Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Esses, super freundliches Personal, extrem cool dekoriert und ein sehr flexibler un zuvorkommender Chef.

Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe sehr spontan gebucht und sie haben mir direkt ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist auch super, sehr central. Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, schön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich war nur eine Nacht mit Frühstück dort und habe nicht Znacht gegessen. Den Wellnessbereich kann ich ebenfalls nicht bewerten, da nicht benutzt.

We have now stayed at Hotel Marmotte in Saas-Fee for the third time, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. It has become one of those places that feels familiar and special at the same time, and we honestly cannot imagine visiting Saas-Fee without staying here. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their guests, and there is a lovely personal atmosphere throughout the hotel. We also really love the hotel itself. The rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable, and full of little details that make them feel inviting. The balconies are another highlight, especially with the beautiful mountain surroundings. Sitting outside and enjoying the fresh mountain air and views is one of our favorite parts of staying here. The wellness area is fantastic. After a day of hiking or exploring the mountains, it is so nice to come back and relax there! The breakfasts deserve a special mention too. They are absolutely delicious! Another great advantage in summer is the SaastalCard provided by the hotel. It makes exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable, as all the mountain lifts are completely free, and some of the local activities and attractions are available at a discount. If you are planning to explore the mountains, this is a really valuable benefit. And of course, there are the adorable marmots living nearby!🐿 Seeing these little residents around the hotel and in the surrounding mountains is such a charming part of the experience. After three stays, Hotel Marmotte really feels like more than just a place to stay in Saas-Fee. The wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, relaxing wellness area, delicious breakfasts, lovely balconies, summer benefits, and incredible mountain surroundings make us happy to return every time. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to coming back for the fourth time! ❤️

Die Lage und das Essen ist natürlich hervorzuheben absolut genial. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber und nicht zu vergessen das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne wieder Vielen Dank Anett und Martin

Bequeme Betten Ruhige und zentrale Lage Gutes Frühstück

Schinken & Käse wurden separat am Tisch serviert. Da wir nicht alles von diesem Teller gegessen haben fanden wir es schade, dass diese Lebensmittel nicht einfach am Buffet zur Verfügung gestellt werden (Food waste)

L’hôtel est très bien situé! Le personnel très gentil! le petit-déjeuner très bien organisé et très bon! les œufs sont parfaits! et les lits sont très confortables! fantastique d’avoir la bouilloire et du thé. Et en plus on y mange très bien!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse. Très bonne cuisine et petit déjeuner tres complet.

Практически всё идеально. Прекрасный персонал, великолепное местоположение, сервис, очень удобная кровать, отличный душ. Вид компенсирует любые мелкие недостатки.

Стол привинчен к дальней стене, хотя перед окном и на балконе достаточно места, но не возможно наслаждаться видом во время еды, приходится сидеть спиной.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation, la décoration ainsi que la propreté de la chambre. Fonctionnelle avec une très belle vue ! Le petit plus : il y avait une bouilloire !

Very clean place, room was ok with strong WIFI and they provide free tee and coffee which is not usual in Switzerland. Location is ok but still need to walk approx. 15 minutes to reach main lifts (Speilboden / Allalin, the Hannig one is close). Good breakfast

As for almost everything in Saas Fee, it's much overpriced. Would not chose again this place just because of the rates....but hardly possible to find better deal in the village, we should admit.

La atención del personal excelente, me facilitaron el check in al llegar muy tarde por el vuelo. Todas las trabajadoras encantadoras, en especial una de ella que era española(valenciana) y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La habitación perfecta, limpia,vistas increibles y el hotel una monada. Una pena no habernos quedado más, volveremos 🫶

Schade gab's beim Frühstück kein "normales" Ruchbrot... ; das Fenster im Badezimmer war "mangelhaft", ich bevorzuge ein Frühstücksbuffet(Käse, Fleisch und Getränke),

Die Übernachtung war toll, grosser Balkon und wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berggipfel, die Lage perfekt, wenige Minuten zu den Bahnen und zum Shoppen. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Betreuung sehr freundlich.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist etwas schwierig da sie teilweise unbeholfen Englisch sprechen und keinerlei Deutsch. Das Frühstück empfind ich als etwas dürftig vor allem hat mich gestern das ein 1 Ei gratis war jedoch jedes weitere mit einem Aufpreis von 2 Franken verrechnet worden wäre

Decent property with spacious, clean rooms. Staff were excellent and the food was good. Only real drawbacks were the bed, not very comfortable and just two twins pushed together, and the lack of a room fan in the summer heat. Granted I didn't ask either. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

It’s not a dislike, but a suggestion: We stayed for dinner too. I had a fantastic steak. Unfortunately, the meal was luke warm. Suggestion, warm the plates before serving so the Bernaise Sauce at least stays warm.

Camera pulita e confortevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente, tranquilla e perfetta per raggiungere gli impianti e i sentieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Very comfortable mattress. The restaurant is excellent! The Saas-Card which allows one unlimited use of all buses and cable cars in the region was a nice, unexpected bonus.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Man sieht richtig, wie sehr sich die Besitzer über ihre Gäste freuen & ihnen am Herzen liegt, dass die Gäste einen tollen Aufenhalt haben.

Breakfast was nice. Room.is perfect with a balcony.

La chambre 41…à côté de la ventilation qui s’est, heureusement arrêtée à 2200 mais qui a repris 0748…deux coffre-forts mais aucun utilisable. Pas moyen de fermer la porte du balcon à clé. De ce fait, le prix est surfait. Était-ce parce qu’on avait un chien???pour terminer. Le buffet petit déjeuner était tres très simple.

Hotel an Toplage, nahe vom Parkhaus und direkt neben der Talstation Hannig gelegen. Die Gastgeber und die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage, freundliches/ hilfsbereites Personal (Informationen zu Ausflugszielen in der Region), sehr saubere Zimmer gemäss Ausschreibung/ Fotos, gutes Frühstück.
