Das Frühstück war toll, es gab eine Auswahl, damit für jeden Geschmack was dabei ist. Die Atmosphäre war sehr ansprechend. Die Matratze im Zimmer war sehr bequem und die Aussicht vom Zimmer (wir hatten einen Dschungelblick) war beeindruckend. Aus der Auswahl an Zimmern haben wir vermutlich eines der ruhigsten Zimmer bekommen die es gibt. Das Personal war der absolute Hammer: freundlich, präsent, bemüht und immer mit einem Lächeln anzutreffen.

Die Zimmer waren etwas enttäuschend, weil teilweise Sachen kaputt waren, ästhetisch gibt es Raum für Verbesserung. Das Stiegenhaus wurde gar nicht schön gestaltet und das ganze Gebäude war aus Beton. Das entspricht nicht dem Bild eines französischen Dorfes. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallgedämmt, das heißt man hört alles was andere Bewohner über dem Zimmer machen (herum gehen, Türen auf und zu machen, aufs Klo gehen, Duschen etc.)

The mountains around the resort and closeness to nature are the most beatiful part of this hotel. The staff was very helpful and rooms were larger and very clean. AC worked well.

This is a very touristy and kitsch place that seems to be falling slowly into disrepair, some things need freshening up. It is also very loud constantly due to the ongoing "attractions". The food offered is also mediocre.

For the price we pay for the room, our room was quite huge. We have a living room area and our bedroom was quite huge, in the room also have sofas. Overall of the location was quite great as the view was epic, like in harry potter or shrek.

Could do a bit of renovation, a bit of rustic and minimal of maintenance being done to upkeep the hotel

Greenery environment.

The room is outdated. Washroom stained. The bedsheet were dirty. The parking area were sucks, smelly and wet. The food offered at restarant there not nice and not worth the price. Limited options for food. Need to walk to chateu for better food.

The staff is very polite. Colmar provided hood facilities that comfort my family

Keadaan bilik tidak serupa dengan dalam gambar yang dinyatakan. Sarapan pagi perlu ditambah baik dengan harga yang dibayar dan perlu ada rasa masakannya.

This is appropriate to Birdwatchers only. We were staying there for the birdwatching at Bukit Tinggi, so the location was perfect. From the bedroom window saw Hornbills flying, plume-toed Swiftlets roosting in the car park under the hotel, probably nesting. About 10 mins drive to the Japanese Garden car park. Let the receptionist know why your there and she will inform the security to open the barrier on the road to the Gardens. Although I was earlier then predicted and opened it myself. Yes. I saw the two specialities !

Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend recognizing and promoting Mr. Ammar. His service and assistance throughout our stay made everything easy and pleasant for us. He was very helpful, professional, and provided excellent service. Thank you very much, Mr. Ammar, for your kind assistance and wonderful service. We truly appreciate it.

The theme was good. The location was good. Staff was all courteous and helpful.

Maintenance was very bad, most facilities were too old and desperately needed to be upgraded. The lift was too slow and damaged with lots of noise. The corridors were stinky and smells odd.

مياه دورات المياه غير نظيفة وبها رائحة اعتقد ان هناك تسرب من مياه الصرف الصحي للخزان الرئيسي يحتاج الاهتمام بالنظافه بشكل افضل

The breakfast is good, the bedrooms are clean, but the food at the restaurants is not as good as it looks/advertised.

Some of the lifts are not working well, button is not functioning. The toilets in our rooms are not well maintained (Loose taps, dirty marks)

Since the building is old, please expect the room is a bit of messy, my bathroom got leaking and my bedsheet got stain when first check in. But i don’t bother much to make a fuss about it. If you are particular about one, then i recommend you to just get your day trip here.

Convenient for our needs if access to the bird hides near the gardens. Good 7-11 store . Easy parking. Very helpful staff.

Our preferred restaurant was closed on arrival. We ate at the Italian place and my pasta was too salty.

Cleanliness …it was extremely dirty , old facilities n furniture n the Corridor was very dirty on the walk way to the room … Toilet was dirty without maintaining and kitchen item too …shower knob spoiled type … Overall it’s equally to budget hotel but holding berjaya brand …please improve to gain ur rating

The check in process was fast, the hotel upgraded my room to suite, very clean and spacious room, nice view with balcony, friendly staff, free shuttle for travelling within the places of attractions.

Hotel breakfast very good. Vibe was amazing especially at night. Room very spacious. Swimming pool quite nice. Staff very responsive and friendly.

Old facilities. Several elevator mulfunction, we have to wait quite long to use that elevator. No proper access from our room to swimming pool as we have to pass through the daily visitor with our swimming attire. We have to bring our own towel to swimming pool as they did not have enough towel for us eventhough the guest at swimming pool was less than 10 pax. Many other facilities like horse and rabbit farm either available or nice to visit anymore.

The hotel is not well maintained. The parking area was smelly and dirty. Once we entered the lift, the lift looks so old and we were scared because the floor was squecking when we stepped on it Once we entered the room, you cant help noticed the room was not clean esp the toilet! It was mouldy and I would assumed they didnt even scrub the toilet floor. The room has a wierd odor, like when u entered an old building. The surrouding of the hotel.compound is also very dirty and not safety where we could see debris were left with no proper storage. I wanted to change room but I was travelling with a 76years old mum and she was a bit tired . And by looking at the hotel area, I think all of the room has the same condition. The breakfast was not good, either, eventhough there are some selections but it was not worth rm49 per pax. Howver, I would like to complinent the staffs. From check in to check out, they did provided good services and attended to our queries with smile. Thank you

The space

There were no cutlery given. No hand soap. No tissue to wipe hands. Only had toilet paper. The mattress was hard. The pillows were too soft. TV channels is not accurate as what was given in the guide and was not clear view as well. The pixel on the tv is bad.

The hotel rooms are old and require proper maintenance and upkeep. We had to call twice for a maintenance technician to fix the air conditioning at our rooms.

Very poor room. Not clean. The furniture all Very old. Water heater at bathroom not functioning. Very uncomfortable to stay. Not worth the money at all. The way to here most road lights not functioning at night, cannot drive safely night. Balcony, cupboard, toilets, floor all not clean. Poor.

The property is haunted. Every corner of the drawer has a bible in it. (Room number: 7208) Booked a room, but given another type of room because all rooms were checked in already. In the end we were given emergency rooms with single beds to stay in The property is not maintained well, poor cleanliness. hair and dust everywhere Poor toiletries and pillows, pillows were dirty. No proper signal for tv No proper food served or restaurants available Haunted bathroom. Speechless

Its quite old, but so is the charm and its clean In washroom, bidet is on the opposite side, may be good for lefties

Most facilities are old and need refurbishment eg. Wall & door lift, no shower only bath tab, no toilet mat, WC got stains, breakfast not so good eg porridge only served with lobak asin, taucu & bawang goreng.

The facilities are worn out and old. No hot water, toilet flushing not working well. TV is old and tv channel brought me back to the old times.

The food at the restaurant is expensive and poor quality.Dont mind to pay more if the quality is good

I booked 3 rooms and all the phones in those rooms doesnt work, so no way of contacting house keeping or front desk from your room. No iron in the room, no bath mat. When i requested iron from front desk they said they will ask house keeping to send but they never did.The sheets have many stains.Food from breakfast buffet quite disappointing, need to improve more on the taste.

During raining water come inside house and room. Maintance come and checked and they say, cleaner will come and clean both area. But the ckeaner nit turn down. We clean our self. If can must have a microwave and iron with table each house..

The aesthetic of the village is charming, and the staff were generally friendly. The location is convenient for a quick weekend getaway from Kuala Lumpur.
