Good location directly on the coast, the beach was nice and sandy, the mangroovy island can be crossed to on foot, the breakfast was very high quality the coffee was handmade not from a machine which made it a bit more special

The only thing I disliked is how frequent I was asked about my room number

Staff, room was spacious and nice.

No swimming pool, poor room extras such as coffee pods were not refilled! 3 pods for your whole stay felt a bit cheap.

Voor de 4x in 15 jaar tijd geweest. Alles nog steeds prima op orde. Mooi strand, goede parasols. Eten prima.

Jammer dat er weel veel luidruchtige Duitsers waren. 1x per week BBQ aan het strand waarbij je verplicht met andere aan een tafel moest gaan zitten. Dat is niet prettig en werd door meerdere gasten niet als prettig ervaren

The AJIRA Boutique Hotel has two clear advantages: The location right in the Marina is fantastic. You are instantly in the center, everything feels welcoming, and even Sheraton Road is close by. Additionally, the hotel staff is extremely kind, helpful, and absolutely perfect. From the outside, t he building also looks very appealing

However, that is unfortunately where the positives end, because on the inside, this hotel is a disaster. The name "Boutique Hotel" is completely misleading – the whole place feels more like a run-down hostel.Condition & Cleanliness: Inside, everything looks like a ruin. Everything hangs crooked. Dirty dishes sit around for days because the cleaning crew simply doesn't clear them away. Given how the beds looked, I highly doubt they were properly cleaned.Standard Rooms: The rooms are absolutely unbearable. Everything is broken. There are no proper amenities; you can basically only use it to sleep in the bed. Power outlets don't work, forcing you to search for other functioning sockets.Value for Money: The hotel is far too expensive per night for what it (doesn't) offer. Breakfast isn't even included in the price.Conclusion: A hotel in a great location with wonderful staff, but the building itself desperately needs a full renovation. Completely overpriced for this ruined condition!

Das Sheraton Miramar ist eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr schönen Lobbys und tollen Strandabschnitten, an denen man sich – bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten – sehr schön erholen kann. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Service beim Essen: Die jungen Mädchen im Restaurant waren sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter dort waren toll. Allerdings gibt es im Hotel insgesamt sehr große Unterschiede beim Service, je nachdem, in welchem Bereich man ist. ..

Schöne Strände, aber zwei große Minuspunkte für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel! Das Sheraton Miramar hat eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage und tolle Strandabschnitte. Leider gab es zwei Punkte, die uns sehr unzufrieden gestimmt haben: 1. Sehr unangenehme Zimmerlage ab Nr. 4000: Die gesamte Zimmerreihe ab der Nummer 4000 aufwärts liegt sehr nah an einer Kläranlage. Das führt dazu, dass es direkt beim Ankommen oder beim Herauskommen aus dem Zimmer durchgehend sehr laut ist und ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch herrscht. Eine solche Anlage ist selbstverständlich wichtig, aber die Zimmer liegen einfach viel zu nah daran. Nach über 10 Tagen Aufenthalt war das sehr störend. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns zwar angeboten, aber ich wollten den großen Umzugsstress nicht noch einmal. Die Zimmer selbst sind zwar groß, aber sehr dunkel (wegen der Bäume davor) und relativ kalt. Wenn man diese Zimmer schon vermietet, sollten sie viel, viel günstiger sein! 2. Verschwundene Kleidung / Unzuverlässiger Service: Ich habe bei der Abreise eine weiße Hose im Zimmer vergessen (sie lag wohl auf der weißen Bettwäsche). Ich habe sofort angerufen. Erst hieß es, die Hose wurde gefunden und ein Bekannter von mir könne sie abholen. Beim nächsten Telefonat hieß es plötzlich, die Hose sei doch nicht mehr da! Sie wurde mir trotz eindeutiger Bestätigung verweigert bzw. ist im Hotel verschwunden. Besonders enttäuschend: Der Zimmerservice hat von mir zum Abschied – wie es sich gehört – ein sehr gutes Trinkgeld und sogar Süßigkeiten bekommen. Dass man danach so unehrlich mit meinen vergessenen Sachen umgeht, ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ein absolutes No-Go und ein riesiger Minuspunkt!

The location is amazing, overlooking a beautiful island, the food quality was good, and the room design is very nice.

I waited about 2 hours for check-in. The beach bar was out of service many times. The rooms are far from the reception area. Service was really slow and couldn't handle busy seasons, also the water pressure in the room was super weak with no Solution.

Everything seemed great, the staff especially Mai at the reception was exceptional, found us a room that was ready before checkin time instead of waiting for house keeping to finish our room.

There were no slippers in the room

Отличное месторасположение - Эль Гуна. Реновированные номера - очень симпатичные. Отдельные сотрудники достойны упоминания. Прекрасный сервис и индивидуальный подход. Моя большая благодарность ребятам из La Picina- Ahmad Nasser и Ahman Aswani очень клиентоориентированные. Простыми словами - сделают то, чего даже нет в меню.

Кухня. За исключением отдельных дней, еда однообразная и невкусная.

We had an incredible experience with Miramar Sheraton from even before our arrival all the way through to check-out. A special thanks to Abd El Rahman from the reservations team, who kindly assisted me over the phone despite my booking being made through Booking.com. Also, Latifa at the reception desk, who gave us such a warm and genuine welcome. All the staff throughout our stay were extremely professional and attentive. The hotel itself is very well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Het is een super mooie resort. Niet zo’n standaard resort gebouw, maar allemaal leuke gebouwen verbonden tunneltjes, paden en bruggetjes omringt door veel planten. Het wordt ook goed onderhouden! En bijna alle kamers hebben op een eigen manier een mooi uitzicht.

Ondanks dat het personeel hun best deed en heel aardig was, vonden wij de service wat bijzonder en soms een beetje onhandig / ongemakkelijk. Zo hebben we 3x contact gehad over het oppikken van onze bagage bij vertrek en stonden ze alsnog 20 min voor de afgesproken tijd op de stoep. Daarna kwamen ze te laat en zijn we gaan lopen. Zo gingen meer dingen net onhandig. Daarnaast was het eten prima, maar echt niets bijzonders. Ook de drank was niet top. Cocktails aangelengd met suikers en siropen ipv verse ingrediënten. Het is echt ingestoken op all-in (meer focus op kwantiteit) en dat merkte ik persoonlijk iets te vaak. En wij hadden heb persoonlijk fijner gevonden als er op plekken ook overdag wat gezelligere muziek gedraaid zou worden. Nu was het op plekken zo stil dat je je bijna bezwaard voelde om te praten met elkaar.

Het feit dat er overal gerookt mag worden. Als niet-roker is dat echt vervelend. Zelfs binnen in de bar kan er gerookt worden. En geen animatie. Het is een beetje een dooie boel zo zonder iets.

Het was een prachtig resort, erg schoon en vriendelijk personeel

Er is in de omgeving in Egypte niet erg veel te doen. Het is vooral: zon, zee en strand vakantie.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht überzeugend. Die gesamte Anlage präsentiert sich hervorragend gepflegt, architektonisch stimmig und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die aussergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in allen öffentlichen Bereichen. Hier wird Qualitätsbewusstsein konsequent gelebt. Kulinarisch bewegt sich das Haus auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Speisen im Haupterestaurant waren ausgezeichnet und vor allem geschmacklich ausgewogen. Auch die Produktqualität war durchgehend überzeugend. Vor allem Fleisch und Fisch. Ein besonderes Lob gilt jedoch dem Chef de Service im Haupterestaurant. Herrn Mohamed LATEF. Seine Präsenz ist bemerkenswert. Er verbindet natürliche Herzlichkeit mit professioneller Distanz, erkennt die Bedürfnisse und schafft es, dem Gast das Gefühl individueller Aufmerksamkeit zu vermitteln. Dabei agiert er ruhig, souverän und kompetent. Seine Führungsqualitäten sind deutlich spürbar. Insgesamt war das gesamte Personal ausserordentlich zuvorkommend. Man spürt eine klare Haltung der Gastfreundschaft. Unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von Qualität, Herzlichkeit und Professionalität. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Otel çalışanları çok iyi. Özellikle Me. Yousef, taşımacı Taha, bot organizatörü Safein çok iyi insanlar. Bize hee konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Sheraton gerçekten şampiyon bir otel.

Havuz kısmında tadilat vardı, iş makinesi gürültülerinde dinlendik.

Beautiful resort design, rooms are a few meters from a very peaceful beach with a nicely secluded area, good quality and variety of food

Biggest let down is the colour of the sea which is more tending towards lagoon colour than turquoise, but that’s generally the colour of the coast in ElGouna unless you go out with a boat from what we saw, and nonetheless it’s still beautiful. Reception staff not very informative (we had to discover everything ourselves), hotel events not up to standard (cater to older folks), walking distance to main building from rooms is quite significant (furthest rooms 10mins max), the pool is far below expectations.

Everything was far more than perfect, the staff, the food and especially the views. I would love to go back there again.

Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Wir sind Abends zu Fuß zum Jachthafen gegangen und zurück haben wir immer ein Tuktuk genommen. Das Hotel ist ziemlich groß, aber man findet immer eine Möglichkeit, wo man sich gut aufhalten konnte. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Traumhafte Lage meines Zimmers. Hätte jedoch lieber das Zimmer in der 3. Etage genommen statt in der 2. Etage, die Parkanlage des Hotels ist sehr schön.

Die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut zu. Hier luegt es am Gast selbst darauf zu achten, dass sie leise ins Schloss fällt. Die Minibar sollte nicht nur süsse Getränke haben, sondern auch Soda- oder Spraklingwater.

Abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Lage am Meer.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à El Gouna. L’endroit est vraiment calme, parfait pour se détendre, et les installations sont très bien entretenues. Le vrai plus, c’est le centre de diving directement sur place : super pratique, bien organisé, avec une équipe professionnelle et très sympathique. Le matériel est de qualité et les sorties plongée sont très bien encadrées. L’hôtel est également bien équipé, que ce soit au niveau des chambres, des espaces communs ou des services. Tout est propre, confortable et pensé pour le repos. Une adresse idéale pour combiner détente et plongée dans un cadre agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

A very pleasant resort with stunning, impeccably maintained gardens! The intertwining lagoons with their little bridges are sublime. It's almost like Venice! The architecture of the buildings is very original and varied, and the colors of the walls and balconies are extraordinary. We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view; the room was very beautiful and well laid out. However, our view overlooked a lagoon, and we could barely make out the sea in the distance. We were in the Relaxation Beach area (rooms 9000), and it was absolutely peaceful. However, it was quite far from the lobby and the restaurant (550 meters! Over a kilometer round trip). Perhaps the resort is too large. The meals were very good with the all-inclusive package. We also dined at the Oriental 1001 restaurant one evening; it was magical, all the dishes were delicious, but there was too much oil in the meze. We had dinner at La Piscina, which was also very good. The staff were wonderful, and they cleaned our room very well. In short, an unforgettable stay!
