Excellent location and very comfortable. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

The hotel rooms are charming and clean, we had a spacious room on the second floor. The breakfast in the morning was quite good and the courtyard where it is served is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We drove; the hotel is just inside the part of the city closed to most traffic. We had hoped to drop our bags off, but that proved to be a little complicated as the gps got a little confused as how to direct us. We parked at the train station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It was a really hot day, I am thinking this would be easier on a cooler day.

Our second visit. A beautiful building in a quiet street in the centre of Arles. A friendly welcome, Spacious air conditioned room. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

This year we had a room which we reached by two flights of stairs at the back of the hotel,. As I have a little trouble, walking I will try and make sure that future stays are in a more easily accessible room.

アットホームな雰囲気が良かった。朝食に温かいスクランブルエッグやプリンがあり、とてもよかった。ゆで卵を作るのが面白かった。ローマ遺跡の大浴場の近くであること、美術館の入り口に近かったこと、アルルの中心地に近かったので、どこに行くのも便利でよかった。アルルの街がとても気に入った。特に、ホテルの中庭の佇まいはとても気に入ったので絵を一枚書こうとしている。良いレストランを勧めてくれた。レストランと連絡が取れないとき、オーナーが直接レストランに行って確認してくれたりして感動した。

部屋が2階だったが、すぐ目の前が美術館で、窓を開けた時の開放感あればもっとよかった。コインランドリーを紹介してもらったが、遠かったのでやや利用しにくかった。ただし、自分で部屋で洗えるのでそう不便ではなかった。

旅館地點佳，可以走路到大部分的景點，尤其是傍晚時間可以在河邊散步，相當愜意。房間設備佳，在炎熱夏季能住在有冷氣的房間太幸福了。早餐在中庭花園用餐，環境優雅舒適，餐點內容簡單但精緻。

無電梯，樓梯較窄若有大行李要小心。

La stanza era molto accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è magnifica nel centro storico. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungere l'hotel con l'auto a causa di una barriera automatica che però è stata sbloccata dall'hotel ma non segnalata nell'inserzione su booking

This was by far my favorite stay of my trip, staff was great and the room was amazing. Great AC great location, in all couldn’t recommend more!

Strictement rien mais il faut savoir que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur.

I was charmed by the hotel itself - by its slightly old-fashioned ambience and the comfort of the rooms. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the piece de resistance was undoubtedly breakfast in that beautiful and peaceful courtyard.

Beautiful hotel in a historical building, their amenities were modern enough to make our stay comfortable, such as strong AC amid the heatwave, good lighting in the bathroom, and a hairdryer with reasonable strength. In short, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Die wunderschönen Details, die Sorgfalt zur Erhaltung des schönen Hauses. Der Innenhof fürs frühstücken, angenehm kühl und schön gestaltet.

Einzig Zufahrt, da autofreie Zonen, war etwas mühsam, da auch parken außerhalb der Stadt.am besten mit dem Zug anreisen!!

Loved the historic nature of the hotel in the quirky old building. The staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

One thing that bothered me was the location of the toilet in our room. The was it was set up I was very happy to have short legs! (Room 7)

This was truly a wonderful find ! We had a lovely room looking over the courtyard and the rooftops of Arles . The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom . The courtyards where we had breakfast each day and sat in the evenings over a drink are peaceful and beautiful . hotel is run by a family who went out of their way to help - our room was up on the top floor and there’s no lift but one of the young men carried my luggage up on arrival . When my husband’s arrival was delayed due to transport problems they kept the front door open until he arrived . The location is excellent too - within easy walking distance of all the main sights and the lovely little streets full of tempting shops ! We loved this place and will definitely stay here again if we return to Arles .

It would have been nice to have real glasses in the room rather than paper cups but this wasn’t a big deal !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme. Nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. La proximité avec les lieux culturels nous permettait de faire un repos dans l'après-midi. L'hôtel a plein de charme et nous avons apprécié la salle de douche très moderne et confortable. L'accueil est sympathique. Si nous devions nous rendre à nouveau à Arles, c'est cet hôtel que nous choisirions.

They took our bags up two flights of stairs. The breakfast was great.

We were given a room that was supposed to look onto a courtyard. It was at the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor (no lift) and looked at the wall and roof opposite. When I complained, the owner told me if I didn’t like it, I could leave. It was a long weekend so there was no way we could find another room. The room was small and the WIFI was terrible.

Actually my second visit here. Great location. All of the sights in the city were just steps away. The accommodations are comfortable and quiet. I can’t say more about the nice people who own and run the property.

What a beautiful hotel! It exceeded our expectations. The whole hotel was clean, well organized, our room was super clean. The breakfast was amazing, every morning. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of town, the AC in the room was efficient and ultra quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm but not too firm. Just perfect. I had wonderful sleeps here. The hotel used to be a home for a wealthy family, it has been tactfully remodelled with high end products, faucets, showers, floors, and bathroom tiles. The courtyard is gorgeous, with a massive rose bush, honeysuckles climbing up the walls and other beautiful plants. I can't really rave enough about this place, so lovely. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Our french is not great, but everyone there was either very patient in explaining things to us or spoke English with us graciously. Arles in general is a beautiful town, with so much to see. The hotel was in walking distance to museums, Roman ruins of all sorts, restaurants, bars and shopping. Excellent hotel and I'm already recommending it to all my friends and family!

Beautiful hotel with a small garden in the middle! Rooms are small but were clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel was very good as it’s centrally located and there is a museums right opposite. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Laurence, her son William & DIL made us feel so welcome! They suggested restaurants they knew were open on a Sunday & Monday when many were closed. Their self serve breakfast was delicious with excellent French style scrambled eggs, bacon, homemade breads, croissants, pain de chocolate, other pastries, coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit salad & you could make your own toast or soft or hard boiled eggs to your preference. It was raining so we ate in the nice inside breakfast room, but the little outdoor courtyard patio is beautiful for breakfast too. The hotel is old but beautifully kept up. Our tiled bathroom was beautiful with a step in shower, a great drawer for our toiletries & a very nice towel warmer. High ceilinged spacious room, comfortable beds( we had a triple- 1 double & 1 twin) with a kettle for tea or coffee. Plugs with bedside tables for our phones & a desk with more plugs. When it was raining, we hung out reading in the front room with comfy chairs & a couch & had great travel conversation with another family on their way to Paris. When the rain let up we headed out.

Not handicapped accessible. There are some stairs. A very few in the lobby & again in the breakfast room. If you can’t do any stairs, this isn’t for you. It was fine for us. I had requested ground floor as my sister didn’t want stairs. I don’t think they have any ground floor rooms. We ended up with first floor which is 1 flight up in Europe. But she did fine with the 1 flight & William carried our suitcases up & down for arrival & departure.

Very friendly people in the hotel. Our room was spacy, with a good bathroom. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The hotel is close to the nearby Arena.

Centralt i Arles

It was a very pretty period building and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great too. The staff was friendly.

It was on a nice little cobblestone street. We had a car, but the parking spots at the end of the road were always full. We ended up parking about a 12 minute walk away, but it was a pretty walk. Charming location if you don’t have a car.

It was just whst we hoped for in an old heritage property. Gracious hosts, good location, a delicious breakfast, modern bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our only complaint was that the hot breakfast items ran out too soon and weren't replenished. There was still lots of choice, but the early risers got the bacon.

L'hotel est très bien situé dans le coeur historique. Toutes les personnes de l'établissement étaient bienveillantes et très aimables. Le cadre avec le patio pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable.

L'accueil était sympathique. On nous a bien conseillé au sujet des restaurants .On a suivi les recommandations et on n'a pas été déçus . L hôtel a beaucoup de charme. L'aménagement des chambres est de très bon goût. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et de bonne qualité.
