Esperamos tres horas para el cheking y al entrar la limpieza dejaba que desear el inodoro estaba asqueroso de los anteriores clientes llamamos a recepcion reclamando y ni caso mi mujer tuvo que ir a busacar a la empleada y pedirle que limpiara. Siguiendo con la limpieza no nos venian hasta las cinco de la tarde un dia nos pillaron duchandonos y ya no vinieron mas llamamos a recepcion para que cambiaran de hora y nos contestó la recepcionista que eran las normas y que nos aguantaramos por lo cual limpieza cero y recepcion cero. Es el cuarto año que estamos en este hotel antes iba estupendamente le di nueves y dieces ahora ya no pienso volver.fue una pesadilla

Jantar - fui em regime de meia pensão. As opções são reduzidas em termos de pratos quentes e não são sugestivas. Limpeza Quarto - primeiro dia apenas arranjaram metade do quarto (arrumaram sala e não o quarto, tendo sido visível terem saido à pressa pois o cesto do lixo estava aberto e não colocaram o saco. Segundo dia, quando iam para fazer limpeza já foi muito para alem da hora programada não tendo sido por isso possivel. Nota-se alguma descoordenação a este nivel em termos que equipa e/ou programação

Personale molto cordiale ( in particolare i camerieri). Colazione e cena super abbondanti, piscina stupenda.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Rezervoval jsem apartmán s výhledem do zahrady. Při příjezdu nám zdarma upgradovali na apartmán deluxe s výhledem na moře. Super. Měli jsme nefunkční varnou desku a hotelová kuchyně nám jako omluvu udělala jidlo zdarma. Druhý den vše opraveno. Místo úžasné, krásný bazén a blízko k moři na krásnou pláž s restauracemi a bary. Chůzí 5 min. Město Lagos 5 min.autem a úžasné na večerní procházku. Děkuji za vše hlavně slečně na recepci.
Chtěl jsem o den prodloužit pobyt o jeden den, ale cena deluxe apartmánu s výhledem na moře byla pro mne vysoká i když poskytl hotel velkou slevu.

I would rate this as a 10 as with value for money and the professional staff that run this Aparthotel are 100% excellent. Fantastic breakfast including Cava. We felt like we were so very welcome and couldn’t ask for more. The apartments are spacious and explicitly clean. All the grounds are well manicured. Plenty of parking. Lovely bar area. Very quiet at night and fantastic views. Short walk to a beautiful beach with a couple of great restaurants. The pool area was spotless and plenty of room to relax. Food at the hotel is fine. The evening buffet is great value for money if you’re looking for a verity of choice. The snack menu has good choices as well. Drinks are a good price. Every thing you need to chill out and relax. Loved our stay. If we go back to the Algarve we would stay here again at a flash.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Perfekt gelegen. Nahe einem sehr schönen Strand mit Restaurants/Bars. Die Anlage hat eine sehr ruhige Energie und Ausstrahlung, obwohl das Hotel voll ausgebucht war. Der Pool ist wunderbar - auch für kleine Kinder. Alles war sauber und sehr entspannt. das Essen und die Getränke wunderbar.
Es war Alles super. Die Häuser ganz vorne am Meer sind die allerschönsten wegen des Ausblicks. Selbst die Gardenview Apartments lassen einen Blick auf das Meer zu. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind oben in den Häusern. Die Zimmer mit Gartenblick unten.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La posizione è il punto di forza del resort. La location vicino all' oceano consente di godere di un paesaggio mozzafiato.
I servizi non sono sicuramente da albergo 4 stelle: la colazione a buffet era modesta. Abbiamo trovato la cena sempre a buffet disorganizzata: i tavoli non erano apparecchiati e la qualità delle pietanze non era eccezionale. Inoltre, la stanza il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo non è stata pulita: quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato risposto che noi avevamo chiesto di non pulirla, nonostante a metà giornata l' avessimo segnalato e ci fosse stato risposto che la pulizia veniva fatta tra le 9 e le 17 e che quindi c' era ancora tempo. Peccato perché quando eravamo arrivati la camera era pulita e l' accoglienza alla reception era stata ottima e professionale.

La décoration est l’aménagement faisaient un peu vieillot. Surtout nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis volantes et de fourmis ça faisait très sale on ne faisait que de les écraser et ils nous ont donné un spray à la réception mais ça ne suffisait pas… pour le prix et le 4 étoiles nous étions déçus

Etäisyys kaupunkiin ja nähtävyyksiin helteellä sen verran pitkä, että piti käyttää autoa/taksia/bussia. Huoneessa pientä kuluneisuutta ja pation ovella runsaasti muurahaisia.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Wohnungsgröse und Terrasse war klasse. Küche war ausreichend. Pool Anlagen war okay. Aussicht war toll. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz. Die Anlage war extrem ruhig. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Die Begrüßung/Anmeldung war unterirdisch. Ein Schlüsselkasten hätte nicht freundlicher sein können. Die Putzarbeiten für eine Wohnung in 4 Minuten ist erkennbar ungenügend.

Das Möbel ja in dem Restaurants war total veraltet und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ebenfalls die Sauna mit. Innen Pul ist sanierungsbedürftig und entspricht keinem vier Sterne Standard.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt am Strand. Viele Zimmer haben Meerblick. Die Gartenanlagen sind perfekt gepflegt und wirklich schön gestaltet. Die Unterkünfte liegen in kleinen Häusern in dem Anwesen und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Falls der Föhn einem nicht reicht, bekommt man einen stärkeren an der Rezeption. Auch für den Strand kann man sich Schirme an der Rezeption leihen.
Die Bäder müssen teilweise dringend saniert werden. Auch die Liegen am Pool sollten langsam ersetzt werden. Das würde das gesamte Hotel aufwerten. Im Fitnessraum fehlen Handtücher, Desinfektionsmittel und ein Wasserspender. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber bitte saniert die Bäder.

Blijf er vooral niet eten, dit was echt slecht. ontbijt was nog ok maar avond eten zeer zwak.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026-Personal super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend -Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht -es gibt auf dem Gelände ein ppar Häuser, mit jeweils 4 Apartements -alles sehr sehr schön gemacht -toller großer Pool Frühstück war sehr gut -in unserer zeit, waren gefühlt nur deutsche Gäste da, manchen gefällt das, das alle deutsch reden, manchen nicht :-) -Parken frei -5min mit dem Auto in die Altstadt

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Die ruhige Lage in Richtung Strand. Ansprechender Poolbereich mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. ausreichende Parkplätze.
Wir hatten etwas Pech mit den Zimmern. Im ersten zugewiesenen Zimmer war die Schlafcouch kaputt und es ging plötzlich der Strom nicht mehr. Da es nachts um 23 Uhr nicht zu beheben war, durften wir in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen. In diesem Zimmer roch es leider sehr stark aus dem Bad, wohl ein Problem mit dem Abfluss. Wir blieben allerdings nur eine Nacht.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf dem modernsten Stand. Die Zweckmäßigkeit, die gut durchdachte Ausstattung der Küche und die gute Anordnung der Zimmer überwiegt. Wir konnten uns selbstverpflegen oder Frühstück und Abendessen hinzubuchen. Alles ganz unkompliziert.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Emplacement de l'hôtel. La vue depuis l'appartement. Le confort des lits. L'espace dans l'appartement. Les piscines. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est très joli et parfaitement entretenu.
Salle de bain un peu vieille avec joints sales. Aucun meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt und durch die Nähe zur Straße war es laut auf unserer Terasse und die Abgase haben uns gestört.
