Excellent location. Piazzale Roma in Venice is about 15 minutes away by bus or tram, and there are direct bus connections to both Marco Polo Airport and Mestre train station. There are also bars and restaurants nearby that stay open late - we arrived quite late in the evening and were still able to get something to eat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good, and they make excellent espresso.

Everything was fine overall, but the hotel felt a little basic for a four-star property. For example an electric kettle in the room would have been nice.

I saponi/shampoo sono davvero minimi, una piccola bustina che fa sia da shampoo che da bagno schiuma e' decisamente deludente per un hotel di questo livello

La hall e la parti comuni andrebbero un po’ ammodernate come già fatto per le camere.

Une odeur sur les serviettes, l’insonorisation des chambres. Une nuit on entendait le voisin parler et même son téléphone en haut parleur pour dire à quel point l’insonorisation est présente.

die Entfernung nach Venedig ist optimal. Nach ca. 200 m erreicht man die Tram und ist in ca. 10 min. in Venedig. Daher ist die Lage des Hotels optimal für einen Tagesausflug. Die Parkplätze vorm dem Hotel stehen den Besuchern kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Der Kühlschrank (Minibar) is sehr laut und stört in der Nacht so, dass man diesen vom Strom trennen muss.

Breakfast and location were good.

The Bed was awful, noisy and uncomfortable and unbalance as a double bed. They charged us for water, what you find free everywhere. There is no facility in room like kettle, also the hairdryer is quite old and slow.

Everything, it is kind of luxury hotel. They cleaned during our stay as well, which is exceptional for me.

The shower area was a bit small and dark. Otherwise the room was perfect.

Hotel is 100 meters from the bus stations that takes you into Venice, bus goes every 10 minutes. Hotel is very clean, and staff is very nice.

I wouldn't rate it 4 stars, it's better described as 3 star hotel. However, it's much cheaper than hotels in Venice, and they offer parking, which in Venice costs more than the room itself

ヴェネツィア本島からバス1本で帰ることが出来た。また、近くにピザ屋さんがあり、ヴェネツィア観光で疲れた状況から美味しいピザを食べることが出来た。

Very reasonable prices for Venice - relatively easy bus ride into Venice

La posizione è ideale per chi vuole passare più di 5 giorni a Venezia senza spendere troppo e senza ritrovarsi nella bolgia del centro città. Si trova tra la fermata del bus (15) per raggiungere la stazione dei treni o l’aeroporto e poco distante il tram (T1) utile per raggiungere il centro di Mestre o Piazzale Roma a Venezia.

L’unica pecca forse è che la struttura risulta un po’ vecchiotta, ma incide relativamente poco sulla qualità del soggiorno

Breakfast was not good. Not much varieties of food. Some of the food seamed to be not fresh. Sweets are okay. It was brought for us milk like water, almost transparent, like diluted with water. Kitchen personal looked not welcoming.

- das Personal war unfreundlich - am Abend um 23:00 Uhr kam eine Putzfrau ins Zimmer, während wir im Zimmer waren. Als wir das Hotel auf das ansprachen, glaubten sie uns nicht und reagierten frech.

Uns hat es dort sehr gefallen, es ist zwar ausserhalb der Stadt aber da wir mit dem Auto dort waren , war es mit Hilfe von der Dame auf der Rezeption gar kein Problem in die Stadt zu kommen.. Sie hat uns auf eine Parkgarage(1€-h) verwiesen, von dort sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt.... Und vor allem, wir würden dieses Hotel mit 4 Sterne im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels einstufen.. Frühstück und Service ausgezeichnet

Stayed here an extra night after our tour group checked out. It is certainly adequate. Pretty basic European breakfast provided. Very convenient to have the tram only a block or two away to get into Venice proper easily.

Tour group said it was in Venice, but it wasn't. It's a 20 minute tram ride from Venice so always on it travelling back and forth for a slight fee.

Toplu taşıma araçlarına yakın olması ulaşım kolaylığı sağlıyor , T1 Tramvay ile venedik merkeze on beş dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz .Odalar temiz , yatak rahat , bulunduğu lokasyon güvenli ve çevrede market , restoran ve pizzacı mevcut . Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever , kendilerine sundukları güler yüzlü hizmetten dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Gli ambienti comuni (reception, sala colazioni) sarebbero da rinnovare così come alcuni accorgimenti nella camera (porta del bagno, letto). Mi è dispiaciuto molto del fatto che, sebbene avessimo prenotato per una matrimoniale con letto large di 180x210cm, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un matrimoniale standard (per di più formato da 2 letti singoli..). Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni in reception dal momento che non si trattava di un capriccio ma letteralmente di altezza e quindi capienza degli ospiti, ma ci hanno riferito che loro non hanno letti matrimoniali grandi e che quella era la loro misura massima…

It had a great new bathroom as shown in the photos.The room was clean, the staff polite and eager to explain everything.Its location is good and close to tram line T1 which takes you to Venice easily.Breakfast was generally well.

The room was not worth it for this price and not as shown in the photos.The bed wasn't so comfortable and it crunched a lot and actually, it wasn't even a double large bed as it was supposed to but instead, there were two single beds just too close to each other with a gap in the middle.

L’hôtel est parfait !! À 5 minutes du tram T1, qui amène directement à Venise en moins de 20 minutes ! Le personnel est juste incroyable : aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible ! Honnêtement, j’ai fait de nombreux hôtels, notamment des hôtels 4/5 étoiles, et celui-ci est vraiment très, très bien. Petit déjeuner très sympathique.

Jedzenie - właściwie jego brak o oceniam poniżej wszelkiej krytyki. Na śniadaniu brak warzyw, nabiału, owców - hotel niby ma 4 gwiazdki realnie zasługuje na jedną. W pokoju nawet nie było szklanek.

В номере чисто и аккуратно. Очень спокойный район и удобно передвигаться на общественном транспорте.

Звукоизоляция не самая лучшая. Было слышно соседний номер. Не так много ресторанов рядом.

Per quanto riguarda i servizi, la struttura offre solo la prima colazione (inclusa nel prezzo): l'ho trovata discreta, anche se alcune monoporzioni dei dolci erano di scarsa qualità. Nota di merito, invece, per il personale: si è dimostrato educato, professionale e molto affabile. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva

Ho soggiornato qui con il mio cagnolino (piccola taglia, educato e abituato ai viaggi). Segnalo però un piccolo disagio riguardo alla trasparenza dei costi: in fase di prenotazione sul sito veniva chiesto solo di indicare la presenza di animali, senza menzionare supplementi. Al check-in, invece, mi è stato richiesto un extra per la pulizia finale. Sebbene abbia pagato senza discutere per correttezza, suggerisco alla struttura di indicare chiaramente questo costo online per evitare spiacevoli sorprese agli ospiti all'arrivo. Per il resto l'esperienza è stata positiva, tenendo conto anche del fatto che la struttura offre solo la prima colazione, che era comunque compresa nel prezzo e di buon livello
