Muy limpia y cómodo. Excelente ubicación!!
The room and pools where fantastic
I love this property and location and that there is a golf course and pool that are accessible. The Bull and Bear is a family favorite. We ate there twice in the three days we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.
The cost has risen substantially since 2025. The cost for luxury items is up everywhere, but the rate increase of 133.8% is a lot for most people to manage.
It was the perfect break from the hectic parks. Everything was perfect.
A simple trim (haircut) was very overpriced and not great neither.
Whilst the property is beautiful it is very disappointing that despite numerous emails I have not been refunded my holding deposit. It was meant to be reimbursed after departure but I have not received it and my emails have gone unanswered.
Holding deposit not returned when hotel reception staff said it would be returned promptly.
My experience at the WA Orlando was spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Lourdes at the reception desk provided us with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and that immediately set the tone for the rest of our vacation. As a Hilton Diamond Member, I want to say that I was truly impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the entire staff. If anyone from the management team is reading this, please know that your team made a wonderful impression on us. A special commendation to Lourdes and Sarah at the reception —they went above and beyond and truly made our family vacation special. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
Yet again, Slavko and Luis A. were absolutely amazing. The Waldorf is lucky to have these wonderful gentlemen working for them. The guys that work out front with the cars and bags are all amazing. They treat you like family. We get down there once, sometimes twice a year and we stay at the W because of Slavko and Luis A. If they aren't there, we won't be either! The only negative experience we had was eating at the pool, some of the staff could use some training from Luis and Slavko on guest service. Hoping to see them both soon again.
Our stay in July was amazing. Camille Brannon made our stay truly magical and went above and beyond to help us with check-in and extending our visit. She also was very thoughtful regarding my granddaughter’s birthday, adding a special touch to the day at the hotel. The Waldorf should feel fortunate to have a hard working and dedicated employee like Camille.

Atendimento excepcional. Bons restaurantes. Boa acomodação

Touchpoints! Every single interaction with the employees were above and beyond. From the middle aged gentlemen working valet (so sorry i didn't get his name but has salt and pepper hair) who helped me with my Uber's seat without even asking. To Kara who brought my kids cool drinks and went out of her way to get us our room # (prior to checking in), to Juan on the Hilton Bonnet Creek side who took my 3 year old son and I for a ride around the property to look at cars because he asked if there's any Lamborghini's staying at the hotel! Angela at the peacock greeted us daily with a friendly smile and remembered us and gave my wife a birthday glass of champagne. The room was flawless. Not a single flaw in paint, furniture, carpet depth, glass smudge...literally NOTHING! I was flabbergasted. Lastly the bull and bear was a fantastic experience. All staff from the hostess to the team (literally) that catered to our dinning needs were top notch. We will not only be back and recommend this property to all others!
Another amazing stay at this wonderful hotel, once again outstanding service I cannot fault anything here. From the staff at the cafe, pool, valet to the front desk you have made our holiday one to remember. A special mention to Joseph Wallace and Diana at Oscars who always go out of their way for us. See you again next year
Great location and shop on property. Great staff, very attentive and helpful.
Shop closed a little early
Great food and entertainment, huge cafeteria, everything great 👍
Not a great first impression. Hilton Diamond AND booked through AMEX FHR. Booked Deluxe Disney-View Suite and on arrival Hilton booking portal showed multiple upgrade options, to include Family Luxury Suite, Waldorf Disney View Suite, and many others. Was told at the Front Desk that the *only* upgrades available were to the Chairman or Presidential Suites beginning at $2000/night upgrade fee. Hotel not anywhere close to capacity, and clearly being disingenuous about their room availability. Extremely disappointing, especially from a WA. Got up to the room, changed into swim clothes, and got into the elevator to head down to the pool. On our way down, the elevator lost power and went pitch black. Once power was restored, we attempted to use the emergency phone in the elevator over a dozen times but nobody picked up. The elevator moved up and down several times over the next few minutes - probably less than a foot, but extremely disconcerting. After several minutes, the elevator resumed operation and deposited us on the lobby level - this is the first and only time any of us have ever been trapped in an elevator, and needless to say our children were distressed. A hotel representative who was standing outside the elevator door when it opened took our name and room number and said she’d check in with us - so far, nothing of the kind has happened. After walking down from the lobby level to the ground floor following our elevator experience, we spent a few enjoyable hours by the pool, returning to our room around 7:45pm. We were surprised to find that turndown service had not been conducted, and the sofabed in the living room had not been made up for the kids. I messaged via the app (which I was told was a primary method of requesting services) at 8pm. At 8:35pm, having received no response, I called the front desk and the representative I spoke with indicated that turndown service should already have been completed but that she would contact housekeeping. Finally, at around 9pm, housekeeping arrived. They replaced towels and dropped off waters, and would have left again without setting up the sofabed had we not stopped them. Absolutely not up to WA standard. All the staff with whom we’ve interacted have been extremely friendly and our in-room dining dinner was very good - but it’s been a rough first impression for the hotel overall.
Good beds
Not as premium as expected. Long waiting lines at breakfast, shuttle bus did not go early enough for early access ticket to Magic Kingdom. Breakfast was ok.
After more than 40 stays at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, it truly feels like a second home. The entire team has mastered the perfect balance of being warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly while still delivering the professionalism and luxury you expect from a world-class property. I especially want to recognize Luis A. from the valet team. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every arrival and departure feel personal, and his exceptional service is a big part of why I keep coming back. Thank you to Luis and the entire staff for making every stay feel so special.
Visiting the area is never complete without a stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando. Each time we’ve stayed whether on a family vacation or getaway with friends we are always made to feel welcome here. The staff is helpful, friendly and personable from the moment we step out of the car and are greeted by the valet. Luis A. in particular is always happy to have a conversation, remembers details about us as individuals and a family and is always caring and professional. Thanks for making our stays extra special. Q
Absolutely not worth the money! The service is awful, we checked in as a family of 5 and only 3 towels, the ac unit sounded terrible at night, the crib was disgusting that I had to sleep with my baby in arms, this hotel is absolutely not at a Waldorf Astoria standard.
Great location. The hotel was well kept and the pool area was beautiful
I gave the feedback to the staff
We recently stayed at the Waldorf as part of the American Express Fine Hotels Program and can not say enough great things about this hotel! It was just my husband and I in town for a quick getaway and this hotel was perfection! From the valet to check-in and the size of our room to the poolside service, everything was wonderful! The rooms and hallways were quiet, the lounge was great for an afternoon cocktail and breakfast had a ton of options! We had dinner at the Bull & Bear all three nights and each experience was spectacular! I highly recommend this hotel for a couples getaway but they also had plenty of things for families since they are on Disney property. We can't wait for our next visit!
Las instalaciones de primer nivel. El personal muy atento y disponible para solucionar cualquier necesidad Muy limpio y bien ubicado. El bus de traslado a los parques funciona perfecto en todo horario.
Firstly I want to mention Karina Trappen from the Concierge team who was fantastically helpful in helping us book our rooms. She epitomised the warm and friendly staff at this hotel and it was really noticeable how she and the rest of the staff exceeding expectations. This hotel has a “Vegas” feel to it in terms of style and space. Our rooms were great, the food is top quality, and we liked the pool which was never that busy. They offer the use of the pool facilities at the sister hotel next door which we tried, but frankly, we preferred ours. I noticed people have commented on the valet service delays but we didn’t find that. We called down 15 minutes before we needed our car and it was always there, delivered with a smile! If I had to criticise, we found the self-parking is too far away, especially if you have young children and are exhausted after a day in Disney so be prepared to pay for valet parking. Thanks again to all for a wonderful stay. We will certainly be back!
The hotel is nice, a bit lacking in any character. Downstairs bar is nice and food is lovely there. But no sense of welcome generally in the hotel.
The ducks were pooping in the pool constantly while swimming there. Yes, difficult to comprehend in a 5 star hotel. I did complain, but was told ducks are protected and they couldn’t do anything to remove them, but that apparently extends to not cleaning the pool up either! It is covered with duck poop! So unsanitary! My kids would not swim in the pool. It ruined the holiday for us. Lots of people very worried about swimming in a pool with ducks and duck poop floating around, understandably. We wont be returning there!
My husband had a milestone birthday this year, and we stayed at the Waldorf for his birthday weekend. It was the first time we have ever stayed in one, but we are Hilton Honors members and made good use of our points to book a special stay! This was such a wonderful experience for us. Every single person we interacted with at the hotel from the moment we stepped out of our car was warm, welcoming and helpful. The level of service was spectacular. From Andrea at the front desk who checked us in and upgraded us to a room with a wonderful view, to Steve, the bellhop who brought all of our bags to our room and seeing we were seniors offered us a golf cart ride to Signia if we wanted, to Tyler, our server at Peacock Alley and aspiring actor we are waiting to see on our TV's - they all made us feel valued and special. Every meal we ate from the sprawling breakfast buffet to the meals in Peacock alley to the boxed salads we got in the Park Avenue Cafe were all fresh and delicious. Our room was spacious, outfitted with a split mini bar and fridge, a safe, a Nespresso machine, a chair, both a walk in shower and a nice deep tub, to the coziest beds and linens - it was s relaxing and comfortable. We were there during a massive heat wave, so to leave the 108 degrees of the parks and to come back to that cool, comfortable room was a delight. We loved the bus service to the parks - we parked our car for the weekend and forgot about it and got door to door service to all the parks. What a wonderful perk! We are already planning to come back in December - we are now forever smitten with this hotel!
Excellent
Place is good. No complaints
Estar dentro do complexo disney e ter o early hour faz toda a diferença! Hotel bem cuidado nos detalhes. Alto nível.
Overall the property looks nice and the food was delicious; however, the room was the main issue. The doors would not close properly and our toddler was getting into the toilets. The sold our room as having a Disney view and you can see about an inch of the top of the Epcot ball, and overall I wouldn’t stay here again. This is my 5th Waldorf property I’ve stayed at and by far the one I won’t come back to. Also, check out is quite early and they refused even an hour or 2 late checkout as a diamond member of over 10 years.
From the moment we walked through the doors, Naty at the front desk made us feel like VIPs. She welcomed us with genuine warmth, answered every question with a smile, and made checking in completely effortless. She's the kind of person who sets the tone for an amazing stay before you've even made it to your room. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate. Every hallway, lobby, and room sparkled, and it's obvious the housekeeping team takes incredible pride in their work. Our room was pristine, and the bed... wow. I don't know what kind of magic is packed into those mattresses, but I slept so well I briefly considered asking if they sold them in the gift shop. Leaving that bed each morning took genuine determination. Then, just when we thought the experience couldn't get any better, Tracy made checking out just as memorable as checking in. She was warm, personable, and sent us off with the same level of kindness and professionalism that made us feel so welcome from the start. It's amazing how much a friendly farewell can leave you smiling all the way home. Between the luxurious accommodations, spotless property, unbelievably comfortable beds, and the exceptional hospitality from both Naty and Tracy, the Waldorf Astoria Orlando truly exceeded every expectation. We'll absolutely be back—and next time, someone may have to pry me out of that heavenly bed before checkout!
We’re currently staying here on a 7 night stay as part of a longer vacation booked through BA. We normally do this trip every 2-3 years and usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton. We’re golfers and originally booked the RC and switched to WA when we heard the RC had closed their golf course for maintenance. This place has so much potential but so many things fall short. The rooms with a Disney view also overlook the roof of a hideous conference building facility complete with intrusive AC units that make it impossible to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views let alone sleep peacefully. We were moved when we requested it though it occupied a full half day of our holiday trying to arrange it. The suites are beautiful, except for Disney view We rented a pool Cabana one day, specified which one we wanted, the day before occupancy it was confirmed and then when we set down the next morning we’re told it’s allocated to a corporate client who never turned up. We were still not allowed to use it! The Cabanas are allegedly suitable for 6 people, however they only had 2 loungers. We’re a party of 4 and when we requested 2 more loungers were told that was not permitted so 2 of our party had to sit around the main pool area to get some sun, the alternative was to alternate between the loungers and the sofa in the Cabana, that said we noticed next day that some Cabana’s do in fact have 3 loungers. Included in the price of the Cabana is a beautiful fruit platter which they forgot to serve and then brought it out to us the next day when we’re about to head for lunch. A fruit platter in a Cabana will last all day in the included fridge, it’s just a health hazard sitting on a table between 2 sun lounges in 95’F! When we called the server to remove the platter he asked if we’d removed the clingfilm covering it… good luck to the next client who it’s served to! We played golf and were told that on our first day we could only play the front 9 due to greens maintenance. Then the next day we’re told we can only play the back 9! So we waited 4 days until the work was completed and all 18 were open to play a full round… the greens were like a beach! Covered in aeration holes and white sand, just not playable to any real standard and were told all 18 greens are open and playable… totally unacceptable! There’s a beautiful hammock sun lounge area behind the cabanas, I wouldn’t recommend trying them because you’ll likely get hit with a football by children and teenagers playing there despite the clear evidence that it’s a sunbathing area. At no point did any staff ask these people to play in other areas. We valet parked our car most nights and despite calling the valet from our room before leaving to go out we still waited 15-20 mins for our car. We had lunch 1 day in the bar lounge area, after waiting 30 mins for our dessert the waitress took it off our bill and said it would be out shortly… it wasn’t and we finally surrendered 20 mins later. As were we’re packing our things and leaving the server finally brought our dessert… too late we were already on our way out. The staff are very friendly, though many of them are indifferent to the clients and I just don’t think they’re well trained. We have made management aware of all these issues.
We have made the Waldorf Astoria our July 4th tradition, and this year reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. From the moment we walked in, the VIP concierge team (also before and throughout our stay they emailed us) made us feel like true guests of honor — attentive, warm, and genuinely devoted to making our stay memorable from check-in through check-out. Being a Hilton Honors top-tier member, I felt like a celebrity the entire visit. Our usual corner suite was spacious and spotless, and the fireworks view from our window turned the holiday into something truly magical at a Disney World hotel. Watching the sky light up from that vantage point is an unforgettable experience I'd recommend to anyone visiting during the holiday (Disney fireworks are all year-round). This year was extra special because we celebrated our daughter's 29th birthday in one of the hotel's poolside cabanas, and it could not have gone better. Kara (with her festive 4th headband and birthday flair) went above and beyond to make the celebration feel festive— she had my daughter beaming the entire time, and we were incredibly impressed by her service. No stay at the Waldorf is complete without a stop at the Peacock Alley bar to see Arnold, a fabulous (and cute!) bartender, who is always an absolute pleasure to talk to — genuinely one of the highlights of our visit over the years. Klay (another cutie!) behind the bar has a great attitude and friendly smile. He could stand in (on a movie set) for Bradley Cooper. We enjoyed the World Cup Watch Party (and the mega fans dressed in their football kits) on a big screen television our last night. That was a treat! We also dined at the Bull and Bear, where Zelina (beautiful inside and out) delivered what I can only describe as true 5-star hospitality service — professional, warm, and attentive throughout our many meal courses. The steaks, the escargot gnocchi (it is listed as an entree, but highly recommend it as a shareable starter) and the sides were absolutely delicious, everything you'd want from a true steakhouse. Dessert stole the show — the Ring of Tazu came out with this smoky dry ice presentation that had the nearby tables buzzing, and the cheesecake inside was outstanding. There was also a lovely female server with gorgeous red hair at the restaurant (I regret not catching her name) who was just as kind and thoughtful. On another night, next door at the Hilton, we enjoyed dinner at La Luce, where our waiter Joe (he has a great sense of humor!) provided gracious service that matched the high standard we've come to expect from this Bonnet Creek property. The Italian cuisine was exceptional—truly authentic flavors that felt like one of our trips to Rome: the fritto misto, spaghetti and meatballs, brick oven pizzas— our son ordered a Margarita pizza and loved it so much he ate the entire pie himself! Mamma Mia! I recommend dining there (our reservation was at 7pm) to see a golden hour sunset. As the sun dipped low, fiery orange and soft yellows streamed through the window. Magical. And a shout out to a few more staff members: Naty, at the front desk, who has a beautiful smile and energy, handled our check-in and check-out. She was consistent, kind, professional, and easy to work with (our room occupants had a late checkout) from start to finish — she even called me "Iconic" at check-out, which was such a phenomenally sweet and unexpected compliment. And when it came time to head out, Jared was wonderfully helpful and super friendly, carrying our luggage all the way to the car at valet. Between the exceptional staff, the stunning fireworks view, and the special touches that made our daughter's birthday unforgettable, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. It's the kind of vacation where you're already planning your next trip back before you've even checked out. The Waldorf Astoria will always be our favorite July Fourth destination, and we're already counting down to our return when the weather cools down in mid-September. Cheers to the entire Waldorf Astoria team for another memorable stay!

We stayed at the Signa this time but had breakfast at the Waldorf. The breakfast has everything you are looking for. We had some amazing servers as well : Prince from Haiti and our Ethiopian server ( can’t remember her name ). The hotel is super clean. They also have a kids club for kids. You can order lunch at the pool, and I can’t forget the frozen grapes !
The WFA in Orlando was a pleasant surprise for my wife and I. This property is underrated. It has everything from an activity standpoint (golf, spa, pools and the biggest theme park in the world) on site. The dining (particularly breakfast) was an endless variety of choices and perfectly prepared. The rooms are 5+ stars and the service level is very high. Perhaps the best I have encountered. Thanks to Elizabeth the Front Office Manager for the conversation at check out as to why I thought our stay there was among the best of any hotel we have stayed in the world. It’s hard to find a property with so much and it’s hard to match having Disney outside your doors. Kudos to the staff here.
What a joke, from start to finish of our family vacation…. For breakfast as a Diamond member, we were welcomed warmly to Oscar’s and what a terrible experience, please take my thorough review serious as I’m currently in Athens, Greece getting better service by a waiter in training at a Hilton Garden Inn! Kirk was our servers name if I remember correct, after I ordered the Filet & Eggs he paused and stated “it would be less expensive if you ate off of the buffet”. Embarrassed and shocked as I am in the service industry I replied “I would appreciate what I ordered.” I probably should’ve taken his unprofessional and unwanted advice as my food came out and the eggs were 3-5 separate shades of yellow meaning they plated my $42 dish right out of the 2-3 hour old pan of eggs that were made for the buffet. The filet was overcooked, the hollandaise and potatoes were cool to cold and not hot but my favorite part was the crunchy eggs. Not once did our waited or a manager or anyone approach and ask if myself and my guests were enjoying our breakfast. We avoided this outlet for the remainder of our stay and instead explored Beech at the attached Hilton property, this first visit wasn’t as bad of service yet almost… at one point, after 45-60 minutes of my nieces ordering 2 fried food orders and two smoothies their food came out and looked great, I approve of the chicken tenders and the ranch is definitely above par but Pete in addition to every single server on June 24th seemed to be enjoying a break. I wanted to order a drink and I didn’t see Pete for over ten minutes so I stood near the bars well by the entrance to the kitchen and counted NINE team members all either talking to each other, on their phones, or just in general not providing any service to any customers in anyway. Not one of the NINE staff asked if I was okay or needed anything, I was looking around attempting to make eye contact with every single staff. Pete eventually returned to the FOH through the door I waited by and I asked for a check which of course arrived in less than one minute. This concludes day #1 of non Waldorf Astoria service and I will add I saw male managers in suites walking around the outlet but not interacting with any guests’ which again was odd as I’ve been to Waldorf’s all over the world. Day #2 was much much better at Beech, this time I identified myself to the server and we ordered every single item at the beginning and asked for a check immediately as it was past the normal checkout time and I wanted to use my food & beverage credit since my checkout had been extended. She returned shortly after and let my party know that a card was needed to RING in the food and that even with my checkout extended, I was not able to use my food and beverage credit which I found odd but I know all properties have different policies. During our multi day trip, we came across two staff who stood out. I will not be sharing their names as I’m certain if I did they would be mocked by the rest of the team who clearly didn’t not want to spread any sort of hospitality. We will definitely not be returning to this property and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues to avoid it like the plague!
We had a fabulous family trip in June. This was our second time in two years at this property and we were not disappointed. The staff is so welcoming. The property itself is in sparkling condition. We love the access to restaurants at both the Waldorf and the Hilton which is a short indoor walk away. Pools are gorgeous and never overly crowded. Your proximity to Disney cannot be beat but you get away from all the Disney crowds. It’s one of our favorite hotels ever!
Here’s a version that sounds more credible, factual, and harder to dismiss while still making it clear how unhappy you are: We trusted the valet service at Waldorf Astoria Orlando because, at $60 per night, we expected our vehicle to be handled with care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. When our car was brought to us at checkout, I immediately noticed that the gear shift had been damaged. As soon as I attempted to change gears, the gear shift knob came off in my hand. I informed the valet attendant, who responded, “Yeah, one of my guys said that something broke on the gear shift, but I didn’t think it was this. I’ll file a claim.” That statement alone confirmed that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in the hotel’s possession. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from management. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager suggested that the gear shift was already loose before we arrived. That simply isn’t true. We had just driven over two hours to the hotel without a single issue. The vehicle is a brand-new 2026 Volvo, not an old, worn-out car with existing damage. Accidents can happen, and we would have appreciated honesty and accountability. Instead, we were met with excuses and an attempt to shift the blame onto us. For a luxury hotel that charges premium valet rates, this level of service and customer care is unacceptable.
Our family recently had a wonderful 4-night stay in a Two Queen suite during our Disney vacation. This was our first off-site stay. Comparing to other Disney Deluxe resorts like Grand Floridian, Yacht Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge, Waldorf Astoria definitely takes the lead for its luxurious ambience, Disney-alike hospitality, upscale amenities and unbeatable value due to the offers from Amex and Hilton Honors. Not sure if it was because we had a corner unit, we didn’t hear any noises from the hallway nor units above or next to us while in our room, unlike the thin walls of those at Disney resorts. I know there were definitely families with young children cuz I saw them during breakfast at the Oscar’s. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the green juice. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the inconvenient schedule of the complimentary shuttle service. Except for the Magic kingdom route which departs every 30 minutes, the other routes leave once every hour. The bus also makes multiple stops along the way. For example, the bus we took to Hollywood Studio also stopped at MK first then Epcot. So it took us 45 minutes to get to HS door to door. More, the bus we took from MK to go back to the hotel also stopped at Epcot and HS along the way. Despite being inconvenient, the condition of the bus and the service from the driver are definitely Waldorf-style. My family will definitely recommend Waldorf Astoria Orlando to our families and friends.
Easily tied for the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff are great, the hotel is well appointed and tidy, the pools are nice, and it’s close to the parks. I highly recommend it.

Clean, comfortable and delicious
We had a wonderful weekend stay! From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless and every staff member was genuinely welcoming, and attentive. The pool was one of our favorite parts of the stay. It was so relaxing, and they even offered us complimentary treats every 90 minutes. It was such a thoughtful and fun touch. The poolside cocktails were notably good too! The location is also perfect for visiting the Disney parks. You're close to all the action, but the hotel itself feels sophisticated and relaxing without being overly Disney-themed. A fantastic Orlando getaway with exceptional service. We look forward to returning!
The Waldorf Astoria Orlando holds a very special place in our hearts—it’s where I proposed to my wife, and ever since, we’ve made it a tradition to return every year to celebrate that moment. Year after year, this property continues to impress. From the moment you arrive, the level of service, attention to detail, and overall sense of luxury are exactly what you hope for from a Waldorf Astoria. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay feel personal and memorable. The property itself is beautiful—elegant without feeling stuffy, impeccably maintained, and peaceful despite being so close to all the Orlando attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and polished, and the amenities are top-tier. Whether enjoying the pool, dining on property, or simply relaxing, everything feels thoughtfully designed to create a premium experience. What keeps bringing us back, though, is how this hotel makes us feel. In a city known for excitement and entertainment, the Waldorf offers something rare: a true luxury retreat with warmth and soul. We’ve stayed many times now, and every visit reminds us why we fell in love with this place in the first place. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or simply one of the best luxury hotel experiences in Orlando, I can’t recommend the Waldorf Astoria Orlando highly enough.
My partner and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando to celebrate our 12th anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Amanda and Hannah were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming, and continued checking in with us throughout our stay whenever we crossed paths around the resort. Those small interactions made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The VIP Services team surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary gift, a handwritten card, and a room upgrade, which made our celebration even more special. As an added surprise, the resort even reposted one of our anniversary photos on Instagram. The resort is beautiful, but it was the people who made this stay memorable. Thank you to Amanda, Hannah, and the entire team for helping create an anniversary we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return.
We had a wonderful stay! Our favorite part was definitely the floating pool, and the view of the Disney fireworks was spectacular. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—especially Fdicto and Tracy, who went above and beyond to help me with some great new experiences. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!
Just stayed overnight as part of Amex Fine Hotels Collection and birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were happily greeted by Edwin, who took care of the car and bags leading us to the lobby and Amanda , who checked us in and gave the entire rundown for our stay. Amanda recognized our Hilton status and made my birthday special with some balloons and chocolate sent to our room. Our room was beautiful, sitting area separate from bedroom. Multiple closets and big beautiful bath with tub and oversized shower. Everyone we came in contact with had a smile and and offered to assist. While at pool, we we were served libations and lunch by equally attentive waitstaff. Cocktails in the lobby served up by the nicest and friendliest bartender Arnold. Breakfast was fresh and delicious but made special by meeting Michelle (hostess) and Clay or server. Also used their complimentary shuttle to/from EPCOT. We could not have been happier with our stay. I am looking forward to returning soon. Enjoy!
We stayed for 4 nights originally and ended up extending it to a week we were having such a nice time. We were honestly so pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel was. We have stayed in the other two front runners in Orland - the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton, and while nothings going to beat the Four Seasons, this hotel is easily on par with the Ritz Carlton, and when we booked it was significantly cheaper - there wasn't really any competition for us! The food and drink by the food was fantastic, and the pool was exceptionally well staffed. I think the hotel has perhaps been freshly renovated everything looked brand new. We booked a one bedroom suite through Amex and got upgraded to a park view (this view is what made us extend the trip :-) ) Id like to give a shout out to Anna at reception who when I told her we were celebrating our engagement went out her way to go above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. The staff were all amazing - if your worried this isnt quiet going to be luxury, dont be, its a true 5* hotel!
The WA Orlando was our hotel of choice for our inaugural summer excursion. We got to the valet and were warmly greeted by Buddha who did an excellent job explaining how the valet parking worked at WA. At the front desk Jean quickly found us a room even though we arrived early. Once in the room we quickly unpacked before heading to the amazing pool where we relaxed and recouped from travel. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. The service was above expectations and we truly got what we paid for—which is always a great thing!
What an amazing experience. Our stay at the Waldorf was nothing short of spectacular. No buyers remorse here. Tre from the outside pool was the staff highlight of our trip. He was so kind and was a steward of anticipatory service. Please promote this man. His kind conversation and recognition of my family everytime we visited the pool was supreme. Thank you Tre
Our family recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria, along with my brother and his family, and we were absolutely impressed from start to finish. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with exceptional attention to detail, luxury, and quality throughout the entire property. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by every team member we encountered—from the valet attendants and doormen to the front desk staff and housekeeping team. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you goes to Andrea at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on our family. We cannot recommend the Waldorf Astoria highly enough. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with world-class service and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place to stay. We look forward to returning!
Everything was fantastic. What a great hotel.
Gorgeous lobby, great food, friendly staff. The manager Anthony remembered us by name every day when we returned from the parks. We will be back.
My wife and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria to celebrate getting married. Our experience was magnificent, specifically the service we received from hotel staff. We wanted to show appreciation to Zack with the bellman team, Karina with the front desk, and Tyler with Bull and Bear. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
We recently visited the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with the kind of warm, polished service you hope for at a property like this but don't always get. Our room was beautiful — spacious, spotlessly clean, with a stunning view and the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches like the evening turndown made each day feel special. The pool area is genuinely one of the best we've experienced. Multiple pools, plenty of loungers and shaded spots, and the cabana team kept us perfectly looked after all afternoon. The cocktails and food served poolside were something really special — beautifully presented, properly made, and a cut above the usual hotel pool fare. It became our favourite way to unwind after a busy morning. Our sons played a round on the golf course and came back raving about it — they said it was one of the best courses they've ever played. Beautifully maintained, well laid out, and the pro shop and starter team looked after them brilliantly. A real highlight of the trip for them. Dining was a treat too — Bull & Bear lived up to every bit of its reputation (the bone-in ribeye was extraordinary) A particular mention to the door staff, who greeted us warmly every single time we came and went. They always took a moment to chat, share local tips, and pass on genuinely useful information about the parks, the weather, the best times to head out — it's that kind of personal touch that sets this place apart. The location is ideal for Disney — the complimentary shuttle made park days effortless, and there was something wonderful about retreating back to such a calm, grown-up oasis at the end of the day. It strikes a brilliant balance between family-friendly and properly luxurious. A special mention has to go to Hannah, who genuinely made our trip extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble — she went above and beyond at every turn, remembered small details about our stay, and added thoughtful personal touches that made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. The kind of service that turns a good holiday into one you'll talk about for years. Thank you, Hannah! We'll be back without question. If you're weighing it up, don't hesitate.
Lively and really Clean
Disney hotel
The lobby is grand, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The best part was the quiet. You are at peace here from lounging at the pool to the beautiful views of the golf course. We loved the separate standup shower and soaker tub and made use of both. My daughter particularly enjoyed the tub. The Disney resorts bus service is a wonderful perk and the breakfast is exceptional. They even catered to my extremely picky 4 year old.
Edicto Rey from the concierge department was amazing. He had impressive customer service and an excellent work ethic. He went above and beyond for the care of his guests
I had an amazing experience at Peacock, and I want to recognize Ashley A for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, Ashley was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She made us feel valued as guests and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her recommendations were excellent, she was very knowledgeable about the menu, and her positive attitude truly enhanced the dining experience. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers service with such genuine care and attention to detail. Thank you Ashley
Thank you to the entire staff for making our entire stay truly magical. Beautiful property and amazing staff.
We had a fantastic stay at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The team was incredible - especially Edicto Rey, who truly stood out for his exceptional service. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a spectacular view over Disney. The pool and bar areas were just as impressive, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing throughout our two week stay.
The entire experience was fantastic. However it would have been Great to have a section in the room to hang up all the wet bathing suit.
Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Orlando was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, peaceful, and feels like a luxury escape even in the middle of Orlando. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every day the staff would text us to check in and coordinate turndown service, which made everything feel so personalized and effortless. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. One thing our family especially appreciated was the convenient gift shop — perfect for the kids to grab little snacks, treats, and essentials, and for us to easily get our coffee every morning before heading out. Even though we were mainly visiting Universal Studios and not Disney, the location still worked perfectly for us. Using rideshare services was easy and stress-free, and honestly, the hotel was so beautiful and comfortable that we loved coming back and relaxing there after long days out. We stayed in a suite, and it was the perfect setup for our family. Since we weren’t in the room constantly, it gave us exactly the comfort and space we needed without feeling over the top. Clean, elegant, comfortable, and family-friendly all at once. Now, if you’re comparing it to staying at a Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, that property is truly perfection and on another level when it comes to luxury resort experiences. But if your main focus is spending all day at the parks and you just want a clean, comfortable, luxurious place to come back to and relax at night, the Waldorf Astoria is absolutely a fantastic choice. Highly recommend for families looking for a luxurious and relaxing Orlando stay with top-tier hospitality.
The hotel is very nice. It has a beautiful golf course, and two pools. There is a nice coffee and snacks shop in the lobby. Also, some restaurants. The rooms are nice and comfortable with very spacious bathrooms. There are two options for parking, Valet and self-parking. If you don't mind walking, then self-parking is fine. It is shared with the Signia hotel. The room was impeccable every day, and the house keeping lady was very friendly and polite. The food from room service and pool restaurant was pretty good. I liked the option of adding tofu to my salad. What I disliked about my stay was that the hotel does not have enough people working at the restaurants. I tried to order food by the pool, but someone at the restaurant told me to go and sit down by the pool and wait on a server. I waited for a server for one hour to come and take my order, but no one came. I had to go the second time, and finally someone took my order. Just because there were not enough servers. Also waited, at least 30 minutes, to get food at the restaurant across from the coffee shop. The tables of that restaurant were never cleaned properly, and the sitting area in the terrace, outside the restaurant, was always very dirty.
We had a wonderful time here at the Waldorf. Naty at the front desk was excellent checked us in and out and made our stay smooth. Everyone was wonderful nice and I felt it was very kid friendly. Our two boys age 5 loved the kids club while we had a date night. The rooms were clean and large and the entire hotel was just magical. Breakfast at Oscar’s was delicious. We used the pool next door at the Signia because it’s more kid friendly and had water slides. We will definitely be back!
Thank you to the entire concierge team at the WA Orlando! My husband and I appreciate you celebrating our son’s 5th birthday with fun, attention & beautiful details- thank you for the blue balloons in the room, the wonderful upgrade to a suite- it was a magical time! Thank you to MJ & Mr Clay at Oscar’s - and Tristan at Bull & Bear! Camilo at La Luce was amazing! The concierge team- especially Lourdes, Andrea, Pasquale, Christian and Elizabeth thank you so much! My son loved the room, all the special treats and the cuisine on property was stellar! We are so glad we chose Waldorf Astoria - the perfect blend of fun for our son with elegance & luxury for myself & my husband! ❤️ The Rios Family
Pasquale made our stay exceptional from the moment we arrived. Warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, he handled everything with ease and a genuine smile. It’s rare to feel so welcomed—truly top-notch service.
A wonderful and refined experience. Excellent service at Peacock Alley with Leo and also with Reception: Ana & Pasquale. Everyone was so genuine, warm, and delivered truly bespoke service. I cannot wait to return to this hotel in the near future.
