El hotel es increíble en todos los aspectos, con una ubicación inmejorable a pie de pistas. Personal amable y atento y habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El lugar donde quedarte si vas a esquiar a Baqueira.

Tuvimos un problema médico que nos obligo a pasar varias noches en el hospital y en el hotel el descuento fue mínimo, pero entiendo que no es un problema del hotel y debo decir que la empatía y trato del personal fue inmejorable.

La ubicación más cómoda que puedes encontrar para disfrutar del esquí, todo son comodidades y el hotel y habitaciones super confortables. Destacar también el gran bufet del desayuno.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, nos propusieron cambiarnos a una habitación más amplia en vez de 2 habitaciones contiguas y fue un acierto. La persona que nos hizo el check in un 10/10. Muy atento y colaborativo

Generality was a good hotel. What I didn't like was that we had to pay extra for the wellness, 40 euros per person for 1 hour. And 30 euros per day for parking in the garage. After paying 2000 euros for 2 people for 4 nights, I think the wellness could have been free.

Muy buen desayuno, amabilidad del personal, bien preparados los tragos del bar. En general muy confortable.

Podrían considerar tener una balanza mediana para pesar el equipaje. Y a pesar de ser fanáticos de Lionel Messi , el restaurante El Hincha debería mejorar la cocina y el menú acorde al mejor jugador de todos los tiempos.

Breakfast is excellent, lots of options Room was good, but bathroom needs to have a door to separate bathtub from wc, it will be more functional. Location is great, very convenient specially if you travel with kids that likes to go to the gallery.

The sofa bed wasn’t confortable to sleep, the closet in the upper room is very small.

Nao gostamos do jantar no buffet. Caro e com opçoes limitadas no dia que fomos. Atendimento no cafe da manha foi lento quase a semana inteira, principalmente para recebernos na entrada. Parecia ter problemas devido à falta de pessoal

Superb quality, very comfortable and best amenities in Baqueira including the pool, the ski lockers (each had individual boot dryers) and the shower facilities after checkout. Small freebies on the rooms made a great impression, thank you for not charging extra for quality, bottled water. The service and friendliness of the staff was appreciated

The sound insulation between the rooms and hallway was not very good. This hotel has no secrets:)

El desayuno, complicado conseguir un cafe. Los ascensores se saturan. Al llegar me dieron una habitacion peor y distinta a la contratada. Reclame y me dieron la mia; luego estaba disponible. Detalle dudoso.

For a five star property should be more attentive to some details like facing us every day with charging the dinner even we have paid the upgrade before, also change the dinner location one day with no previous advise. Some of these situations are embarrassing for us. About the food they should have more variety, bio and vegan choices. In general Mim is a very beautiful hotel with a superb design really beautiful. Staff needs to be more professional specially the managers.

Pensar que habia alquilado una vuena habitacion pero en recepcion indicarme que no lo era. Que no tenia vistas. Pero que por 95 euros diarias mas me darian una con vistas

Excelente hotel e staff muito atencioso. O pequeno almoço era fantástico e os cocktails do bar do lobby foram os melhores que já bebi. Os serviços do spa são também de elevada qualidade

O quarto não tinha espaço de armazenamento suficiente assim que a maioria das roupas tinham de ser guardadas nas próprias malas

The Location and the Staff

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est magnifique. Produits salés ou sucrés tous délicieux et très frais. J'aurais cependant préféré pouvoir me servir seule des boissons chaudes sans avoir à devoir recourir aux serveurs qui ne comprenaient ni le français ni mon mauvais espagnol ! L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel est très romantique : couleurs dorées, jolies décorations de Noël et ambiance bois/cheminée. Le personnel est attentif, présent et gentil.

Bien évidemment, le but d'un établissement commercial - surtout s'il n'est ouvert qu'en saison - est de facturer ses prestations. Donc tout est en sur facturation : parking, piscine et spa. Et à Baqueira, tout est un peu cher (la station est plutôt "luxe"). Par contre comme l'entrée Piscine/Spa payante n'était pas indiquée dans la réservation Booking, la responsable de cet espace nous a fait la gratuité des deux premières entrées. Merci à elle, mais il faut que cela soit rectifié sur Booking. Aucun prix non plus pour les produits mini bar de la chambre. Bien que l'hôtel soit loin d'être complet, notre chambre donnait sur la rue. Sans changer de catégorie, je pense qu'il y avait d'autres chambres avec une meilleure vue.

Ficou claro que uma grande parte dos funcionarios estava sendo treinada para a alta estação, enquanto eu pagava mais de 200 euros de diaria. Ele nos davam informações erradas, e não pareciam seguros sobre o que falavam, apesar de super gentis e atemciosos. No restaurante Hincha, o serviço foi péssimo, com demora, e erro de dois pedidos. O serviço não correspondia ao padrao do hotel e nem aos meus 200 euros. Além disso, não tinhanos acesso gratuito à piscina, pois está dentro do Spa, que é pago.. Um hotel como esse tem que ter ao menos uma piscina disponível para os hospedes que não vão ao spa.

Нас заселяли час. Я попросил номер с ванной, один персонал говорил что это доплата, а другой персонал говорил, что поменяют номер. Вечером мы не могли спать, номер был взят на троих, а застелили на двоих. Пришлось ходить на рецепшн 3 раза, пока они что-то принесли. В один из дней придя в номер, мы обнаружили грязные тряпки на кофе машине, уборщица забыла забрать.

The interior design and the super friendly staff. We had amazing food at The bar and the restaurant downstairs.

The Spa, is definitely the weak point. Not at the same level of the hotel. You can see that the spa has not been renovated like everything else in the hotel.

Cleaning service slow and very rude. First day, they came to clean the room at 345pm. We were back from skiing and taking a shower at the time and the cleaning lady’s told us to leave the room or otherwise they were leaving in 10 minutes and the room wouldn’t get clean. We ended up getting in a discussion, since they actually had all day to make up the room. We were showering and told them that as soon as we finished they could do the room but that didn’t seem to work for them. Funny that in a hotel like this clients have to conform to what’s more convenient to the cleaning service. I conveyed this situation to the front desk. Didn’t really give a dam. Said ok and changed the conversation. Ending on a happy note. Hotel is new and beautiful.

While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution.

Very convenient - made skiing so easy - from the parking to renting skis. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Spa is terrible for a Mountain / Ski hotel and to charge guests for the use of the basic elements in a Spa is ridiculous especially for the quality offered!

All in all good hotel, pricey for what you get but very decent, staff is friendly, the duplex apartment suits its purpose well, and the breakast is rich. Its a little bit further from the gondola than other hotels on the strip.

No complaints, just a hefty price tag for a proper hotel, nothing out of the ordinairy.
