Esmorzar molt bo, amb cuina de fideus i bona varietat. L’habitació era amplia. Molt bona ubicació.

Habitació molt mal aïllada. Al situar-se en una zona molt concorreguda durant la nit hi havia molt soroll. Faltava il·luminació a l’habitació. El personal no parla anglès.

Todo perfecto, en pleno centro. Las camas cómodas y las habitaciones muy completas. Cerca de parques y centros comerciales.

Fantastic location and very easy to access from Kunming airport. Great central location with lots to do in the old town. Set off a busy pedestrian street with lots of cafes, stalls, restaurants and shops. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Good value for money as it's a very reasonable price. Simple breakfast with some fruit, bread and cereal options for vegetarians. Other Chinese style dishes for meat eaters. Loved the location and staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The bathroom setup doesn't offer any privacy if you are traveling with someone else. There is a toilet and shower with a sliding glass partition shared between the two. The toilet is basically open air within the bedroom. I was traveling alone so not a major problem, but if I were with my partner or friends, I wouldn't stay here due to the lack of personal privacy.

Great location, surrender by a lot of restaurants, shops, cafe etc.

Although the hotel provided only one washing machine and one dryer, it helps me to have clean and dry clothes to wear, especially during the raining season.

Don't get the Seasons Theme Room - it's right above the busiest street in the area. The room is dark, with only one puny light. The hall is dirty.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel sia all’andata che al ritorno del nostro viaggio e siamo tornate volentieri una seconda volta. La posizione è davvero eccellente, nel cuore della città vecchia di Kunming, a pochi passi dalla strada principale. Da qui è possibile visitare comodamente a piedi gran parte delle attrazioni della zona. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è discreta, con una buona varietà di scelta tra piatti cinesi e alcune opzioni più internazionali. Naturalmente si tratta di un hotel a tre stelle, quindi senza particolari lussi o grandi pretese, ma per rapporto qualità-prezzo e posizione lo abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo. Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo e lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione pratica e comoda per visitare Kunming.

Die Lage ist einfach toll, direkt in der Altstadt. Zimmer liegen aber nach hinten, so dass es trotz des Trubels in der Altstadt ruhig ist.

Zimmer könnten mal wieder renoviert werden, geht aber noch. Die Matratze sind ausgesprochen hart.

In the ancient town, everything provided by hotel suffices for tourist to stays comfortably.

旅店位置就在老街內，非常方便探索老街。 古樸的建築能讓人秒穿越。 所有服務人員態度都很好，熱情回覆並解決我們的問題。

臨街的房間真的比較受老街叫賣聲的影響，過11點之後才漸漸安靜下來。

Excellent petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal au cœur de la zone piétonne. Personnel super. Hôtel très propre. Chambre confortable.

La dame a l'acceuil était agréable et le petit déjeuner varié.

La chambre sentait très fort des égouts et la canalisation, les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue principale, et puisque que les murs ne sont pas isolés, impossible de dormir avant minuit car la rue est très bruyante. La salle de bain a mal vieilli , avec l'odeur insupportable cela ne donnait pas envie de l'utiliser. Juste avant de se coucher on appercu les crottes d'un souris ou au autre animal sur l'oreiller (les draps par ailleurs était propre et agréable). On n'arrivait pas d'énergie de demander de changer chambre car notre enfant était déjà épuisé, donc on a resté pour une nuit et parti le matin. Peut être d'autres invités avait plus de chance, car l'hôtel est composé de plusieurs immeubles, mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

This the second time myself choosen to stay here. It's clean and receiptions were so friendly and helpful enough given us the information. This become my preferred stay in Kunming rather then others.

The location is great. It's tight in the middle of the old street market, close to all shopping centers, and close to a metro station. The breakfast is lovely.

As it's at the heart of the market, it can be loud sometimes.

Le personnel est gentil même s’il ne parle pas anglais, ni français. L’emplacement est idéal. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant même si un peu de beurre avec la confiture serait top et un couteau pour beurrer. Le choix est limité mais tout est très bon. Contente qu’on vide la poubelle de chambre et refasse mon lit. Lit propre d’ailleurs et coussins agréables. La chambre est très spacieuse et dotée d’un canapé et d’une table. Il y a une belle armoire de rangement avec des cintres. Machine à air chaud ou air froid selon le besoin, après faut savoir s’en servir.

La chambre est isolée avec accès sur le « dehors. » Beaucoup de gens passent par là, font du bruit, la lumière extérieure passe sous la porte. C’est très bruyant malgré mes bouchons d’oreilles. Quelque chose émet des vibrations la nuit qui résonnent dans le lit pendant la nuit, allez savoir quoi. Quelques toiles d’araignées au plafond. Le nettoyage de chambre n’inclus pas un coup de balais. Je regrette de ne pas voir un petit gâteau de fleur avec le thé comme à l’autre hôtel de la même chaîne où j’étais allée il y a deux ans. Il y a eu de l’eau au sol dans les toilettes, j’ignore si ça vient de là ou de la douche qui évacue mal l’eau et déborde. Après pour le prix, c’est bien.

La propreté et l'emplacement. La jolie chambre est très bien équipée.

La très grande difficulté pour trouver l'hôtel en arrivant de l'aéroport. L'absence de marque GPS. Le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, ce qui est très fréquent en Chine. Jeunes femmes à l'accueil ne parlant pas anglais. Pas d'aide à attendre de leur part. Elles sont d'une charmante inefficacité.

Er werd veel gerookt. De ruimte van de toilet was te krap. Ontbijt was zeer matig.

地點是真的很好，但是也不吵鬧，屬於鬧中取靜的酒店。 我因為需要辦臨時駕照，詢問櫃檯人員，需要住宿登記表，但是可能是晚上的櫃檯人員比較沒經驗，所以就說沒法提供，可是早上我再去問一次，那位人員明顯專業，馬上知道我需要的是什麼就提供給我了，當天就順利地去辦臨時駕照，才能順利地完成後來的行程，真是感謝。

晚上詢問需要酒店提供給我入住登記表，他們說是沒有這件東西，下次希望他們不確定的話，還是問一下，或者請客人早上再問一次，不然當時我還在想要去哪裡拿到這個入住憑證，怎麼辦臨時駕照。

Posizione perfetta, all'inizio della zona pedonale quindi comodo per chiamare un taxi facendo solo due passi fino alla strada, ma anche per uscire direttamente a piedi essendo già centrale. La zona è la più viva la sera a Kunming. Pulizia buona, reception 24h, colazione inclusa, centro Spa molto professionale al primo piano. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tanto da tornarci prima della partenza. Consigliatissimo

Very central hotel in the middle of Kunming Old Streets. Location is great to explore everywhere on foot, but cars cannot reach the hotel as it is in the middle of the pedestrian areas. Rooms spacious and modern.

This hotel is on the pedestrian street right in the middle of the shops, restaurants, markets etc. The staff were very friendly.

Since the hotel is in a lively area, it is very noisy outside until around 10pm. The walls are also extremely thin so I could hear everything my neighbours did and could not sleep well.

The hotel is very cozy, and all the staff are kind and very helpful. The location is also very strategic.

Great hotel

The room is comfy with a heater, the bed is so nice and has elevator to bring our stuff up. It is also value for money, especially its location inside the bustling streets with many stores and shops.

The toilet is a bit small, just enough to sit down and not much space to move around. The shower and the toilet bowl are separated, but they share one sliding door. Meaning, one side closed, the other side will open.

The location was excellent. Room is surprisingly spacious.

The Aircon/heater was noisy. Will be good if room gets a new paint job to make it feel brighter.

Breakfast was poor. From 8h30 to 9h30 am, there was no table available. Our room was on street side. We did not ask that. The street was very noisy, loud music until 3 am, so it was impossible to sleep. To change room, we had to pay more. Not fair. The staff booked a car for us to go to the airport but it was an illegal car. The driver wouldn't park to let us go out from the car because he saw the police. Extremely upsetting situation. The door of the toilet was transparent. Unpleasant of course.
