A bit old and tired towels threadbare

Останавливались на две ночи. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый. Балкона как такового нет, точнее, он есть, но очень маленький, только для того, чтобы посушить вещи. Из окна немного видно травертины) Расположение шикарное, до южных ворот в парк Паммукале ехать минут 5 на машине, до центрального входа ещё меньше. В пешей доступности магазин и рестораны, на территории отеля также есть ресторан. Два бассейна, один из них с горкой, есть зона отдыха с лежаками. Спокойное, приятное место. Завтраки за столиками на улице у бассейна, шведский стол. Очень понравился омлет, да и вообще все было довольно вкусно. Персонал приветливый, хорошо говорит на английском, помогли с чемоданами, подсказали, с какой удобнее всего подъехать к парку

Location to the main sites are less than 10 mins walk away. Staff are super friendly and there are two pools and cafe and restaurant without outdoor seating next to the pool.

het was leuk met de glijbanen. de spa was ook heel chill en netjes en heerlijk. personeel behulpzaam met de trappen en zware koffers naar 3de verdieping want geen lift. plus kaartje kwijt geen probleem.

beetje grootshalig naar mijn smaak. Faciliteiten in kamer iets minder, bedden keihard. ook raar kort laken voor 2 personen. Moesten er eentje bij vragen. spoeling wc deed erg raar. en bedden waren keihard bij ons. Bij onze kids juist perfect.

Breakfast was really great with lots of options. Also have two separate pools for adults and childrens.

NO LIFT Facility. Its a shame that a big hotel like this which doesn't have a lift. Our room was in 3rd floors and we need to use the stairs. We came with a baby stroller which we need to place it near the stairs on ground floor. Which is not safe as if it rains it will get wet and we cant use it once it will get fully dry. Atleast they can provide a safe place to store our strollers/push chairs. So make sure you have a foldable strollers or look for ground floors. Another issue was the bath towels which is not soft and very thin just like a foot mat towel. It will not make our our body fully dry. Even smaller hotels will provide much more better towels than this. And also their isn't any proper exhaust fan for toilet.

Ottima posizione a 3 km dall'entrata sud del sito Pamukkale-Hierapolis, consiglio anche ristorante per la cena, camera adeguata per un soggiorno di una notte, ottima piscina per rinfrescarsi.

As piscinas, que foram a principal razão de ter escolhido este hotel, mas chegamos lá e os escorregas não estavam a funcionar assim como a água estava turva, escadas em péssimo estado, parque também muito fraco e com muitos cocos de cão.

Le lit était confortable

L’hôtel ne paraît pas comme dans les photos, des traces sur les murs, les toilettes qui sentent les égouts, les portes qui ne ferment pas comme il faut, les meubles anciens avec des marques de bombe vraiment décevant. On a souhaitait un remboursement mais ils n’ont pu rien faire car c’était une réservation sur booking d’après eux… plusieurs personnes se plaignaient à côté en disant la même chose que nous finalement ils ont fait un geste en nous attribuons une suite même celle-ci était dans les même conditions.

Le point positif de l'hôtel est l'emplacement. Donc pour une nuit c'est très bien. Notre chambre et la salle d'eau étaient assez vétustes. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur... Par contre je précise que pour une nuit, en étape, c'est bien.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, insbesondere für einen Besuch von Pamukkale.

Leider war der Zustand der Zimmer und des Badezimmers enttäuschend. Die Ausstattung wirkte veraltet und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend und einige Stellen waren sichtbar beschädigt bzw. unsauber verarbeitet. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Ps. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider sehr enttäuschend und bot kaum Auswahl. Das Brot wirkte vom Vortag und auch der Lokum machte einen sehr alten Eindruck – teilweise hatte man das Gefühl, dass er schon seit einer Woche dort lag. Die Qualität und Frische der Speisen waren insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr gut informiert. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war top, wenn man nach Pamukkale will.

Fiyatına göre gayet güzel

Hotel davvero molto carino Ci hanno aiutato anche a organizzare il nostro trasferimento da Göreme a Pamukkale, rendendoci tutto molto più semplice. Un ringraziamento speciale al manager **Ali**, davvero gentilissimo e disponibile: grazie mille per tutto! Abbiamo soggiornato in una **camera familiare molto grande e spaziosa**, perfetta per una famiglia, con un **letto matrimoniale davvero gigante e comodissimo**. Gli spazi erano ampi e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un grande punto di forza dell’hotel sono sicuramente le piscine. Ci sono **due piscine**: una nella zona degli scivoli, molto divertente, e una seconda più tranquilla, dove è presente anche una piccola piscina dedicata ai bambini più piccoli. Gli **scivoli sono super**, divertentissimi non solo per i ragazzi ma anche per gli adulti! Molto comodo anche il **servizio navetta gratuito** dell’hotel, che ci ha accompagnati direttamente al **South Gate del sito di Pamukkale**, permettendoci di iniziare la visita dall’alto. La posizione è ottima e molto vicina al centro. Dopo aver visitato Hierapolis e attraversato a piedi le bellissime terrazze del “Castello di Cotone”, si scende direttamente verso il paese e, in un batter d’occhio, si torna all’hotel. **Consigliato anche il ristorante dell’hotel**: molto comodo dopo una giornata di visite e un’ottima soluzione se non si ha voglia di uscire nuovamente la sera.

L’unico aspetto che ci è piaciuto meno è stata la colazione. È prevalentemente in stile turco e sicuramente rispecchia i gusti e le abitudini locali, ma per noi italiani la scelta è risultata molto limitata.

Toboganele pentru copii erau puțin ruginite, scara alunecoasă, fară covor antiderapant. Ușa de la cameră se închidea destul de greu.

Poca experiencia en restauración. 🍸 pésima cocteleria. No saben servir un coctel. No tienen oferta, no tienen vasos adecuados.

Der große Pool war sehr stimmungsvoll. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Stimmungsolle Livemusik am Abend. Perfekte Ausgangslage um in wenigen Minuten beim Fussgängereingang zu sein. (Das ist gerade in der Früh ideal um die Stimmung in Pamukkale mit noch kaum Touristen genieße zu können).

Bellissimo resort con piscine e SPA. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere molto spaziose. Posizione perfetta per andare ai travertini. La sera c'è musica dal vivo e ci siamo fermati a prendere un drink al bar della piscina. Peccato essere rimasti solo 1 notte !

Bagno vecchio, in generale struttura un po’ datata e impersonale.

Vieta - net nesitikėjome, kad bus taip gerai. Viešbutyje ramu, teritorija uždara, baseinai tvarkingi, rankšluosčiai prie baseino visada švarūs, pusryčiai - labai geri. Personalas paslaugus ir labai stengiasi. Patarimas visiems - neieškoti maisto miestelio restoranėliuose, nes viešbutyje pigiau ir skaniau.

Gyvenome šeimyniniame numeryje, tai nuvylė antrasis kambarys su atskiromis lovomis - nėra nei lentynos, nei pakabos kur pasidėti ar pasikabinti rūbus. Batai surikiuoti prie durų, ant grindų atidaryti lagaminai su rūbais - ne kambarys, o daiktų saugykla. Tikrai yra vietos kur pastatyti bent minimalią spintą, nes ne visada šeimyniniame kambaryje gyvena tėvai su mažais vaikais ir nepatogu daiktus laikyti kito kambario spintoje. Ne priekaištas, tik pasiūlymas - pusryčiams pagaminti bent kažką, kas būtų tinkama mažesniems vaikams.

Locatie was goed

Hygiëne was echt om te huilen. Badkamer enorm verouderd en niet schoon. Toilette bril was geel, wc papier houder was half los. Eerste nacht geen babybed gekregen waardoor wij de hele nacht niet normaal hebben kunnen slapen. Ontbijt was ook matig, weinig keuze. Personeel niet aardig, zou deze hotel niet aanraden.

Espaces envahis par la musique omniprésente des le matin au petit déjeuner, niveau sonore insupportable qui ne semblait réjouir que le personnel du bar. Personnel de service du restaurant de midi et du bar, parlant à peine anglais, totalement inattentif aux clients qui déjeunent, mangeant des glaces et dansant derrière le bar !! Aucune attention à notre demande de diminution du volume sonore.Dommage !!

Bien placé, à pieds de l’entrée de Hierapolis mais au calme Deux grandes piscines (ouverte jusqu’à 20h et 21h) Une grande chambre avec jolie vue sur l’hôtel voisin et le travertin au loin Spa très agréable et ouvert jusqu’à 22h

Завтраки отменные. Номера как на картинке. Удобные кровати. Территория хорошая . Выберу каждый раз как буду приезжать в Памуккале только в этот отель.

Нужен небольшой ремонт в душевой. Перед входом в номер у стен сыплется штукатурка. За террасой не на заднем дворе нужно доделать газон или посадить цветы.

Struttura assolutamente comoda con la mia famiglia composta da quattro persone. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni assolutamente comodi a Pamukkale. Personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Struttura pulita e profumata (cosa non scontata) . Tra l’altro ci sono tre piscine fruibili fino a sera.

L’unico neo…. Sono i lenzuoli dei letti. I materassi sono abbastanza ampi e comodi devo dire di buona fattura…. Ma i lenzuoli degli stessi materassi sono più piccoli e quindi non si incalzano. Quindi una volta a letto, basta girarsi una volta per portarsi via tutto il lenzuolo….. credo questa sia l’unica area di miglioramento che ho riscontrato in questa struttura

Selve værelset fremstod i dårlig stand. Der var en underlig lugt da vi kom ind på værelset, formentlig fra kloaken på toilettet. Derudover havde gulvet løftet sig og tapetet var revet af enkelte steder. Der var to stole på værelset som var så plettede at man ikke havde lyst til at sætte sig. Natbordene var hængt op så langt væk fra sengen at man skulle rejse sig for fx at slukke lys, tage vand eller lægge sin mobil. Normalt skriver jeg aldrig anmeldelser, men når det har været så skidt og jeg bliver bedt om at give en rating på 10 af ejeren, så bliver jeg nødt til at være ærlig.

La salle de bain était dans un état plus que déplorable, il faut rentrer avec une combinaison à l’intérieur, une odeur infeste. Je ne parle même pas de la cuvette des WC, c’est plutôt un hôtel 1 étoile. Les photos sont trompeuses et les personnes ayant hébergé dans cet hôtel sont trompeuses aussi, ou n'ont jamais vu d'hôtel de leur vie tellement l’hygiène était absente. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner le matin...le sol de la chambre étais collant a certains endroits...

La hospitalidad de su gente es inmejorable. Nos encantó en todos los sentidos. Piscinas e instalaciones perfectas y bien cuidadas. Toda la gente de recepción fue increíble, después de visitar Pamukkale nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones y comimos en su recomendable restaurante después del check out. Vimos los globos desde la zona de piscina y desde la habitación.

El hotel está estupendo, la habitación súper acogedora y todo muy limpio. La dueña es una encanto y nos ayudo en todo, además que se pueda aparacar en el hotel es genial, ya que la ubicación es perfecta para poder pasear sin tener que coger el coche. Repetiría sin duda!!

A pesar de que no es antiguo, la habitación en la que estuvimos merecía un mejor mantenimiento. Inodoro con manchas oscuras y grifería muy afectada por el paso del tiempo y probablemente los productos de limpieza. Mampara de ducha que no ajustaba y se salía el agua. Cuando llegamos un trabajador del hotel nos llevó las maletas al interior de la habitación. Encendido el aire acondicionado y se le cayó el mando perdiendo una pila debajo de la cama. Sacó otra pila del mando de la TV y se la puso al a/c. Supuse que vendría a reponer la pola que quitó al mando de la TV pero no fue así.

Ottima posizione. Materasso eccezionalmente grande e comodo. Piscine: un valore aggiunto sia per i ragazzi (soprattutto wuella con gli scivoli) che per noi: siamo arrivati dopo una lunga tappa in auto e passare un'oretta a rilassarci a bordo piscina prima di cena è stato davvero piacevole. Volendo era disponibile anche una Spa con massaggi e bagno turco, ma per stare con i ragazzi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Stanze grandi e letti molto comodi. Varia e per tutti i gusti la colazione a buffet. Personale disponibile e accogliente.

la manutenzione dei bagni in camera:la tavoletta del gabinetto era staccata, la doccia era intasata e non scendeva l'acqua, il pannello dietro al letto era attaccato con lo scotch, nella colazione i succhi di frutta erano scadenti

Als wir angekommen sind , hat man uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben kalten Kaffee bekommen und konnten erstmal entspannen . Der Service , die Mitarbeiter und besonders der Ali waren sehr gastfreundlich . Haben ein Dessert und einen Obstteller serviert bekommen Preis Leistung passt , für einen kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt mit 3 Kindern können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen Auch zu empfehlen finde ich das türkische Bad ( hamam) Mit Massage 👍 Sind das zweite Mal hier

Отличный отель для остановки у Памуккале! Мы путешествуем на машине, и все сложилось идеально: удобный заезд, парковка без проблем, приехали поздно вечером и нас спокойно заселили. Номер чистый и комфортный, персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Утром удобно добираться до травертин. Рекомендуем всем, кто едет в Памуккале на авто!

Location is good. personal is definitely polite and helpful. Kids enjoyed the waterslides. Rooms are quite and doors insulate any noise from courtyard. Good offers are availability at the spa.

Breakfast is rich, but was a bit low quality.

The position was good and the pool was quite good.

The WiFi wasn’t working in our room and in our room the air conditioning wasn’t working. We called someone but he didn’t manage to fix it. Breakfast was quite basic.

It was the only resort in the area, it was nice and cozy. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Location was good and quiet after hours. The family room was nice although it looked a little worn out and could use some upgrading especially for the bathroom. The pool and little waterpark was very nice. The staff was great, helped us with information and getting a taxi.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially after trying breakfast in different hotels. There weren't many option and the trays were empty most of the time. The food wasn't as good as other places.

Минусы как всегда режут глаза: Номер на сайте указан более 30м2, а фактически сам номер около 9м2((( даже если посчитать с балконом и ванной, то будет меньше 20м2. Этого действительно мало. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, отрегулировать иначе нельзя. Музыка от соседних ресторанов караоке играет до самого позднего вечера, вы будете слышать ее даже с закрытым балконом. Пожалуй, это самый жирный минус! В следующий раз будем брать в другом месте

I liked the location of the hotel. Restaurants and shops are not far from the hotel. Good water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast.

The hair dryer didn't work in the room. The steam room in the spa area produced super-hot steam. It was impossible to stay in it for more than a minute.

Tout surtt le petit déjeuner une vraie catastrophe. J’ai jamais vu un hôtel sans appareil à café au petit dej. La qualité du pain, les fruits sans goût bref à éviter

Kids like the pools.. and slides. Rooms on ground floor good . Staff is so supportive. Specially Manager of property Mr.Ali always there to help. You don’t feel stranger in Pamkule cz of thier support. Breakfast buffet is good. Restaurants on walking distance. Groceries and other shops also on walking distance.

Food was expensive. Inside restaurant but good for time when you reach from long travel. Nice place behind the rooms at ground floor but not maintained. If it will maintained give more charm to rooms.

An sich ein schönes Hotel, mit schönem Pool und Rutschen. Die Zimmer und die Außenanlagen sind sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Leider sind die Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Am apreciat poziția față de strada principală din Pamukkale, cele 2 piscine mari, amabilitatea fetei de la recepție, căreia din păcate nu i-am putut retine numele, camerele sunt spațioase și salteaua confortabilă.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca mi-a fost solicitat sa dau o recenzie cu scor maxim, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca multe dintre review-uri asa sunt dobândite. Micul dejun a fost in mare parte lipsit de gust, fara prea multa varietate iar băuturile de cea mai slaba calitate.

Ce n est peut être qu une sensation personnelle. Mais le matelas qui semble pourtant de très bonne qualité mais à ressorts. Et qui nous a un peu dérangé.

Bugüne kadar kaldığımız otellerin en samimi ortamı olanı diyebiliriz. hizmet, fiyat performans, ve rahatlık açısından çok huzurlu bir otel ayrıca biz 4 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık buna çok uygun aile olarakta rahatlıkla gelebilirsiniz . Gönül rahatlığıyla sizlere ANYA RESORT hoteli tavsiye edebilirim 👍👏

Прекрасный отель рядом с Памуккале. Очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные администраторы на ресепшн. Мы приехали немного раньше времени заселения с 3 детьми, администратор с ресепшн любезно предложила нам завтрак пока мы ждали заселения в номер. Завтрак был очень вкусный и разнообразный. Это было очень удобно после дальней дороги. Спасибо большое! Номер большой, просторный с удобными кроватями, в ванной комнате есть все необходимые средства для душа. На территории 2 бассейна, мини аквапарк, детская площадка - дети были в восторге от этого. До южного входа в Памуккале 10 минут пешком. Вообщем очень довольны сервисом отеля, всем советую!
