1)As returning guests, we loved the superb service from the restaurant staff, who went out of their way to let us sample the local delicacies. 2) On our first day, the reception team helped us arrange a cab pickup from Bahanu Bridge, in a short notice. This saved us about 1.5 hrs in reaching the resort and allowed us to completely avoid the heavy city traffic. We truly appreciated their efficiency and helpfulness.

Our one day before pre-booked travel desk taxi never showed up next morning and their staff was unresponsive. Fortunately, the reception team arranged a local cab in half an hour so we could reach the next pcikup point for our trek on time. Great service by the reception staff, but management needs to fix the travel desk's unreliability.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and very helpful, especially Swayam, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was highly service-oriented and made our stay even more comfortable.

The place offers excellent value with prime location with well-equipped facilities with reliable hot water. Staff were generally helpful front staff was amazing specifically komal and harshit

The biryani was well made as well as the tikka , mr Shahrukh was of great service and very polite and adhered to specific requests as well

Excellent Rooms. Lovely view. Great Hospitality. Courteous staff. Food was really excellent and the SERVICE WAS ALWAYS WITH A SMILE by all. Staff in Dining was ever ready to help. The Chef and their Manager Balbir Singh took special care and effort to please every traveller.

Good hotel with basic facilities. Location is not perfect. Food is fine but service by sharukh and vidhan were top notch. They need to revamp their rooms to make it more delightful

Thr resort is very nice and have nice ambience apart from that it also have very nice play zone managed by very kind person named rajendra. Who is very gentle and assist kids. He also helps children to develop new skills in sports and arts.

The property is well maintained and the staff is welcoming and friendly- always with a smile. We had a good time, specially the last minute cake delivery for my wife’s birthday. They made it special.

The property could have had a larger restaurant as it was quite crowded during the breakfast and dinner - as it serves non residents also.

The staff was excellent and very prompt. Room service was impressively quick, and the managers at reception were consistently amazing across all shifts. Shagun from the travel desk was outstanding—always available on call and ready to support. The play area for kids is excellent, and the ambience throughout the property is truly delightful.

The breakfast menu selection was disappointing and could benefit from more variety and improvement. The quality of the dinner buffet also requires enhancement, particularly given the price of ₹1900, which feels excessive for the standard of food provided. In-room dining charges are notably high—for example, a single cup of tea is priced at ₹290 (including taxes), and most items on the menu are nearly double the cost compared to restaurant dining. This pricing structure often encourages guests to order from outside, which seems unreasonable. A more appropriate price point for tea would be closer to ₹150. Additionally, restricting tea and coffee service until after 7:30 a.m. is inconvenient and should be reconsidered to better accommodate guest needs.

It was nothing less than amazing. The staff was absolutely polite and welcoming. Mr.Harshit and Mrs.Komal at the reception gave us a very warm welcome that set the stage for the stay. Mr.Balbir and Mr.Rajendar at the chefs, did an absolutely amazing job, and made sure we ate good and fresh daily. My overall experience was absolutely good, I would recommend a stay at Sterling Manali to anyone visiting.

Rooms were nice and well maintained. Mohit ,Dhruv and vijay helped me a lot while checking in and out and they are helpful. Maintenance of resort is good and. Better compared to others.

One of the best holiday ever we enjoyed alot at sterling the resort is at good location the facalities are good. Indoor game room is best we enjyoed alot of games rajinder helped us teaching pool table. Harshit at frontdesk is a plus for the team. Stay was excellent. Location was excellent. Rooms was spacious . The room was very neat, spacious, and well maintained. The view from the room was amazing with beautiful mountains and fresh air, which made the stay in Manali even more special. The bed was comfortable, washroom was clean, and room service was quick. Hot water and heating facilities worked properly, which is very important in Manali weather. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

Housing keeping staff were great especially aryan, priya, lal chand, rupesh, tara chand, rakesh, guddi, hansraj, ramesh and rajan.. I stayed for around 15 days and the experience was excellent… Thank you guys ..
