The location was perfect — conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. As for value for money, it exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid, I received high-quality service, comfort, and amenities that made the stay well worth it. Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Hotel is 200 meters away from the beach, when you go outside there is a 7/11,money changer, tour desk and some restaurants. When you get the taxi you don’t have to worry because reception can call or book taxi in advance for you even if it’s last minute they can help you to get it right away. Room is very spacious and the air con is very cold. Swimming pool is on the roof deck of the hotel and you can see the sunset and overlooking view of the beach. Staffs are very nice and friendly and reception is 24 hours.

The bedroom was unsecured, the balcony door didn’t lock. The room was for my husband and I and they gave us two single beds did not accommodate when we brought it up. The door key didn’t open half of the time and reception didn’t had assistance all the time. One day we had to wait 40 min to get assistance to open our room.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025I loved everything about this property. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Patong Beach. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight — stunning views and a perfect place to relax. Overall, the hotel offered amazing value and exceeded all my expectations.
There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, I would just prefer a slightly softer pillow — but it wasn’t a big issue at all.

The room we was given we had 3 people was given a double bed and then a camp bed was a prison mattress on a plank of wood. Air con was awful in room barely worked. Whilst we was sleeping we woke up to water pouring out the air con unit on to the floor and all over the bed. We complained in the morning and someone came to fix the air con but when we returned later in the day and turned it on happened again by time we went back down said there was no1 to come out so we requested a room change we then was moved rooms to an actual family room with a proper second bed and aircon that worked. Bathroom the shower leaked all over the floor

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel, the first time was perfect which made me want to stay at the same hotel a second time, except that this time it was a bad experience.
The bed was dirty, there was hair and blood, I had my UV lamp which detects everything... The floor was a bit dirty, but fortunately the bathroom was clean. I asked to change rooms, but the second room was just as dirty as the first. I couldn't swim in the pool because of its dark green color and not like the photos and not like the first time, besides I didn't see anyone swimming in the pool during my entire stay. I'm disappointed with this 2nd experience and will certainly not return as long as these same problems persist. Because the hotel is a bit expensive for its category!
