Two hosts, amazing ladies who gave me tips about the city, a really welcoming reception. The breakfast was tasteful. The bed was confy. The room was excellent, well decorated. Great bath products.

Ottima posizione appena fuori dalla zona pedonale, con molti parcheggi sulla strada se si arriva in auto. Camere spaziose e pulite, colazione abbondante con anche piatti tipici, personale gentilissimo

Hotel is clean, modern and central and view from our room was nice, over some green space. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Little street noise at night especially cars. 10 min walk to the Cathedral.

There is NO PARKING at this hotel. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the parking that it allegedly has. I filtered for hotels with parking and this came up. In fact you have to park in blue bays and either feed the meter twice a day or use the app which the hotel staff explained. It doesn't cost that much but it was the hassle of setting an alarm for the two daily periods when restrictions begin. Not to mention figuring out the app - we got a ticket once though tbf it was only 6 euros. Coming back at 10 one night is was also impossible to find a blue bay. Hotel blamed booking for the mix up and said they had made it clear. It wasn't.

Charming hotel in old building with walking distance to downtown and cathedral! Absolutely recommended!

It's a wonderful hotel, both inside and out, with old town right out the door. Breakfasts are great. While there is no significant noise from the old town revelers, there can be mild ambient city and hotel noise. Overall a great place to stay a couple nights.

Destacaría sobre todo la atención y disposición del equipo. Por error reservé un día menos de lo que necesitaba y no me di cuenta hasta el último día, estando de excursión y con planes para ese día. Al explicarles lo sucedido, nos buscaron otro alojamiento para esa noche y movieron nuestras pertenencias a ese otro sitio, por lo que pude despreocuparme y continuar con nuestros planes, lo que les agradezco enormemente

Después del camino, ha sido confortable llegar a este hotel y pasar un par de noches. La habitación es grande y espaciosa. El desayuno es correcto.

We ended our Camino by staying 2 nights in the Altaïr hotel and we found this a great hotel to end our trip. A small hotel with nice and clean rooms and on the groundfloor (room 1 and 2) you have a terrace and a small garden. The breakfast is good and the staff is very helpfull to make you enjoy your stay and breakfast to the maximum… what can be seen as a disadvantage is that the breakfast is not a buffet, so you have to order what you want, but this was no problem for us as we were served very fast … The location is ideal… close to the center, the cathedrall is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so far enough to avoid the crowds, and still close enough to go out in the evening and find some restaurants in the area. Highly recomended!

Lovely hotel located at the very end of the Camino Ingles! Modern decor in a centuries-old building. Super comfortable bed and friendly service. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is about 400 m from the Cathedral, so you are not bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The receptionists/waitresses were excellent helpful and friendly. The closeness to the city centre.

Nothing significant, perhaps the force of water in the bathroom wash basin. If you were not careful the water shot out of the handbasin and you has an involuntary shower.

The location is absolutely perfect to discover the old town and soak up the atmosphere. Parking was a 2 minute ride away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is nicely decorated. Breakfast is served at the table but plan enough time as service was slow.

We had a double mattresses where you felt every single movement from the other person so we didn’t sleep well.

This hotel was reserved by our Camino tour company, Follow the Camino, at the end of our 12-day trek. It is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral. Top-notch 24-hour service at a boutique hotel is something we don’t often experience. It was spotlessly clean and the lady at tge welcome desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and tge bed was comfortable.

Beautiful and clean. We were on the ground floor with a nice courtyard. Staff was great at helping us with restaurant resys, advice in buses to the next town, reserving cab ride. They’re all friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice,comfortable,clean and quite place. Tidy rooms and pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed.The hotel is located in big proximity to city center (breathtaking old town) and this is prabably the biggest hotel's benefit for visitors.

The location was excellent, placing us within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars, and local shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us helpful recommendations. The cleanliness was consistently good, with the room well maintained and housekeeping attentive to detail. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh local food.

I have no complaints or suggestions. Everything met our expectations.

Es un hotel pequeño y muy acogedor, muy cerca del centro pero mas tranquilo. La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia. La única pega que puede tener es que al ser tan pequeño la zona de desayuno es muy pequeña también, pero hay cafeterías cerca, no es un problema.

Breakfast was freshly prepaired each morning and the staff were very helpful and obliging. Very well. Placed with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas, also the cathederal. Lovely stay.

The parking facilities were slightly awkward as i have walking difficulties but a wonderful stay.

Pensé que iba a ser mayor la habitación. Tampoco me gustó demasiado wue la ssla de desayunos estuviese pegada a la salida del acensor y tan cerca de recepción.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, Personal spricht sehr gutes Englisch, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rezeption war auch nachts besetzt. Unsere Abreise war 5 Uhr morgens und die Damen an der Rezeption haben sich um pünktliches Taxi gekümmert

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, deswegen ist nachts mit Straßenlärm zu rechnen und keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit. Für uns war das aber okay

Sobretot el personal : tothom simpàtic, amable i molt pendents d’ajudar. A mes molt maco i ben situat. Els esmorzars boníssims amb un pa de forn artesà excel·lent . De fet hem esmorzat els cinc dies a l’hotel !

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, die Kathedrale ist schnell erreicht. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen einen tollen Tipp fürs Abendessen. Tiefgarage ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'hospitalité, les produits de qualité pour la salle de bain, le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien et l'hôtel est biensitué, , les chambres sont grandes et la décoration est belle. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

I would definitely recommend. The location is great, just outside the old town, and there is a parking garage a very short walk away. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. And most importantly, the staff were all so genuinely friendly and accommodating.
