Reviewed Sep 18, 2026So happy we stayed in Pontresina instead of St Moritz! This charming mountain town was a mix of Swiss and Italian. Hotel Müller personified the town with welcoming, extra accommodating hospitality. The entire pine plank interior in almost every room as well as cabinetry made for a unique atmosphere. The best meal we had in Switzerland was at the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders ist der Herr an der Rezeption zu erwähnen. Schönes Restaurant, allerdings hatten wir andere Pläne und konnten somit das Angebot am Abend nicht nutzen.
Das laute Zimmer hat mich leider vom Schlafen abgehalten. Jeder Fussgänger und jedes Auto/Bus liess mich aus dem Schlaf reissen. Zudem haben alle Vorhänge nicht ihren Zweck v.a. Sinn erfüllt. Im WC sass man an einem grossen Fenster, welches das Rollo leider nicht, genau für die bestimmten Stellen am Körper, abdeckte. Auch beim Duschen fühlte man sich sehr beobachtet. Die Vorhänge im Schlafraum waren entweder rechts, links oder in der Mitte nicht ausreichend. So was soll einer verstehen ;-).

Posizione incantevole, Pontresina ed engadina indescrivibilmente meravigliose con paesaggi incredibili. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci e di tornare all’Hotel Müller

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Séjour des plus agréables à cet ĥôtel, grâce à la gentillesse du personnel et à la qualité de l'accueil. Sa localisation au coeur de la charmante ville de Pontresina, pas très loin de la gare, et avec des nombreuses possibilités de randonnées tout autour, est idéale. Nous avons opté pour prendre le repas du soir au restaurant de l'ĥôtel (formule demie-pension) et nous y avons fait un excellent repas. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi de bonne qualité.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Gostei basicamente de tudo, mas especialmente do servico do Adriano que foi muito amavel e eficiente connosco. A suite onde ficamos era muito espaçosa e bem mobilada.
Apenas sugiro que o pequeno almoco seja melhorado, tem uma excelente seleccao de pratos frios, mas inclusao de pratos quentes como ovos mexidos, por exemplo, seria benefica.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Es war super. Grosses Zimmer gegen den Innenhof. Sehr ruhig, sauber. Täglich wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Schönes Restaurant, toller Frühstücksbereich sowie gemütliche, moderne Bar und sonnige Terasse. Spa ist klein aber fein. Das Personal war super höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass der Bergbahnenpass kostenlos mitdabei war und wir Tickets fürs nahegelegene Hallenbad erhielten. Die Busstation ist nur 5min vom Hotel entfernt - man gelengt von dort überall hin.

Die Bettdecken könnten etwas flauschiger sein. Und im Zimmer war es extrem warm, obschon wir den Temperatur- Regler herunter gedreht haben.

Despite being unable to stay at the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we came to a compromise to resolve the unfortunate situation, they went great lengths to take care of us. The hotel looked nice and we wish we could have stayed there, but can rate their service as exceptional and inform from appearance the hotel looked really nice. All staff were exceptional.

The breakfast items were delicious, however I could appreciate slightly more variety in choice (or at least offered by the staff to be prepared, such as scrambled eggs or similar).

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Cold buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cheese, meat, fruits, yoghurts, bread and croissants. Perfect start to a day on the XC skiing trails. Room was very comfortable and clean with a decent sized bathroom and large shower. Nespresso machine as standard in the room and I asked for a kettle and tea bags which were provided at no extra cost. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located in Pontresina, a couple of hundred metres from the bus stop.
If I‘m being really picky then net curtains at the windows for some privacy would have been nice.

Mein Zimmer war zur Strasse hin- und leider sehr ringhörig: wurde nachts von Gesprächen der vorbeigehenden Leute auf der Strasse wach gehalten und morgens um 5:20 von der Strassenräumung geweckt. Kein Drama, aber etwas doof.
