Von außen ein sehr schönes Herrenhaus und netter Garten

Personal eher unfreundlich. Man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Es riecht muffig, die Möbel sind alt war ja teilweise auch schön aber in der Kombination mit wenig gelüftet alte Teppiche alte Vorhänge Alter Dreck im Bad Duschstange, die aus der Halterung fallen und viel zu teuer Das Frühstück war einfach nur mittelmäßig. war zwar alles da, aber die Qualität ließ wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Es wird einem im Frühstücksraum dann einfach die Tür zugemacht. Trägt auch nicht dazu bei dass man sich wohl fühlt Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass eine herzliche Atmosphäre fehlt

Um espaço muito tranquilo e agradável, com um bom serviço. Ideal para descansar, com pontos de interesse a pouca distância, seja para comer, seja para aceder a locais com praia.

La nostra sistemazione sarebbe stata perfetta, se non fosse stato per un odore a dir poco nauseabondo che invadeva parte dell'ingresso, una camera da letto e uno dei due bagni. Non è stato possibile eliminare il problema nemmeno aprendo le finestre

Alojamento localizado numa quinta muito bonita no sopé do castelo de Óbidos. Espaço e piscina muito agradáveis.

A casa necessita de melhoramentos, nomeadamente ao nível do WC e da mobília.

Damp smell througout and not clean

Localização maravilhosa para quem procura tranquilidade e descanso. Café da manhã soberbo. Quartos são amplos. Com muitas opções para se manter entretido.

O espaço tem charme, sossego, um agradável ambiente de época, bom espaço exterior e uma boa piscina.

A receção no check-in foi pouco acolhedora e a atitude demonstrada não foi a mais adequada para o ambiente intimista que seria expectável neste tipo de alojamento. As casas têm um cheiro acentuado a casa antiga, que se torna pouco agradável. A Casa Cristina é bastante escura e com pouca luz natural e, na nossa opinião, pouco adequada a pessoas mais velhas: escadas íngremes, corrimão pouco seguro, pequenos degraus entre algumas divisões, como a cozinha, tapetes escorregadios sem antiderrapante e ausência de apoio/corrimão no acesso à piscina. Os quartos de banho existentes têm banheira, com acesso difícil e sem pegas ou suportes de apoio, o que dificulta a utilização. No geral, um espaço com muito potencial, mas que beneficiaria de melhorias ao nível do acolhimento, conforto e segurança.

Localização e simpatia dos funcionarios

Agua do chuveiro demorava uma eternidade para aquecer, tomada do wc que nao funcionava e outra estava completamente pendurada fora da parede. Familia de 4, louça e faqueiro somente para 2 (rapidamente resolvido pelo staff).

La ubicación aunque mucha gente he visto que se ha quejado, a mi no me parece mala, si quieres ir al pueblo esta lejos, pero tampoco me parece algo exagerado. El complejo es precioso, tiene un mini bosque propio lo que en esta época del año (verano) es fabuloso porque tuvimos que cerrar alguna ventana de aire que hacía. Nos proporcionaron una habitación. Nuestra casa (casa leonor) era espectacular de bonita.

Tuvimos un problema de insectos. Somos conscientes de que estamos en el campo y que es una casa de madera, no es la primera vez que vamos a sitios parecidos, pero creemos que con un poco mas de cuidado y sobre todo de atención en la limpieza hubiéramos evitado estar preocupados por nuestra peque. Sobre todo, porque cuando se lo comentamos ya tenían conocimiento de ello y eso nos molestó, porque tenían que haberle puesto remedio antes de que nosotros nos alojáramos. No obstante, vamos a indicar algo importante, nos dieron la opción de cambiar de casa y vinieron a hacer limpieza mas exhaustiva para que estuviéramos mas tranquilos. Fueron muy atentos desde el primer momento.

Vista excelente sobre o castelo. Quartos grandes e confortáveis com casa de banho. Boas condições para vários dias. Piscina agradável. Gostei muito. Tudo bem decorado.

Pouca loiça disponível, mas ao ser solicitado foi fornecido o que estava em falta.

Un lugar precioso, bien ubicado cerca del pueblo, con unas vistas espectaculares del castillo y mucha tranquilidad. La piscina es muy agradable para quedarse tranquilo leyendo. Se puede aparcar el coche dentro y tiene una terraza con mesa y sillas para cenar o desayunar al aire libre. Por la noche se ven las estrellas. Cerca de la carretera que sale para todos los sitios.

El precio en agosto fue elevado y nos esperábamos un mayor mantenimiento y actualización/modernización de las instalaciones. Aunque la decoración es normal que sea clásica estando en el campo, la casa podría estar algo más mantenida. Aunque tiene una cocina amplia con lavavajillas, faltaba menaje, cuchillo de cortar, tabla, y más vasos y cubiertos. Nos llamo la atención que en el país de las toallas, las toallas que nos pusieron se vieran gastadas y ásperas.

On a passé un super moment en famille. L’accueil était super, le petit déjeuner était plus que parfait !! On a passé un moment à la piscine et fait quelques parties de billard. On était ravi!! On recommande vivement

Às vezes vinha um cheio não agradável do WC , mas penso que seja normal dado as instalações mais antigas .

The property was a beautiful old 19th century house with beautiful floors with furnishings to match. The house overlooked vineyards and the surrounding countryside, there was also a lovely swimming pool with sun-beds etc, and the house itself was as well kept as an old house can be. The breakfast was good, but strictly continental, with no hot food or toast.

The property has old world charm, but was not located within walking distance of Obidos. So you would have to get a taxi to the town gates or alternatively you could drive to a carpark which was a short distance outside the walled town. Although on a previous visit to Obidos we were advised that cars had been broken into. So, we were reluctant to take the car. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, the main shower head was good, but the shower spray had the same pressure as a water pistol.

The property was in a beautiful location. Picturesque view of Obidos wall and castle. There is a walk that cuts through to the main road that leads to Obidos. You can stop at the church (beautiful architecture and interior). Property is set aside and very quiet location. Pool was definitely a plus. Sun shining on it most of the day.

Pool only available after 10am. We stayed at Casa Christina but there were no paper towels, coffee, additional toiletries. No breakfast is provided for the Casas. They have a billiards room but only open from 10-6:30. Due to the weather in the summer, a fan or fans in each room would have made the stay more comfortable.

Prachtig gelegen in goed onderhouden groene omgeving vlakbij Obidos en Caldas da Rainha. Goed zwembad en karakteristieke gebouwen.

Geen wifi, horren waren niet goed geïnstalleerd waardoor we aanvankelijk veel last hadden van muggen.

The house is beautifully located, next to Obidos. The pool is great, and the biljart room as well. Martha, who arranged breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, the man at reception was unfriendly and inpatience. When he showed the property, he was rushed and did not make us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful, yet the beds in the main house were not great. In one room, the bed was too small. In the second room the bed was not long enough. The apartment was larger than expected but it had many mosquitos. Also the beds here were ready to be replaced, and in summer when it is hot, airco or minimally fans are needed on the top floor apartment.

Foi um dia de bastante calor, os apartamentos não têm ar condicionado, e com as janelas abertas apesar dos mosquiteiros entraram muitas melgas, o que dificultou o repouso

Honestly this property is so lovely . What a gem . The mood it sets you in is very special . It took our breath away - right from the first experience of driving into the place , the decor , the surrounding orchards and the view of the castle . What a hidden gem this one is

I think our particular room wasn’t used or cleaned very well . It was dusty . Also if you go in the summer and if you get caught in a heat wave there is no air conditioning or no fans .

The room was airy, clean, and bright. The pool was good. The breakfast was good.

There was no fridge or TV in the room. The internet was down, which meant the TV in the common lounge was unavailable.

the place is very nice , looking upward to Obidos walls, nice and wide garden with pool. The room was basic, as expected from agrotourism place, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unique, served in China dine ware and included fresh orange juice, freshly baked bread and more. Staff was very responsive and welcoming.

No facilities for food or drink in the room or in the common places, you have to wait till breakfast is served after 0900 to have the first morning coffee for example.

Loved the quaint apartment and quiet and quant location of the facility.

A very memorable stay at this wonderful, antique house. We felt like living in a museum. Especially liked the breakfast experience.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Casa Obidos. Very quaint old home in the beautiful countryside. Our room was spacious and clean with a wonderful bathroom. It was a nice 15-20 minute flat (this is important) walk to Obidos fortress. There were tables outside to sit and relax and look over the meadow. It looked like a great pool but we didn't take advantage of that. Hosts were wonderful.

The slight negative was the breakfast was a little on the simple side but gave us more room to eat some wonderful things in Obidos.

Local aprazível, com localização excelente, instalações boas que nos transportam para outros tempos, bem restauradas. Cumpre os serviços mínimos. Excelente pequeno almoço, bem servido. Contudo, este turismo de habitação peca por uma quase total ausência de serviços de apoio. Não tem um bar onde possa tomar uma bebida ou petiscar um snack para lanchar ou, ao fim do dia como alternativa a um jantar. tem uma piscina (actualmente encerrada) mas de acordo com a informação prestada também não tem qualquer serviço de apoio de bar, como seria normal, e à semelhança do que tenho encontrado noutros turismos de habitação e por preços bem mais acessíveis. A recepção encerra ao final da tarde e os clientes ficam isolados, apenas com um contacto de emergência !!! Fiquei estupefacto quando de manhã a funcionária que dá assistência ao pequeno almoço e faz, juntamente com outa colega, a preparação dos quartos para receber novos hóspedes, me perguntou se queria que limpasse o quarto. Obviamente que para mim essa limpeza faria parte do mínimo indispensável. Numa palavra, este turismo de habitação tem todas as condições para poder ser muito bom. Mas longe disso, enveredou por uma oferta de serviços mínimos que poderão agradar aos estrangeiros que visitam Óbidos e que adoram a transformação que esta vila medieval e histórica sofreu, resumindo-se actualmente a vendas de "souvenirs" e bares e restaurantes, com um turismo massificado que um dia se tornará vítima desta ganância do lucro fácil e rápido. Para mim, tanto este turismo de habitação como a vila de Óbidos, são locais a não voltar tão cedo. Não se espantem posteriormente pela ausência de clientes, sobretudo nacionais. Os preços cobrados são muito altos para a qualidade da prestação de serviços.

A falta de serviços de apoio. A sensação de abandono dos clientes. Uma casa bonita, bem restaurada, mas sem vida própria, fria do ponto de vista humano. Fraca relação Qualidade preço

La vue de l ´hôtel est jolie

L’accueil est exécrable, pas de mot de politesse, aucune indication sur la ville, pas d’aide pour les bagages…rien . Nous n’avons jamais vu ça. La dame du petit déjeuner est gentille L’humidité est omniprésente ce n’est pas sain. La chambre et la salle de bain sont d’un autre temps , mauvais lit, pas de couette… Ne comptez pas jouer au tennis le court est impraticable L’hôtel est loin du centre on est obligé de prendre la voiture il n’y a rien sur place….sauf un billard… On peut aimé le style de cette maison mais ce n’était pas pour nous, dommage

We had excellent help from the staff and the breakfast was amazing with good service. The room and bathroom was beautiful and we played a good game of pool and had a good swim . The location is better than in the castle because it’s quiet with a good view.

Tem um bom pequeno-almoço, sujeito a disponibilidade de horários. O ambiente exterior (jardim, piscina, etc) eram bem cuidados e agradáveis.

Ficamos em um quarto na casa principal, e o restante da minha família na casa Cristina. Todos os ambientes tinham um imenso cheiro a mofo, meus familiares tiveram crises alérgicas fortes. Não recomendo o local para quem tem alergia. Além disso, o aquecimento não funcionava na casa Cristina. No quarto na casa principal, havia um aquecedor a óleo pequeno que não era suficiente para o tamanho do quarto. Não há receção 24 horas, mas deixam um número para contacto pelo whatsapp, enviei uma mensagem no dia que cheguei e não me responderam até hoje.

Da evitare assolutamente, la struttura non è dotata di alcun impianto di riscaldamento (e presumo dí raffreddamento in estate) appena arrivati, veniamo condotti in un appartamento molto spazioso, ma dotato solo di qualche termosifone elettrico assolutamente insufficiente. Lo facevo presente al proprietario che mi rassicurava che in qualche ora l’ambiente sarebbe stato sufficientemente riscaldato cosa che non è avvenuta, facendoci passare una notte nel freddo e gelo terribile. Ovviamente anche i bagni erano inutilizzabili a causa del freddo. Condizioni igieniche discutibili (presente un ragno gigantesco). La struttura non è idonea a ricevere turisti.

The apartment is in a wonderful, picturesque location. It overlooks the Obidos Fortress. The house is in an authentic, old-fashioned style. There are heaters. There's a comfortable sofa in the living room. Fast check-in.

Besides check-in, the host didn't give us any information: about what was happening in the city, the best places to go for dinner, etc. Everything was very quick and official. There was no internet, although very fast internet was promised. They could have at least offered coffee as compensation, but there was none in the apartment. No tea, coffee, or sugar—these are basic things. There is a coffee machine, but not a single capsule. And the most uncomfortable thing is the very hard, squeaky beds.

Un lugar con personalidad y encanto, ideal para relajarse y conocer los alrededores. Excelentes vistas. Nos encantó.

The hotel doesn’t offer a kettle, and the room feels a bit cold — the floor is tiled. The style seems to aim for an “old-school” vibe, but honestly, it’s not that old — more like a grandma style.

And the awsome breakfast, countless choices of fruit and vegetables. We stayed 2 nights, had we known we could have stayed longer. Great location away from the crowds in a rural setting. Nice old buildings, we stayed in a separate apartment. Good looking pool although we didn’t use it. Outside adjacent seating area where we could eat/drink.

A quirky apartment, some electrical sockets and lights didn’t work. I repaired the toilet seat which was falling off! Raised bedroom area could be awkward in the middle of the night. A lack of crockery.

Charming to look at , but very musty smell that they tried to cover up with plug in deodorizer. Very small unit.

We arrived 1 hr early and the owner was extremely rude and wanted to charge 35 Euro’s if we checked in at that time. The lady that served breakfast was friendly.

Tolles, altehrwürdiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes B&B unterhalb des Burgbergs Obidos. Sehr schöne Zimmer, gemütliches Bett. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück in tollem Ambiente. Das Haus war fast besser als Obidos selbst. 100%ige Empfehlung.

Property feels a little worn, though it was fine for our short stay

The bedroom was very spacious and beautifully furnished as was the house, particularly the dining room. Shower over the bath. The man on Reception was very patient when we had got lost finding the property - our SatNav took us completely the wrong way down narrow dusty tracks into acres of apple trees the other side of Obidos, making us late to arrive (only by 20 minutes), when actually the house is easy to find. There are signs to it opposite the Bombeiros HQ in Obidos, so better to put that in a SatNav! The breakfast was outstanding - the best we had on our six night drive through Portugal. Lovely fresh fruit and orange juice, assorted meats and cheeses, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, assorted breads and cake. It was very enjoyable to sit at a shared dining table with other guests and exchange travelling and other stories. There is a very nice clean swimming pool which unfortunately we did not have time to use. Obidos is a lovely medieval village, and parking is easy and reasonably priced - 2 Euros for 2 hours. Well worth visiting, as was our stay at lovely Casa d’Obidos.

Frokosten var helt nydelig! Alt man kan ønske seg, helt ferskt og nylaget. Veldig hyggelig å spise på langbord med andre gjester.

Savnet ventilasjonsanlegg. Det ble veldig fuktig inne på rommet.. håndklær var ikke tørre dagen etter bruk. Hang opp brukt badetøy på badet ig det var like vått dagen etter.
