Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt und zum nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind schön,modern und sauber.Frühstück ist auch gut!

Die Badezimmer Tür konnte sich nicht vollständig schließen.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Relaxter großer Pool, Bar, Liegewiese. Schöne kleine Villa sehr funktional eingerichtet und mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Perfekt für zwei.Parken am Haus sehr convenient.

Einziger Punkt: hatten Straßenlaterne vor dem SZ-Fenster und Vorhänge haben nicht perfekt abgedunkelt.

La douche avec une évacuation de l’eau trop faible ce qui fait qu’elle se charge très vite en eau savonneuse et il faut couper l’eau attendre l’évacuation et nettoyer.

Apartment was spacious and clean and close to the rest of the facilities. The staff at the bar and restaurant were great and really friendly. Good location if you don’t mind a 25 minute walk into town but very close to great beaches

We needed a cot for our baby but unfortunately the mattress provided by the hotel didn’t seem to fit the travel cot so she kept getting stuck between the two. No real solution was offered by the hotel so if you need a cot I would take your own. She had to then sleep in our bed which was two singles pushed together so not a great solution.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt voll in Ordnung, allerdings erwarte ich bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel, dass die Säfte auch irgendwann mal eine Frucht gesehen haben: Die Säfte waren ungenießbar künstlich, das hatte wirklich nichts mit einem Saft zu tun. Obwohl das Zimmer sehr groß war, gab es im Bad kaum Ablagefläche (haben uns dann den kleinen Tisch aus dem Zimmer ins Bad gestellt.

Lovely big pool, clean, quiet and easy access to sunbeds and handy bar close to pool.Breakfast was good and well organised with plenty of choice.Staff in particular very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Nice and quiet and certainly ideal for me as a more senior person!

Everything was good and exceeded my expectations.

Cute hotel with very friendly staff. The location was excellent. It was only a 5–10-minute drive from the best beaches and spots in Lagos, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Easy parking at the hotel is a big advantage. Our room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it every day and changed the towels regularly, which was great. The bed was also very comfortable. We had a coffee machine in the room, which we really appreciated. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a terrace overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy dinner or drinks in the evening. Their Sangria was great. They also had the option for room service until 22:00, which we also appreciated. It’s a very quiet and relaxing place. Even though it is a large hotel, we rarely saw many people at once. We never had to queue for breakfast or wait for a table at dinner.

The breakfast was not the best in terms of both variety and quality.

Super confortável, tudo muito bem cuidado, comodidades modernas. Os snacks do bar junto à piscina eram óptimos e o staff no geral também.

Nada em particular. Sugeria só que tivessem um acesso à piscina mais directo para as villas, sem ter que passar no meio da recepção.

C’era della muffa nella doccia e la colazione all esterno a terra era un pó sporco. Nella ristrutturazione si è risparmiato su qualcosina.

The beds were truly awful. For the price you're paying you'd expect some degree of comfort. But basically two single camp beds pushed together with single sheets. Not ideal for a couple sharing. Did 4 nights on them, couldn't have done any longer.

La piscina nos gustó mucho, muy tranquila, grande, amplia, había hamacas y comodidades a las que se podía acceder sin problema. El desayuno, bien, pero en mi opinión, muy mejorable teniendo en cuenta las características del alojamiento y las estrellas que tiene. En cuanto a la ubicación, muy bien.

Hubieron cortes de suministro de agua. Entiendo que fue por causas ajenas al establecimiento, en concreto por obras generales en las calzadas de alrededores (por ,lo que pudimos ver), pero nos hubiera gustado que hubiera habido más información al respecto (nadie avisó, tuve que ir yo a preguntar a recepción que ocurría y tampoco supieron decirme nada respecto a qué pasaba o el tiempo de corte de agua previsto), asimismo tampoco hubo ninguna propuesta de resarcimiento de ningún tipo por las molestias y perjuicios. Se pagó por un servicio que finalmente (aunque no fuera imputable a ellos) no se ofreció de forma completa.

Diversiteit de lunch en diner kaart bij het hotel, Italiaans gericht. Als lunch een tosti zou ook prima kunnen, dan hoef je ook niet altijd een uitgebreide lunch te eten. Het eten was prima maar als je er langer zit wil je ook wel eens iets anders. Daarintegen was je zo in het stadje, waar ook erg veel Italiaanse restaurants zaten. Dus met even wat speurwerk goed kunnen eten.

-Staff were either unfriendly or looked unhappy to be there. We started our trip in this hotel and we were all excited and happy but staff ruined the mood right on the first day. A couple of young waiters were very lovely at the pool bar nonetheless. -Housekeeping will always turn up around 4 pm during our baby’s nap time. Even though we would leave the hotel early in the morning, the room was never made when we returned and we always had to rearrange for housekeeping to come back and change our evening schedule accordingly. -Not enough sunbeds in the pool area -Personally we didn’t like the location of the townhouse with garden, it felt a little remote from the main building. If we had to book again I would go with the pool view.

Muy básico para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno es bastante regular y el café es malo. Además, falta limpieza en las mesas: cuando cambiaban de cliente, retiraban los platos y tazas usados, pero no pasaban un paño para limpiar la mesa antes de que se sentara el siguiente huésped.

Personnel adorable, la piscine principale est immense, les 2 piscines enfants sont très appréciables, les jeux pour enfants très bien aussi, petit-déjeuner très bon, les environs sont sublimes (ponta da piedade).

Les pizzas du restaurant ne sont pas top, on s’attend à mieux.

La grande piscine est incroyable, le personnel au petits soins avec les enfants et sympathique.

Precio elevado para la calidad de las habitaciones. Todo muy correcto.

Het hotel(kamer) is heel schoon, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het zwembad is fantastisch (genoeg bedjes met parasol, heel groot zwembad). Lekker balkon. Ontbijt is er uitgebreid en heeft alles: fruit, brood, broodjes, croissants, (niet verse) sapjes, kwark, yoghurt, etc. Prima kwaliteit Italiaans restaurant heeft lekkere pasta en pizza’s. Locatie: 10-15 min lopen naar het strand (reserveer wel bij een van de twee restaurants, want kan vooral in het weekend heel druk zijn), supermarkt, koffie tentje. 20-30 min lopen naar dorpje. Heel leuk dorpje met alles.

Ik vond de matrassen te hard, kon er slecht op slapen. De koffie bij het ontbijt was echt smerig en de verse eieren zijn de nat. Je kon wel bonenkoffie bestellen maar kost €3 (vind ik echt veel te duur). Verder vond ik andere dingen ook te duur: fles koud water €4, cappuccino €4,-, ijsjes, handdoeken huren voor €20, etc. Ik vind Lagos wel erg duur tov andere bestemmingen.

Boa localização e infra. Falta um pouco de charme e simpatia dos funcionários da recepção.

Não é um ambiente proibido fumar então o quarto ao lado os hóspedes fumavam e o cheiro incomodava . Não tem um computador com acesso a internet disponível aos hóspedes .

The breakfast was excellent. The pool was clean and pleasant to swim, a great place to stay with the family. The staff was attentive, kind and helpful.

Overall, everything was great, I do not have any complains. The TV in the room was small, but we barely watched TV, there were plenty of things to do in the property.

Het mooie en grote (50x25m) zwembad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en correct, alle vragen werden duidelijk beantwoord. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, warme groenten, meerdere soorten ei, ....... . Ook een soort cava, champagne gratis bij het ontbijt.

De ligging misschien, het lag 1,4 km van het oude centrum van Lagos vandaan. Daar waren de winkeltjes, bars, restaurants,.... . Te kort om de auto te nemen en iets te lang te voet, maar dat wisten we.

Curățenia se face și la ore mai nepotrivite ( gen 16). Deci dacă vreți să nu fiți deranjați anunțați înainte

Hotel novo, excelentes instalações, ótimo chuveiro e roupas de cama e banho. Piscina espetacular. Ótimo pequeno almoço. Restaurante do hotel com ótimo custo benefício.

Colchão duro. Led da iluminação de emergência dentro do quarto tem uma luz forte e continua que fica todo tempo acesa, incomodando durante a noite. Nao ha nenhuma gaveta no quarto! Nem mesmo dentro do armário.

Excelentes instalações , confortáveis e limpas.Boa piscina. Bom pequeno almoço.

Super gemütliches Häuschen, tolle ruhige Anlage, riesiger Pool mit ausreichend vielen Liegen und Poolbar. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Lagos zu erkunden (nur rund 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ins Zentrum), für einen Spaziergang auf den Klippen oder um zu Buchten & Stränden zu fahren. Zudem gibt es vor jedem Häuschen eine eigene Parkfläche.

Qualität des Frühstücks könnte besser sein, die Eier waren leider immer kalt und der Kaffee hatte einen seltsamen Beigeschmack. Auch der Service könnte noch etwas aufmerksamer und freundlicher sein.

Прибрали у мене лише раз за тиждень, я сама прибирала бо прибирання не було і рушники навіть не змінювали ( Запитувала як добратися із автобусної зупинки і чи трансфер то мені відповіли загальними фразами, не надали жодної інформації як доїхати до готелю і не запропонували трансфер

Hotel tranquilo, silencioso, bien ubicado, con mayoría de huéspedes nórdicos. La piscina es enorme, el desayuno es correcto y con diversas opciones de fruta, embutido y repostería.

A lo mejor íbamos con muy altas expectativas y con muchas ganas de disfrutarlo, pero después de tres noches la sensación no fue buena. Vivimos intensamente Lagos, dimos largos paseos, pero no fuimos felices en el hotel. Tuvimos un problema gordísimo con hormigas nada más llegar. No hablo de diez o veinte hormigas que entran desde el césped buscando algunas migas de pan, hablo de cientos de hormigas brotando simultáneamente de la parte alta y baja de los marcos de las puertas, con sus hormigueros claramente dentro del la casa, en las paredes. Hormigas normales y hormigas enormes con alas bastante asquerosas. Llevamos una grabación en vídeo a Recepción, fueron muy amables, nos dieron un insecticida líquido y nos dijeron que al día siguiente llevarían a cabo una limpieza especial y una desinsectación... Nunca más se supo, no hicieron nada. Al contrario, al día siguiente tras una jornada de playa y una comida relajada, volvimos a la casa a las 16:30 y no habían limpiado (habría que mencionar que el hotel hace los check out a las once de la mañana, se supone que precisamente para que no ocurra esto). El personal de limpieza apareció a las cinco de la tarde cuando estábamos a punto de echarnos un rato a descansar. No sabían nada de hormigas, nadie les había dicho nada. El segundo día volvimos a tener invasión de hormigas, el personal de limpieza esa vez ni se molestó en recoger los cadáveres al día siguiente... En el desayuno los platos calientes se enfrían enseguida porque no usan nada para mantener la temperatura. En definitiva, nos pareció un hotel con todo lo necesario para ser excelente, pero en general muy mal gestionado, y con una relación calidad-precio muy mejorable.

Letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno poco comodo e soprattutto sul letto c'era una coperta per una piazza, quindi dormendo in due ragazze non riusciavano a coprirsi. Un giorno hanno dimenticato di pulisci la camera. Personale un po freddo

Die Anlage war sehr schön, das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war o.k, nur der Kaffee war mehr Wasser als Bohne. Sehr großer Pool. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.

Excelente Pequeno Almoço em que nada faltou com muita variedade e qualidade de alimentos. Boa localização do alojamento de fácil acesso com estacionamento perto do alojamento. Funcionários muito atenciosos e inexcedíveis sempre prontos a satisfazer os nossos pedidos. Praia de Porto de Mós com boa acessibilidade de carro. Ambiente envolvente muito calmo e acolhedor. Piscina de 50 metros "Fantástica".

As falhas da Internet foram o único ponto negativo.... problema resolvido apenas na véspera da nossa partida apesar de termos apresentado reclamação dois dias antes!

Stuff at the reception was not really polite. Could be kinder attitude. Everything else was perfect.

Prima resort. Mooi townhouse waar dagelijks handdoeken werden vervangen en bedden opgemaakt. Ook 50 meter zwembad was top met genoeg bedjes.

Overal hangen posters dat ze wk-wedstrijden uitzenden, maar dit wordt zonder geluid van de wedstrijd gedaan. Zo hebben we dus nederland-zweden (en circa 15 andere nederlanders)zonder geluid en met vervelende muziek moeten kijken. Flinke discussie met personeel gehad maar die gaven aan dat het niet mocht van hun baas. De posters voldoen dus niet aan verwachting. Wel smetje op verblijf.

The pool was the most beautiful and largest I have ever seen. The beds were very comfortable and had a luxurious feel. The bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

No andaba el aire acondicionado. Entraron a nuestra habitación sin haber pedido que lo hicieran. Estando todas nuestras maletas abiertas.

The villa was nice, clean and very private. It has kitchen and we were able to cook breakfast every morning. We were able to park our rental car in front of the villa.

Sehr saubere, gepflegte und grosszügige Anlage, sowohl Bungalow als auch Poolbereich, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, alles lecker, auch am Nachmittag!

Unbequeme Sonnenliegen, unaufmerksamer Service am Nachmittag im Restaurant, lange Wartezeiten oder die Bestellung ging ganz vergessen. Eine Liege vor dem Bungalow wär auch nicht schlecht, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Generell wenig Ablagefäche, v.a. im Badezimmer und im Kleiderschrank (Platz reicht für 10 Winterjacken, aber nur 4 Kleiderbügel sind vorhanden 😉)

Estivemos apenas um fim-de-semana e soube a pouco. Teríamos ficado uma semana. O quarto é espaçoso, as camas são boas e a varanda ótima para os fins de tarde. Gostamos especialmente da tranquilidade e do sossego. Foi ótimo para carregar baterias.

There is a massive pool and the restaurants food was reasonable priced and delicious. The restaurant staff were also really lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious.

We were in room 103. Right opposite the staff supply room and as the rooms are all along a tiled corridor everything echoes. The door constantly bangs from the staff supply room and guest rooms. It’s also loud when guests talk as they walk past the room to get to their room. They are stingy with their coffee pods. They only give you one normal pod and one decaf, so between 2 guests one has to drink decaf. It states you can buy more pods from reception. I think this is cheeky. I normally pod of coffee each should be basic. The bathroom is big but there’s no shelf in the shower for anything. So you can’t have your cleansing products in the shower. This can easily be rectified with a shelf. There’s also what seems like construction in the area behind the hotel close to the pool so it’s not restful or quiet while the bulldozer is busy.

Em Lages você nunca vai conseguir fazer tudo a pé. Embora a cidade seja pequena, é cheia de morros e precisa de uber ou carro. Contudo, o Âncora Park fica num ponto muito estratégico, em que o uber é rápido e no preço mínimo. Além disso, em várias praias é possível chegar caminhando cerca de 15min sem subidas, então é bem tranquilo, tendo em vista que os passeios consistem em trilhas também. Além disso, a acomodação é excelente, com um ótimo custo benefício, chalé espaçoso, com áreas de lazer, cozinha equipada, limpíssimo e internet boa. A área da piscina é lindíssima também. Uber eats chega até a acomodação com tranquilidade.

Wij hadden een apparatement/bungalow geboekt. Heerlijk dat je een buitenplaatsje had met tafel en stoelen én een terras bovenop het huisje! Eind van de middag was de zon bij ons buitenplaatsje weg, maar op het terras boven konden we nog tot zonsondergang genieten van de zon.

We komen hier vaker. Prima appartement, ruim, schoon, fijne sfeer, uitstekend groot zwembad. Enige punt is dat matras altijd te hard is voor mij.

J’ai aimé la piscine avec les transats, l’endroit est très reposant et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Le service est de qualité, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et il est aussi possible de commander des pizzas, ce qui est très pratique.

Localização muito boa e local calmo! Opção hotel e opção moradia muito acolhedora! Muito bom para quem se desloca com crianças, tem piscina para os mais pequenos e parque infantil! Gostamos!

Em jeito de sugestão de melhoria: melhorar os blackouts das moradias, assim que amanhece entra muita luz e se houvesse uma piscina interior era perfeito pois nos dias mais ventosos e encobertos fica difícil ir à piscina exterior!

Cuando llegas te hacen esperar hasta las 3 para el check in y sin embargo al irte te hacen salir a las 11 de la mañana. Solicitamos un late check out el último día, que era lunes y nos dijeron que era imposible. Los días que nos íbamos temprano a hacer ruta, volvíamos a las 5 de la tarde y aún no habían limpiado la habitación. Uno de los días estábamos haciendo una siesta y la camarera nos echó para limpiar. Dijimos que solo dejara las toallas limpias y nos echó

Super emplacement, les petites villas sont spacieuses, la terrasse sur le toit est génial. On s’y sent bien. La cuisine contient l’essentiel côté ustensiles. Le service nettoyage passe tous les jours et c’est hyper agréable. L’extérieur est paisible, on a accès à la piscine. La plage est à 15min à pieds, pareil pour la supérette. Dans tous les cas je recommande cet hôtel ! On reviendra !

Les lits ne sont pas très confortable et au bout de quelques jours on commence à avoir mal un peu partout, ils sont particulièrement durs. Il y a pas mal de fourmis qui entrent et pleins de moucherons. Pour la cuisine ce serait pas mal d’avoir un minimum avec sel, poivre et huile. Dommage que la piscine soit froide.
