Not the properties fault but very noisy at night, a lot of glass recycling noise also…was near the lift so could hear it constantly

Zdecydowanie brak lodówki w pokoju oraz łazienka wymaga generalnego remontu. Grzyb na suficie , zardzewiały prysznic. Wszystkie kontakty w pokoju wypadały. Nam osobiście nie przeszkadzał hałas ale jeśli ktoś lubi spokój w nocy to ten hotel zdecydowanie takim osobom nie spasuje. Hałas do rana. Jest to imprezowa dzielnica.

Consideramos que sería necesario aumentar al menos en una plaza la plantilla de camareras de piso, ya que no les da tiempo en la jornada de mañana a hacer todas las habitaciones.

The good points: the location is excellent as is the breakfast. The air conditioning was great and the bed was very comfortable. The noise from the bars didn't bother us greatly. The things that need improvement: the water pressure in the shower and bathroom taps was very poor, the tv didn't work because it had no aerial cable (this was reported twice before a very young man who clearly had no idea what to do fixed it eventually), the sealant/filler around the shower was put on by a blind man it seemed. Our room (22) was very small, had no balcony or fridge and nowhere to dry anything. We had no issues with the lift being slow. At the end of the day, you pay cheap, you get average which is fair enough. The place needs some TLC

Obiekt jest bardzo blisko plaży. Pokoje sprzątane każdego dnia, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenie. W pokoju żelazko, czajnik, suszarka. Menu śniadaniowe ubogie, ale smaczne, pyszna kawa. Obsługa hotelowa miła.

Hałas. Mieliśmy pokój na 7 piętrze i nad nami był bar czynny do 3 rano. Każdej nocy krzyki. Nie mogliśmy spać przez cały tydzień. Do tego prosiliśmy o pokój z balkonem. Dostaliśmy bez i mieliśmy ogromny problem z suszeniem garderoby plażowej. Brak choćby małej lodóweczki. Hotel jest na rynku, który każdego wieczoru zamienia się „pekiński targ”.

Habitacion un poco pequeña, y muy basica en cuanto a armarios y espacio para almacenamiento de ropa. Me faltó que hubiera algun cajón y el armario al no tener puertas esta todo a la vista.

I have been a guest in this hotel three times because of its good location, the beach is 100 m away and the center of the old town itself as well.

The problem is poor insulation and a lot of noise at night and every morning early you can hear the emptying of glass from the container.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, die Lautstärke draußen wurde durch die alten Fenster und Türen nicht abgedämpft. Schlafen vor 2:30 nicht möglich. Die Zimmer sind verwohnt. Wände dünn, wodurch man alles rundum hört. Die Bilder geben nicht wider, wie klein die Zimmer sind.

Terrific central location in Old Town Benidorm. 1 minute from the beach. Amazing A/C, superb full breakfast (included). Rooftop bar has awesome views over the whole beach. 24 hour reception and bar service if required. Very reasonable prices for July. Easy 10/10.

La televisión no cogió ningún canal ... el encargado de mantenimiento vino para repararla pero no pudo hacer nada por que el problema parece ser de la antena . La taza del baño estaba rota y pegaba golpes fuertes al bajarse . Desconchones en las paredes y la ducha sin manpara. Le hace falta una reforma...

Me gustó que el personal fuera muy servicial, el desayuno fuera abundante y que se pudiera elegir entre varias opciones. La zona era un poco ruidosa, ya que este alojamiento se encuentra en la parte de fiesta del casco antiguo, pero quien viene precisamente por eso no debería quejarse. Los hombres del personal tenían una apariencia especialmente agradable y eran muy respetuosos. La verdad es que habría sido genial pasar al menos una semana más allí…

El constante ruido de botellas era horrible; muchas veces, por la noche, los locales cercanos vaciaban sus contenedores llenos de vidrio, lo que provocaba un estruendo enorme. El ascensor era increíblemente lento y estaba muy mal ventilado; cada vez que lo usaba, sentía como si el tiempo se detuviera.

Location great stayed here before so new where we was .only this time the room .... well it was like a rabit hutch. no balcony very small sliding window no where to put out towels or beach where couldnt get two people in bathroom of which was very old. Went down to reception asked for another room he was very dismissive and rude wouldnt look at me at all just kept saying no would we stay again NEVER

The place had good A/C, staff very friendly, very close to the beach and all amenities. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop bar despite the mozzies.

Extremely noisy, especially with all businesses in the square using the bottle banks outside the room and them being emptied early morning. Had to go and purchase earplugs to sleep. Rooms are dated, bathroom door difficult to open and close as it’s touching the floor.

Breakfast was good. But buffet would be better. Staff were very polite.

The room was very small. I couldn't drag my suitcase to the wardrobe because there was no space between the bed and the wall. Nowhere to put things (the only table, quite unstable, was the one on the balcony). No selves in the bathroom to put anything. They're saying tea and coffee facilities in the room, but they don't provide tea or coffee. Just a kettle. No fridge in the room. The lift was very slow. We ended up using the stairs most of the time. It was definitely not good value. Never again.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very friendly,it was spotlessly clean,the location was excellent, the only issue we had was it was very noisy outside until the early hours. I appreciate a lot of this is out of the hotel's control but just trying to be honest.

Was woken at 5am when a naked man who was sleepwalking entered my room, staff refused point blank to acknowledge the door must have a lock issue, I was sober and had locked my door so the fact that staff would not accept that they have a security issue just made a terrifying experience so much worse. The guy sleepwalking was obviously not something the hotel can control BUT their response and how they dealt with it was terrible, I found most of the staff really really friendly and the hotel is in a great location but I will never return.

Beworben werden Zimmer mit Balkon, Meerblick oder Startblick. Irgendwo steht scheinbar „sofern verfügbar“, das habe ich trotz genauem lesen, nirgends gesehen. - wir hatten dann ein Zimmerchen ohne Balkon. Das Personal war unmotiviert und nicht freundlich. Auf das Frühstück sollte man getrost verzichten. Außer einem guten Kaffee, ist das wirklich quasi nichts, ein Toast oder ein Croissant.

We loved hotel queens, it was our first time to benidorm. The hotel is in a great location close to many great restaurants and bars. The hotel had a great roof top terrace and bar with good views, the terrace has a good atmosphere with good priced drinks. The room was small we didn't have a balcony, just a window overlooking the front of the hotel, the room was spotless very clean with a small but perfectly fine bathroom which was also clean. We found the room fine for our stay, aircon was really good which helped with it being really hot outside. The staff were all really nice, the hotel has a small inside bar which is also a breakfast room in the morning. We are looking forward to returning in September. Over all we had a really positive stay.

Perfect for a few days away in Benidorm Old Town. Most importantly, the room was clean and the BED WAS REALLY COMFY. We slept well! Roof-top bar was a bonus. It's open to non-residents too, which could be handy if you are staying elewhere and fancy this. Full english Breakfast was included and consisted 1 x decent tasting sausage, 1 x fried egg, 1 x slice of streaky bacon, 1 x hash brown, 1 x slice of toast, 1 pot of decent baked beans, 1 x cup of coffee. A GREAT VALUE HOTEL right by Tapas Alley and 2 mins to the beach. Perfect for what we wanted.

The bathroom was small... Like VERY small! Sitting on the toilet you could rest your head on the wall opposite!! Handy after a heavy night perhaps. However, it was clean and functional. Shower base kept filling with water as the drain was slow. We wet ourselves, turned water off, soaped up, turned water on to wash soap off. So, quick showers are the order of the day. Balcony was also a very small Juliet style. Also no coffee nor milk in the room, only various Teas which surprised us.

Patio Window in room was broken really spoilt it making the hotel seem really run down. I know maintenance can be difficult but your paying for a nice room not one where u can't really open a curtain but to that.

Tiny, slow lift that because of the popularity of the rooftop bar there can be lengthy waits. There is some outside noise until the early hours due to 3 bars at the front of the hotel. It didn’t bother us after 🍺 🍷 but it might some people If you’re very tall or on the larger size you might struggle with the bathroom. I’m 5’2” and size 14 and could have washed my hands sitting on the loo 😆 Stood at the sink, the backs of my legs were touching the toilet. Not a massive problem but could be for some.

Worst place I've ever attempted to stay. Booked for 5 nights and only stayed one. Room was beyond tiny, couldn't even open the door fully to get in. Bathroom there was space to manoeuvre yourself in but that's it. Balcony you couldn't pull chairs out as not large enough. Noise was so loud and relentless until 4am. Left first thing and had to pay out and book elsewhere. First time I've ever left a hotel and was not physically able to stay the duration (and I'm from Luton so you can guess just how bad it was). Do not book this hotel, especially if you're over 10st as you won't even manage to get in. We stayed in room 25 (for a night)

Small friendly hotel in the heart of the old town. It's in a busy area with popular bar 69 at the front door. The staff were 1st class,friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with clean towels every day. It's a couple of minute walk to the levante beach and about 5 minutes in the other direction to the Poiniente beach. The hotel's roof bar sells reasonably priced cocktails etc. This hotel is a little gem and highly recommend. The only issue we encountered, and this is not a fault of the hotel, was we weren't able to get the airport transfer to drop us off or pick us up from anywhere near the hotel. If you're mobility impaired this could be a real issue for you. I would highly recommend the Queens for a great relaxing holiday. 5 stars and thank you.

Prvi dan kada smo dosli nije radila klima. Premestili nas u apartman pored kako bi ugradili novu klimu. Sa stvarima smo šetali tamo vamo … nema mini bara pa nemate ni gde da hladite vodu..peškire nam niko nije zamenio 8 dana kao ni posteljinu… nema sampona i sapuna.. doručak je okej ali mali Ispred hotela se takmiče stolovi hotela i bara pored. Ne može se proći od turista,niti oni žele da se pomere. Predlažem da hotel ogradi prolaz kako bi gosti ugodnije prolazili

Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. There is an excellent choice for breakfast. The drinks are reasonably priced and all taste catered for.

The shower head could have been affixed to the wall.

The location is good, and staff very attentive. It is clean and rooms were cleaned each day, the breakfast was good just not to my taste.

The rooms were just a little too small and the shower and bathroom very small. It was very busy around the hotel, so if you like nightlife you definitely get that. Considering it was busy and noisy when you were in your room it wasn’t so that was good. Good basic place , clean , good service.

Great location in the old town with several tapas bars/restaurants minutes away. The room was fine with a small balcony, great water pressure in the shower, air con system looked newish and was great as the heat outside was hitting 30 and over each day. Rooftop bar was excellent for some afternoon/early evening drinks and some great photos with the views. Breakfast was great with several options and with table service. All staff very friendly.

The room was very clean & modern, there was shampoo & body wash available, there is a lovely roof top terrace were the prices are good and great music playing.

There was a smell from the drain that could be off putting but we left the patio door open and it wasnt too bad, it wasnt there all the time so we didnt complain. You can hear other clients coming back to there rooms after a skinful, or if there chatting on balcony.

The check-in process took forever, even though we had paid in advance. The shower was a joke! No water pressure whatsoever. What little water did come out was either freezing cold or dangerously hot! We had to fill glasses from the sink (which strangely had plenty of pressure) to rinse ourselves. When we told reception, no apology, just said they'd get maintenance to have a look! They must have been aware of this problem before giving us that room. It spoiled the stay somewhat! Also, aircon was not powerful enough, and the noise everytime a bar emptied it's glasses in to the disposal was horrendous!

Didn't stay here, we went up to their rooftop bar for a drink. Only small but good views over the bay, and lovely jugs of Sangria. Decor is a bit shabby but seats are comfy.

Queens is in an excellent position of the old town. Lots going on around it. Close to Levante beach, bars and restaurant. Superb rooftop bar with amazing views. Rooms are basic, but very clean. The bed was a dream to sleep on. Extremely comfortable. Shower perfect. AMAZING and WILL return. 👍👍

3days I had bad sewer smell in room, didn’t complain as thought just old hotel. Tea and coffee , shower gel not replaced. Also few nights no sleep as loud stuff outside but if you choose to stay in centre I guess hotel can’t do anything about that.

Honest opinion from a regular Benidorm visitor who always stays around the ( tapas alley bend ) and is also staying at this hotel in September. The hotel is a 2 star but surprised us In many ways the downside is actually the reason we booked ! It's just too noisy not the hotels fault as its a very popular place at night around tapas alley and the hotels courtyard is very popular with brits ! also repairs being carried out to the industrial bins that are straight outside , they can be a problem also when bottles being emptied morning/night . The hotel rooms are small as expected and bathrooms very small not an issue for us but there was a problem with sewer fumes sometimes from the loo it has a great sun terrace and is clean with comfy beds and the added bonus is a nice little breakfast in the morning the star of the show are the staff the lads do a great job and the maids do an excellent job everyday. We only stayed for 4 nights but by the 4th night we were very tired with the outside noise .
