C’était un bon établissement bien situé en bord de mer. En revanche les équipements étaient un peu vieux.

Ce qui est dommage c’est qu’il n’y avait pas Netflix ni de machine à café

Devia haver o bom senso de no minino devolver uma noite....imagine um cliente que 15 dias....perde o direito dos dias todos...isso me marcou bastante...mais acomodações boas.

I loved the resort! The staff were wonderful, the food and accommodation were also fantastic!

The fact that I had to leave reception and walk outside to get to the next building - if there was a bridge or indoor overpass that would've been better - especially when its raining and you and your luggage get soaked. But this is very minor

The Charm Resort is tucked down a side street off the main esplanade which proved advantageous as this was a quieter position but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always on hand to help if needed. I chose a room with direct access to the pool that wraps itself around the base of the hotel and this was a welcome feature. The main infinity pool was in the building next door and also quite lovely. A full sized fridge and kitchen sink were welcome additions.

My room and pool area faced the street which had vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The fence and foliage didn't provide complete privacy.

Juste l’emplacement

Très déçue de mon séjour au The Charm Resort. La chambre était extrêmement humide : les murs étaient humides et les draps étaient carrément mouillés au toucher. L’odeur d’humidité était également très désagréable. Le problème ne concernait pas uniquement notre chambre, puisque nous l’avons constaté dans plusieurs chambres. Après plusieurs jours dans ces conditions, cela a vraiment gâché notre séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, mais pour moi, les problèmes d’humidité et de propreté/confort sont beaucoup trop importants pour recommander cet établissement.

Staff at every level were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were a feast of variety and flavours and a highlight of the day. The room we had was a deluxe room which was big and spacious for the price and clean and bright.

זוועה לא מתאים בכלל למשפחות בריכה עמוקה ממש ובחלק שמיועד לילדים הוא רדוד מידי, ריח של עובש וטחב מהחדרים, הכל מדרגות ואין הנגשה לעגלות בכלל בכלל, כמעט ואין ישראלים ויותר בני דודים אז קשוח, ארוחת בוקר מזעזעת אין מבחר בכלל בקיצור לא מקום להגיע אליו. היינו גם בגרייסלנד למשפחות מושלם מכל הבחינות

Estaba a 1 cuadra de la playa, y a 15 min caminando de la calle mas famosa de Patong. Es una excelente estancia para descansar y poder estar cómodamente. La piscina tiene una vista maravillosa y es un hotel muy tranquilo. Además el desayuno era excelente, muy completo y delicioso. (pagamos la estadia con desayuno incluido)

pedimos una habitación junior para 3, y dejaron instalada una cama en el living que habia, la cual era muy dura e incomoda. Pedimos algo para solucionar el problema, y agregaron un tooper al colchon el cual lo hizo mas blando, pero no soluciono la incomodidad de la cama.

Zeer fijn zwembad, zeer propere kamers en toiletten. Heel vriendelijk personeel Zeer gevarieerd en lekker ontbijtbuffet.

De streek, maar daar heeft het hotel niets mee te maken. Wij zouden nooit nog naar Phuket terugkeren.

الاثاث قديم، الصور المعروضه غير الواقع، المسبح بعيد في مبني ثاني غير المبنى الي انا ساكن فيه، وبالدور السابع يعني كأنك رايح تسبح عند جيرانكم، والمسبح صغير. لايوجد خدمات او محلات بالقرب من الفندق مثل 7 الفن او مساج او مغسلة ملابس ، لازم تطلع بتكسي، منطقة كئيبه بشكل عام قرب الفنادق من البحر ليس لها ميزه او فايده، لأن بينك وبين البحر فندق ثاني وشارع، وغالباً الفنادق يخلون المقدمه تكون للمطاعم والسكن اخر شي، اذا كنت عائله البحر ماينفع لك لانه بحر محيط الامواج عاليه وماراح تقدر تسبح، وغالباً كل يوم بتطلع تروح برامج بعيد عن البحر

Le service la gentillesse

Wij verbleven van maandag 3 augustus tot en met woensdag 12 augustus in Charm Resort Phuket. Helaas viel onze eerste indruk behoorlijk tegen. Op basis van de foto’s en filmpjes op social media hadden wij een heel ander beeld van het resort. In werkelijkheid oogt het hotel wat gedateerd en naar onze mening kan het zeker een opknapbeurt gebruiken om het niveau van een 4-sterrenhotel waar te maken. Ik was samen met mijn kinderen en had twee kamers geboekt. Bij binnenkomst in onze eerste kamer hing er een duidelijke muffe, schimmelachtige geur, ondanks dat de kamer wel was schoongemaakt. In de tweede kamer was het beddengoed helaas niet schoon en zat de badkamer vol met haren. We zijn direct naar de receptie gegaan en daar werd gelukkig ontzettend goed en klantvriendelijk op gereageerd. Het personeel was echt superlief en deed zijn best om ons te helpen. Later die avond zijn we opnieuw naar de receptie gegaan, omdat ik letterlijk hoofdpijn kreeg van de geur in onze kamer. We hebben gevraagd om een andere kamer. Helaas zat het hotel vol en was dit tot 6 augustus niet mogelijk. In de tussentijd hebben ze geprobeerd de geur met geurparels te maskeren. Op 6 augustus kregen we uiteindelijk een schone familiesuite en daar hebben we de rest van ons verblijf prettig geslapen. Dat was een duidelijke verbetering. Wat we wél echt positief vonden, was het ontbijt. Dit was super en er was voldoende keuze. Ook het personeel verdient absoluut een compliment: iedereen was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Al met al zijn onze ervaringen gemengd. De hygiëne bij aankomst, de muffe geur en de gedateerde uitstraling vielen ons behoorlijk tegen. Tegelijkertijd was de manier waarop het personeel met onze klachten omging juist heel goed. Met een flinke opknapbeurt en meer aandacht voor de kamers en hygiëne zou dit resort wat ons betreft veel beter tot zijn recht komen.

De hygiene

Excellent customer service, staffs are very accomodative. Cleanliness is beyond expectation. Would recommend to anyone willing to stay in Patong

There are no disposable slippers for the bathroom in the room. The pillows and blankets smelled bad and musty.

The hotel is very warm and welcoming. The staff are all attentive, nice and always with a smile. Sainee on reception was fabulous, a warm and friendly face! She really looked after us. It was located within walking distance of the main Patong hub. Nice and quiet then in the evening. The rooftop pool and bar was really nice. The concierge were helpful and always smiling! Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Patong et des commerces, tout en restant calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique avec une très belle vue. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement.

Le seul point négatif concerne certains occupants qui étaient très bruyants durant la nuit. Plusieurs portes claquaient régulièrement et nous avons entendu des cris à plusieurs reprises, probablement liés à des personnes en état d’ébriété. Cela a parfois perturbé notre sommeil. Une surveillance un peu plus stricte du calme dans les couloirs pendant la nuit améliorerait encore l’expérience des clients.

Set slightly back from the main strip (easily walkable), meant it was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Plenty options at breakfast.

Everything felt a little dated and worn.

The staff were lovely, helpful and the dinner was delicious. Comfortable bed, cleaned daily.

The TV wasn't a smart TV, so I couldn't watch Netflix. No biggie, but would've been good to have.

Hotel is on the other side of Bangla Road meaning you'd have to go around to reach as the main streets are one way. The hotel TV was not a smart TV and the quality was very poor making it unusable.

Beautiful rooftop pool and bar with amazing beach view. Super friendly helpful staff. Our duplex family room was huge with a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren't expecting. Everything exceeded our expectations

Yes it was reasonably priced for beachfront, the location was okay but the hotel doesnt really feel beachfront. the only area that overlooks the water is right at the back of the hotel so you might as well be staying two blocks back.

The pool towels were brown and folded on brown shelves next to the TV. So we didnt see them and trekked to the pool bar (which involves leaving the hotel and walking down a busy alleyway away from the water) then going up 7 floors only to be told we had to go back and get our towels. This seemed petty and frustrating, why no pool towels at the pool?. We wanted a nice beachfront resort and this does not feel beachfront. the pool bar area is small loud and awkward and at the back of the resort and the beach view is over a huge stretch of ugly rooftop it felt like we were staying at a cheap hotel far back from the beach. The dated but better designed resort next door looked better. Front desk staff were lovely though. and the breakfast was great (although the dining area is cramped with no view)

The Charm is in a great location The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Na, his service was exceptional and he was always very friendly.

The location - it’s near to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool is great especially at sunset.

We were given an “upgrade room” according to the concierge staff, that’s with private jacuzzi only to find out that it’s actually not working and there is a crack in the glass sliding door. They shouldn’t be offerjng that kind of facility and tell that it’s an upgraded room especially when a significant deposit amount is collected upon check-in and it could have been charged to us if we did not see it and if we did not requested for a change of room.

Personal och frukosten var riktigt bra. Jag åt inte middag men den såg riktigt bra men dyr ut. Perfekt plats längst upp i patong, nära stranden.

Jag är hyperallergisk mot mögel, och fick se några rum innan vi hittade ett som inge gav någon reaktion för mig. Det var i jämförelse med andra hotell mindre mögel, men är man ultrakänslig kan de billigaste rummen vara värda att fråga om att då se fler alternativ tills man hittar ett rum som passar.

Great hotel! We've been here for the second time and definitely want to return! The staff is very friendly, and the room was amazing! Breakfast - excellent! We were thinking for a long time whether we want a room with pool access, and to be honest - best decision! Because during the day it is too hot to go to the beach, it was cool to just open the balcony and go right into the pool + nice spot where to sit in the evenings or at night. :) The conditioner worked well. The beach is a 2-minute walk, and the overall location is very convenient (7/11, outdoor vendors, food deliveries, Bangla road - a few min walk)

Otel çalışanları çok yardımsever, saygılı ve güleryüzlü. Otel ara sokakta olmasına rağmen Patong Plajı’na 100 metre mesafede. Bangla Road’a ise yaklaşık 1,2 km uzakta. Taksiyle 5 dakika. 7.kattaki havuz gerçekten kullanışlı, barı da var. Sonsuzluk havuzu hissi veriyor. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterli. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor ama, balkonda içiliyor. Odalar büyük ve her gün temizleniyor. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımsever ve profesyonel. Dönüş uçağımız geç saatte olduğu için odayı geç boşaltma talebimizi yoğunluk nedeniyle kabul etmediler ama, bagajlarımızı muhafaza ettiler ve duş imkanı sağladılar.

Otelde kapalı bir lobby bulunmuyor. Tur aracı veya taksi beklerken dışarıda sıcakta beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

Le petit déjeuner moyen pas assez varié La 1ere chambre au rdv pas top à l entrée donc trop de bruit les gens ne respectent pas surtout la nuit un jacuzzi mais qui ne fonctionne pas et sale pas la possibilité de se mettre sur la terrasse entre le jacuzzi et le moteur de clim . Quand on a demandé à changer de chambre on nous a dit que dans notre réservation pas de jacuzzi je n en voulais pas . L autre chambre a l étage au fond je réserve une semaine pas étendoir la douche bouchée à plusieurs reprises j ai demandé rien a été fait et l avant dernier jour nettoyage de la chambre ils ont pris les serviettes sans en remettre Dommage et surtout les vacanciers trop de bruit dans les couloirs et gros bruits en pleine nuit dans les piscine privées
