In certain evenings, there’s live music right under our noses, and there’s no escape from it.

Nachtessen à la carte am 04.09.26: Küche offenbar sehr gestresst: Salat ohne Salatsauce, Spaghetti lauwarm durchgekocht, nicht al dente. Personal bemüht um Freundlichkeit aber ebenso gestresst wie die Küche (musste 20‘ auf Spaghetti warten)…

We loved the extensive Swiss breakfast. The pool and spa area with indoor and outdoor infinity hot tubs were amazing. Clean water, large and breath taking view. Live music on two evenings of our stay in the outdoor courtyard were lovely.

Perfect location, right next to the train station in Wegen. Great spa that you can use before check-in and after check-out. Walking distance to rail and gondolas for scenic hikes.

Wanted an earlier check in - like everybody there. And you could use the spa and store your luggage, so really they went above and beyond!

Very nice location, very close to train station , stores and restaurants . Amazing views, very nice spa. Nice indoor and outdoor space, good for kids.

Lots of activities, concerts, movies in front of the hotel with a lot of noise till 10 pm, if the activities didn’t interest you.

Location stunning

Wonderful location, lovely spa, beautiful views, the family room was perfect for a family of four, had a fan to cool the room down (with the windows open). Great wifi. Would stay here again and again. Great entertainment in the courtyard on several nights.

Breakfast buffet was understaffed for the first hour every day, often not re-stocked for many foods at a time. Many, many tables sat uncleared until nearly 8:30/9am. Dishes from the buffet stack were unclean. No cereal bowls for 3 of our 4 days. We wished for chicken sausages and pancakes/waffles- there was a lot of ham and bacon only.

Location is fantastic - so close to the station. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room with lovely views. Rooftop hot-tub has fabulous views and the Wellness Area is very relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the live entertainment (from Francois) in the gardens.

Rooms are smallish - but comfortable and the mountain view more than makes up for it. The hotel bar was not open throughout our stay.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They were helpful and attentive throughout my stay, and made me feel very welcome. Excellent service at the reception.

The service at the restaurant was absolutely terrible. I waited more than an hour for my dinner, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was slow and the overall service was very disappointing. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

We were on the 4th floor, corner family room. The view from the balcony and windows of Lauterbrunnen valley and the mountains were amazing. We even saw a double rainbow after a rain storm. The breakfast was incredible with lots of options.

It was noisy and not peaceful. The restaurant downstairs liked to play the music very loudly and it was really bothersome. The staff were able to make them turn it down. The next day, it was loud again. The carpet looked old, the apartment was a bit run down. There were two beds upstairs, but it was very stuffy there with only one tiny window that opened just a crack. Our daughter moved down to the couch. The balcony floor was old wood that was a bit scary.

The location is fantastic—close to the train station and gondola right on the main street. The gym and pool facilities are also very good.

I was very disappointed with the serving staff. We paid for half board, which we have done previously at other properties in Wengen. Half board at Victoria Lauberhorn was very subpar in comparison. They seemed very understaffed. The food always seemed to be the leftovers of the restaurant and tap water is an extra charge of 5chf per carafe (we needed at least 2-3 carafes per meal). I heard multiple guests complain also about the wait staff as well. Unfortunately, having this experience every evening for one week, I was just ready to be done with this hotel.

The included breakfast was wonderful! Lots of variety and choices.

The location was amazing and so close to everything. The train was just steps away which was fantastic! The breakfast was really good too. The world cup was playing and they had a huge screen of the playoffs which was super fun! The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful the entire time.

The spa was being renovated so the pool wasn't open, but we were able to use the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and spa.

Le prix était sympa malgré que la piscine etais en transformation, il y avait tout de même le spa extérieur. Il y a un hangar pour stationner les vélos. La chambre était simple mais correcte. Le petit déjeuner etait aussi bien voir même très bien.

The hotel's location is amazing, right next to the train station. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was quite sufficient.

Front desk guy, Martin was very friendly. Explained everything in detail. All personnel was very friendly.

Our room was tiny. Very unhappy. The view was very good though.

I've stayed here many times and they are always consistent. The location is excellent, the onsite facilities are also very good.

Some items in my room were a little dated or need some attention. Rust on the heaters etc. But it did not bother me, however I can imagine some guests wont like this.

Watch out! The pictures of the double room are misleading, the room is tiny!! There is no A/C and the heat was extreme, they only provide you a fan. The SPA is also closed and it was not mentioned when we booked. We left mid stay and they didn’t refund anything. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Location cannot be beaten for Mountain View’s. Everything spotlessly clean and amazing breakfast.

Staff were a little slow clearing tables at breakfast but they were all busy.

I liked the view and the location.

There was no fridge / minibar. The staff however were accommodating in providing ice. The hotel has no atmosphere and several things were broken (coffee machine kept breaking down, no shampoo in the dispenser, sink did not evacuate properly unless manipulated). The balcony was cramped and rickety. After double checking if our rooms had a balcony and Jungfrau view I was told this was not guaranteed unless I paid CHF 50 per room per night extra. On Booking the room photos clearly showed a balcony. This is misleading. Last but not least the spa was closed. This was not announced on Booking, even after I found out on the official website that the spa was closed. Even during the closure of the spa the hotel prominently advertised free spa access.

Hotellet er ikke nyt mere men omgivelserne er fantastiske hvis man kan lide bjerge og natur vær opmærksom på at du ikke kan køre i bil, men kun kan komme dertil via den lokale togbane

Hotellets wellness område er under renovering, hotellets alder retfærdiggør ikke prisen for opholdet, trods det at vi er i Schweiz

货不对板。我现在也不知道到底是booking的问题还是酒店的问题，导致我订了18平方米带阳台的“少女峰双人间”到了酒店方就变成了15平方米不带阳台的“经济双人间（少女峰景）”。这让我感到疑惑。 下午到酒店办完入住放好行李就着急去少女峰了，我当天晚上玩到九点多才回来，睡前检查订单时发现了这个问题，当时就给酒店客服发了消息，直至现在也没有任何回复。 第二天去找前台，核实后发现房间确实给面积小了，更是直接问我，那你为什么昨天刚办好入住时不说呢？明明是你们给错了房型自己不积极补救，还要怪我没有及时发现。 满心期待以为有游泳池和户外按摩池，结果都不开放。
