Très typique, traditionnel mais moderne. Le charme de la toscane dans un agritourisme dans toute sa splendeur.

Esperienza pessima sotto tutti i punti di vista: l'appartamento necessita di maggiore attenzione all'igiene e di un po' di restiling, ma l'accoglienza, quella sensibilità fatta di: attenzione, responsabilità e se necessario scuse, quella proprio non si e' vista. Appartamento buio e privo di tende alla portafinestra (abbiamo dovuto appendere un pareo) bagno privo di bidet e con scarichi di doccia e lavandino occlusi, ma ben frequentato dalle formiche. Letto con antiquato materasso a molle....e si sentono tutte! Arredamento un po' da rivedere (boiler a vista, tovaglia di plastica sul tavolo!!!) Piscina principale riservata per evento privato, in alternativa vaschetta rotonda gia' occupata da altri ospiti, dove non abbiamo neppure trovato lettini disponibili. Ma la questione e' che se prenoto a maggio un soggiorno per luglio e nella stessa notte la struttura e' impegnata con un evento privato che determina la chiusura della piscina e monopolizza il ristorante, mi dovete avvisare! Ci e' stata assegnato l'appartamento n. 4 e verso la mezzanotte, terminato il matrimonio con animatore microfonato, e' iniziato l'incubo notturno: andirivieni di quad rumorosissimo che ha reso totalmente impossibile il riposo notturno alle 01,30 sono uscita per chiedere il silenzio e mi e' stato risposto che quel lavoro andava fatto cosi' per liberare i locali che sarebbero serviti per il giorno successivo ed appena rientrata la macchinetta ha ripreso imperterrita fin'oltre le due del mattino per poi essere riavviata verso le 8. La mattina successiva ho riferito l'accaduto in direzione e la persona ha fatto spallucce motivando che quando c'e' un evento quella e' la prassi!

Staff poco empatico. Durante il soggiorno c'era un matrimonio per cui nessuna tranquillità. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di ristrutturazione, soprattutto il bagno.

Posizione incantevole, struttura molto bella e personale gentile e disponibile. 2 piscine, bello il locale di spremitura delle olive. Ristorante molto comodo, tranquillo e cibo eccezionale ( Siamo in Toscana!). La mia compagna è stata molto soddisfatta e ci vuole tornare per la terza volta!

Posto idilliaco con piscine e vista stupenda. Colazione abbondante .Personale davvero molto gentile. Gli ambienti sono in perfetto stile toscano e molto bucolico.

Sconsiglierei gli appartamenti al primo piano a famiglie con bimbi piccoli e anziani perche' ci sono scale ripide . Il ristorante a pranzo era chiuso e anche il bar a chiusura colazione. Essendo piuttosto isolato come location ha reso logistiche piu difficili. E' sicuramente un B&B e non un hotel. Nel periodo piu' caldo, si sente la mancanza dell'aria condizionata nella zona giorno . Magari suggerirei un restyling degli appartamenti con piccoli accorgimenti e il cambio dei materassi ormai molto scomodi.

Agriturismo toscano classicissimo, immerso nelle colline e nel verde. Quasi stereotipico nella sua "italianità" e "toscanità", e questo è assolutamente un punto positivo! Struttura molto curata all'interno, con fontanelle, statue e fiori. Ottima la qualità, del cibo. Atmostera di assoluto relax, due piscine (la più piccola è riscaldata e disinfettata col sale invece che col cloro, non l'abbiamo provata ma ci è stata molto consigliata). Camera vista parco un po' piccola ma confortevole e provvista di ogni comodità. Letto comodo e presenza di cuscini aggiuntivi.

Nella mezza pensione non sono incluse le bevande. Il vino deve essere a pagamento, ci mancherebbe, na l'acqua? Potrei capire se fosse richiesto il pagamento delle bottiglie "extra", ma mi ha dato un po' fastidio pagate 3€ per ogni 750 mL, visto anche il fatto che la mezza pensione non è economica. Colazione un poco povera e caffè davvero di pessima qualità. Servizio forse un poco scadente, con camerieri stranieri che non capiscono perfettamente l'italiano (e che ho fatto un poco fatica a capire).

Our room was small but adequate with an outside area. Unfortunately we were plagued by ants. We complained to reception and they sprayed the room but it didn’t make much difference. No kettle in the kitchen area which I would say is mandatory if providing a kitchen area. Beds fairly uncomfortable. Breakfast passable but not great. Lots of emphasis on getting people in for wine and olive oil tasting. Accommodation clearly not the priority.

Die Anlage ist super gelegen und gestaltet mit einer super Aussicht. Die Zimmer und Anlage sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl und vor allem dem Geschmack. Leider fehlte auf Booking die Info, daß es Montags kein Abendessen gibt. Insgesamt kann man nur sagen empfehlenswert und macht weiter so. Danke für die schönen 10 Tage.

Wir waren für 4 Tage dort, das Anwesen ein Traum, das Essen gut und das Personal freundlich, die Poolsanlage war sehr schön, sowie der ganze, große Garten!

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht schön, sehr alt und die Matratze, sowie Überdecken.....naja! Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr übersichtlich und nicht besonders für den Preis :(

.Petit déjeuner très basique. ( nous nous attendions à peut être avoir plus de choix de produits locaux ) Lors de notre séjour, ( 4 nuits ) Les deux premières nuit on été perturbé car il y avait deux soirée privée d’organisé, avec beaucoup de musique proche des chambre. Impossible de dormir avant 00h00.. c’est un peu dommage sachant que l’on cherchait du repos dans ce type d’établissement. . La piscine principal était privatise donc inutilisable pendant une journée. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu de ces événements à l’avance afin d’organiser notre séjour différemment

Super Anlage. Gutes Frühstück. 2 tolle Pools (wenn sie nicht gerade wegen geschlossener Gesellschaft gesperrt sind). Genug Parkplätze. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge.

Man ist halt auf dem Land. Trotzdem waren die ganzen Ameisenstrassen im Zimmer störend. Auch die vielen Stechmücken können nerven. Mehrmals private Partys mit lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht.

We had a lovely family stay here and the location was absolutely picture-perfect, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside and vineyards. Our apartment was quaint, comfortable, and very clean. While it could benefit from a small lounge seating area, it had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pools and wandering through the vineyard. Breakfast was also good, although there were more sweet options than savoury choices. Overall, it's a beautiful property with wonderful staff, and with better communication regarding private events, our stay would have been close to perfect.

The only downside was that there was a wedding on during our first night. Unfortunately, we were only informed about this at check-in, and our apartment was directly above the wedding venue. The music was very loud until the early hours of the morning, which meant our family, including our children, didn't get much sleep and were quite tired the next day. Had we known in advance, we likely would have chosen alternative accommodation for that first night.

Nothing. They gave me different room than what I booked for. I think they made a mistake that they gave my room to others. They told me it was booking site’s fault that site posted wrong picture. Anyway, I decided not to stay and left. I had to book another hotel for the same day at the evening time.

We’ve stayed at this borgo multiple times in the last 11 years, Memorial Day weekend, because it’s close to the American cemetery in Impruneta. It was too cold to get in the pool, but the grounds and views are exceptional. The breakfast was amazing for two teenage boys who are always hungry 😅. The staff was very friendly and communicated in advance to ensure easy check in because we were arriving very late. They make wine and olive oil and we bought both from them when we checked out.

Not an issue for our family, but it might be for others. We booked a suite and to get to the two bedrooms upstairs, the staircase is very narrow. It might be difficult or dangerous for small children or elderly.

We had a fantastic time at this agriturismo. The location is stunning, tucked away right between olive groves and vineyards. Since we visited in April, we were especially happy that the small pool was heated, allowing us to enjoy a swim despite the early season. ​A real highlight was the wine and olive oil tasting, which we had booked in advance. Tommaso was an excellent host. He told us everything about the production process, and the tasting itself was both interesting and enjoyable. It is highly recommended. ​We are already planning to return in October for the olive harvest, as we can’t wait to taste the fresh olive oil right at the source.

Fantastisk läge med fin utsikt över olivlundar och vinodlingar. Bra uteplats, trevlig personal, härlig uppvärmd saltpool, restaurang med god mat. Matlagningskursen var givande, rolig och god.

Frukosten kunde varit fräschare.

Le jardinier qui passe le souffleur à 8h le dimanche matin (et pour souffler quoi !?) Merci pour le réveil ! Eau de la grande piscine glacée Style du logement vieillot/mobilier des années 50 pour l'espace cuisine (pas d'espace salon), juste une grande table rustique avec des chaises très lourdes. Et en haut, des chambres style château de Versailles (déco affreuse) et une salle d'eau hyper dangereuse car surélevée. Nous étions 3, nous avons tous les 3 manqués de tomber. Le chauffage allumé partout alors que le temps était estival. Heureusement qu'on y passait 1 seule nuit. Prix excessif pour le confort proposé. On paye le cadre en fait.

Slabo razumevanje angleščine, nemško sploh ne. Postelja se je majala. Stene sob neizolirane, slišiš soseda kako smrči in vse ostalo. Steklenica vina za v sobo 16 eur, te vpraša če želiš hladno to zaračuna 25 eur. Za zajtrk dobiš en mali krožnik za klobase, jajca, pecivo .... Izbira ni neka.

Perfektne ubytovanie. Príjemný personál, velmi pekne a čisté ubytovanie. Každý den menili uteráky a upratali izbu. Tiché a krasne prostredie. Výborná reštaurácia s chutným vínom. Dych beruce výhľady

Ik vond de locatie schitterend! Ook de studio/huisje. Het zwembad heerlijk warm. Het restaurant: eten heerlijk, bediening goed. Ook het ontbijt was goed.

De ruimte. Ik kon niet goed bij de kast komen. Omdat ik er maar 1 nacht was en alleen, was het niet zo erg. Voor 2 personen en meerdere nachten wel wat klein en donker. De twee stoelen die er staan barricaderen de toegang tot de kast.

Locația in general este excelenta. Unitatea pentru extracție a uleiului din măsline si întregul proces tehnologic au fost o experienta unica. Băiatul de la recepție mai ales pentru prezentarea locație. Întreținerea foarte bună a facilitatilor, bucatariei, restaurantului, spatiilor verzi si a camerelor. In camere a fost suficient de cald Micul dejun a fost bine organizat

Personalul care ne-a servit cina in doua seri in restaurant putea fi mai prietenos. Menționez ca am fost un grup de 8 persoane.

L’emplacement. Très jolie. Belle vue. Très calme.

Notre souhait pour avoir un appartement sur un même étage et finalement nous avons eu un appartement sur 2 étages. Très compliqué avec un bébé mon monter les escaliers très étroits. Déconseille fortement le restaurant dans le domaine.

Das Personal an der Reception, beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und vor allem die Küche waren super ausgestattet. Das Anwesen war schön zurechtgemacht sowie gut gepflegt und die Umgebung sehr ruhig und friedlich. Wir haben die Zeit da, aber auch den hausgemachten Wein genossen.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober da. Dass um diese Jahreszeit der grosse Pool geschlossen war, ist verständlich. Allerdings haben wir nicht verstanden, warum man den Whirlpool nicht nutzen konnte. Das WLAN im Zimmer war sehr schlecht und die Wände ziemlich hellhörig. Wir waren zwar froh, dass es eine Ladestation für Elektroautos gab, allerdings empfanden wir den Preis von 5€ pro Stunde teuer. Denn wir reden hier nicht von einem Fast Charger.

Das Restaurant war wegen einer Kirmes im Ort geschlossen. Deshalb musste man jeden Abend mit dem Auto zum Essen fahren.

Posto mozzafiato, la cura del giardino, degli spazi interni, della stanza. Tutto impeccabile. Francesca, la ragazza della reception, super professionale, disponibile e attenta al benessere degli ospiti. Un agriturismo che ci ha invogliato a tornarci, perché merita davvero. La nostra stanza era curata e pulitissima. I locali dove si consuma la colazione sono graziosi, spaziosi e accoglienti. Lo staff gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Davvero, nulla da dire.

L'établissement n'est pas facile à trouver si l'on ne suit pas son GPS car isolé dans la campagne de Toscane mais c'est une garantie de calme et de profiter d'un environnement paisible. On peut profiter des vallons entourant la ferme. La chambre est correcte et équipée d'un petit réfrigérateur. Pour ceux qui le souhaite, l'établissement peut proposer la demie-pension. Pour le petit-déjeuner, un oeu sur notre fin (et faim) car le choix de produit est limité tant dans les différents type que les quantités (attention lors de l'arrivée en nombre de résidents de la structure)

Csodaszép helyen van a szállás, varázslatos hogy kialakították a működő családi vállalkozással egy helyen a szálláshelyeket. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, a helyben készült borok mennyeiek, teszteltük vacsoránál.

A személyzet nehézkesen érti az angolt nyelvet, de igazából megértettük egymást így is.

Będąc w pokoju dokładnie słyszałam co sąsiad robi w toalecie, jakbyśmy znajdowali się w jednym pomieszczeniu. Dodatkowo degustacja wina za 20€ od osoby z 2 kieliszkami wina, bez jakiegokolwiek opowiedzenia o nich była żenująca, zdecydowanie nie polecam korzystać z tej opcji.

Quarto muito antigo, cobre leito sujo. Quarto pequeno e abafado. Banheiro mínimo. Quando chegamos a agua do banheiro não esquentava, precisamos chamar um responsável para fazer funcionar. Os funcionários do restaurante não são muito gentis, porém a comida é boa. Café da manhã excelente. Não usamos a piscina. O visual é muito bonito, mas o quarto é bem ruim.

Probably the nicest place we stayed at our trip. We were overwhelmed with how pretty the area was. A big plus for having a warmed-up pool in late september. Would love to come and stay again. Food was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schon und gut gelegen aufgrund der Nähe zu Florenz. Ein Auto ist dennoch ratsam. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Essen in der Trattoria sowie das Frühstück ganz gut. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sonderlich toll. Zum einen waren sie absolut nicht sauber. Haare vom Vorgänger auf der Klobrille, am Heizkörper und auf dem Toilettenpapier. Die Schutzhülle eines Rasierers lag im Abfluss in der Dusche und im Schlafbereich kamen überall Staubknollen hervor. Ich hatte das Personal an der Rezeption an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen freundlich gebeten das Bad erneut zu reinigen. Es passierte leider nichts. Das Zimmer hatte innen eine verriegelte Tür zum Nachbarzimmer. Man musste zwangsweise jedes Gespräch, jede Dusche und jeden Toilettengang und andere Dinge der Gäste „ertragen“. Am Tag der Abreise machte ich nochmals auf die Sauberkeit aufmerksam. Die Dame an der Rezeption bat uns eine Mail an die Besitzer zu schreiben. Nach über eine Woche und zwei Mails später, habe ich bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldig - nichts. Alles in allem sehr ernüchternd - vor allem mit einem Baby.
