The room with a perfect lagoon view and the furnishings in the room was very good and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect at the end of the marina and the pool was very nice and lastly the breakfast was amazing and delecious i have been coming for 6 years on a row and will still.be coming back

الغرفه كانت فقط الاطلاله اما السرير غير مريح والماء يصب في الحمام بشكل متقطع والموظفين لم يخبرونا بالفعاليات التي تقام في الفندق واوقاتها وحين سألناهم قالو لنا مكتوبه بالاستاند في اللوبي ولكن افتراضا حتى لو كانت مكتوبة يخبرونا بكل شئ لأنها من مهام موظف الاستقبال ان يخبرنا بكل امر بالفندق يهم النزيل والخدمات

Second time staying here, I love the hotel and specially its location as it’s inside the Abu tig marina walking distance from everything you’d wanna do there.Cleanliness needs to be slightly improved inside the rooms (there was a ball of hair on the floor, and one of the towels had what looked like a rust stain on it) Otherwise the hotel is perfect. The beach area is small but lovely. Staff is wonderful, everyone is so nice and helpful. Amazing view from the beach facing rooms!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive to every little detail. They genuinely made us feel valued and at home. The atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and overall attention to detail were outstanding. You can really feel that the team cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again! ❤️

All rooms are not good. I had a room upgrade because I found a hair bound foot of hair. There were no tissue boxes. I found a lot of trash in the room. I also found برص

Don't forget it's Egyptian 5 star classification which doesn't compare to European standards but still good value for Egypt.

If you are looking for a peaceful, child-free vacation in El Gouna, this is the place to be. The staff at Three Corners Ocean View are outstanding and treat you like family. The food is varied and delicious, and the hourly shuttle boat down to Zeytouna Beach is a fun, scenic bonus. Loving the sunset views over the marina became my favorite daily ritual. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers looking to unwind!

We had an amazing stay! The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the food offered a great variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was great. There is something for everybody. My friend had a birthday and the hotel had her table decorated and staff was singing her a birthday song and brought the cake. She felt so spoiled. Staff at the hotel is very service minded and friendly. They learn your name and make your stay very comfortable. Liked the library. The hotel fragrance is very nice. Location is excellent. It is easy to walk along marina or take tuk-tuk to downtown. Location of our room on the ground floor with big terrace was great too.

The guests are smoking a lot. It could be nice if the smoking areas are not next to the restaurants. Laundry was not ready in 24 hours but came back nicely packed. Hotel should rewrite the instruction form. The pool entertainment personal could be more active and sportive.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, and excellent food. The fresh grilled dishes prepared by Chef Sayed were particularly outstanding. Special thanks to Sayed and Ahmed at the pool bar, who were incredibly helpful and always friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Rooms on the Marina can be a bit noisy in the morning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. A special thanks to the reception staff member who selected a perfect room for us—it exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. Throughout our visit, the staff were always helpful, welcoming, and smiling. Everything was perfect, and the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Only one thing that can be improved; would be the sound insulation of the window and terrace door. At night, music from a nearby bar/nightclub could be heard quite clearly from the room. Better noise insulation would make the stay even more comfortable. But it didn't ruin the stay !

The room was supposed to be ocean view not lagoon view. The front office they said no car can collect you must be with tourist card think in order to use their limousine. This was tricky. The food needs improvement a lot especially the egg station is very chaotic.

This facility never disappointed me and in every visit they go an extra step to fulfill our needs. Starting with the nice cheerful welcoming from the bell man, the great hospitality and professionalism of the front disc staff, just to mention that we were group of 3 couples and they worked hard to fulfill our needs regarding the rooms and putting us close to each other. The renovated rooms are great, spacious and very modern. Breakfast is super with huge varieties. Nice views and great Location. Special thanks to Anna the guest relations manager for her great work looking after every detail of guests needs and making sure through out our stay that all our needs are fulfilled with a nice smile. Differently my number one choice when visiting El Gouna

Misafir ilişkileri memuru , tüm otel çalışanları aşırı yardımsever ve pozitifler. Herkes size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ve bunu içtenlikle yapıyor. Çalışma imkanları nasıl bilmiyorum ancak güzel şeyleri hak ediyorlar çünkü onlar oteli çok sahipleniyorlar ve zorunda oldukları için değil orayı kendi evleri gibi ve sizi de evlerinde misafir eder gibi karşılıyorlar. Beni çok şaşırttı bu durum ve çok etkiledi.

Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli asla aç kalmazsınız. Tatlıları muhteşem. Odalar geniş ve kullanışlı. Geceleri sessiz rahat bir uyku çekersiniz. Güvenli, hem el gouna hem de otel. Bir kişi bile size kötü gözle bakmaz ve iyi olmanızı ister. Temizliği gayet iyi. Mini barı yeterli. Akşam eğlencesi var küçük programlar ancak iyi. Otel marketi çalışanları güler yüzlü ve kibar.

We had problems with our flight and had to leave a day early. The director was very understanding and gave us back the money we had paid for the extra night,wonderful and thankyou! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Animation excellent and food was prepared with attention to the guests needs.Enjoyed staying here and will be back.
