Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Soggiorno spesso in questo hotel per lavoro e questa volta vi sono tornato anche per un viaggio privato. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere l’aeroporto e il centro storico di Venezia: tram e autobus 4L collegano l’hotel a Piazzale Roma in circa 20 minuti. Il personale è professionale e disponibile, le camere pulite e ben tenute, con frigorifero e asciugacapelli. I letti sono comodi e la pulizia accurata; manca però il bollitore. Lo consiglio per praticità, collegamenti e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con l’odore di fumo di sigaretta nella camera, probabilmente proveniente dall’impianto di climatizzazione. Abbiamo segnalato il problema e ci è stata subito cambiata la camera, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

Окно не открывалось , был сломан в душевой кран, через день сломался кондиционер , персонал никак не компенсировал неполадки . Утром в 9 мыли окна поэтому на ночь нужно закрывать шторы дабы тебя не увидел персонал в чем есть.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Lokalizacja fajna - niedaleko do centrum Mestre, do pociągu, łatwy i szybki dojazd do Wenecji. Z lotniska dotarliśmy autobusem, który wysadził nas prawie pod samym hotelem. W lazience ręczniki, suszarka. Niestety tylko jedno gniazdko w lazience pasowało do naszych polskich ładowarek, wiec adapter się przyda. W pokoju klimatyzacja. Śniadania smaczne.
Podczas rozmowy przez booking hotel zaproponował mi cenę 40€ za transfer z hotelu na lotnisko, po podaniu szczegółów. Potwierdzając dzień przed wylotem już na miejscu w recepcji podano mi cenę 55€ i tyle musialam zapłacić.

We found a parking space offered my the hotel on the side but there were ample parking space upfront. Just a 10 min walk to the bus station to travel to Venice.

Ze waren bezig met bouw werkzaamheden en konden daardoor de auto niet bij het hotel parkeren maar moesten op een betaalde plaats staan. Terwijl we dit hotel hebben geboekt om dat je de auto daar kon parkeren. Bad kamer is erg klein.

Habitacion asi asi. Habia lentillas encima del baño no eran nuestras. La limpieza un poco justa. Algun insecto me ha acribillado mientas dormia por debajo del jersei. Da un poco de grima. Hotel de 4 estrellas muy justo. La ducha minuscula. El tubo de agua de la ducha perdia agua y la mampara no cerraba bien. Las camas horribles.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Il proprietario è stato fin da subito cordiale e disponibile, riuscendo a farci fare il check-in anticipato sebbene non gli sia stata recapitata la richiesta di check-in anticipato fatta tramite Booking. La posizione è comoda arrivando dall' aeroporto e si è in pochi minuti in centro a Mestre, ma comunque ben collegata con Venezia.
Tutto bene, peccato che il Bar dell' hotel fosse chiuso per lavori di restauro.

Lack of refrigerator ( a cold drink in the night were welcomed), from our room a strange noise could be heard regularly all day long( nights too), at first it was bearable but then very annoying.

The hotel staff made some effort to care, however when presenting issues (our AC wasnt working) they just gave a nonsense explanation/ solution. We were travelling with a small child, luckily the nighttime tempertures were still cool enough where opening a window cooled the room, however this let in street noise. Overall a bi run down and wasnt worth the money.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Er is momenteel een renovatie gaande en dat was ook hard nodig. In tegenstelling tot vorige verblijf had deze kamer airco wat erg prettig was. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ivm renovatie was beneden geen mogelijkheid om even iets te drinken 's avonds. Restaurant was wel open voor het ontbijt.

Do not pay for breakfasts - in 4* hotel I would expect more - there wasn’t any fresh fruit and veggies, just one type of cheese, one salami, two types of ham. Eggs were cold, stiff and tasteless. I would appreciate freshly squeezed juice like in the supermarket not two chemical tasting ones. No fridge in the room and the duvet cover needs buttons - we were wrapped and lost like tortilla every morning

Reviewed May 9, 2026Vieta patogi pasiekti Veneciją – tramvajaus stotelė maždaug 5 min. kelio nuo viešbučio. Pats viešbutis neblogas, tinkamas vienai ar kelioms naktims. Priima su šunimis, už tai papildomai mokėjome apie 20 €. Didelis privalumas - parkingas.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Patul a fost foarte confortabil si mare. Micul dejun a fost în regulă și suficient! Personalul amabil. Hotelul este localizat în Mestre, la 5-7 minute de stația de tramvai care te duce în Piazzale Roma Venezia (calatorie de aprox. 15 minute).
Hotelul nu are camere cu balcon, camera pare destul de mică pentru un hotel de 4 stele, dar având în vedere prețurile exagerate pentru cazare din Veneția, aceasta devine o opțiune accesibilă. Hotelul nu oferă prânz sau cină, deci trebuie găsite alte opțiuni, deși în Mestre, după ora 15.00, restaurantele erau închise.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Super venlig personale, der hjalp os der vi sad i en ret dårlig situation med et andet bosted. Frederico er the man - han opgraderede vores værelse helt gratis. Lydisolerende værelse med undtagelse af døren til gangen. Rengørelse hver dag.
Bruseren kunne godt trænge til en fornyelse, og da vinduet var ud til den store vej, var der ret meget larm om morgenen, hvilket godt kunne være skyld i at man vågnede.

Reviewed May 4, 2026We traveled with our dog for 2 nights by car. It was a great location, with private parking, close to the tram and bus stations. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was friendly.
Indeed, it was not the most varied breakfast, but it was enough to start the day.
