Reviewed Sep 19, 2026A gentileza e atenção dos funcionários é comovente. O café da manhã tbem é excelente e muito diverso, com um croissant simplesmente maravilhoso. Os quartos são super limpos, e o chão do banheiro é aquecido, onque é um conforto extra. Ganhamos um ticket para subirmos quantas montanhas quiséssemos, sem custo. Foi perfeito.
Parece ser cultural na Suíça, mas os edredons são individuais, mesmo que seja um casal a se hospedar. Este é o único ponto a ter de opção. Mas mesmo assim, dormimos muito bem.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is handily situated just opposite the station. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was very well appointed - excellent shower. We were also fortunate to have spectacular views from our room. The breakfast was varied and copious and there is also a restaurant that does very good pizzas. All in all, this is a superb hotel and perfect for hiking trails and the Bernina pass railway.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt super um die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel zu nutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut und für Schweizer Verhältnisse noch im Rahmen. Die Parkplätze die man mieten kann sind etwas eng. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Falls wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Lage und das Essen sind sehr gut. Nebst dem Frühstück bietet das Restaurant auch ausgezeichnete Speisen an. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und lässt grundsätzlich kaum Wünsche offen.
Leider scheinen die Hotelgäste nicht mehr so willkommen zu sein wie früher. Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren für mindestens eine Woche hierher, vor allem wegen der perfekte Lage am Bahnhof. DOch als Gast kann man sich nun nicht mehr im Restaurant Bereich aufhalten, wenn man mal etwas spielen will. Der Bereich in der "Launch" ist meistens sehr kalt und nicht wirklich geeignet um Gesellschaftsspiele zu machen. Auch das Thema der Fliegen (wegen der Pferde draussen) ist immer wieder ein Thema und es wird nichts dagegen unternommen, was einen manhcmal wirklich stören kann beim Essen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Noi l'abbiamo scelta per la vicinanza alla stazione (praticamente proprio di fronte!) . Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza comoda. Abbiamo trovato 2 bottigliette di acqua molto gradite.
Ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più in dotazione, per esempio un bollitore, delle bustine di caffè o thè. Ormai queste cose si trovano in tutti gli alberghi. Però il bollitore lo abbiamo chiesto alla reception che ce lo ha fatto avere. Per fortuna avevamo le bustine di camomilla e ci siamo bevuta quella!

Das Frühstück war eher spärlich ausgestattet. So gab es an beiden Tagen schon früh nicht genug Brötchen und auch auf Nachfrage waren sie "aus". Das Buffet wurde nur langsam oder garnicht nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich: Einige KollegInnen waren sehr freundlich, andere unmotiviert oder sogar unfreundlich, gerade im Restaurant.

E lasci l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel, se lo hai prenotato. Personale molto gentile. Buono il ristorante. Camere pulite. Hotel consigliato per chi non cerca una soluzione "romantica" o in stile "engandinese", ma comodità ed efficienza
Si può migliorare la colazione con più scelta e qualche torta, anche se comunque era sufficiente e buona. Unica nota negativa: presenza di mosche nel ristorante, che è anche la sala colazione.

I would recommend the hotel looks into different types of hairdryers as the one in our room stopped working very soon after being turned on. It may have been a safety mechanism thing but slightly frustration. Didn’t detract from the great stay.

Zimmer dem Preis entsprechend und auf jeden Fall okay. Bis ins Ortszentrum von Pontresina zu Fuß maximal 15 - 20 min. Pizzeria im selben Gebäude und auch empfehlenswert. Wanderwege direkt ab dem Hotel.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026ここを拠点に電車やバスであちこち巡ろうと思い予約しました。想定通り、鉄道、バスを使った移動に大変便利でした。 バスは駅まで来ないものもありますが、徒歩5分ほどのバス停から乗ることができる路線もあります。ポントレジーナの中心街までは徒歩10分程度（坂道）ですが、お散歩がてらに行くのにちょうどよい距離でした。途中、見ごたえのある峡谷もあります。 朝食はホテルのレストランで取りました。夕食も2回こちらを利用しましたが、おいしかったです。
レストランおよび周辺にハエが多く、食べものにもたかってきます。最初は気になりましたが、だんだん気にならなくなりました。潔癖症の人には向かないと思います。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Bardzo przyjemny obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji – blisko stacji i niewielkiego sklepu. Mimo że znajduje się w centrum, z okna można było podziwiać górskie otoczenie, a szum strumyka był bardzo miłym dodatkiem. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie, łazienka czysta i pachnąca. Fantastyczny, miły i profesjonalny personel. Duży plus za bezpłatny dostęp do sauny oraz urozmaicone śniadania. Pobyt zdecydowanie na plus!
Minusem było dość słabe Wi-Fi, skrzypiące łóżko oraz brak czajnika w pokoju. Podczas śniadania pojawiały się również muchy – rozumiem, że w takim regionie i sezonie jest to trudne do całkowitego wyeliminowania, ale warto rozważyć elektryczne łapki na owady, ponieważ nie było to zbyt higieniczne.

The gentleman who was at reception when we arrived was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. He kindly helped us carry our suitcase to the room, which we really appreciated. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very quiet, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast. Pontresina itself is such a charming and picturesque little town, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We also had dinner at the pizzeria at the hotel. The pizza was excellent, and the bruschetta with tomatoes ( Bruschetta Pugliese )was absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed the local wine. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely love to come back!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Hotel carino che ho utilizzato per una notte la scorsa settimana per un veloce soggiorno in coppia. Tutto ha funzionato senza intoppi. Stanza bella, luminosa e spaziosa. Buona la pulizia. La nostra riservazione comprendeva la prima colazione, abbondante e per ogni gusto. Buono il servizio di accoglienza alla ricezione. I posteggi dell’hotel sono a pagamento e ci sono anche dei posteggi pubblici per la lunga sosta nelle vicinanze. Buona la posizione nelle vicinanze dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico.
L’unica pecca sono stati i letti duri, mi sembrava di dormire su un asse di legno.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Das Zimmer war ruhig, das Badezimmer sauber und mit Pflegeprodukte versehen. Die tägliche Reinigung klappte sehr gut. Das Personal hatte für unsere Anliegen ein offenes Ohr, war stets freundlich u. zuvorkommend. Toll war auch, dass abends die Pizzeria ein tolles Angebot an Speisen bot.
Je nach Personal gabe es Probleme beim Frühstücksbuffet, so wurden die Tische nur sehr zögerlich abgeräumt und je nach Zeitpunkt musste zum Nachfüllen der Produkte nachgefragt werden.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026A recepciós fiú rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Közvetlenül a vonatállomás mellett van a szállás, 2 perc alatt ki lehet érni a vonatokhoz és minden fontos helyre eljutni. Sétatávolságra van Coop és éttermek.
A reggeli alapvetően finom volt, de szűkös a választék és minden nap ugyanaz volt. A szoba ablaka a főútra nyílt, emiatt nagyon zajos volt, hajnal 6 órától már nem lehetett pihenni. Jó lett volna egy kis hűtő a szobába, h legalább az italunkat hidegen tudjuk tartani. Az ágy rövid volt, átlagos magasságunk ellenére lelógott a lábunk. Kevés a konnektor a szobában, az is nagyon eldugott helyen, így körülményes volt tölteni a telefonjainkat. A helyi olasz étterem elég drága, a pincérek kissé morcosak voltak, az ott felszolgált étel csalódás volt.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Die Lage ist super, Bahnhofsnah, man ist in wenigen Minuten in Pontresina und schnell auf der Hauptstrasse in alle Richtungen. Das Zimmer war für eine oder zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Der Herr an Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Im Badezimmer gibt es mehrere Stellen wo renuviert werden sollte. Die Dame welche am Abend am Empfang war, war freundlich. Jedoch als wir um zusätzliche Kissen baten, merkte man das sie dies nicht sehr gerne macht. Und leider war das Frühstück ein reinfall. Als wir um 7.15 zum Frühstück gingen fehlte vieles oder war praktisch weg. Und der Obstsalat wäre besser in der Küche geblieben da er nicht mehr ganz frisch war. Als wir auscheckten war alles wieder aufgefüllt. Ich denke oder hoffe das dies nicht immer so ist.

אפשר היה לשים מקרר קטן בחדר וקומקום. ויותר שקעים לטלפון ליד המיטה.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sofort die Engadincard für freie Fahrt mit den Bergbahnen, Bus… Das Frühstück war gut, sehr guter Kaffee. Das Essen in der Pizzeria ist ausgezeichnet, wenn auch teuer.
Das WC im Bad war sehr tief, wie für ein Kind.
