Very comfortable and nice room, friendly staff. Location is a bit high on the hill but reachable by foot or by bus.

The shower was incredibly small. It is NOT an easy walk from the train station with luggage. Steep Uphill, cobble stone sidewalks, Hard to find your first time. Breakfast was nothing fancy or fresh.

The hotel has such a nice atmosphere, cozy and all about the jazz! The lady that helped me with check in was super sweet and helpful. Shower pressure was amazing, everything was clean and tidy.

It was a bit disappointing to find the kitchen closed at 21:15 but to be fair I should’ve asked at check in.

Es war einfach großartig . Das Häuschen, der Pool….einfach klasse. Der Gastgeber Jean ist sehr nett, hat sogar Getränke in den Kühlschrank gestellt

Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Das Zimmer war ohne Klima Anlage sehr warm. Mit offenem fenster schlafen ist aber wegen des Verkehrs auch nicht möglich.

We very enjoyed our stay at the Tralala hotel, we had never stayed in the old town of montreux before But we were absolutely stunned at the beautiful scenery and the history of the area and the surroundings. The room we stayed in was quite small really but that is only because it was a last minute booking on my behalf so it was really okie and for the short visit we had it was adequate. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely great, plenty of different options that you could have and would suit most travelling holiday people. all in all we had a great stay.

there was nothing that we could say that we Did not like.

Lovely hotel. Great location and brilliant staff. Paolo and his team went out of their way to help us. The hotel is old and traditional but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and worth having.

Fantastic service. Have never felt so welcomed, even though my toddler was behaving like a wild animal after a long journey. Great decor, great music, calm relaxing vibe. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of sweet treats and savoury delights. The rooms were clean , spacious and quirky. Would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!

Sehr nettes zuvorkommend Personal. Idyllische Lage, aber man sollte gut zu Fuß sein da das Hotel etwas erhöht liegt.

Die Zimmergröße war nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Beim letzten Aufenthalt in Montreux hatten wir zum identischen Preis ein 2-3 mal so großes Zimmer in einem anderen Objekt und sogar direkt am See gelegen.

Die Lage,Anfahrt,Bushaltestelle neben dem Hotel.Frühstück sehr gut und grosses Angebot.Für PW steht unweit ein Garagenplatz zur Verfühgung.

Lovely atmosphere, great staff, room was everything we needed. Only a ten minute walk from central montreux , free bus stops outside hotel.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Mitarbeitern. Uns wurde ein sehr guter Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus zugewiesen. Keine 150m vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock mit tollem Blick auf den Genfer See. Wir hatten 4 Balkone! Nachts konnten wir alles auflassen und schön durchlüften. Das Bett sehr bequem. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und eine Flasche Wasser waren im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Frühstück sehr lecker. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt ein Bus runter ins Zentrum. Mit der Riviera Card (bekommt man vorab vom Hotel geschickt) sogar kostenlos. Man kann aber auch in ca. 10 Minuten gemütlich runterspazieren.

Das Bad war ausreichend groß, allerdings gab es nicht einen Haken. Noch nicht einmal das Händehandtuch konnte man aufhängen, sondern es lag einfach nur neben dem Waschbecken. Im Zimmer selbst leider auch kein Schrank sondern nur eine kurze Kleiderstange mit einigen Kleiderbügeln. Bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt kann man sich irgendwie organisieren

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and the breakfast was very good.

Our room was pretty small in terms of space. We only had carry on luggage and nowhere to lay them. No wardrobe (no room for one) but there was a small hanging space above the vanity unit and coffee machine. This wasn't really practical. We think directions (particulary walking) from the train station should be included on the listing. With no phone data, as first time travellers to Switzerland, we were unaware that Switzerland isn't covered under EU roaming plans with some network providers and you need an esim during your stay 😕) and no public transport to the hotel after 20:00 hrs a 10 minute walk took us an hour!! Climbing a steep hill with suitcases after 12 hours of travelling wasn't the best welcome to Montreux, and only one sign for the hotel off the main street. It is great once you know that you only need to walk to the end of the platform and up past the Freddie Mercury hotel. Turn left at the end of that street then continue straight up through the narrow streets crossing a main road and continuing upwards until you get to another road with a hairpin bend. Cross this road bearing right up around the hair pin and continue along that (one way road) road until you get to the junction and the Tra La La is straight ahead.

Good location, staff fantastic, hotel theme quirky and fun.

Bedroom was pokey, bathroom tired.

Beautiful quaint hotel with a musical theme decor. Bus stop right outside the door and we had free travel to and from the town.

Sehr schön gelegen. Parkplatz Donner in der Nähe. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Promenade. Der Aufstieg ist dann allerdings schwieriger. Sehr gutes Frphstücksbuffet. Tolles Personal. Keine Klimaanlage, aber auch bei bei hohen Temperaturen in der Nacht konnte ich gut schlafen.

Only stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is way too far from the train station and is located on a steep slope. If you have luggage, it’s not the hotel for you.

Camera piccola, solo tre punti luce -tipo loculo- un'unica abatjour a dx letto; molto rumorosa, si sente tutto dalle camere attigue e nessuna insonorizzazione dall'esterno con fastidiosissime chiacchiere fino a tarda notte sotto le finestre. WiFi: connessione pessima, praticamente inesistente! Bagno piccolo, con odore di fognatura. Uno straccetto penoso per cuscino. Non ci tornerei neppure gratis.

Gute Busanbindung, Zimmer sauber

It had character, loved the restaurant and the cozy feel of the place. The location was great, a short walk to the station and the bus stop is also literally in front of the hotel.

I would have preferred bigger rooms

Very attentive personnel. Welcome drinks. Clean and with some amenities like coffe in the room. Nice decoration, well located.

Die Lage des Hauses in der nähe vom Zentrum ist gut.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, vorallem das Bad ist winzig. Es ist nicht mehr ganz auf dem neusten Stand. Hies und da etwas abgewohnt. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt muß man im Sommer das Fenster öffnen, dadurch wird es sehr laut im Zimmer. Die vom Hotel angegebenen Parkplätze sind wahrscheinlich immer reserviert, so dass man auf ein öffentliches Parkhaus, ein paar Minuten entfernt, ausweichen muss.

Nicht ganz so ruhig gelegen wie beschrieben, Strasse gut befahren

Mitarbeiter alle zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die willkommens drinks sind eine nette gehste und erfreut einem sehr. Die Zimmer sind ok etwas eng aber hat fast alles was es braucht. Es könnten noch leselampen bei beiden seiten sein vom Bett aber dies ist ein detail. Ansonsten für unseren Sport ausflug henau das richtige jnd preisleistung angemessen gewesen in diesem Zeitraum. Sie waren auch so Nett und habe, unser Gepäck aufbewahrt bis nach jnserem Trailrunn. Danke nochmals.

Im grossen und ganze, Nichts. Etwas mehr sauberkeit und der minibar Kühlschrank bekommt nicht wirklich kühle hin. Der TV etwas klein aber wir waren ja nicht zum tv schauen da. 😉

Very nice hotel with a very good style and internal design. Fits very well with the style of the city.

While the room was great and clean, since the weather/location makes no need for an air conditioning, we wanted to keep the windows open to make the air to come in but was hard to keep them open as the wind was closing or opening them.

Badkamer vond ik niet schoon(haren in badkuip) . Kamer en badkamer en balkon slecht onderhouden. ( zag er niet schoon uit) Gordijn viel naar beneden, geen stop in bad dus niet bruikbaar. Smoezelige indruk.
