The staff professional and superb services. Attentive, pleasant staff - wanted to make you “feel at home” attitude. Go all the way out to ensure customers are well taken care of. Food was wonderful.

- There is not much food choice. Only one restaurant open. - Hotel is understaffed. We went for dinner and lunch at La vie restaurant and had to ask them to take order, refill water, request baby utensils but didn't get. - Room is old and pillow cases got dirty stain. - We booked 2 bedroom suite but it was not described as double storey in the booking. Since we have small toddler, it was hard to look after her as she tried to climb the stairs all the time.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responded to our needs. The spa and the pool are a great hangout spot. the bed are very comfortable that we could sleep the whole day. The enviroment is beautiful and relaxing to be away from the city. breakfast is good enough

the only thing i dont like is the dinner. the food is unique in its own way. but the taste can be either be salty or the taste does not compliment each other within the dish

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel in a tranquil setting surrounded by tropical forest. The sound of the birds, insects and monkeys all around! The whole staff team are incredible, going over and above to make a stay most enjoyable and relaxing. We were in a situation on arrival for our 2 night stay of trying to find flights home to the UK due to the conflict in the Middle East, the manager offered us an great deal to extend our stay whilst we figured things out. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious with a fantastic choice and all freshly made. The rooms are excellent, very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff visit regularly to ensure nothing is missed and pop in the evening with fresh bottled water and a sweet treat! The spa provided a sanctuary to properly relax and forget the word for a few hours, the therapists are excellent! There is a complementary yoga session each morning in the courtyard... could a day start any better? The pool area is very clean and there are both loungers and covered areas to chill in. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, the hotel offers amazing value for money, it really feels like it should be more expensive than it is! I'm sad to leave today but definitely plan to return one day 💕

I love everything. The ambience, the room , the food and the staff is so friendly. I go there for my wedding night honeymoon and requested cake/deco for my room and they give me cake eventhough it was last minute request!!And we enjoy our time at Japanese Village and Colmar Tropicale which is free if you stay at the hotel if not you have to pay for RM14 for adults

The Chateau has a great setting and plenty of charm, but some aspects felt inconsistent. While the room was comfortable, service was a bit slow at times and a few amenities didn’t quite meet expectations. Pleasant overall, but not exceptional.

We recently spent two unforgettable days at The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort over the long weekend, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Traveling as a family with our two children (aged 3 and 12) and our helper, we were immediately impressed by the resort’s flawless attention to detail and world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Liyana greeted us with refreshing welcome drinks in the elegantly designed lobby and graciously escorted us to our stunning double-storey suite. The suite was immaculate, beautifully appointed and thoughtfully arranged with cakes, drinks and chocolates awaiting us in both bedrooms. Even the little touches like slippers beside each bed and neatly placed praying mats, made us feel completely cared for. Our children were absolutely thrilled with the space and so were we. Dinner at La Vie that evening was exquisite, perfectly setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Breakfast the following morning, though modest in spread, offered high-quality selections with fresh produce from the resort’s very own organic farm. Enjoying our meal beside the shimmering pool, surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, was an absolute delight. The service was attentive and polished, making every moment feel effortless. After breakfast, we were met by Mark, the Guest Service Manager, whose recommendations helped us make the most of our day. We visited the Rabbit Farm, which our animal-loving daughter adored and then explored the scenic Japanese Village. Lunch at Ryo Zan Tei Sushi Restaurant, where we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Azhar, was superb. That evening, we indulged in Indian cuisine at L’assiette, another culinary highlight. This trip was designed for relaxation and The Chateau provided the perfect sanctuary. The serene surroundings, coupled with the impeccable service, allowed us to unwind completely. Our children were delighted throughout and my youngest didn’t want to leave at check-out. A true testament to the resort’s charm and comfort. Thank you The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort for creating such a luxurious, memorable and family-friendly retreat. We cannot wait to return.

Stayed at The Chateau Spa & Wellness as a solo traveller, mainly to disconnect and relax my mind in nature. The environment was peaceful, cool, and surrounded by greenery — exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t really use the facilities, as my intention was simply to slow down, rest, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The surroundings were serene and calming, perfect for unwinding away from the city noise. Special shout-out to John, who warmly welcomed me upon arrival and took the time to introduce the hotel facilities. His friendliness and hospitality made a great first impression. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re seeking solitude, fresh air, and a mental reset. Best suited for those who appreciate nature and tranquillity rather than activities Friendly reminder to keep your windows shut, as our friends - monkeys do wander around, one even entered my room and left a “surprise” for me 🐒💩🤣

Pour le repas de fin d'année, nous sommes à l'heure que nous avions prévu a table mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps de diner correctement car ils ont fermé le buffet plus tot que ce qu'on nous avait annoncé. Nous avons du interrompre notre moment pour qu'ils puissent fermer les stand de cuisine. C'était assez désagréable et pas au niveau du service et encore moins du prix de ce repas.

The place was very unique and suitable to run out from city. Great relaxing gateway with a comfortable bed, great food and fresh air. Yoga session was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful nature very well with a calm welcoming from the first day step into The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort. The hospitality leaves us with a wonderful experience. The food was good with a special attention specially breakfast which is delivered with specialize service to our table.

Trip get away reunion with friends. We booked for 3 bedroom suites. Room was very nice,comfy & cozy. And the best part of the room is,there is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. For those who need their me time alone using the jacuzzi,you guys try and experience it. We have a very good and great stay at The Chateau Resort. Every of their staff was very attentive,polite and friendly. Their warmed welcome us from the day we arrived until we checked out was make us feels welcome and feels like at home. We definitely will come back here again 🤍🤍

The stay was decent overall, but a bit underwhelming. The room felt quite old and wasn’t especially comfortable, though the view was definitely a highlight. The food was good and I had no complaints there. The main drawback was the journey from the highway to the hotel, which is long and uphill and can feel tiring or even dizzying. On weekdays, the property is also extremely quiet, to the point where it lacks atmosphere. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it’s not a place I’d be eager to return to.

I was fascinated by the beauty of the lush sphere surrounds “The Chateau Resort”. The resort’s classic buildings, and the atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing. I enjoyed the variety/diversity of breakfast, lunch and dinner at the “Resort”. And the top-notch service from the staff members of The Chateau Resort has been the pleasant experience of my stay at the ‘Resort”. Here, I would like to give special thanks to Assistant Food Beverage Manager, Bobby and two staff members, Aeri, and Jeffery. If the “Resort” can upgrade the buses’ conditions and services from Colmar Tropicale Resort to Bentong City, The Chateau Resort should own a FIVE STAR rating. But this time, I can only rate 41/2 stars.

The building beautiful everything is nice, staff & the room superb only one thing the price for the dinner a little bit expensive, because we don't eat much even is buffet but overall great escape from busy city, but management should enhance the Colmar side to open more cafe or restaurant to hang around, but we do enjoy our stay thank you.

This stay was a complete disappointment. The property markets itself as elegant and refined, but the reality is far from it. The room was poorly maintained, with visible wear, questionable cleanliness, and an overall neglected feel. Basic amenities were either broken or missing, and nothing felt thoughtfully prepared. Service was just as underwhelming. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and dismissive when issues were brought up. For the price charged, the experience felt careless and unprofessional. If you’re expecting comfort, attention to detail, or anything resembling a true chateau experience, you won’t find it here. Overpriced, misrepresented, and not worth the stay.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly relaxing. The resort is beautifully designed, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views that immediately put you in holiday mode. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning. The staff truly stood out: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was generous with a great variety, and the facilities were well thought out, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding. This resort strikes a rare balance between comfort, tranquility, and quality service. A wonderful escape and definitely a place we would love to return to.

This was a beautiful resort with the most beautiful staff. From the managers to all the friendly staff they were exceptionally professional and catered to all our needs. It was sad to say goodbye so till next time amazing people!
