The bathtub was old and not so clean. It wasnt possible to tune the a/c in the room

Staff was friendly. Housekeeping came in several times a day. It's such a lovely hotel that many wedding photo shoots took place in the lobby.

I wish the hotel had offered some ideas for where to eat besides the hotel restaurant. It's on a busy commercial street. There's a lot of litter in Tunisia.

Il est à noter que le quartier où se trouve l'hôtel ne présente pas d'intérêt touristique. Il est donc essentiel de posséder un véhicule ou d'utiliser le taxi pour aller dans les quartiers intéressants

Das Dekor ist aussergewöhnlich, und das Personal ist super nett und profi, sowie das fabelhafte Frühstück ( Qualitativ und Quantitativ) und auch Abendessen ist super lecker.

Gar nichts bin vollkommen zufrieden

Un établissement particulièrement bien tenu, un personnel souriant et à l’écoute. Nous avons aimé retrouver et/ou découvrir la cuisine sfaxienne. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du hammam avec gommage énergique.

What I loved most about this hotel was the place itself. The authentic decoration creates a beautiful and charming atmosphere that really reflects the spirit of Tunisia. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and everything felt well maintained throughout the property. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience more pleasant. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the elegant, stylish design of the place, which gave it a unique and upscale feel.

one downside was the lack of an all-inclusive option. In addition, the on-site restaurant felt quite expensive compared to what was offered, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it is a beautiful and quiet hotel with great service, but the dining options could be more reasonably priced and more flexible in terms of meal plans.

Albergo di ottimo livello, con struttura tradizionale, buon parcheggio custodito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo check in. Molto bella la piscina. Camera pulita, letti comodi, benissimo l'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria; fornitura di saponi e kit di qualità e anche qualche sorpresa sfiziosa in omaggio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto. Colazione con sovrapprezzo, ma con ampia scelta e qualità assicurata

Não fica mesmo no centro mas para nós não foi um problema porque deixámos lá o nosso carro e fomos de táxi. Achámos o preço do pequeno almoço excessivamente caro por isso optámos por não ter.

The Borj Dhiafa Hotel was a complete profile in a luxurious sanctity. The Building itself along with the inside design was truly a cultural showpiece. I had the experience of being immersed in authentic Tunisian culture. The true essence of this remarkable Hotel was the genuine earnestness of the staff, from the attentative cleaning staff bellhops,kitchen and bar staff ,as well as desk staff and Management .They were an orchestra of professional courtesy. I cannot overephasize the caliber of the dining experience which was exquisitely unforgettable in its service and culinary preperations. One of the main reasons we would return to this vibrant City of Sfax

We were only disappointed by the shortness of our stay...better planning on our behalf would have allowed a longer duration at this "oasis" of accommodation

When I made the reservation I didn't notice the small line at the end indicating the breakfast is not included. There is a transparency problem from Booking.com and the hotel. I stayed in the same hotel before and the breakfast was included I travel too often in many countries. First time the breakfast is not included. In fact there are equivalent places less expensive and the breakfast is included.

Excellent emplacement - L'hôtel a du cachet - Verdure . La chambre est très grande avec un balcon. L’accueil est sympa et ponctuel. L'hôtel offre le parking.

La salle de bain de la chambre était vieillissante et ne correspondait pas au standing d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Il y avait des traces de rouille au niveau de l’évacuation et il était impossible de prendre un bain, car le joint fuyait. Le restaurant est également beaucoup trop cher : un couscous à 85 DT, c’est exagéré. J’avais aussi payé le petit-déjeuner, mais avec le recul, j’aurais pu m’en passer. La table centrale était bien garnie, mais essentiellement de biscuits. J’ai apprécié un plat de viande ainsi que les merguez, cependant, le dernier jour, il n’y avait pratiquement que de l’huile. De plus, le choix de fruits était insuffisant.

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement. Accueil très bien, un restaurant excellent et un service de qualité. Piscine très bien. Parking simple. Très bien pour une nuit. PDJ impecable avec un service professionel et discrete. Bravo à eux !

honnetement rien à dire, les chambres ne sont pas toute recentes mais propres et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit convenable.

L’hôtel a un charme extraordinaire et il est très bien entretenu, aucune fausse note sur les parties communes. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe.

Le restaurant est bon, mais il n’est absolument pas à la hauteur d’un restaurant dit gastronomique, ni des prix affichés! J’invite le chef à aller faire la tournée des plus belles tables de la capitale, pour comparer !

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was very good, and parking on the hotel grounds was always available.

The Internet was really poor with little connection. The shower was odd to use, although functional.

L'hotel è veramente eccezionale e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale è assolutamente professionale. Stanza perfetta: pulita e confortevole. C'è il ristorante interno nel quale abbiamo cenato veramente bene. Anche sulla colazione non ho nulla da dire: ampia scelta e di ottima qualità. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Assolutamente consigliato.

All'esterno della struttura non ci sembra di aver trovato un'insegna in caratteri per noi leggibili: abbiamo dovuto chiedere per esser certi. Ecco forse manca un'insegna che dia un pochino di visibilità alla struttura

Die Zimmer waren super und das riesige Bett genial. Auch das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch, man hatte uns für Sylvester sogar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, falls es zu laut geworden wäre. War es aber nicht. Das Essen und der Service im Hotel und Restaurant waren super. Nur die Damen im Spa und Wellness waren nicht sehr hilfsbereit, ich hätte mir eine Erklärung zum Hammam gewünscht aber dazu waren beide offenbar nicht in der Lage oder wollten einfach nicht.

Das Personal im Spa
