Die Lage im Zentrum von Füssen ist perfekt. Gutes Frühstückbuffet, allerdings unübersichtlich und das Personal wirkte etwas überfordert. Die hauseigene Tiefgarage ist praktisch.

Die hauseigene Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und nur bedingt für große Autos geeignet. Der Auto-Lift hat eine Gewichtsbegrenzung von 2t was bei modernen Autos (Elektro / SUV) etwas knapp ist. Vorab wurde leider nicht auf die vorhandenen Lademöglichkeiten (bzw. speziellen Parkplätzen) für Elektroautos hingewiesen.

The hotel is really central to exploring the town, easy car parking , make sure you reserve a space as it’s not very large. Decor is very quirky. Great breakfast.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Sonne fue excelente de principio a fin. El hotel es moderno, muy cómodo, impecablemente limpio y cuenta con unas instalaciones excelentes. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Füssen y sus alrededores, y el desayuno es muy completo, variado y de muy buena calidad. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el personal. Todos fueron muy agradables y profesionales, pero queremos hacer una mención especial a Adrián, que nos recibió a nuestra llegada y estuvo pendiente de ayudarnos durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre amable, educado, profesional y dispuesto a facilitar cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Su atención hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía mejor. En general, una experiencia de 10/10. Totalmente recomendable.

The rooms were lovely with wonderful bedding and a roomy shower. The RIWA restaurant was quite lively. The location was perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants in the old town.

It was a bit tricky unloading our luggage because of the tight temporary parking at the entrance. We were able to park our car a few blocks down from the hotel in a spacious parking lot which was pretty convenient.

The room was fabulous. Beds were very comfortable. Size of the room was excellent. Bathroom was superb! The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accomadate. The restaurant downstairs was superb!

Das Hotel hat ein sehr stimmiges Konzept mit der doch etwas besonderen Einrichtung der Zimmer,Lobby,Frühstücksrestaurant,was ab Mittag zur Gaststätte/ Burgerrestaurant mutiert. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr groß, großer Duschbereich, extra WC. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ wirklich keine Wünsche mehr offen. Die Menschen am Empfang waren allesamt sehr freundlich, besonders Marina ist hier hervorzuheben.

Was gar nicht funktioniert hat,war die Reinigung der Zimmer. Trotz individueller Abstimmung. Das trübt leider das ansonsten sehr tolle Konzept des Hotels.

Beste Innenstadtlage, Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Umfangreiches und hochwertiges Frühstück, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, Restaurant Riwa (im Hotel) für den Abend durchaus zu empfehlen.

Auf Grund der Verkehrsituation in und um Füssen ist natürlich immer ganz schön Betrieb draußen. Sehe ich jetzt aber im Bezug auf das Hotel nicht als Kritikpunkt.

Wirklich sehr schönes Zimmer mit Rainschauer Dusche und Badewanne für Zwei. Ideal für ein Paar das Entspannung zu zweit sucht. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und einen Stellplatz. Auf dem Kann man auch den Bulli gut abstellen. Max. 5 min zum Hotel. Für bikes gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.

Alles super. Haben gleich bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer schön und modern, sauber und alles was es braucht. Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal vom Empfang bis zum Service freundlich und guter Laune🥰

Sehr feines Frühstück, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage selbst ist top und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen. (Bahnhof, Lechfall, etc. )

Parcheggio in struttura molto comodo. E' comodo avere anche il loro ottimo ristorante a disposizione. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. colazione ottima e molto varia. Prodotti di qualità.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en centre-ville de Füssen donc tout est facile d’accès. L’hôtel est très beau, rénové et la chambre grande et propre. La salle de bain très grande aussi. La literie est bonne mais le matelas un peu mou (question de préfèrence). Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Le restaurant Riwa est très bon et le personnel super sympa.

Pensez à réserver votre parking sous l’hôtel en avance. La situation en centre-ville implique pas mal de bruit en soirée.

The view! Oh my gosh if you rent here make sure to book a mountain view suite! We were in awe every time we were on our terrace and looking at the magnificent Bavarian Alps! The room was outstanding, the hotel was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly ! It was the perfect location for our visit to Füssen! There are tons of places to eat in this town but we really loved dining in the hotel restaurant , the food was delish! Highly recommend this spot for your stay ! 🇨🇦

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption. Dort war Herr Alici sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch am Abend ist das RIVA Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert

Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber und das Frühstück war zu voll, zu laut, zu wenig Auswahl, gekühlte Sachen wie Käse und Butter waren nicht gekühlt und zum Teil geschmolzen, im Kaffee aus der Maschine waren Brocken, das Frühstück kann man sich wirklich sparen

Hele fijne locatie, met eigen parkeergarage. Mooi, hip hotel met een designfeel. Fijn personeel en goed restaurant. Fijn als je met een hond bent; drinkbakje, brokjes en speciale deurhanger lagen klaar. Heel leuk!

We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen, en kregen 2 queenbedden. dat was wat krap voor 3 lange Nederlanders. Matrassen zijn goed, kussens zijn van vogelveren en dat vind ik persoonlijk niet prettig. Als je allergie hebt zijn deze kussens niet geschikt. Ik weet niet of ze andere kussens hebben.

We had requested 2 rooms to be close together and ended up getting a family suite with adjoining rooms! The rooms were very spacious. Loved the window seat that provided in our room. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and everything was delicious. The offsite parking was a short distance away.

The hotel is cute and comfortable. It is centrally located in Fussen and it’s easy to get to shopping and area attractions. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Not all of the rooms are air conditioned which was a misunderstanding on our part— read through descriptions on each room to determine if it offered. Most of the days were cool enough to keep the windows open but the street is noisy with people up late and street cleaners going early in the morning.

Nella spa sono quasi tutti senza costume come da traduzione nordica. La colazione ha tutto quello che si può immaginare, ma il senza glutine è estremamente limitato. Anche le pulizie non sono fatte proprio a regola d'arte (polvere sotto il letto)

Comfortable and stylish hotel room in the very centre of the romantic town of Füssen. Easy to check in and out. Outstanding meals and service. All the staff are very kind and helpful.

Underground parking was a bit complicated at first, but given that it is in a historical centre where the place is limited, it is perfect.

The smell of waste/trash in the lift!

The location was excellent. The decor is really fun. The staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning in our large room was acceptable. The air-conditioning in the second smaller room was excellent.

The pillows were flat about the thickness of a duvet. I would suggest bringing extra pillows with you. I had brought my blow up cramping pillow and was really glad I did.

Hotel ben curato nei dettagli, staff molto cordiale e disponibile nonché professionale……..colazione abbondante nella scelta e nella qualità, area wellness piacevole; se passerò ancora per Füssen soggiornerò sicuramente qui!

Magari sono pignolo io, però la ragnatela nell’angolo alto del soffitto vicino alla bocchetta del climatizzatore non poteva non essere vista…….due giorni dopo sono ritornato sempre qui prendendo la camera con la vasca (da urlo, stupenda) qui a differenza dell’altra la pulizia era ECCELLENTE ….. unico consiglio inserirei un “Kit di Cortesia” per la donna per struccarsi e la pulizia del viso……..voto 9,5

Great location & wonderful breakfast. We had a room with a balcony which was quite nice. We parked in P5 and were very happy with decent size spaces and a short walk across the street.

We reserved a 4 person room, which was accommodated with 2 separate doubles the were across from each other with a door that could close them off,but it was slightly awkward with all the doors. Other than that, our stay was great!

Lokalizacja idealna. Śniadania wyśmienite, bardzo duży wybór na zimno i na ciepło, pyszna kawa. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Zarezerwowaliśmy 2 pokoje, z których jeden dostaliśmy bez klimatyzacji - nie było problemu z zamianą pokoju na klimatyzowany, jak tylko zwolnił się taki w hotelu. Będziemy miło wspominać pobyt :)

Die weiten Wege zur Toilette nur über Stufen erreichbar ebenso der Eingang zum Hotel nur über Stufen also nicht behindertengerecht und das enge Bad und Toilette

Super zentral gelegen und sehr modern-stylisch eingerichtet. In wenigen Schritten ist man in der Altstadt und kann alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichen. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein und sogar mit Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und echt lecker. Alle Mitarbeitende waren freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr dünn und für uns nicht wirklich bequem. Vielleicht findet sich für den Ganzkörperspiegel ein geeigneterer Ort als die Innenseite der Badezimmertür. Es war sehr eng und auch nicht praktisch.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple with two elementary school children to visit Neuschwanstein Castle. Used private car. <Reservation> When we contacted them to inform them about our paraking lot arrangements and arrival time, we received an immediate reply. They kindly explained the reservation procedures for using a private car and the procedures upon arrival. <Reception> We were greeted with smiles, cheerful with our children. They clearly explained how to use the facilities. They also kindly assisted us with parking in the underground parking lot, as described below. <Parking> There was a underground parking lot and a space in front of the hotel entrance where you can temporarily park your car during check-in. Unloading my luggage at here, and checking in. Then receive a card key and enter the parking. We used Passat Variant, we could park without any problems. It might be a little difficult with a larger car. Also, please note that because it's a lift-up system, once you park your car in the parking lot, it will be difficult to get it out or retrieve your luggage from inside until you leave. We recommend taking all necessary luggage outside when you check in. <Room> We had the sofa bed extended for the children, but there was still plenty of space. The air conditioning worked well, There was also a small refrigerator. I don't think there was a kettle... The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub allowed us to relax. Hand soap and shower gel were provided, but we couldn't find hair conditioner, so please bring your own if needed. <Breakfast> Breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant. The all staff were all smiling and helpful. There was a wide variety , which we enjoyed. We sat on the beautiful terrace, but unfortunately, our child was scared of the bees. They kindly helped me change my seat. <Location> The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Füssen.

The only thing I would mention is that the bed mattress was a little too soft. Those with heavier weights might sink in quite a bit.

As we were going to bed, a group of young teen minors were running through the hallways and banging on our hotel room door at 10 pm at night. This happened at least three times. My husband notified the front desk and he was told that the children were dining room guests and that the hotel staff could not do anything about it. We found this outrageous, as they had identified that were with a party in the dining room, so it would seem the hotel staff could easily notify the parents. We were very disappointed in how this was handled.

Ich hätte mir vorab eine Info gewünscht, dass am WE mehrere Veranstaltungen/Stadtfest in der Innenstadt gewesen sind, vllt. hätte ich mich nach mehreren Tagen Bergwandern lieber für eine Lokation außerhalb entschieden. Vllt noch ein klitzekleines "-" für die Kopfkissen im Zimmer

Otroligt fina rum. Allt var väldigt fint och fräscht.

Fanns ingen glutenfri frukost. På kvällen när vi skulle äta på restaurangen med barnen var det DJ som spelade med väldigt hög musik som barnen inte klarade av. Personalen löste dock en bricka med maten som vi kunde ta med upp till rummet.
