The room was very large, I hadn't stayed in a BW in a long time and I quickly realized that it was a mistake. At least this one was top quality. Great breakfast and overall amazing stay

Very comfortable room with tea and coffee making facility. Secure parking. Ideal location for the old town and visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein, and experiencing the amazing 4D Motion cinema.

Kamer rook wat muffig, airco stonk, beddengoed oncomfortabel. Hotel voelt, ruikt en ziet er in het algemeen wat gedateerd uit. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet in orde wat ons betreft.

Väljast mittemidagiütlev kuid seest väga kena hotell. Parkimine hotelli all parkimismajas, Kahjuks üsna kallis. Asukoht super, kesklinn on mõne minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt. Kamer met airco en vloerbedekking. Parkeergarage via lift in het hotel te bereiken.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar. Sehr direkte Lage in die Stadt, ins Festspielhaus und die Königs Schlösser sind auch sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr vor Ort buchbar. Direkt an der Straße schaut es eher schlecht aus

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Raum der Reinigungsdamen. Diese haben um kurz vor 8 ziemlich laut ihre Wagen befüllt, da ist man dann wach. Außerdem ist der Straßenlärm der ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut.

Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, 4 Kopfkissen sind klasse. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise und effizient. Das Frühstück hat uns begeistert. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön. Die Tiefgarage kostet derzeit 9 Euro was wir für die Lage des Hotels angemessen finden. Die Plätze sind nicht eng, aber auch nicht so dass die Türen beidseitig ganz zu öffnen sind. Das Personal ist von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstückspersonal freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Restaurant en enorme drukte en lawaai !

Ho fatto la prenotazione con largo anticipo per una camera standard. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non si poteva definire nemmeno economy, per la totale mancanza di comfort. Era al piano terra e affacciava sulla strada, trafficata tutta la notte. L'aria condizionata era posizionata proprio di fronte al letto, quindi era fastidioso tenerla accesa. Se si apriva la finestra era difficile dormire per il rumore. Di giorno non era possibile tenere le tende pesanti aperte e far entrare la luce, per l'assenza totale di privacy.

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Personal sehr nett gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit auch wenn am Abend nur noch wenige Gäste ein Schlummertrunk geniessen wollen! Bravo

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier und können das BEST WESTERN PLUS Füssen immer wieder weiterempfehlen: Perfekt ausgestattete Zimmer, perfekte Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Auf allergiebedingte Sonderwünsche wird vorbildlich Eingegangen. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. TOP :-)

Mooi, schoon en vriendelijk hotel aan de rand van centrum van Füssen. Tegen vergoeding kan de auto in ondergelegen parkeergarage. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kortom prima verblijf voor bezoek aan Füssen, Neuschanstein en Hohenschangau.

Albergo comodo per visitare i dintorni. Pulizia impeccabile e stanza spaziosa. Parcheggio privato sotterraneo davvero molto utile.

A mio gusto personale il materasso era un po' scomodo,, troppo morbido.

Personnel accueillant et disponible, chambres et salles de bain spacieuses appréciables pour les enfants, parking directement sous l'hôtel, très proche du centre ville historique (10 min à pied), ce qui rendait l'accès facile aussi bien en voiture en arrivant qu'à pied pour les balades/visites.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu avoir une seule chambre pour toute la famille ou 2 chambres adjacentes, et j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver comment fonctionnait la clim.

Männliches Personal beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich. Hat sich völlig im Ton vergriffen. Aggressives Anreden von Gästen absolut deplatziert, vor allem wenn man diese Person nicht angesprochen hat. Man hat sich gerade im Raum orientiert um einen freien Tisch zu finden und wird dann in einem aggressiven Ton angemacht, dass man sich aus dem Bereich verziehen soll, da er hier Tische eindeckt. Absolutes No-Go. Und dann noch pampig werden, wenn man ihn darauf hinweist, dass man dies auch freundlicher sagen könnte.

Très bien situé près de la zone piétonne de Füssen, à quelques minutes de Neuchschwannstein en voiture ou en bus (gratuits avc la guest card). Chambre propre, avec bouilloire et minibar.

The staff in the bar / restaurant were very friendly and great with our 6 year old! Had a great view from our room and the room was clean and spacious. Great location within walking distance of the old town.

Reception staff not very helpful when enquiring about electric car charging (for which they have 2 charging points) nor when we were initially given an incorrect room number - the room was already occupied! Checkout also a lengthy process, unsure if the lady I was dealing with was still training but would expect better from a chain hotel, especially for the price paid!

Er zit een supermarkt om de hoek. Je zit zo in het centrum en maar een half uur van Neuschwanstein af. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het is er schoon. Airco doet het goed.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat aan de hoge kant.

L’endroit

L’hôtel est bien situé et possède un grand parking. La chambre était confortable et calme. La literie était de bonne qualité. Le personnel était sympathique, souriant et prêt à nous aider. Mention spéciale pour le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner. Vraiment au top.

L’hôtel n’y peut rien mais nous avions des voisins qui ont dû faire leurs quotas de pas journaliers à partir de 3h30 du matin donc il y avait un bruit sourd de pas très agaçant quand on souhaite dormir.

Solo una giovane donna alla reception l'ultimo giorno della partenza e una cameriera della colazione che ci ha servito il caffè al bar, si sono dimostrate cordiali, gentili e sorridenti e si sono sforzate anche di dire qualcosa in italiano. Fra l'altro l'hotel era pieno di italiani. Per il resto il personale della reception ci ha accolto con un atteggiamento scostante e poco accogliente, nonostante il prezzo elevato della camera matrimoniale per due notti, fra l'altro abbastanza modesta e al piano terra su strada trafficata. In generale dalla reception un accoglienza poco empatica con un certo nervosismo anche per il mio inglese che ammetto non è dei migliori.e nessun tentativo di dirmi qualcosa in italiano o di fare un sorriso. Pagando quelle cifre non dovrei essere io a sforzarmi di farmi capire e pretendo dal personale che accoglie almeno più collaborazione e gentilezza. Non la ritengo una bella esperienza e fortunatamente non mi era mai capitato.

Son emplacement, le garage et la chambre, sa propriété, sa décoration, la salle d’eau et la qualité des matelas.

Все супер. Уборка была каждый день. У нас маленький ребёнок и мне было очень важно чтобы было чисто. Очень хорошо кормили на завтрак что тоже очень немаловажно с детьми на отдыхе. Местоположение великолепное, все в пешей доступности.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Resuranten var også god ok aftensmad og morgenmad. Dejligt der var kaffe th faciliteter på værelset, der måtte dog gerne være til mere end blot en kop kaffe til hver person.

At man ikke kunne komme til at holde foran hotellet da vi ankom - Der var nogen der spærrede i lang tid så skulle ud og finde parkering for at tjekke ind før vi kunne få adgang til p kælderen så noget bøvlet med frem og tilbage

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Drinks an der Bar werden professionell und mit viel Liebe hergestellt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr interessiert und freundlich.

Super Hotel und die Lage ist Perfect die Innenstadt so wie auch die Schlösser sind in unmittelbarer nähe.

I would like to preface this review by saying had one small incident not occurred, I would’ve overlooked the inconveniences throughout our trip. The incident seems small, but little things and small kindnesses can go a long way. My daughter and I were grabbing a cup of coffee and a hot chocolate the morning after our second night. The front desk lady abruptly came behind me and told me that coffee is not free and that I would need to pay for it and that the only free coffee I could get is in the room. Every place I have stayed offers complementary coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate, so I did not think this place would be an exception. She was very snippy, rude, and stuck to her guns about charging us, making sure she got my room number and name. She made me feel like a criminal stealing coffee. The conversation on her end should’ve been something similar to “excuse me, ma’am, we do charge for coffee however please enjoy this cup on us and keep in mind future drinks will need to be purchased”. Again, had this one small instance not occurred I would not have left this review at all. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this is not the hotel for you. The floors are hard and the doors slam loudly so when trying to go to sleep or before being ready to get up in the morning you can hear people walking around and doors constantly slamming. The breakfast at first sight looked delicious. However, looking closer, there were a bunch of flies, gnats, and wasps flying around all the food. It was hard to eat there at all. That was the only time we ate at our hotel. The soap dispenser in my shower was emptied by the time I was halfway through my shower, which was very inconvenient. The only soap in the shower is a body soap and shampoo combined. That’s it. If you like shampoo and conditioner separate from what cleans your body, you may want to bring your own. Traveling to Prague and Munich prior to this spoiled us since we had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. And again, complementary coffee. Also be prepared to drink from from your bathroom sink. If you are uncomfortable with that, bring your own. I asked for a water bottle filler and the guy at the front desk told me that the sink water next to my toilet is just fine. Again, we are accustomed to a water bottle filler and/or bottled water offered to us. Oh, and, complementary coffee in the morning. Also, we were ignored every time we came into the building. This place lacked and Customer Service. We were never told hello or good evening. I do want to mention a few positives. Convenient location to bus stop and restaurants. We did get a free bus pass, which was nice. The one waitress we dealt with was nice. Also, the one housekeeping person we dealt with was very nice. * I held off doing this review until we stayed at our next location and felt justified in putting this review out there. Our next location was a local hotel in Berchtesgaden which offered complementary coffee, complementary breakfast, excellent customer service, and a quaint cute hotel.

No frills, very clean hotel just a few blocks from Old Town and 10 min drive from the tourist attractions.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war perfekt. Wir konnten nahezu alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß erledigen. Zimmer hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Auch die Preise für die Minibar waren sehr fair. Klimaanalage vorhanden und gut genutzt. Das Frühstück haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da wir in die Stadt zum Frühstück gegangen sind. Dort wurden wir aber sehr enttäuscht. Das nächste Mal werden wir das Frühstück im Hotel buchen
