Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel is in a perfect location and it was quiet and clean. If you're picky, you won't like the worn nature of the hallways or the paint jobs inside the rooms. If you're happy, you won't care and will enjoy the price, the cleanliness, and the location.
I enjoyed the whole experience. I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton. It's a well-loved hotel and it shows. Let's say it has charm.

Comment dire… la crassitude dans toute sa splendeur dans les parties communes, guère mieux dans la chambre. Avant notre départ nous avons regardé sous le lit pour vérifier qu’un doudou de mon fils n’avait pas roulé sous le sommier : quelle belle surprise de voir une bouteille d’eau qui ne nous appartenait pas était confortablement installée dans les moumoutes et la poussière. Odeur sur le linge de lit : est-il lavé entre chaque client ou juste passé au sèche-linge pour « rafraîchir »? 2 serviettes (nous étions 3) avec une bonne odeur de soupline saveur moisie dans la salle de bain. Mobilier de la chambre récupéré chez Emmaus ou dans une décharge, j’hésite. Petites poubelles récupérées chez Holiday Inn (d’ailleurs c’était le plus joli truc de la chambre !). Ventilation tourne en permanence, impossible de régler ou couper. Fenêtres scellées, issues de secours obstruées, assez bruyant, prises électriques cassées. parking gratuit à l’arrière du bâtiment : situé sur un espace en terre battue. 1er arrivé, 1er servi ! Il faut caser environ 12 bagnoles sur un espace de 10m x 10m, donc tout le monde est collé à 10cm. A la question « comment faire si je suis dans le fond et que je veux sortir ? », la réponse « tout le monde me laisse ses clés de voiture et c’est moi qui déplace les voitures ». Nous avons finalement opté pour un parking Indigo à 30CAD pour la nuit. Expérience lunaire et pourtant nous voyageons régulièrement ! Du coup, le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de cafetière dans la chambre ne m’a finalement pas gêné… ma plus belle expérience au Casa Bella fut notre départ.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Location is best and close to everything (bars, restos, grocery stores and Metro). Place is clean and has a microwave. Parking included at the back.
The toilet and shower were separate. Shower room had no place to hang towel/clothes. The shower curtain is outside of the shower room. Just a weird setup. Its no problem if you are a couple but if you are with a friends its a weird and inconvenient setup.

Todos os espaços do hotel eram sujos, dentro do quarto eu senti uma alergia respiratória que eu nunca tinha sentido antes, provavelmente pelos filtros do ar condicionado. A cama não era confortável, e o chuveiro não ficava mais de 10 segundos na mesma temperatura. No check out, a recepcionista foi muito grosseira comigo por uma confusão da parte dela. O preço alto só era justificado pela localização, porque nem café da manhã tinha.

セキュリティ面 エレベーターがない。ルームキーおよびホテル玄関キー（夜間はゲストが自主的に閉める必要あり）が昔ながらの鍵で、セキュリティが心配。部屋の鍵はレバー型の古い鍵ひとつのみ（極端な話、数回ドアを蹴れば壊せそうだった）。 清潔面 廊下が綺麗ではない。シャワーのお湯が数分待たないと出ない。洗面台が狭く、物が置ける台やタオル掛けの真下に蓋がない便器があるため物を落とさないか気が気でなく、あまり清潔に感じなかった。エアコンの温度調節ができない。他のゲストへの来客を夜間に複数回見かけ、小さいホテルなのもあり少し不安に感じた。 色々書きましたが、ホテルのランクを考えるとこの程度かな、と思いました。不安はありましたが、快適か不快かと問われたら快適寄りでした。

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026At first the room was cold. I conacted frontdesk & he turned on the radiator immediately. The gentleman receiving me very kindly carried my suitcase up their very steep staircase for me.
The next morning I discovered I could not air the room as I was unable to open the window. A friend explained something was broken. So, when the weather warmed a bit, it was not agreable to be in the room. My fault perhaps for not asking for a room on a ground floor but the stairs to my were steep & a bit difficult for me, who has a knee condition, to navigate. I say that the property did not meet my expectations owing to the steep stairs. There is no other choices other than a yes or that it exceeded my expectations. So, that was the only chose left. Yet, in all fairness, I did not verify whether or not they had an elevator nor did I ask for a ground floor room.
