Grand Park Kunming

The room is quite big. The location is central with a lot of restaurants around, walking distance to commercial centre. The staff are nice but limited by their limited English.

Petit déjeuner au top, chambre spacieuse et propre (il y a un mini frigo), douche très jolie. Hôtel bien situé, en face du parc et accessible facilement par les taxis. Personnel de ménage très chaleureux, personnel d'accueil accueillant, personnel du petit déjeuner très actif et à l'écoute. Il y a une piscine extérieur (non chauffé), un sauna et une salle de sport très grande avec une belle vue sur la ville! Le quartier autour de l'hôtel est sympathique, il y a quelques bons restaurants et boutiques pour le shopping.

L'hôtel mériterait un coup de neuf. Par exemple, la moquette mise partout dans l'hôtel à l'exception du RDC est affreuse et semble vraiment très ancienne. Elle sent mauvais et n'est pas entretenue...C'est un nid à poussière. J'ai beaucoup éternué à cause de ça. C'est vraiment dommage car c'est le seul point négatif. Un rafraichissement des sols et des murs rendrait l'hôtel beaucoup plus joli. L'entrée est pourtant magnifique.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Kunming, ook door dit hotel. Het ligt gelijk naast het Greenlake Park waar het iedere dag en iedere avond zo gezellig is om rond te wandelen! Beste plek in de stad! Ontbijt is perfect, kamers zijn helemaal goed. Als gezin kun je connecting kamers krijgen, dan doen ze de tussendeur open. Ontbijt was geweldig, veel keuze. Kunming ligt aan spoorlijn naar Laos. Wij hebben nog een tussenstop gemaakt in Pu'er, overnacht in Nakeli Village, een beleving! Zoek een bord waarop staat dat je thee kun plukken. Was perfect! In Kunming vonden wij ook het Dianchi Lake en de route naar de Dragon poort / Longmen grottoes geweldig. Toegangskaartje is inclusief 2 busjes omhoog. Top ook leuk en dan met de kabelbaan over het meer. Geweldige tijd gehad in Kunming!

Établissement très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Et l’hôtel est bien placé. Juste à côté du lac Émeraude. Quartier très vivant. Le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner impeccable.

La moquette et les rideaux font ‘vieux’… la belle vue sur le site ne montre que les chambres hauts étages vue lac … j’avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine… qui n’était pas disponible car en révision.

L’hôtel est bien placé. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon il y en a pour tous les goûts, il y a même un petit frigo dans la chambre qui est très pratique et le personnel est très sympathique.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient, green lake park, many restaurants, cafés, bakeries within walking distance.

The breakfast is pretty the same every morning. For the bread is only butter and jam.

Room was comfortable. Hotel is located very near to Cuihu (the Lake). Short drive to other places like Nanping Road and the old Street. Helpful staff.

I rarely give a 10 on Booking, but this hotel truly deserves it. The location is outstanding, right in front of Green Lake Park. Rooms are spacious and clean, with views over the city or the park. The lobby is grand and elegant. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and varied, something for every taste and dietary need. The dinner buffet is equally impressive. Staff is attentive and genuinely kind throughout. I honestly cannot find a single flaw.

Very spacious and comfortable room, great having a fridge, lovely location, 5 min walk to beautiful Green Lake Park and local restaurants. Lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, arranged taxis for Stone Forest and other local sights.

Excellent location within walking distance to Green Lake Park with many eateries nearby. Only 15-min away from Didi (e-hailing service) to Kunming Station - starting point to many attractions and destinations, such as Stone Forest, Lijiang, Dali, Shangrila, etc. Spacious room and comfortable bed with toiletries. Helpful and friendly front desk staff 24/7 and offer luggage storage service.

The smoothest check-in and check-out process. Super affordable considering the location and services. Good breakfast buffet. Loved the pastries, fresh fruit juices and coffee! Nice mix of local and Western dishes. Staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Wifi had great connection and was quite speedy.

Very limited choices on the room service menu. The English TV channels were not working, only news channels :( Enjoyed the breakfast but there should be more variations from one day to the next - stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

Great location near Green Park - staff were super helpful. It has a good buffet breakfast with excellent choice range. The gym at the top of the building was superb with amazing views. A 15 minute easy walk into old Kunming. ( find the lit up aerial walkway) -

We were too hot and at 13.30am had to go down to reception to ask for a fan- apparently the A/C was turned off?!

Walking distance to many amazing eateries and restaurants, and the famous lake is just opposite the hotel. Quiet at night is an added bonus. Checking-in was quick too.

Free breakfast buffet. The head chef made hot chocolate for us every morning she saw me.

Slight mold on the sink under the faucet was not addressed completely. The toilet paper roll location is very inconvenient. For the toilet paper I'd recommend a stand or partition at the side of the toilet, not behind it.

Restaurants in the hotel were not opened at all. All evaluation points like cleanness, comfortability were good, but that was the only point I was disappointed about.

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Good breakfast with western and Eastern food. Good hot shower and aromatic toiletries. Comfy bed. Good location for the city park and other attractions. Good value. Safe in the room.

Swimming pool shut in january. Gym not clearly signposted so did not find until last day. No smart TV.

Loved the location. Right next to this beauty quaint street which is kinda hip and has a lot of vintage stores and cafes. So cool and charming

location beside green lake and old town. the buffet breakfast is up there with the best. the locals go there for their buffet dinner which is very telling.
