Hotel byl moderně zařízen. Pokoje byly hezké s moderní koupelnou. Některé pokoje měly okno pouze do světlíku. Parkování bylo možné ve dvoře, ale vzhledem k počtu pokojů v hotelu byla parkovací kapacita nedostatečná.

Snídaně byly průměrné. Malý výběr jídla.

The location could not be better near the downtown of Belluno. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when it came to assisting with laundry and check in. The front appears quite small and older, but the inside was very new and the rooms were extremely well updated. Incredible value. The restaurant at the base of the hotel was also amazing!!

The breakfast was diverse and good with a selection of breads, spreads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts and vegetables. They were also able to provide gluten free bread/ crackers and they had soy milk available. When I needed more towels, the cleaning staff were able to provide them. I liked having a small fridge in the room, it was very helpful. I found the bed comfortable and the black out shutters and blinds worked well. There was good water pressure too. The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the town.

The room was small, but sufficient and I was aware of the room size when booking. There was some noise from the hallway, but apart from that the room was quite. The bathroom is small but completely sufficient, however I personally didn't like the colored lighting. The reception staff were nice and fine, but not as warm or friendly as some of the other Italian hotel reception staff I experienced during my trip.

Per la colazione tutti i tavolini erano pieni, anche se abbiamo rimediato grazie alla disponibilità del personale, ma forse bisognerebbe aver organizzato un po' meglio questo aspetto. Un po' di polvere in camera sopra la. Tastiera del. Letto e pochi accessori in bagno.... Quelli che solitamente si dimenticano....

Room was very nice. Very well maintained. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Breakfast was continental with excellent choice - all fresh.

Would have scored higher overall but for two things - parking in the area is difficult. Very limited car park at the hotel. Nearest public car park is very convenient but is in high demand. Can only pay for 2 hours and then car must be moved and you cannot return for 2 hours. If you want to park for the night you must arrive after 5pm as it is free from 7pm until 8am when you have to move the car again! Obviously local people use this car park so getting a space can be difficult. Secondly, we had an issue with the housekeeping. We had gone out for the day and on our return at the end of the day, our room hadn't been cleaned, the bed not made, used towels not replaced and toilet rolls had disappeared!! We reported this to the receptionist who replaced the towels and toilet rolls but obviously did not do any housekeeping!

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our smelly clothes from hiking the Alta Via 1 washed and dried within a few hours. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself quite attractive. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit along with the usual offerings. Location was excellent, with a good restaurant next door, and walking distance to the train station.

Central location was great: a short walk to the railway station and shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious enough, good wifi, shower and aircon. Comfortable bed, fridge and a kettle in the room. The breakfast buffet was copious and very good.

Nothing to complain, wish we could have stayed another night.

Das Bad! Sehr schön und funktional. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Klimaanlage nicht zu laut, das ist auch wichtig. Frühstück in Ordnung, etwas bescheiden. Lage unschlagbar!

Sehr hellhörig, ohne Ohropax kein Schlafen. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt im Foyer, Gang, Lift, Frühstücksraum, nicht aber im Zimmer, das war in Ordnung.

Die Lage war für mich perfekt. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und wunderbar. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich, auch für ein paar Hilfen im Büro. (Extrakopien und Scanns und Mailversenden)

Das Frühstück war für ein 3* Hotel absolut angemessen. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an Eierspeisen und frischem Obstsalat wäre toll. Aber alles nicht so wichtig.

Es wurde extrem laute Musik gespielt. An Schlaf war bis Mitternacht nicht zu denken. Selbst im Restaurant war es unerträglich. Ich hätte dort gern gegessen. Auf meinen Hinweis machten sich die Kellner sogar lustig. Die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich.

The albergo location is excellent- closeby to the town square and within walking distance to lots of bar and restaurants. The room is very clean and breakfast is excellent- lots of pastries and good coffees. Enjoyed our stay here.

The man who works at the front desk was extremely rude to me. He told me he hates Donald Trump and I should go back to America and never come back to Italy. At first I thought I misunderstood, but soon realized he was very serious. I felt very upset and frightened. We tried to deadbolt the door. We were truly scared of this man. If the owner of the hotel should read this, please know one of your staff is not representing your hotel well.

So stellt man sich ein italienisches Albergo vor. Optimal gelegen. Alles da, was man braucht für einen Stadtaufenthalt.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Modernes, offenbar kürzlich hochwertig und stilvoll renoviertes Zimmer und Bad. Schönes, grosses Bad. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal, super, dass wir unsere e-Bikes direkt bei der Reception lassen und aufladen konnten.

Steuerung und Output der Klimaanlage waren nicht überzeugend. Ich habs gerne dunkel beim Schlafen, aber in dem modern eingerichteten Zimmer leuchten die diversen Schalter, TV-Sender-Knopf, Air-Con-Display, … einfach sehr hell, was nicht sein müsste , …

Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade die Stärke des Hotels, der Rezeptionist hingegen schon. Herr Fabio Beninca Cima ist ein geborener Rezeptionist – freundlich, zuvorkommend, charmant, ein Meister seines Fachs, der seine Arbeit mit Ruhe und Humor meistert.

This was an interesting hotel. Easy to find in a great location, a bit of a walk from the train and bus station (on a hot day) but not very far. The great part of the location is you are in a central area near the main plaza and lots of shops and restaurants. They let me check in early which was nice. The room used the electronic card key to operate the power system in the room which took me a moment to realize that's why the power was off when I came in (hot day and needed that air conditioner). Such a smart way to both manage the location of your key card and make sure you don't leave the air conditioner or other electrical on! The room is very very small, the bed is a single (for solo travelers)...but it all worked perfectly for my last stay before leaving the dolomites.

Overall, I didn't love the city of Belluno. This wasn't the hotel's fault though! Next time I would stay in Agordo instead. And then bus to the train station in Belluno to get to Venezia. The breakfast was mediocre, especially compared to my amazing one at the start of my trip in Cortina D'Ampezzo!

Das Hotel war von den Zimmern her wohl neu renoviert. Rest eher veraltet. Modernes Badezimmer, in dem man sogar die Lampenfarbe verändern konnte. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum. Frühstück okay.

Fahrräder mussten in der Lobby im Eingangsbereich abgestellt werden.

Wenn frühmorgens die Mottorräder der Gäste gestartet werden. Wird einem der Schlaf geraubt, ist überdies extrem unhöflich sowie rücksichtslos von den Motorradfahrer.

Non ha una hall molto accogliente e le macchine davanti all'ingresso. Nella sala della colazione si crea la fila per prendere le stovaglie perchè sono posizionate dietro la macchina delle bevande. L'atmosfera della sala è un po' cupa.

colazione nella media, c'è una discreta scelta sia di dolce che di salato, posizione ottima centrale. Ci hanno permesso di "incastrare" l'auto nel piccolo parcheggio antistante l'albergo, evitandoci così di parcheggiarla altrove.

Great location - v central. Nice room. Comfortable beds and good en-suite. Staff helpful and flexible - allowed us to store bags when came in early from AV1. Did a wash/dry of clothes quickly. Good breakfast.

Bar was not so enticing but not a problem as keen to go out.

La doccia era spaziosa, nuova e con getti d'acqua divertenti, mi è piaciuta molto. I letti erano molto comodi.

Da migliorare la qualità (non la quantità nè la varietà) della colazione. Il parcheggio era troppo piccolo per cui non ce la siamo sentita di parcheggiare lì.

The location was very centrally located! An easy walk from the train station, a block from the heart of the city! The breakfast was great with a lot of options and choices! Would definitely stay here again in my travels!!

The hotel was missing a common area. Somewhere to sit and relax while waiting for family friends. The front lobby was the only option.

Posizione centrale, nel pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dalle vie più belle. Clima familiare, si vede che hanno esperienza nell'approccio al cliente. Camere ristrutturate, tutto sommato le stanze sono in ordine.

Già dalle foto si capiva che l'albergo ha poco spazio attorno ma mi aspettavo comunque una situazione diversa. La hall molto sacrificata con biciclette posizionate all'ingresso, dentro allo stabile e odore di pneumatici, di fianco c'è la sala delle colazioni che risente di questa vicinanza. Di notte le auto degli ospiti sono parcheggiate a ridosso dell'ingresso. L'odore interessa anche le scale e caratterizza la struttura. Il piccolo ascensore necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione. La camera molto piccola, letto matrimoniale accessibile da un solo lato, aria condizionata difficile da regolare in quanto puntava addosso, proprio sul letto, l'alternativa era spegnerla e morire di caldo. Il bagno bello ma strettissimo, senza un posto dove appoggiare un beauty. La colazione dozzinale, affettati che non invitavano al consumo, cibi confezionati con sapori molto standardizzati.

Det centrala läget var ett stort plus. Boendet fungerade perfekt som övernattning efter en genomförd vandring i Dolomiterna.

Personalen gav tyvärr ett väldigt otrevligt och ovänligt bemötande, vilket påverkade helhetsupplevelsen negativt.

Staff from check-in to check-out was focused on meeting our needs and being helpful. We were a group of 11 checking in individually and despite our arrival at normal Sunday checkout time, we were checked in effectively. Laundry was also reasonably priced and available in an acceptable time. Room was spacious, cooked, clean and comfortable- bathroom shower was a highlight

Suite junior molto bella, probabilmente ristrutturata da poco. In camera tutto quello che serve lo trovate persino un vero e proprio fon che negli hotel fi solito è un banale erogatore d'aria calda!!! Personale molto gentile, camera pulitissima. Posizione ottima, 2 minuti e sei in centro.

Pur essendo una suite ristrutturata l'aria condizionata è un po' troppo rumorosa. La colazione non ci è piaciuta ( il caffè siamo andati a berlo in un bar in centro)

All the reception staff were helpful, courteous and polite. The wifi worked well, as did the shower. The whole place was very clean and there was a good choice at breakfast. I'd happily return if I were to revisit Belluno.

My only quibble was the breakfast server on the Sunday who was disinterested in her job. (The weekday server was excellent)

The location is great, right in the center of town. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our junior suite was very modern, clean, and spacious.

Die Lage war sehr gut Nahe Zentrum, Die Zimmer sind renoviert und schön gestaltet, die Zimmer sind mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus

Die Freundlichkeit des Herrn tagsüber (Mittwoch/Donnerstag) war katastrophal, bei Ankunft und später bei einer Informationsanfrage waren die Antworten von ihm eine einzige Frechheit. Bei jeder gelegenheit fand man ihn vor dem Eingang rauchend an. Denke nicht, dass das der richtige Job für ihn ist. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir, der ältere Herr gestern Nacht hat vieles wieder gut gemacht. Doch auch die Tagesbesetzung heute die schwarzhaarige Frau konnte mit ihrem Charme nicht wirklich überzeugen.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Neues schönes Badezimmer. Trotz der vielen Fahrräder und dem beengten Platzverhältnissen konnten wir unserer Rennräder in einem versperren Raum einstellen. Frühstück ist für Italien okay.

Information über den Parkplatz ist irreführend. Beim Hotel kann man den Parkplatz nicht reservieren. Dort ist auch wenig Platz. Am besten man stellt das Auto auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

Das Hotel ist von außen eher unscheinbar. Die Zimmer sind toll und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und funktionell. Insgesamt ein Hotel das man weiter empfehlen kann. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Es gab für mich soweit nichts zu bemängeln.
