Incroyable séjour on est venu pour nos 7 ans l’hôtel le personnel petit déjeuner juste incroyable merci pour ce beau séjour

Very nice staff and we loved the sound of rushing water outside of our room. We enjoyed the free cable cars. We visited and fed the marmots on our last day.

The hotel may have offered pick up from the bus station but unfortunately we failed to find someone to ask when we were leaving and the walk there is hard with luggage. Since there is no air condition, it would be nice to have screens on the windows or door to let fresh air in without worrying about bugs getting in or a lighter blanket for the bed. Overall the place was nice and located in a nice spot.

The hotel really is perched right over the gorge. Everything is new construction and very well done. Completely soundproof, beautiful woodwork. The hotel gave us a card that allowed us to ride all the cable cars for no extra charge, except for the funicular to the summit. We had a lot of fun seeing all high places, which are stunningly beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff helped a lot with my dairy allergy, even buying me special bread and yogurt and plant based milk, so I would have dairy free food to eat at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the the laundry detergent used on the sheets was unscented, which was very helpful for me. Everything was very clean. We loved hearing the sound of the creek from our room. It was nice to have a smaller hotel to stay in as it made our stay more relaxing.

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes du terminal des bus et de l’alpin express. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel au dessus de la gorge ! Accueil chaleureux. Chambres très propre et confortables. Cet hôtel 3 étoiles en vaut 4.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet und liegt an einer super Lage. Das Check-In und das Check-Out lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut.

The location and view from the hotel are stunning! I visited Saas-Fe just before the high season and received a free room upgrade (with a view of the mountain). It was a nice surprise! The stuff is very pleasant. Breakfast was perfect as well. A nice quality hotel for a reasonable price. The hotel provides Saastal Card that saved some money for us while using the cable cars.

The beds were not comfortable enough, and the blankets were too thick and warm for June. Thinner bed blankets for the summer season would be a nice solution.

Situation calme et à proximité de tout. Personnel très gentil et professionnel. Facilité de contact, disponible. L’hôtel et les chambres sont moderne, de qualité, bien aménagé.

The hotel has a beautiful location with great views of the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing.

For the price I paid, I expected a bit more attention to details. For example, it would have been nice if the water in the room was refilled daily and if more pillows were available.

Gute Lage in Gehdistanz zur Seilbahn

Bei Anreise mussten wir 45 Minuten warten bis wir abgeholt wurden. Online Check in funktioniert nicht. Gästekarte wurde erst auf Nachfrage ausgestellt. Angaben in Booking.com sind scheinbar nicht korrekt. Unsere Inputs interessierten die Empfangsdame nicht. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Il n y a pas d’ascenseur, peut poser problèmes pour des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes âgées.

Ein wunderschöner, ruhiger und sehr angenehmer Ort zum Ausruhen. Direkt neben einer der wichtigsten Gondelbahnen gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr komfortables Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Eigentlich nichts Negatives. Wenn überhaupt ein kleiner Punkt: Beim Frühstück lief das Radio mit Nachrichten. Mir persönlich hätte etwas mehr Ruhe gefallen – reine Geschmackssache.

The hotel is everything and more when to come to us looking for a perfect stay. It is in a very good location, it is only a few minutes walk from the ski lift. The room was better than a lot of 5 star hotels we have been fortunate to stay at. The continental breakfast has everything you need and more, especially the view from your table! Some may say it not enough as there are no hot options, but honesty with what is on offer you don’t miss the hot option!

Such a unique and charming boutique hotel. We love everything about it- especially Deborah who goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special! Rooms are well appointed and the view of the mountains from our room balcony is spectacular! The breakfast room/restaurant is built to embrace the views of the gorge and the river below. An extraordinary way to start your day and to holiday. So much to do and see in the Saas-Fee area!

Spa has some issues so we only used it a few days, but when we did it was excellent!

Die Junior Suite mit Bergblick ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das moderne Bad, das bequeme Bett und der traumhafte Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge, der jeden Morgen ein Highlight war. Die Lage ist perfekt: In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß sowohl die Bahnstation Alpin Express als auch das Dorfzentrum – zentraler geht es kaum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar eher klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht, und wird durch den wunderschönen Blick in die kleine Schlucht noch einmal besonders. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Glasboden an der Fensterfront im Restaurant welcher einen spektakulären Blick direkt in die Schlucht ermöglicht. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Lage, komfortablen Zimmern und einem besonderem -Erlebnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Es "klebt" sozusagen am Schluchtrand und das Restaurant hat teilweise ein Glasboden, durch den man in die Schlucht sieht. Toll!

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und haben ein sehr cooles Design. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et vraiment choyés durant notre séjour. Tout a été mis en place pour que nous puissions profiter un maximum de notre séjour. La chambre avec balcon était très spacieuse, décorée avec goût et très confortable. De plus, l'établissement est idéalement situé au coeur du village et non loin des pistes.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des remontées méchaniques. Un très bon accueil et une salle du petit déjeuner avec une vue impressionnante sur la rivière.

This is a charming boutique hotel located on a gorge in Saas Fee, a car free village. We stayed here for the first time about 10 months ago and had a wonderful stay. Our second stay was every bit as enjoyable. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The balcony is perfect- private with the soothing sounds of the water below. The location is beautiful and convenient to the Alpine Express cableway. The Saas Fee card provided with our stay offers many benefits including rides on the local cableways.

The view was unsurpassed and very beautiful

The room was supposed to be "superior" but was small. Only one chair to sit. Unfortunately the floor of the room was extremely scruffy for the price we were paying, - not fully carpeted and no coverings on what seemed an unfinished underlay...... only one or two small rugs by the bedside. Quite disappointing - considering that we had stayed at this hotel before albeit many years ago and had kept good memories of the generous accommodation at that time.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous interior and exterior. Loved the dining room alongside the gorge.

Uns wurde ohne Aufforderung ein kostenloses Upgrade vom kostengünstigsten Zimmer mit Hang-Sicht, zu einer teuren Suite mit Gletscher-Sicht angeboten. Das war über alle Masse grosszügig! Am Abreisetag wurde wiederum ohne dass wir gefragt haben eine kostenlose Verlängerung von 11:00 bis 17:00 angeboten. Wow! Das nenne ich kundenfreundlicher Service! Das Hotel hat nicht um sonst den Zusatz Boutique. Es hat eine wunderschöne Ausstattung. Als kleines Beispiel sei das Lavabo aus Kirschholz genannt.
