Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte. Cena e colazione ottime. Personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Posizione centrale e garage molto comodi. Bellissimo il sentiero dello Stambecco e la chiesina medioevale di Santa Maria con gli affreschi del periodo romano-gotico.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Erstmal begeistert von Pontresina, dann von kleinem süssen Hotel, Fensterblick, freundlichem Personal, hundefreundlicher Umgebung... Im Vergleich zu meiner Erfshrung im Allgäu und Tirol war das insgesamt die beste Erfahrung für mich und meinen Hund. Ich komme wieder nächstes Jahr nach Pontresina und Hotel Bernina und werde jedenfalls länger bleiben! Wärmste Empfehlung!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Fantastic place, I'd gladly stay there again. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast buffet was really tasty, one of the nicest breakfast I had in a Swiss hotel. Location fantastic - close to Surovas train station and bus stop. Common areas are a very nice touch and so cozy!

Frühstück bis 10 Uhr. Wir waren um halb 9 dort - Käse gab es kaum mehr und auch die Brotauswahl war schon knapp.

Stanza rumorosa e mal tenuta. Scarico dell'acqua del bagno che scorreva tutto il tempo. Tubi neon sotto il porta tenda della la finestra Rotti . Sciacquone della stanza di fianco o superiore come se fosse in stanza. Asta tapparella rotta e aggiustata alla bene meglio. Bottiglia di acqua frizzante riempita con quella del rubinetto.

Sehr nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, das Hotel verfügt über einen Garten, den man nutzen darf, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Nächstes Mal bleibe ich definitiv länger

Chambre superbe avec petite corbeille de fruits et une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée, les thés et cafés ont été réapprovisionnés tous les jours ! Petit déjeuner buffet très complet avec des spécialités de la région. Cartes de séjours pour l’été incluant tout les transports et remontées mécaniques de la région.
Restaurant un peu cher à notre goût.

Desayuno con poca panificacion dulce. Los comentarios son de la Habitacion doble superior en la que me aloje con mi esposo. Mi hija estuvo en una habitacion single y era antigua y chica.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Ótima localização, muito perto da estação de trem do Bernina Express, ao lado do ponto de ônibus, restaurantes, lojas, estações de esqui, trilhas, menos de 15 minutos de ônibus de St. Moritz. O café da manhã é excelente e muito farto, restaurante muito bom, ambientes do hotel são charmosos com decoração aconchegante e a equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa.
O quarto é aconchegante e bem decorado, mas a cama é muito macia para o meu gosto pessoal.

soundproofing in the bedoom substandard- could hear noise from adjacent rooms from early on - i think it was possibly just bathroom doors, putting things on surfaces etc but it transmitted through quite loudly. I also did not appreciate being charged for a glass of tapwater with my meal at the hotel, since I was a resident and already paying for food and drink.
