Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Obwohl wir grundsätzlich ein ruhiges Zimmer hatten. Haben wir schlecht geschlafen wegen des Kühlschrankes.

The room was only set up for one guest instead of two (leaving us with a single towel and face towel), and we dealt with multiple severe maintenance flaws: a broken toilet flush, an inoperative bathroom extractor fan, an unplugged refrigerator, and the ceiling fire alarm was missing its cover, leaving wires fully exposed. Finally, the breakfast offering was disappointing compared to typical standards of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for accessing different parts of the Dolomites and traveling around the area. It had a great selection of restaurants nearby, which we found quite nice and enjoyed eating at the local spots.

Colazione varia e ben gestita. Credo in genere che sia un hotel più adatto a soggiorni di lavoro che turistici
Il pavimento nero non aiuta a mascherare la pulizia forse frettolosa. Prezzo abbastanza alto per un 4 stelle più sulla carta che nella realtà. Inoltre fornirei, pur su richiesta, di caffè solubile e non solo di tisane e thè le camere essendoci il bollitore. La dove sono disposti i prodotti per la colazione in qualche momento è troppo piccola per garantire l'accesso a più persone

A small thing , charging for bottled water , that you can buy at supermarket for 0.80€ ?! All other hotels in Europe (particularly Italy) bottled water is free ! Such a small thing ! But stopped a 10/10 .

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Jó elhelyezkedés, nagy boltok a közelben. Nyilván maga a város is jó helyen van, de ezt előre tudtuk. Nagyon jó a fürdőszoba, ágyak kényelmesek. Kisebb holmikkal (papucsok, pipereholmik) felszerelt a szállás. Vízforraló, poharak és bögrék is voltak a szobában, ez plusz pont volt, örültünk nekik. Reggeli nagyon jó volt, korán indultunk túrázni, de nem volt nekik probléma, ennek ellenére is tudtunk reggelizni, csomagolni.

Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum für Entdecker: Erstklassige Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke, und das historische Belluno sowie die atemberaubenden Dolomiten sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Eine uneingeschränkte Herzensempfehlung, die Lust auf Meer – oder besser gesagt Berge – macht!

Die Sitzplätze für das Frühstück waren für den Ansturm morgens um kurz vor 8 Uhr fast nicht ausreichend. Man musste z.T. warten, bis jemand aufstand, um einen Platz zu bekommen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Nous avions au départ une chambre qui donnait sur la rue, elle a été changée sans souci, la chambre comportait un lit double et un lit simple, l'hôtel est situé à 20 min de marche environ du centre de Belluno, le parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais, du fromage et du yaourt venant d'une lateria locale
Le cadre est assez impersonnel , pas d'espace extérieur verdoyant, pas de piscine, pas de restaurant sur place mais un bon petit resto dans la rue : La Bussola

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Una sera, mentre stavamo nella hall a conversare seduti in un salotto, nel salotto accanto alcuni clienti (suppongo) hanno apparecchiato il tavolino e si sono messi a mangiare con tutti gli odori conseguenti che gli alimenti (pesce?) stavano emanando. Avrei gradito che qualcuno del personale dell'hotel li avesse invitati ad andarsene altrove, ma nessuno a gli ha detto niente.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Fahrräder waren in der Tiefgarage gut untergebracht mit Steckdosen zum Laden. Aufzug direkt von der TG in die Zimmer. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Der Boden war immer feucht und es wurde nichts trocken, weder Handtücher noch verschwitzte Kleidung. Vielleicht gab es ein Problem mit der Lüftung. Würde aber wieder buchen.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Stanza ampia, pulita e ben insonorizzata. Bagno particolare, completamente nero, ma molto pulito. Posizione tranquilla, fuori dal centro. Ottima possibilità di parcheggiare la moto: gratuitamente nello spazio scoperto oppure al coperto con un supplemento di 10 € a notte. Nel parcheggio al coperto è inoltre possibile ricaricare auto e bici elettriche.
Colazione con una scelta piuttosto limitata di cibi e bevande, soprattutto considerando la categoria 4 stelle. Servizio della colazione migliorabile: quando un prodotto finisce, mi aspetterei che venisse rifornito tempestivamente. Inoltre, se i tavoli sono occupati da piatti sporchi, sarebbe preferibile che venissero sparecchiati dal personale, senza che sia l'ospite a doverlo fare. Per un hotel 4 stelle, mi aspetterei inoltre che almeno il caffè venisse preparato dal personale, anziché essere disponibile esclusivamente tramite la macchinetta automatica.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer haben sind klimatisiert. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge. Im Ort hat man Möglichkeiten Essen (Pizza, Chinesisch) zu gehen. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte. Wir waren einen Tag im Lago du Santa Croce baden. Absolut herrlich.
Der Frühstücksraum ist bei der Hotelgröße leider zu klein geraten. Aber wenn man es nicht eilig hat, dann ist es ratsam in der Zeit von 9-10 Uhr zu gehen.

La camera tripla era ampia, luminosa e ben arredata, con un bagno spazioso dotato di una grande doccia, molto comoda. Il letto era estremamente confortevole e mi ha garantito un ottimo riposo. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ricca, varia e con un'ottima selezione di prodotti locali, tutti di qualità. Un'esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni aspetto. Consiglio questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, servizi di qualità e un'accoglienza curata.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Zimmer war gross (insbesondere das Bett) und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und komfortabel. Der Parkplatz direkt. vor dem Hotel ist gratis. Belluno ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar (Weg über Osteria del Ponte nehmen). Kleine, schöne Altstadt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.
Das Frühstück ist eher im Bereich 2 als 4 Sterne... Der Raum ist zu klein für die Anzahl Zimmer. Am Buffet können sich max. 3 Personen ungestört aufhalten, sonst kommt man nicht mehr aneinander vorbei. Die Tische werden zu langsam abgeräumt und das Buffet ebenfalls zu langsam aufgefüllt. Der Kaffee ist nahezu ungeniessbar, egal aus welcher Maschine. Also insgesamt: das Frühstück hat viel Luft nach oben, auch für italienische Verhältnisse... Im Zimmer gibt es leider auch keinen Kaffee, nur Tee. Und das stille Mineralwasser im Zimmer kostet 2.50€.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel wird auch durch viele Einheimische benutzt, die in der Gegend arbeiten, deshalb ist Verfügbarkeit für Hotelgäste nicht immer gegeben. Im Zimmer und im Bad nur indirekte Beleuchtung.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Our room is facing the Sports Ground but not noisy. It's funny to see peoples running on the tracks. The curtains inside the room could hide the daylight from the window. That's perfect.
The hotel applied a system for providing air conditioning purposes that the floor has a cooling system. Because of humidity issues, it made the floor always got wet which may cause slippery. The washroom is too dark.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026parcheggio gratutito davanti all'entrata. posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. posizione comodo per recarsi nelle dolomiti bellunesi. prezzo conveniente colazione adeguata, la sala non è grandissima e talvolta si crea un po' di calca nelle ore di maggiore afflusso.

Klima baš nije na zadovoljavajućoj razini. Zvali smo recepciju jer se temperatura nije spuštala ispod 26 stupnjeva pa su nam rekli da klima radi i da hladi preko poda.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin! Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Gute Ausstattung im Bad. Fahrräder konnten sicher untergebracht werden. Frühstück war gut.
Zimmer war wegen Problemen mit der Klimaanlage ziemlich warm. Da es draußen abends auch noch 28° hatte, nützte ein Öffnen des Fensters natürlich nichts.

Katastrophe, bei 34 Grad funktionierte keine Klimaanlage und wie es aussah schon länger. Denn es waren schon Ventilatoren vorbereitet, die man aufstellen konnte. Wir haben dann das Hotel storniert und sind in ein anderes umgezogen. Ansonsten hat das Hotel die beste Zeit hinter sich denn überall zeigt sich der Renovierungsstau. Nicht zu empfehlen!
