Que teníamos desayuno reservado y cuando bajamos al comedor tocó esperar por qué estaba lleno, eso es entendible. Pero cuando se libro una mesa no había nadie para cambiar la mantelería, estaba sucio del comensal anterior. Y no pudimos comer, tuvimos que ir a desayunar fuera. Evidentemente no íbamos a comer en una mesa sucia.

The room was a single bed with no alternative to upgrade. Very small and pokey. Aircon was not great which made it unpleasant! No guests allowed between 10pm-10am which as a single traveller should not be restricted Not the greatest place. I checked in and out within an hour or arriving and paid alternative accommodation

Please think about rehoming the turtles in your reception area. They are in a small tank that is not heated and they have limited room. Turtles are aquatic animals that need heat lamps and space to swim! The tank was also not clean - please can this be rectified. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear every foot step, every door shut, every person talking too which made for an unsettling night. Our A/C was also dripping all over the floor, we did let reception know and were told maintenance would come in but they never did. We had to put towels down to mop up the wet.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La ubicación inmejorable, tuvimos que aparcar el coche lejos pero no lo movimos en 5 días, ya que las dos playas estaban a 3 minutos andando y los comercios y demás alrededor. El desayuno y la cena también de 10 , poca variedad pero todo lo que había estaba riquísimo. Enhorabuena al cocinero.
El baño demasiado pequeño y las almohadas no del todo cómodas pero sin más.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Great location in the old town, exceptional helpful staff, comfortable beds. Great selection at breakfast. 2-3mins walk to the mirador (viewing point overlooking the beach). Lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by.
Couldn't get Air con working on arrival and the room was sweltering. Receptionist was very quick to get it going for us. Bathroom door was awkward, only half opens then gets wedged, need to navigate around it to get to toilet and shower. Probably because it's water damaged at the bottom. Some of the cooked breakfast items could be a bit warmer. General decor needs updating

Tengerpart 5 percre van nagyon jól éreztük magunkat jövőre is ugyan eszt választanám. Köszönünk mindent jó élményekkel jöttünk haza.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The whole experience was disappointing due to the air con not working. The first night we arrived I couldn’t get the air con to cool the room. I thought I wasn’t using the remote control right. So the second evening the receptionist came to the room and showed me how to use the remote. I was actually doing it right. The temperature in the room was 35 degrees all night. In the morning I told reception, but it was Saturday and the technician wasn’t working. On Monday and Tuesday the technician came to look at the air con and said it was ok. It wasn’t until I took a receptionist up to the room at 12.45 pm and he saw the temperature was 36 degrees that I was believed that it wasn’t working. I asked to be moved to another room but was told they were fully booked. I was told a new air con system was going to be installed. At no point did the Manager come to see me about the situation. I was given a 2 euro bottle of water to compensate. The day of checkout we went for breakfast and then we were going to have a shower and pack, as we’d got till 12 o’clock. When we got back to the room the engineers were waiting to install the new unit. I asked them to give us some time to shower and pack. So the last day was rushed. Besides the problem with the air con the breakfast was always cold, fried eggs and beans aren’t nice cold. The good things about the hotel was that the housekeeping was very good. The room was large. The receptionists were all very friendly. No noise from other rooms. If you get room 407 you will know that the air con is brand new.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Just back from Hotel La Santa Faz, we stayed for 9 nights and were on the Forth floor so no noise from the street below in fact it was very quiet in the hotel the whole time we stayed there . The rooms were basic but very clean with fresh towels everyday , we were half board and the Breakfast was ok although sometimes not very hot, the evening meal was also ok and we never went hungry . The staff were very welcoming and always helpful especially Carlos, Rafa and Elias , on the whole a nice clean hotel close to the beach , bars and restaurants. We will be returning

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Good location in the Old Town. 5 minute walk to Levante Beach. Rooms small but clean, adequate for a short break. Definitely not suitable for a week or two stay. Very, very thin walls which made sleeping very difficult. Every movement/ conversation could be heard from other people. Street noise was also a problem as doors did not shut properly! And there are quite a few late night spots in the area! Breakfast was good. Didn't spend anymore time than necessary in the hotel other than to (try) to sleep, have breakfast and to shower. Would not return tbh!!

La limpieza se ha e un día si y otro no. Te hacen la habitación contigo dentro y no levantan las sábanas solo las suben hacia arriba. Llevábamos desayuno y cena , la cual era excasa pues ponían lo justo. Mejor no dar este servicio.

Reviewed May 27, 2026La posizione centrale, vicinissima sia al centro che alle spiagge, e poi bisogna fare un plauso al personale per la cortesia sempre dimostrata anche tangibilmente offrendoci due bottiglie di vino e prestandoci anche l'ombrellone per la spiaggia. La colazione, anche se di qualità discreta, potrebbe essere migliorabile. Anche la cena non era male anche se un pò monotona. Per ultimo vorrei sottolineare il rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente insuperabile con riferimento a strutture della medesima categoria.
La camera era minimale, forse qualche altro suppellettile non sarebbe stato male e poi era rumorosa nel senso che l'isolamento delle pareti era veramente insufficiente.

Our initial room had a shower that was so small, I couldn't get in it, so we had to change rooms for a walk in shower. Our initial room had a fabulously big balcony with the sun in the afternoon. Our new room had a tiny balcony on the colder side of the hotel. The contentental breakfast was ok, but the English left a lot to be desired.

The room was 502, the only room with a key, this room seemed to be like an additional pair room. The beds were very uncomfortable, a small double pushed up to the wall and a single with a very lumpy mattress. No where to place a drink or phone whilst in bed. The lighting was dreadful we had two small lamps on the wall, no other lighting in the main room. The tiniest TV I've ever seen in a hotel, it was the size of a large tablet! No amenities in the room, such a hairdryer, and fridge, tea and coffee would be nice but not essential for a short stay. Cleaning was not up to scratch, lots of hairs on the floor in and around the bathroom. The shower unit was extremely small, cube style which you needed to wedge yourself in and out. You could hear everything from the room and bathroom next door. The terrace area is lovely, but wasn't clean, it was very grumpy. We felt this room was possibly used for staff and not paying guests, as initially our room was on the 2nd floor according to the email I received. The hotel from our experience needs an update, it is very reasonable but improvements could be made to bring it up.

Las instalaciones un poco deterioradas, grifos oxidados, no había agua para ducharte durante 2 horas (estaban arreglando una tubería), el jabón del baño (mejor llevarse el suyo personal), se escucha todoooo lo que pasa fuera de la habitación.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026El trato del equipo fue extraordinario, y nos sentimos como en familia. Tanto el Ceo, como Carlos y Rafa en recepción y el chef, son extremadamente amables y serviciales. Aunque es un hotel antiguo y se está renovando, aún carece de cierto mobiliario. Pero la estancia no ha podido ser más grata. La ubicación es privilegiada, a un paso de ambas playas, y el personal de limpieza muy eficiente. Desayuno y cena son bufet , el cual no es el del Meliá, pero todo está bueno y es suficiente. Animo a la gente a que lo pruebe en sus vacaciones o viajes.
Únicamente los muebles escasos y decoración de la habitación, pero para dormir suficiente, y la mejor oferta en relación calidad/precio.
