Very close to everything downtown, quiet as well and clean.

The air conditioning wasn't working well, I had to speak to the staff 3 times and they told me different things about how it functioned. Cold air is only during the day, be careful as when the temperature rises at night, it doesn't start again, which is a problem for sleepers like me who need a cold room. Very annoying and they didn't reply to me about a partial refund as it wasn't what was expected. As well, beds are comfy but pillows horrible. No coffee or even dishwasher inside the room.

Friendly and very helpful staff, incredible location and probable the best quality/price you can find in the capital ! Everything is pristine clean but beware that you only have the bare minimum to cook and only towels/shower gel in the bathrooms.

The hotel shows it is from another era, it gives me the impression of visting my grandmother : but as noted before, everything is absolutely clean and well taken care off, this is simply an aesthetic matter !

The best location near the plaza and the self catering kichen perfect for special needs and a cuppa. The cleanliness is immaculate. We liked that the colours are not black and white but a bit more retro and homely. The staff is the most helpful and polite. Great for couples and families alike and So really excellent

Le rapport qualité/prix est très moyen : une fuite dans une des salle de bain à l'arrivée, les caches des prises electriques et les portes des placards non fixées correctement, qualité de la literie très moyenne

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement dans le centre historique. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux. Linge de toilette changé en cours de séjour. Disponibilité du propriétaire et échanges faciles. Petits produits locaux offerts par le propriétaire à notre arrivée dans l'appartement. Très appréciable Je recommande.

Great communication with the host. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a nice balcony, and a kitchen. The late check in option and the breakfast were also a plus.

The only downsides were the lack of soundproofing, as we could hear the neighbours, and the absence of coffee or tea in the room.

El apartamento era espacioso. Gran armario y cajones para guardar todo. El baño también grande. Personal amable. Cocina bien equipada. La ubicación bastante céntrica. No necesité usarlo pero tenía aire acondicionado.

El baño y las toallas olían mal. Las cambiaban todos los días pero seguían oliendo mal. Podría tener mejores vistas ya que hay un edificio de oficinas justo enfrente muy cerca y al abrir el ventanal te ven.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Gutes Frühstücksangebot im angrenzenden Bistro.

Etwas hellhörig, in der Nacht hört man die Leute am Gang aber für die eine Nacht war das für uns kein Problem.

Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere. Manca un kit di cortesia con il bollitore, almeno qualche bustina di tea o di zucchero.

The rooms are very spacious. This time we got a smaller room due to availability, and even in that smaller room there was a lot of space for a family of 4

I wish there were some coffee and tea products in the room, and water in the fridge. I'd also improve the pictures on Booking since our rooms looked much better in reality

Мы остановились в апартаментах на 2 ночи. Нам понравилось расположение, мы были буквально в самом центре, в 5 минутах набережная, а в 2 минутах тц, в котором большой продуктовый магазин. Номер большой и выглядит современно и красиво.

эти аппараты нужно брать либо на длительный срок, либо езжайте в отель, так как готовить нормально не получится, нет ни соли, никаких специй. Так же невозможно помыть посуду, так как нет губок, мыла и тд. Вообщем тот самый плюс апартаментов был их минусом(

Ma chambre était positionnée entre les ascenseurs et la rue. Beaucoup d'inconfort auditif (une nuit jusqu'à 0h30 avec des arrivées/retours tardifs de voyageurs)

A localizacao ee boa e os cuidados na arrumacao do apartamento nao mereceram reparo.

Estacionar perto nao ee facil. O apartamento possuia uma porta trancada cuja razao de existencia nao foi explicada. Nao foi utilizada nem provocou incomodo mas uma explicacao aa chegada tinha sido bem recebida.

Vynikající lokalita, možnost parkování přímo v hotelu za poplatek 9,50 € za den. Dobrá snídaně, milý personál, úžasné služby úklidu pokoje, součástí apartmánu výborně vybavená kuchyně pro přípravu vlastních jídel.

Los apartamentos están fenomenal para 2 personas, son muy espaciosos, la cama era grande y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada. El nuestro tenía unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas de Funchal. Tiene muy buena situación, está al lado del centro de Funchal y en nada llegas al paseo marítimo. Si llegas en coche tienes la posibilidad de dejarlo en una plaza de aparcamiento del propio apartahotel (pagando). No las reservan con antelación pero nosotros pudimos coger una sin problemas en junio. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable. Apartamento muy recomendable.

We booked quite last minute, it has a private bathroom and also the kitchen/living space + bedroom, so it was really a good deal

Towels smelled quite bad - something like cigarettes, and bed sheets weren't the cleanest.

De tudo começando pela simpatia e atenção dos funcionários da recepção até às funcionárias da limpeza. Às condições do quarto amplo, limpo e muito confortável. Foi três noites memoráveis!!! O meu muito obrigado a todos. Para voltar com certeza!!!

The central position in Funchal

The dated room. The hairline mosaic cracks in the bathroom sink. Ill fitting kitchen units. Kitchen and dining equipment was inadequate. No washing up liquid provided.

The warm, sincere welcome was wonderful. The single room was clean and comfortable. The staff and especially Fabio Pereira were so helpful and friendly.

Extractor in bathroom not working. Floor looked like it was not mopped even once during my stay. Pillows were too small and lumpy.

Não é um T2, nem T1... é um T0+1 quarto para deficientes com ligação direta ao espaço com a cama no T0. Eu que tinha reservado 2 quartos para 4 pessoas...ficámos um casal no T0 e outro no quarto de deficientes com comunicação direta para o espaço de cama.

L'appartement est en centre ville (centre commercial Plaza, jardin municipal, cathédrale, port) et dans une rue calme. Nous y dormons très bien.

Segunda vez nesse flat, só que em acomodação diferente. A localização é fantástica, perfeita: próximo a diversos pontos turísticos e fácil deslocamento. O apartamento é bom, espaçoso, com armários e alguns utensílios essenciais de cozinha. Tivemos que comprar detergente, pano de pia e papel toalha porque resolvemos fazer o café da manhã e alguns lanches na cozinha compacta, mas faz parte. Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários em geral, inclusive das meninas do café da manhã (só utilizei por duas vezes, mas é muito bom).

Banheiro sem janela e sem ventilação, com chuveiro na banheira com fechamento parcial isto é, após o banho inevitavelmente a água passava e molhava do lado de fora. Sem opção de lugar para pendurar qualquer coisa e também sem lugar para colocar as malas. A água quente do chuveiro acabava, caso o banho fosse um pouco mais demorado, devido a pouca capacidade do boiler. Poucas tomadas ou tomadas de difícil acesso. Iluminação ruim no quarto devido a não ter janela e apesar dos abajures não ajudava muito. Apesar de tudo isso, ficaria novamente porque o custo/benefício é muito bom
