el lunes. No me ha gustado que yo en mi tarjeta de crédito tuviera 2 cargos del mismo hotel pendiente de liquidar.

La struttura è situata nel centro di Fussen molto comodo. La camera super spaziosa con balcone e vista sulla città. Hanno un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo anche se a pagamento ( 14euro anche se avevamo la moto la tariffa non cambia). La colazione è veramente fantastica in un' ambiente molto elegante. Fussen è una città molto turistica e quindi le strutture hanno prezzi leggermente più alti rispetto ad altre zone della romantische strasse

Amazing breakfast! A lot of choice, you can even make your own fresh juice. Great location in the center. Very nice hotel bar with great cocktails. Nice staff.

The "Family room" is too small for 4 people: 2 sleep on the bed, 2 on the couch, there is barely space to open your suitcase. No kettle in the room, no tea/coffee, which was quite surprising in a 4 star hotel and the price we paid.

The air conditioning unit was broken and dripped water. A member of staff tried to fix it but with little success. The shower base was leaking.

The hotel has a very good location right in the centre of Füssen. Once the car is parked, you can easily explore the town centre on foot. The room was exactly as advertised and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. A fun little surprise was the strawberry chocolate fountain, something I had never seen before at a breakfast buffet! The location is also very convenient if you are planning to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, which is only a few minutes away by car.

The underground car park is quite tight. If you have a long or large car, getting into some of the parking spaces requires a bit of patience and manoeuvring, but it is manageable.

The quality of hotel staff’s service is not the level expected for 4 star hotel. For example, if one person cannot answer the question at the check-in timing, they requested me to ask the same question to the morning staff rather than keeping the message by themselves. The most disappointing service was the luggage keeping service after the check-out. Basically the hotel does not do anything but pointing the space for customers to place the luggage. The space is open to other customers and the public, no tag attached to identify the owners of the luggage. This means that anyone can pick up any luggage freely without any check and confirmation. If the luggage goes missing somehow, the hotel will never make themselves accountable.

The breakfast buffet was unreal. So amazing. Everything that you want.

Our one bathroom only room has no mirror. Would be nice to have a small mirror to make use of that.

Location was great. Very good breakfast.

The entire hotel is built very strangely. The rooms have a strange smell (reminded us of cigarettes). We had to cross buildings and lifts to get to our rooms + stairs with our suitcases which was not cool. Complementary bottle of water half empty, like it has not been replaced from the previous guests.
