Gentillesse du personnel. Proximité avec les commerces, la plage, les restaurants.

Pas de climatisation à l'hôtel. Mais je crois que c'est noté dans la description mais je n'avais pas fait attention.

Nous avons choisi de venir ici pour nos 2 dernières nuits avant de rentrer en France pour son emplacement proche de Sâo Lourenço et l'aéroport. Hôtel proche de la mer et des restaurants. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Petit balcon, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur mis à disposition. Chambre agréable.

La literie trop ferme et la borne de recharge bruillante juste devant notre chambre.

Nous avons choisi le White Waters Hotel pour notre dernière nuit à Madère, et ce fut une excellente façon de terminer notre séjour sur cette magnifique île. 🤍🌿 L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir profiter d’une dernière promenade le soir au bord de l’océan, tout en ayant plusieurs restaurants à proximité. 🌊✨ Sa situation à seulement quelques minutes de l’aéroport est également un véritable avantage, surtout lorsqu’on doit prendre l’avion le lendemain. Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention particulière : un véritable petit-déjeuner de roi ! 👑🥐☕ Très généreux, varié et délicieux. Mais nous souhaitons surtout remercier du fond du cœur la dame de la réception qui nous a accueillis pendant la journée. Elle a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, très attentionnée et nous a énormément aidés. Merci sincèrement pour votre accueil et pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous.✨️😉 Cela a rendu notre dernière journée à Madère encore plus agréable. 🤍🙏 Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation, aussi bien pour son confort et son emplacement que pour la qualité de son accueil. Merci pour cette belle dernière nuit à Madère ! 🌺🌊✨

O quarto estava muito limpo. Bem localizado e muito confortável. A recepcionista do check in foi muito atenciosa. O pequeno-almoço era simples, mas delicioso. Adorei a estadia, espero voltar.

Na hora que cheguei não havia estacionamento perto do hotel. Mas resolveu se.

Difficulté pour se garer

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in White Waters Hotel. We werden gastvrij ontvangen. De ligging was prima, op wandelafstand kon je gratis parkeren. Het ontbijt was lekker.

La posizione è proprio centrale! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna/sfortuna di capire a Machico nella giornata del festival di Madeira dove cantava una celebrità: impossibile trovare un parcheggio, ma la signora della reception è stata deliziosa e ci ha aiutato tantissimo! Staff quindi superlativo! Visto il momento particolare, l'hotel dava ad ogni ospite dei tappa-orecchie: un pensiero gentilissimo!! La colazione, anche dolce, non male anche se nn tanto varia, giusto brioche e ciambellone, però buoni! Il fatto di avere il check in alle 12 ci ha permesso di andare al mare qualche ora: TOP!! Lo consigliamo vivamente!

In stanza faceva un pò caldo, avevano messo anche un ventilatore ma in effetti dormire con la finestra aperta è stata la scelta vincente!

I worked hard all year to go on holiday and rest. I had a breakdown just before, so this trip mattered a lot to me. I booked this hotel close to the beach in Machico to enjoy Madeira. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the week of a local festival — something I had no way of knowing when I booked. My room was directly in front of the stage and not soundproofed. The DJ played until 3am every night, making it impossible to sleep. The issue wasn't that the festival existed. It's that the hotel knew certain rooms would be directly exposed to this level of noise and didn't warn guests before arrival. Had I known, I would simply have booked somewhere else. When I raised this with the manager, she told me it was my responsibility to know about the festival and that the hotel "doesn't know what customers want." I found that response even more disappointing than the noise itself. I think it's reasonable to assume that someone paying over €100 a night expects to be able to sleep. Hospitality isn't just about renting out rooms; it's also about showing consideration for your guests. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that happened here.

Falta de ar condiconado agravado pelas janelas não terem umnsistemaneficiwnte de impedir a entrada de calor, muito quente apesar do ventilador presente o que não era eficiente para arrefecer quarto. Banheira de fibra de vidro cedia no centro Bidé entupido.

Chouette hôtel à 2 pas des plages et des restau de Machico. Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel agréable, et livres à disposition...

Peut être prévenir les clients qui réservent pendant la fête locale ? Qu’ils réservent en connaissance de cause car c’est très difficile de dormir

L hôtel est très propre et très bien situé. A côté de la plage et pleins de restaurants.

Compliqué de se garer et toutes les places autour sont payantes

Водночас ситуація під час сніданку трохи знизила бал. Отель зустрічає гостей з різних країн. Почули на свою адресу неприємне порівняння.На обличчі бармена та однієї з гостей за його зверненням до однієї з гостей щодо вибору продуктів на сніданок. Хочу зазначити культура їжі в різних країнах різна і не має осуджуватися або викликати подив персоналу. Як наслідок - неприємне почуття незрозумілого осуду, обговорення гостей недопустиме!!!

Genial la ubicación, la playa de arena a un paso. Pude alquilar el vehículo justo al lado y aparcar sin ningún coste en la explanada de la empresa de alquiler justo en frente de hotel. Comodidad y tranquilidad. El desayuno perfecto y la habitación muy cómoda, limpia y la ducha iba genial.

Chambre simple mais très jolie avec balcon. Propreté parfaite. À 2 minutes de la mer. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Het was een mooie accommodatie voor een goede prijs. De locatie was top en dicht bij het strand en andere faciliteiten!

Wij misten een koelkast. Zeker met het warme weer om onze drankjes koud te houden.

Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. L'emplacement est à proximité de la mer et de restos et bars très agréable. C'est le point de départ pour de nombreux lieux et destination. Bref nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Goed gelegen op twee straten van het strand in rustige buurt zonder doorgaand verkeer. We hadden het geluk van een parkeerplaats op een steenworp afstand voor 6,60€ per dag. Eenvoudige kamer met heel klein balkon. Redelijk tarief.

Ontbijt is erg basic. Douchen in bad is niet mijn keus. Voor een langer verblijf is de kamer echt te klein.

A lovely hotel in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality - I had a great stay and would gladly recommend this hotel!

The airport is quite close, so you can hear planes taking off or landing. But approximately from midnight until morning there are no flights, so it’s not a big issue :)
