Clean rooms of reasonable size, facilties were modern, clean with good functionality. Locality being six minute walk from central station and bus terminal was excellent. The complimentary public transport passes were a greatly appreciated bonus. Staff were friendly and check out and check in was simple and efficient.

Die Nespressomaschine im Zimmer war der einzige Pluspunkt.

Klimaanlage war schwarz mit Schimmel bedeckt. Uns wurde 2 Mal versprochen, dass diese gereinigt wird. Dies wurde jedoch nicht gemacht (Aufenthalt 3 Nächte!). Die Duschbruse war defekt. Kissen ist extrem hart und es hat nur 1 Kissen. Auch dies wurde nicht behoben. Zimmerreinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Anschliessend noch Haare und Co. am Boden. Badewanne nicht gereinigt. Reinigungspersonal äusserst unfreundlich. Personal an der Reception hält nicht was versprochen wird.

Da cu ankom 11 mennesker og var sultne tog vi et stykke chokolade vær i deres gratis slik boule, det passede ikke deres partier som var næsvis uforskamme, vred og uhøflig. Han fjernede tilmed skålen med sluk frugt og glas til gratis vand til nye gæster som tjekker ind. Jeg tror ikke han tænkte på at vi havde booket 6 værelser og spiste for 1000-2000 euro i deres restaurant. En smålig og virkelig uforskammet mandlig portier.

Die Beratung und Versorgung bzgl dem glutenfreien Frühstück,durch Frau Özdemir war sehr hilfreich und hervorragend. Das möchte ich an dieser Stelle erwähnen und sehr betonen. Durch Ihre gute Beratung und Kompetenz, haben wir uns sicher gefühlt und in Ruhe das Frühstück genießen können. Der Barkeeper war sehr nett und gut in der Beratung. Wir haben den Abend in der Bar genossen.

Email anfragen vor Anreise wurden nicht beantwortet,obwohl wir sie bereits zwei Wochen zuvor schon geschickt hatten. Antwort erhielten wir erst zwei Tage nach Abreise,wie wir schon wieder zu Hause waren. Beim Einchecken hatten wir angegeben, dass wir gern eine Badetaschen hätten. Wurde uns jedoch nicht während dem dreitägigen Aufenthalt aufs Zimmer gebracht,wie ursprünglich angekündigt. Die Zimmerbuchung sowie zusätzliche Notiz zum Aufenthalt, über unsre Bookingbuchung, wurde erst am Anreisetag berücksichtigt und war vorher im Hotel nicht bekannt, was zu Verwirrung beim Einchecken sowie Verzögerung führte.

Das Personal an der Hotelbar (älterer Kellner mit Brille) war sehr unfreundlich zu den Gästen, weil er wohl zu viel arbeiten musste

Im Zimmer waren noch Haare auf dem Boden. Das Bad war nicht 100% sauber. Minibar ist leer. Beim Frühstück war viel nicht aufgefüllt und es wurde Tetrapack-Ei serviert. Der Rezeptionist konnte kein Deutsch. Parkplatz hat uns noch 20€ die Nacht gekostet

The location and the hotel was great. Extraordinary facilities and toiletries. Staff was very good and cooperative.

Rooms were a bit compact and the bed didn't seem to be very clean. We have to clean that bed a bit ourself though it was strange as whole room was very clean. However, great value for money.

Very close to the Salzburg HBF therefore very easy travelling to and fro and very easy to explore salzburg and Hallstat.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Es hat vom Check in alles super gepasst, wir konnten sogar schon früher aufs Zimmer. Wir hatten inkl.Lounge und Pool. Sehr nette Lounge auch zum draußen sitzen. Der Pool war angenehm, leider aber nur 4 Liegen dort. War aber auch kein Problem für uns zu zweit.Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Frau Serpil hat uns gleich am ersten Tag super Infos über Salzburg,Ausflüge und Lokale gegeben. Da ich auch Geburtstag hatte,wurde ich beim Frühstück mit einer kleinen Torte,Sekt und Gesang verwöhnt :-) wirklich sehr sehr nett! Danke dafür!!!

Im großen und ganzen war wirklich alles super! Das einzige vielleicht, wir hatten leider keine Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich am Zimmer. Wir wollten es dann nicht extra anfordern, es hat auch so gut geklappt. Nur weil es halt bei der Zimmerbeschreibung dabei stand!

- Room is too hot ( AC controller is with the hotel not the guest ), we could not sleep in level 4 due to unpleasant room temperature, so they changed our room to level 3 which was little better as it is in lower floor, however it was hot as well. - Nearby construction noise.

We had a super stay and especially Richard helped us a lot with his kind support.

Poor house keeping. Completely empty body wash and hand wash. We found more than ten fruit flies in the room. We told the staff, but he just said housekeeping only works in the morning and did nothing to help us.

I had an exam in Salzburg and booked this hotel, and honestly, I didn’t regret it at all The hotel is very close to the train station, which makes getting around much easier, especially if you’re planning to visit several cities in Austria without having to rely on taxis I really enjoyed my stay Everything was beautiful, clean, well-organized, and comfortable The staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always available to help whenever needed. The hotel facilities were also very nice I especially enjoyed the lobby and bar areas, which were simple, comfortable, and relaxing The restaurant was also great, and the food was delicious

The only downside is that the hotel is not located directly in the city center It’s around a 25-minute walk from the center, but overall, this was not a major issue for me Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beleg für Garage wurde per Email ("das wird dauern") zugesagt, nicht gekommen Bestellt haben wir für beide Zimmer ein großes Bett - waren allerdings 2 Temperatur im Zimmer konnte mit der Klimaanlage nicht gefixt werden Zuordnung der Radisson Punkte wurde nicht gemacht

Wir konnten schon früher einchecken und bekamen ein Upgrade- sehr nette Lady an der Rezeption!!

Standard hotel but need more training on hospitality. No sleepers in the room. No ventilation in the bathroom and the washroom was not properly clean. The walk from the station to the hotel is very shady because of all the drug addicts roaming near the station all the way to the hotel but that's on the city and not on the hotel.

A szoba (business suite) rendkívül tágas, kényelmes, légkondicionált. A szálloda szolgáltatásaival nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Hotelhez képest jól felszerelt fitness terem, hangulatos úszómedence, kiváló szauna. Az egész napos kirándulás után kellemes lazítást biztosít. A Club lounge szolgáltatás a drágább lakosztályok ár-érték arányát jelentősen növeli. Nagyon segítőkész, kedves személyzet.

Csak apróságok voltak. A szomszédos építkezés reggel hangos volt, de sokáig nem kell már számolni vele, nemsokára befejezik. A zuhanyzónál figyelni kellett, hogy a bűzzárban mindig legyen víz, különben igen kellemetlen. Kicsit penészes volt a zuhanyzó felett a mennyezet. A medence vízhőmérséklete egy-két fokkal lehetne magasabb.

Zimmer war sehr ruhig und für Stadhotels eher groß. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Ausstattung des Fitness-Centers. Frühstück war seht gut. Personal war hilfbereit. Leichte Probleme gab es beim Check in - unsere bestätigte Buchung wurde nicht gleich gefunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal (Hauptbahnhof). Ein großes Plus waren die für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellten Tickets der Salzburger Linien.

Badezimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt. Spalt zw. Duschwand und Badewanne (ca. 1 cm) verursachte regelmäßig kleine Überschwemmungen im Badezimmer.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. The pool and sauna were very well equipped and easy to access.

Although very conveniently located a few minutes away from the train station and a shopping center, the area around the hotel is not so pleasant for walking around. This is certainly beyond the hotel’s reach.

The location is close to public transport and also close enough to walk to the center. The staff were helpful and they also provided a public transport pass.

The cleanliness was lacking; there were stains on some of the sheets and on the floor. There were no hotel slippers. The bathroom drainage was awful. In general, I would expect better in a hotel of this calibre.

Es war eine große Gruppe an Fußballtrainer im Hotel. Beim Frühstück war es deshalb sehr laut.

Avoid staying in this hotel in Summer, air-conditioning not working and afterwards they provide with the fan which makes a noise simply AVOID and also avoid false review on booking .com. 😞 I am very disappointed with booking.com.

Great location. Hotel has everything you need. Great for families

Room was lovely and modern but the bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on, so uncomfortable. We did also have issue with the building site starting work before 6am but I can’t really see how this is the hotels fault and they did say they would ring again to complain as they shouldn’t be doing that. However it looks like it won’t be long until it’s finished. One night we decided to stop by the bar for a dessert and drink, it took so long for the ice cream to come, well over 40min that we almost gave up. We had been going to eat in hotel the following night but didn’t after that experience. Reception was very helpful when we arrived, explained good places to visit, how the bus worked etc. So we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t hurry back.

Das Hotel hat schönes Familienzimmer mit zwei großen Betten, was nicht so oft gibt. Kein Ausziehsofa, sondern richtige Betten. Frühstück ist super. Fitnessraum mit coolen Geräten.

Der Kuhlschrank ist dreckig mit braunen Flecken. Das Bad hat Schimmel an der Decke.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig von der Innenstadt und war für Salzburger Verhältnisse preislich im August ok. Die Zimmer sind gut klimatisiert und das Internet ist schnell.

Ich hätte einen Preisvorteil in der Parkgarage erwartet. Auch ist der Preis für Getränke sowohl am Automaten als auch an der Bar zu hoch (vermutlich an den hohen Preise insgesamt in Salzburg angepasst)

Zur Zeit wird in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gebaut. Die Strasse vor dem Hotel ist schmuddelig, auch wegen der überfüllten Müllcontainer auf der Rückseite der Einkaufszentren. In den Winkeln und Hauseingängen versäubern sich Sandler und Randständige.

The location is very good and convenient, with the nearest commercial and shopping areas easily accessible on foot. The building itself is well maintained and has a pleasant appearance, with a good amount of open space in front, which gives it a more spacious and welcoming feel. Overall, the location offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort, with essential amenities, shops, cafés, and other services within easy reach. It is a convenient choice for both short and longer stays.

Unfortunately, the overall level of cleanliness was below expectations and was one of the main concerns during the stay. This was noticeable in several areas, including the towels, bed sheets, and even the cups and tableware used at the restaurant. Some items did not appear to be properly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable using them. Cleanliness is a basic and important part of any hotel stay, and greater attention to hygiene and housekeeping standards would significantly improve the overall guest experience. This is an area that, in my view, requires immediate attention and better quality control.

Preis-Leistung ist so lala. Sicher es war electric love zu der Zeit, aber trotzdem für das gebotene Zimmer zu teuer

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu in Salzburg. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room was spacious and worked well for our family. There was some confusion around breakfast being included in our booking, which was disappointing at first. However, the hotel handled the mistake very well, apologised and gave us a thoughtful gift to make up for it. We really appreciated the way they responded and took responsibility. One area that could definitely be improved is the TVs. In this day and age, particularly in a hotel of this standard, we would expect smart TVs that allow guests to access or cast their own streaming services. The current setup feels quite dated. Overall, though, we had a very good stay. The way the hotel handled the breakfast issue in particular left us with a positive impression, and we would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately Radisson Blu fell far short of expectations. On arrival we were advised there was a €20 per day parking fee, they could sell me a ticket to cover this. We were also advised we had access to the Club Lounge with terrace but breakfast was not included. I challenged this and had to prove I booked with breakfast. When we arrived in our room, a business suite, initially I was impressed until I lifted the toilet seat lid to find some toilet paper which appeared to have been used to wipe around still stuck to the seat. I went back to reception to complain about this. They said they would send someone to clean this. We went to check the Club Lounge but unfortunately this was very poorly stocked. Despite the promise of beers, wines, Prosecco, soft drinks and snacks. All of the beers, wines and Prosecco was gone. There were two members of staff who came up whilst we were checking this facility. They apologised but did not offer to put this right. After some time we went back to our room but the toilet situation had still not been corrected. I went back to reception to complain on our way to dinner. I also asked for some extra pillows. They said they would arrange for this to be cleaned. When we returned after dinner the toilet paper was cleaned up but I doubt they had cleaned this room properly. I had to go back again and ask for the pillows. The following morning we were awoken early by the building site next door. All reception did was apologise and said they should not start work until 7:30. On two of our four mornings work started before 6. I went to reception and was offered a parking ticket for my four night stay for free given the issues with check in. I later discovered there was no barrier to exit the car park so whilst this seemed a nice offer, parking was effectively free anyway. The toilet also had no ventilation, the bin in the toilet was not emptied during our four night stay and there was nowhere to hang the hand towel in the toilet. Not to mention the leaking shower. Visiting the the Club Lounge after days out, unfortunately this was only stocked with beers on two of the four evenings. Altogether a rather disappointing stay.

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Check-in und Check-out ging zügig und man konnte sich in der Lobby ein kühles Getränk nehmen. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Hauptbahnhof und das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist ein Plus-Punkt, allerdings ist dieser recht klein für die Anzahl der Personen, die im Hotel schlafen können.

Wir hatten im Bett viele dunkle Haare, die ebenfalls im Bad verteilt waren. Das empfanden wir leider als unhygienisch. Wir wollten am kommenden Tag die Zimmerreinigung abbestellen, was leider nicht mehr möglich war, da wir die dafür vorgesehen Zeit zur Abbestellung verpasst hatten (wir kamen gegen 16 Uhr an und die Abbestellung war nur bis 13 Uhr möglich). Nach dem wir also am Vortag alle Haare aus dem Bett entfernt hatten, fanden sich nach der Zimmerreinigung erneut welche im Bett. Auch das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem, dies zu bewerten ist jedoch subjektiv.

Allen defect!? Bij receptie gemeld en dan 1 glas aangeboden gekregen Om 22h gebeld receptie: nog steeds niemand gezien mbt kamer opkuis en niemand meer hoefde te komen daar we wensen te slapen

Nagy szoba, jól felszerelt szálloda.

Nedves, gyűrött törölközők fogadtak bennünket, melyet kérésre cseréltek, de sajnos ugyanolyanra. A különböző helyiségekben különböző kellemetlen szagok érezhetőek, ami nagyon zavaró volt. A kád annyira karcos volt, hogy szintén koszos érzetet keltett. A fürdőszoba plafonja is nagyon koszos volt. Összeségében nagyon csalódottak voltunk.
