Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich umfangreich, insgesamt ein tolles und reichhaltiges Buffet. Auto konnte sicher geparkt werden, Gebühr dafür war angemessen. Was besonders erwähneswert ist, dass es im Gegesatz zu vielen anderen Hotels wirklich ausreichend Steckdosen im Zimmer gab und insbesondere dort, wo sie auch sein sollten. Gerade als Geschäftsreisender ist das ein echtes Plus.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Der Frühstücksraum (altes Sudhaus) war sehr schön und ansprechend. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der hauseigene Parkplatz im Hinterhof mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. It had a nice breakfast and the rooms were clean. Our room had a nice new shower. We were there in September so it was fine, but it should be clear that there is no air-conditioning.

We were in an attic room and would have been upset if it was hot with no air conditioning. Also, they advertised two separate twin beds and it was two twin beds pushed together.

one advantage (that i don't remember from info) was they had two electric car chargers (7kw) which was very handy Rooms were better than photos

Location was great. 3 minutes walk from Plonlein. Apartment was big and spacious . Bathroom was huge. Beds were decent. Staff on front desk were polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were good. It's an all in one living room, kitchen and bedroom. So wasn't an issue for us (2A,3C) as we only got in late and stayed for one night.

Key didn't work on sensor when coming back on after 8. Another guest had the same issue. Took about 10 minutes before it worked. Breakfast was ok - cooked breakfast was average at best. Continental breakfast was good. Still water in the room would have been great instead of sparkling but no major issue.

Our family room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the small areas within the hotel and gardens where we could socialise with our family for drinks and some downtime. Restaurants were within an easy walking distance. Parking which we had pre booked was easily accessible.

The location was amazing, and the room was perfect for my family traveling with children. We could walk to all the sights, and everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, and I felt the experience was well worth the money.

The room did not have air conditioning. The weather was not too hot while I was there, but I would not plan another trip during the summer.

Hotel vicinissimo al centro città. Possibilità di garage per la moto. Al costo di 17,00 euro, ma per noi sono sempre ben spesi per avere il garage.

La struttura è posizionata in modo strategico all’interno delle mura e con parcheggio interno estremamente comodo. Colazione perfetta, ricco buffet. Io e la mia famiglia ( due bimbi di 7 e 11 anni) siamo stati molto bene.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata in camera

Struttura in ottima posizione. Camera familiare spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la comodità dei materassi,che purtroppo non sono ottimi in molte strutture. Abbiamo dormito bene e la colazione era molto gradevole.

Die Hintergrundmusik beim Frühstück (Radio) fanden wir schlimm, schlechte Akkustik und ständig nervige Werbung. Das wertet das sehr gute Frühstück und den schönen Speisesaal ab. Wir haben super herzliche Mitarbeiter kennengelernt. Leider auch welche, die kaum ein Lächeln hinbekommen. Nur deshalb nicht den besten Smily.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit großen Bädern. Nur das Vierbettzimmer war etwas klein. Tolles Frühstück. Und die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Leider gibt es abends keine Bar. Aber man kann nett im Innenhof sitzen.

Per essere un 4 stelle, bisogna lavorare parecchio. Bagno così così. Capelli trovati vicino ai letti. Senza aria condizionata, e con un ventilatore rotto. Un solo ascensore perennemente occupato.

A very well maintained traditional Gasthof in the old town. We stayed in a spacious family apartment which was very comfortable. Breakfast was substantial.

Lack of parking for our vehicle because the overground car park was full. We had to park some distance away. The restaurant did not serve evening meals, only breakfast. Check in after 8pm requires special arrangements with the hotel.

In the center of the beautiful city. Parking place with charging station for my electric car.

No airco and unfortunately very hot temperatures.

Zentrale Lage mit bequemer Anfahrt, großes, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Saal, Parkmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Check-in.

Ein Problem das ich in den meisten Hotels antreffe: Im Bad vermisse ich Haken an der Wand, um etwas aufhängen zu können. Zimmer erst ab 15.00 Uhr zur Verfügung.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel. Insgesamt war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und alle waren sehr freundlich. Für uns ist es derer ideale Ausgangspunkt in Rothenburg.

De locatie aan de rand van de alt-stadt maakt dat je snel in het centrum bent. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Prima ontbijt. De auto kan onder het hotel geparkeerd worden.

Mitten in der Altstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir hatten ein 4er Zimmer, es war groß genug, die Betten waren bequem. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

En av beste frokostene vi hadde. Bra utvalg og maten smak veldig godt. Hotel i en historiske byggning med veldig fin interiør og rom.

Ingen klimaanlegg, men det var sikkert pga. at hotel ligger i et historiske bykjerne hvor det er ikke tillat. Vanlig vifte var på rommet og det hjulpet.

Die Lage war super, das Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und schön. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Wir konnten einen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz nutzen. (Gegen Gebühr).

Die Tür zum Zimmer wollte nicht so aufgehen, wie wir das wollten. Es brauchte immer diverse Versuche. Genauso ging es uns mit dem Hebel in der Wanne, das Wasser über den Duschschlauch zu schicken. Hat aber zum Schluss funktioniert. Das Zimmer war schon ziemlich warm. Dem war trotz dass es draußen abends abkühlte, nicht beizukommen und alle 3 Fenster geöffnet waren. Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen.

Größe des Vierbettzimmers, Lage, Parkplatz beim Haus, bequeme Betten

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden - auch wenn es außen eher unscheinbar wirkt. Das Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden und man kam bequem mit dem Aufzug von dort in die entsprechende Etage. Unser Zimmer war geräumig groß, sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Das Bad war auch komplett neu, sehr schön und modern mit ausreichend Ablageflächen. Das Frühstück bot ausreichend Auswahl und wurde in einem beeindruckenden Raum angeboten. Das Haus ist insgesamt zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder dort buchen.

In unserem Bad gab es zwar viel Ablagefläche, aber KEINE Möglichkeit die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Auch für die Handtücher, gab es nur eine Behelfslösung- viel zu weit weg vom Waschbecken. Tropfte alles voll. Der Hinweis, aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen die Handtücher auf dem Halter, nicht waschen- auf dem Boden waschen! - war witzig. ES GAB KEINE MÖGLICHKEIT zum Aufhängen. Seit kurzem haben wir Saughaken in unserem ständigen Reisegepäck. Das war ein Glück, denn an der Glastür blieben sie haften. Ich vermute, dass das Bad noch so neu war, dass noch keine Stangen oder Halter montiert waren. Freie Flächen gäbe es genug.

Una estadía muy agradable, en un hotel con historia. Excelente ubicación dentro del casco antiguo de Rothemburg. Con parking disponible en las instalaciones del hotel. Muy buen desayuno, en un hermoso salón. Todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Near the main attractions but not so close as to be loud. Amazing breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Our family of five stayed in a spacious attic room, which was comfortable and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the old town, with beautiful views from the windows. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the convenience of the secure underground parking. We are already dreaming of coming back during the Christmas season to experience the magical atmosphere of Rothenburg.

There was nothing to dislike

Ich hatte mir bei der Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht. Das hat aber, wahrscheinlich wegen meiner recht kurzfristigen Buchung, leider nicht geklappt. Es war leider schon früh am Morgen recht laut durch das "scheppern" der Servicekräfte beim durch den Flur schieben ihrer Rollwagen.

Bel établissement dans une vieille cité médiévale magnifique, à découvrir absolument. Chambre très bien équipée et décorée, donnant sur un balcon et un petit jardin (Rothenburg est très tranquille la nuit). Le parking de l'hôtel est pratique, car les places de parking dans la ville historique ne sont pas faciles à trouver.

Le check-in imposé avant 20 heures, ce qui en soi n'est pas normal pour un établissement quatre étoiles.

Sehr ordentliches und geräumiges Zimmer für 3. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, sehr zentrumsnah und gut erreichbar. Highlight ist das lecker Frühstück in dem sehr sehr schönen Speisesaal! Ein toller Start in den Tag!

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the Siebersturm and Kobolzeĺerturm end of the old town. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the underground parking was very convenient.

In the summer heat and without air conditioning, at least provide a decent fan: ours was noisy and decrepit and not conducive to a good night's sleep.

De locatie is zeer centraal, de kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Een prima bed (met wel een hoog kussen), en een perfecte badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer goed en uitgebreid. Parkeren bij het hotel is goed geregeld.

Very close to all the sights. Twin beds for all 5 of us. Perfect view of St Jakob’s Church while lying in bed! Fridge, 2 fans. No A/c but it wasn’t needed as we opened the windows. The breakfast was amazing!!
