L’ambiente, in un palazzo antico ristrutturato. La posizione, in pieno centro, I servizi e lo staff ottimi.

Unica piccolo neo il rumore proveniente dalla strada dove ci sono alcuni bar e la gente staziona a chiacchierare. Comunque i doppi vetri riescono ad isolare bene la stanza.

Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude mitten in der Altstadt. Die Räume waren entsprechend dunkler, da es in den engen Gassen war, was aber zum Ambiente dazu gehört. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war frisch und sehr gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Profesional y extremadamente amable. La ubicación es fabulosa, justo en el centro de la ciudad y el parking muy cómodo y barato

Hay dos cosas mejorables: la iluminación del baño es realmente pésima, a pesar de que el diseño del mismo es muy bonito. El desayuno no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas tipo boutique

A lot more can be done to the restaurant and reception to give the hotel a beautiful ambience.

Un hôtel plein de charme, avec de grandes chambres à la décoration raffinée, et très bien situé au cœur de la ville historique. Personnel très attentionné.

La belleza de la decoración tanto externa como de los interiores, el buen trato del personal del hotel y la calidad de las sábanas y toallas. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Y por supuesto, la situación.

A localização.

A falta de luz no quarto, muito escuro devido certamente à cor das paredes casa de banho inclusive. Na casa banho as zonas de sombra no espelho dificultando fazer a barba e a existência de banheira sem uma pega na parede para ajudar a entrar e sair da mesma, bem como o chão da banheira escorregadio. Espero que entendam este comentário como colaborante para ajudar a que possam prestar um serviço cada vez melhor.

O bar não tem cerveja à pressão.

Sobre todo la ubicación , la comodidad del aparcamiento a 150 m del Hotel, está en zona peatonal en el casco antiguo. La habitación es amplia y cómoda.

El hotel precioso y el personal súper simpático.

El parking está cerca pero cargar con la maleta por suelo de piedras no es muy cómodo. Podrían dar la opción de descargar el coche en la puert.

The hotel is next to a bar that plays music until 02:30 and people clear by 03:00. If you are on the 2nd floor it’s okay, we moved to a first floor room and you may as well give in and have a beer

In pieno centro storico, molto confortevole e pulitissimo, staff molto cortese e disponibile. Seguire le indicazioni messe a disposizione per trovare il parcheggio, che non è vicinissimo ( circa 400 mt) ma convenzionato( 5€/giorno). Colazione ottima. Purtroppo di notte le nostre finestre affacciavani su un vicolo che amplifica il rumore della movida

Hotel muito central, confortável e de bom gosto. Atendimento óptimo, empregados muito simpáticos.

O estacionamento encontra-se longe do hotel e não é muito simpático ter que percorrer esse percurso com a bagagem.

The location was ideal in the centre of the old town, the room was spacious and well appointed.

It was the weekend and the Old Town was very noisy until 2am

Location, breakfast & able to walk to major histirucal sites such as Castle & Dukes Palace. Lots of restaurants, shops and garden nearby .

No pool and parking onsite but charged 5 Euro for arranged public parking for total stay regardless of number of days. Bed mattress not firm and rather small.

Very friendly welcome. It was even noted that it was my birthday and a plate of delicious little delicacies was placed in our room. This gesture was much appreciated. The breakfasts were good and the room comfortable although quite dark.

Music in the square went on very late so we had to close the window. AC was available.

Welcome drinks, friendly and helpful staff. Huge bed. Excellent breakfast Great location.

Great location, walkable to the lovely, rich history of Guimaraes. Hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was spacious. For Breakfast: we would appreciate natural yogurt without sugar, more selection of fruits and nuts and a larger omlette. Food was very good and beautifully presented, but could be a bit more generous with their proportions.

Room was very stuffy., we tried the a/c but it didn't cool off the space. When we checked out we were told we needed to let the front desk know to switch the unit from heat to a/c. There should be a note in the room to indicate this or let guests know during the check-in process.

The property is in an excellent location on the pedestrian-only main square of the old town. Also, the restaurant in the hotel, Hool, has an excellent chef, with wonderful cuisine and superb service.

It is inaccessible by automobile, so it is difficult to locate and you are forced to haul your own luggage from the designated street parking to the hotel (without any assistance from the staff). So, we had mixed feelings about it.

Beautiful modern apartment (Apt 1) located across the square from the main hotel. Loved the view from our room of the square. Staff were great. Breakfast was amazing. Location ideal.

Achei que o ar do quarto estava demasiado seco. Ouviu-se ruído da rua até muito tarde mas nada nada de muito grave ou inesperado.

Rien ! tout est parfait. Le personnel est courtois et disponible. Il manque une bouilloire dans les chambres avec café thé, cela serait apprécié :)

Amazing location in the old town Square with a fantastic set of restaurants surrounding the hotel

The central air was blowing heat and so it was impossible to cool down our room. They eventually got it fixed by turning it cooler for the entire hotel. It wasn’t really a problem in the end, but it was a bit inconvenient if I’m being honest.

Cosy boutique hotel in the heart of historic Guimarāes. Stylish, quiet, and friendly, helpful staff.

Lighting in the washroom wasn’t good for makeup, and the rest of the room was too dark to use to apply either.

La ubicación es perfecta y estaba limpio

El servicio de desayuno es bastante caos, muy lento. Hay un plato que te preguntan en mesa y no siguen un orden, nos vinieron a preguntar pasada 1 hora y gente que había llegado después ya le habían traído el plato de desayuno.

O único problema, para quem se desloca em viatura própria, é a distancia entre o local de estacionamento e o hotel, com o consequente trajeto em piso irregular com os "trolleys".

Comodidade ótima

O pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar. Qualidade dos queijos e do fiambre má. Não tem quase nada. Não é p.a. para este tipo de hotel. É uma pena.

Very central in the old district - perfect location

Gostei o serviço, o conforto do hotel e a localização mesmo no coração da cidade.

Não gostei o cumprimento da cama (tenho 1.92 m e os meus pês não cabiam na cama....). A localização é muito central, mas isto também implica a aceitação de barrulho. Durante a nossa estadia havia festas na cidade e uma vez que o hotel é cercado por bars e esplanadas, onde passaram os festejos, isto causou alguma perturbação.
