Frühstück zu teuer für die Qualität. Klimaanlage und Safe funktionierten nicht, das Problem wurde aber für unsern Aufenthalt behoben. Eine außergewöhnlich laute Nachbarin hat uns trotz guter Isolation um 5.30 mit ihrem Telefon geweckt.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We stayed at Hotel Salzburg-Hauptbahnhof during our visit to Salzburg and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is in a particularly convenient location, especially if you arrive by train, and the city center is easily accessible from there. We found the hotel pleasant and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained room. The bathroom was modern and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was also a positive part of our stay, with a good selection and enough variety to start the day comfortably.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Отель имеет очень хорошую локализацию в пяти минутах ходьбы от главного вокзала. Номер был достаточно чистый, хорошая, удобная душевая кабинка.
Кондиционер в номере не выключается и работает 24 часа в сутки без остановки с огромным шумом. Гул стоит такой, что спать просто невозможно. Выключить нельзя. В 23 часа ночи сработала пожарная сигнализация и все постояльцы отеля в пижамах были выведены на улицу, через 10 минут всех впустили назад. Но самым большим разочарованием стали завтраки. Зачем-то положили ножи и вилки, но есть ими было нечего. Были только хлеб, сыр и дешевая колбаса. При этом в таком маленьком количестве, что даже хлеба всем не хватало. Завтрак подается с 7 до 10 утра. Я приходила в восемь. Все три дня, которые проживала в отеле, ела только чай с хлебом и сыром. Поэтому не рекомендую платить за завтраки в этом отеле.

מיקום אומנם טוב, אבל צמוד לתחנת הרכבת ולתחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית שבה הרבה הומלסים ונהגי מוניות קולניים. תחושה לא נעימה. מהווה יתרון למי שמחפש תחבורה ציבורית זמינה במרחק קצר.

Lot of maintenance issues. Only 1 lift working, gym closed, safe not working, shower control hard to turn, seats in breakfast area shabby. Breakfast items not replenished quickly. Labels missing from milk. No decaf coffee (1 jar of instant would be fine). It appears to be under new management but some of these items should be addressed immediately

It was apparent there was a recent change in ownership. The cleaning staff did not clean and vacuum daily....just made the bed and changed sheets. Getting ice was a challenge as ice machines were not accessible and the staff had to retrieve ice they captured. The only other option was getting ice from the restaurant.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026אכזבה גדולה. המיקום של המלון נפלא. הצוות מושלם אבל היו בעיות שגרמו לנו לאכזבה כגון ארוחת הבוקר שהייתה מזעזעת, ממש בושה למלון ברמה של 4 כוכבים. הספא היה בסדר אבל לא היו בו מי שתייה או שירותים . בחדרים אין מקרר וזה מוזר ולא מקובל לחלוטין.

Fenster liesen sich nicht öffnen.

Si uno usa Salzburgo como base para conocer otros lugares (Innsbruck, Hallstadt, St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang) es lo mejor. Desayunás y bajás, y en un momento estás tomando un transporte para cualquier lado. No hace falta contratar excursiones. Vas por tu cuenta, es lo mejor. El desayuno es monumental. Tiene de todo y el salón donde lo sirven es grande y muy cómodo.
La habitación es un poco chica. No tiene frigobar (4 estrellas), aunque muy luminosa y la cama muy cómoda.. ¿Por qué en algunos países usan edredones individuales en camas dobles en lugar de sábanas?

Hotellet burde hatt sikkerhetsvakter ved inngangen. En gruppe som ruset seg holdt til like i nærheten. Det luktet ofte urin ved inngangen til hotellet. Følte oss aldri truet, men hotellet kan ikke være bekjent av dette.

能有可以加热食物的机器（比如微波炉），就更好了。

Abgenutzte Räumlichkeiten . Günstigeres parken in Tiefgerage nicht mehr möglich weil es wohl ein Konflikt mit dem Tiefgeragenbetreiber gibt. Kurz vorm Reiseantritt wurde uns mitgeteilt das Motel One den Betrieb übernommen hat. Personal an der Rezeption überfordert noch nicht eingespielt. Motel One muss noch viel investieren bis Sie den Standart wie bei Ihren anderen Standorten erreichen wollen.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Ich bin ja quasi Stammgast, wurde als solcher auch vom Rezeptionisten mit großartiger Freundlichkeit behandelt. Aber er war auch anderen Gästen gegenüber sehr hilfsbereit.
Das wirklich Großartige an diesem Hotel war noch im Frühjahr das Frühstücksbuffet mit breitem asiatischen Angebot. Im Frühjahr war ich mit meiner Frau auch eigens wegen dieses Frühstücks hier. Das ist plötzlich auf ein Allerweltsangebot ohne spezielle Highlights gewichen. sehr, sehr schade! Dabei gibt es weiterhin viele asiatische Gäste, die das wohl zu schätzen wüßten…

Mizerie, personalul extrem de slab, wc înfundat, miros urat in camera, camera am primit-o la 15:10-15 si in primul rand fara frigider in camera. Iar la camera 329 nu funcționa bateria la dus. Din păcate nu am facut fotografii la toate minusurile acestui hotel. Exista șansa să primesc măcar o suma de bani ramburs pentru concediul aproape ratat din cauza acestui hotel ?

La salle de restaurant au dernier étage avec une vue à 360 ° des montagnes alentours et de la forteresse en hauteur. Personnel serviable et très efficace. L'hôtel est juste en face de la gare et du terminus des bus! Super!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The staff was absolutely incredible. They were very helpful the entire stay and even helped recover my lost phone. They were great!! The location next to the train station was great. There was some odd characters hanging outside the train station but it’s natural.
Would say the unusual characters hanging outside in the square.

Esetleg egy hűtő jól jönne a szobába, a melegebb napokon.

There was no Wi-Fi signal at all in the room. Also, despite having requested a double bed and receiving confirmation, a twin room was provided instead.

Her polite attitude, respect, and professional assistance made me feel very welcome. I also want to thank her wonderful Turkish colleagues working at the reception for their great professionalism.Additionally, a special thanks to Zeynep from the breakfast restaurant for her kind assistance and hospitality every morning.Having such a dedicated, professional, and welcoming team is a massive asset for this hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Salzburg-Hauptbahnhof to everyone!

L’hôtel vient visiblement d’être racheté et une rénovation ( moquette tachée, serviettes de salle de bain vieillottes, chaises de la salle de petit déjeuner vraiment à jeter) s’impose dans aucun doute…

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026L'hôtel est très confortable, très calme et bien équipé (malheureusement la salle de sport était inaccessible lors de notre passage). La partie Wellness est très bien aussi. L'emplacement à côté de la gare et à 15 minutes du centre historique est idéal.
La climatisation peut-être très bruyante la nuit, mais avec l'aide des employés très gentils à la réception nous avons pu régler le problème.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Camera piccola ma funzionale, purtroppo il terzo letto aggiunto per un adulto era instabile e rumoroso ad ogni movimento. Colazione buona e varia, i posti riservati nel parcheggio pubblico coperto del centro commerciale.
Nessun presidio nella spa, un ospite girava con scarpe borsa e vestiti nella sauna, assenza di acqua per reintegrare. La moquette del corridoio è visibilmente sporca e macchiata, spero che l'ascensore guasto sia un caso perché muoversi con uno prolunga di molto l'attesa nelle ore di punta.

El trato del personal al llegar al hotel . No nos ofrecieron un lugar para cambiarnos hasta el check in después de un viaje muy largo . Tuvimos que esperar 3 horas en el lobby sin poder higienizarnos .Funcionaba 1 solo ascensor y es muy grande el hotel. Restaurante cerrado
