Reviewed Mar 5, 2026El ambiente familiar, trato del personal, comodidad de la cama, nivel de restauración y servicios, y situación respecto al telecabina de acceso a las pistas. Tiene detalles de atención que jamás he visto en otros alojamientos de lujo, que se agradecen, y marcan la diferencia.
A ver, por poner algo, porque cualquier comentario negativo sería profundamente injusto, dado que la experiencia fue maravillosa y toda la familia la disfutamos muchísimo. Por aportar algún comentario, les aconsejaría meditar sobre el horario restringido de acceso al spa con niños (aunque entiendo que exista), mayor oferta de aguas termales o piscina mayor (que nos pareció un poco pequeña), y no pet friendly (porque nos gusta que nos acompañe a todos nuestros viajes)

Falta área de lazer melhor (piscina, sauna...). Só tem o Spa com lotação de 15 pessoas, que só pode ser utilizado uma vez por dia, por uma hora (menores de 16 anos só podem utilizá-lo entre 14:00 e 16:00), e não está incluído na diária. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior.

The bar is beautiful but never enough staff to serve clients. Housekeepers can get very cross if you’re checking in and they are still in the room even though reception have said it’s ready. I got shouted at for leaving my bag in the room as reception said I could.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Fue un viaje muy simbólico y bonito. Le pude mostrar la nieve a un amigo que nunca la hubiese visto y el lloraba de la emoción. Las camas son súper cómodas , la comida fenomenal. El restaurante Bistro no merece tanto la pena, el servicio de los chicos genial pero los cocktails y comida no son calidad de 5 estrellas. La Nonna diría que es el mejor restaurante de allí. Otra cosa es que el internet nunca funcionó , pero también habían tormentas de nieve. No te preocupes si no sabes esquiar, aprendes y disfrutarás mucho.
No fue perfecto pero fue súper memorable.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Het personeel is werkelijk fantastisch en behulpzaam. De locatie uiteraard goed bij de lift en ski locker ter plaatse. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Bijzondere ervaring om eens geen Nederlanders in een ski gebied tegen te komen.
Kamer netjes maar niet heel bijzonder, maar je betaalt relatief veel per nacht, maar het was ook hoogseizoen

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to go to the slopes. It’s part of a three hotel complex and barely five minutes walk to the ski lifts. The lockers are very conveniently located next to the lift. The spa whilst expensive you can get a deal on and is well worth the visit. We used it each night after our slope session to ease muscles. Loved the food and all in all was quite good value for money. Finally, the staff are really what makes this hotel great. Customer service is top notch and the staff really couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2025Hay mucho personal y todos muy simpáticos. Buena decoración, todo limpio, distintos restaurantes. Si tienes esquís alquilados te los llevan/recogen a la taquilla del hotel. A veces al volver del esqui te dan un snack. Chimenea muy agradable.
NO avisan en ningún lugar de la Musica en directo. Lo pregunté al llegar y no sabían. Luego resulta que había el domingo y me lo perdí. Por estilo de hotel y "5 estrellas G.L." NO me esperaba TANTIIIIISIMOS niños. Gritan, corren, por el bar, el restaurante ... a veces parece un parque infantil. Y, en mi opinión, los precios de las bebidas y comidas son demasiado altos.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025La ubicación, el trato del personal y el servicio muy atento a cualquier necesidad, se ocupan de llevarte el material a las taquillas, del equipaje , el coche etc el desayuno excelente … hay disponible por la tarde en el salón de la chimenea chocolate y churros que vienen genial después de la jornada de esquí.
No hay nada que no me gustara. Por decir algo tal vez una sesión de spa podría estar incluida (hay que pagarlo a parte) una día a lo largo de la estancia.
