Mooie kamer, in centrum van de stad, mooie vergezichten vanuit de kamer, lekker ontbijt en gelegenheid om fietsen veilig te plaatsen in parkeergarage. Je kon ook onmiddellijk vanuit de garage met de lift naar je kamer, wat handig is met fietszakken.

S'avonds wel tot laat lawaai en muziek vanop het terras dat net onder de kamer lag. Hotel was een beetje moeilijk te vinden doordat er een stelling voorstond. Geen waterkokertje op de kamer.

La dimensione della stanza e la vista sulle Dolomiti sono il punto migliore. Era una grande suite con un bel bagno. Buona pulizia della stanza e ricambio dei prodotti da bagno ogni giorno. Ottima posizione nella piazza principale.

Non è stato possibile utilizzare il garage dell'hotel perché pieno. Sarebbe stato utile comunicarci la necessità di prenotarlo in anticipo prima dell'arrivo, se con posti insufficienti rispetto alle camere. Per altro, su loro indicazione, abbiamo parcheggiato in un garage non convenzionato spendendo di più. La reception è troppo piccola per un hotel a quattro stelle e troppo vicina al ristorante. Ogni volta che si entrava e usciva c'erano persone sedute ai tavoli o in piedi chiacchierando e creando disturbo. Infine, la colazione, seppur discreta, non era come ci aspettavamo da un quattro stelle.

The breakfast could have been better considering the rest of the hotel BUT it felt very Italian so I think it’s more about differences in culture

Well located on the main square. Excellent room with a fantastic double view of the Dolomites through two windows. Were very kindly served breakfast long after due time. Busy evening restaurant long after others in town had already closed.

Staff at reception on arrival evening somewhat overburdened by having to be simultaneously waiters at hotel's restaurant. Room distribution on our floor disconcerted us a bit, at first.

We stayed for one night after Alta Via 1 hike ending August 2026. Not cheap, triple room with breakfast: €300, but worth the money. Excellent Wi-Fi, very friendly staff; the "Marmolada" room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with good air conditioning and a walk-in shower—everything was top-notch! The breakfast was magnificent: scrambled eggs with bacon upon request, Strudel, Kaiserschmarrn, fresh strawberries, and great coffee. Excellent! 🤩 Really to recommend.

Our room was wonderful - clean, large, comfortable, with great views. The breakfast in the morning was great. Location was a super easy walk from the train/bus station, and there were a number of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were also super helpful in collecting bags we had shipped to the hotel, and had them waiting for us in our room upon arrival.

The wifi did not work in our room which was never fixed even after a couple conversations with staff. They did try to help us connect to a secondary network while we were in the lobby, but it disconnected as soon as we went upstairs. This wouldn't stop me from staying again, but was frustrating after just spending almost a week in the mountains with extremely limited connectivity.

The rooms were wonderful, breakfast was great, staff was terrific.

At night, it was incredibly loud. The restaurant outside is very popular and it was boisterous. People were making noise until early in the morning, and before that it was quite a roar.

The staff was very friendly and even granted us early check in even though we didn’t expect to be there early. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling!

After completing our 9 day Alta Via 1 Trekking, this hotel is the best place for us to rest and regain energy.

The perfect location, the room conditions, the breakfast, everything was perfect! The room was huge, super clean and comfy, and it have two large glass doors facing two different sides of wonderful views. It is right at the city central square and close to restaurants and shops and grocery stores.

Everything was to my liking , mostly a wonderful breakfast with a stunning landscape.

Very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Spacious room. Secure parking for our bicycles. Would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced.

The bath in the bedroom. There was also a separate shower in the bathroom.

AC did not work. Called desk multiple times to let them know and it was the bar employees. Had no response other than “we can’t do anything”. Manager Santi was an arrogant man who had no intentions of helping. Bar below goes until 2-3am and is extremely loud in the rooms. Steer clear of this place

The Friday night feel on the terrace is much like a party atmosphere. Nothing wrong with that. But not what I was after.

Le dimensioni della camera e la vista panoramica. L'hotel condivide la struttura con un bistrò che offre bevande e prodotti di qualità in un ambiente piacevolissimo. Da evidenziare la vista invidiabile sul Piave e la Valbelluna.

Colazione migliorabile soprattutto nella offerta e qualità dei salati. Ambiente colazioni attiguo al servizio bar. Numero parcheggi limitati e da prenotare.

Neuwertige Einrichtung, sauber, zentrale Lage, Doppelbett mit durchgehender härterer Matratze, Frühstück hochwertig und frisch.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb einer Bar und es war im Zimmer unerträglich laut. Die Barkeeperin war auch gleichzeitig die Rezeptionistin. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern trönte der Bass bis Mitternacht durch das Zimmer. Für Partymäuse super, für Ruhe suchende Menschen eine Qual. Für mich ein No-Go, deshalb die schlechte Bewertung.

Hotel spettacolare per la posizione centrale e la camera spaziosa e luminosissima con vista sulle montagne e sul fiume. Colazione piacevole nella sala con la vetrata. Disponibilità del parcheggio (anche se angusto).

Very large, bright and comfortable room and bathroom, modern furniture and good amenities, nice views over the Piave valley, ideally located on the edge of the splendid old centre of Belluno; correct breakfast, parking under the hotel

If nitpicking, no place to shelf to put your soap or shampoo on in the shower, and no lighting on the writing desk

La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza dell’ascensore e dei marciapiedi adatti per il passeggino, che rendono tutto più pratico per chi viaggia con bambini. La vista era davvero meravigliosa e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, è disponibile un parcheggio coperto a pagamento, molto comodo. La colazione è stata buona e varia, e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera aveva una dimensione adeguata, confortevole per il soggiorno.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, la stanza era unica e i letti dei bambini erano molto vicini. Il bagno mancava di un supporto per lo shampoo, poco pratico. Inoltre, la vasca da bagno si trovava all’interno della camera e non nel bagno, una scelta insolita e non molto funzionale. Infine, in camera era presente una sola sedia, risultando un po’ limitante. Nel complesso, consiglio questo hotel, soprattutto per chi viaggia in famiglia.

Camera perfetta e ben mantenuta, pulizia e biancheria ineccepibile.

Il frigobar era molto povero, solo due bottigliette da 125 cc di acqua

Soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La suite è un vero gioiello di comfort, con una vasca idromassaggio perfetta per il relax e una pulizia davvero meticolosa. Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stato l'innovativo sistema di riscaldamento: estremamente confortevole e intuitivo, garantisce un clima ideale in modo naturale. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto competente e professionale, sempre pronto a dare il consiglio giusto. La posizione è ottima, ideale per godersi il meglio della zona senza stress.

Staff, location, and general facilities were great! They stored our luggage for us and brought it to our room on arrival. Great stop for the Alta Via!

Tv didn’t work in our room, view was at ground level of a front loader doing some construction work each morning.

Die Zimmer gross und schön. Das Badezimmer war auch gross. Grosser minus Punkt die Dusche. Die Dusche hatte an den Kitfugen überall Schimmel !!! Das sollte bei 4 Sternen nicht so sein ! Das Frühstück war Typisch Italienisch, viele Süsse Sachen.

Bella suite, spaziosa e ben strutturata.

Per 200 euro ca a notte il bidet e il tv non funzionanti sono macchie indelebili. Il personale ci è sembrato impreparato a gestire inconvenienti. La stanza e la posizione sono gli unici pregi. Prezzo spropositato per un 4(!) stelle.

The accommodation was amazing – we had a stunning mountain view. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as well as the bathroom, which was equipped with toothbrushes and toothpaste for each guest, shower gels, and shampoo – all these little details truly completed the experience beautifully. The breakfast was also fabulous and very filling – I think even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. We felt wonderful here and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The only small minus was that the parking is in a garage and comes with a fee. It would’ve been great if hotel guests had free parking included.
