Ramada by Wyndham Drayton Valley

The rooms were clean. The service was amazing. Patricia at the front desk was very pleasant accommodating and Heather in housekeeping did a very good job. Thank you in.

Love this place! We were here with about 85 women and they were so helpful and accommodating for us. They definitely went over and above

What an amazing hotel we've been staying here for the last 7 years and keep coming back for a great service. Emma is so magnificent and friendly Sail was very helpful They have pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean and comfy. Bed was perfect not yoo soft not too hard and ao mamy pillows. Bathtub is my favorite 😍 We will be back for a great rest.

We had a Fabulous Stay at the Ramada. It was much more than expected. The Service was Great and overall feel was safe and clean.

Patricia was super fantastic ! She helped me with all questions and guided me for my stay 10/10

We had a Excellent and comfortable stay and it was affordable for us to stay the nose was very quiet, the atmosphere was really good the room was good and clean and the value was good thank you to Patricia and Natalia. Kind regards from Elanor Dzus.

After a stressful situation durning a hockey tournament where our therapy dog wasn’t allowed at the rink, my son, therapy dog and I spend the weekend at the hotel while my daughter and husband went to the rink for hockey. We would have been stuck in the vehicle but because of the kindness of Patricia (front desk) she upgraded our family to a main floor room with a mini kitchenette and sitting area. My son, therapy dog and I were able to grab board games to play in our room, or in the amazing game area. We were also treated by kindness from Miranda (kitchen/dining) with a wonderful breakfast selection to enjoy in the morning and even some grab and go snacks (which were helpful for my son during the day). Thank you Patricia and Miranda for your kindness and making our stressful and upsetting weekend sooooo much better!

Found this hotel after a very bad experience at another hotel in the area. Front desk was super nice! Because of the late check in, I ended up in the accessible room, it was huge & very spacious which I appreciated! Room was clean, I liked that it had access to the parking lot outside very quickly. Didn't get a chance to checkout the pool area Breakfast was better than expected: - waffle maker with tons of toppings (previosuly frozen mixed fruit, whipped cream, sprinkles, maple syrup, etc) - freshly made scrambled eggs - hashbrowns -pork sausages - bakery items ( poppyseed lemon loaf, bread, bagels) -packaged hard boiled eggs - yogurt cups - juice, tea, coffee - cereal As someone with multiple food restrictions, this selection was really good! I couldn't eat everything, but it was still nice to see.

Always a great stay here. Patricia was very nice.

Thank you to Ryan, Patricia and Kylie at Ramada for making our stay at Christmas so so pleasant and relaxed. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub before going to bed. We did not partake in the continental breakfast as we had other Christmas plans but it was appreciated that breakfast was available.

Had a great time. Breakfast was hot, rooms were clean, pool was warm. It was a fantastic stay. Especially the front desk clerk. Patricia, was a delight!

The front desk agent is the most helpful man I have ever come across in all my years of travelling. His name was Sahil. What a wonderful human being.

What a wonderful experience. We stayed for my husbands Christmas party. The front desk agent was amazing his name is Sahil, I’ll never forget him what an amazing human being he was. He helped with little requests we had and I’ll always remember him. Not everyone should be in a customer facing job but Sahil should be.. thank you we will be back next year

Patricia at Drayton Valley Ramada amazing customer service very friendly and nice and super helpful allowed our company an early check in!!!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and polite. With the exception of a stained mattress pad on the pullout and the conditioner being empty it was a good place to stay.

We were traveling as a family on a hunting trip. We all slept wonderfully in their super conformable beds. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

Patrica was great no complaints ready check In clean room Mr mikes right across the road perfect location for your stay in drayton valley

Clean room, staff was nice, cool little kids corner for entertainment, pool was good.

It was great and they were very accommodating to us. We loved it

Very nicely layed out hotel with many nice extras for a family stay.

The environment is exceptionally appealing and inviting. It is well-suited for pets, and the space is maintained with a high standard of cleanliness and freshness.

There had been some rain early, lots of mud in the area. The staff was constantly cleaning and vacuuming the floors. Even the stairway was kept clean. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We were late for breakfast a couple days, they were very accommodating.

Perfect overnight stay

We had a great stay as a family of four, visiting family in the local area. The children loved the pool and waterslide and the hot tu. was excellent too. Breakfast was great with lots of options and they looked after my coeliac daughter with gluten free options too. She enjoyed the bread and muffins every day. Patricia was particularly welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great place and area. Great front reception and people.

.

Excellent service at the front desk and throughout. Friendly service and with a text to make sure we were satisfied. Free water and coffee at all times.

They're is nothing negative that I could say about my 5 night stay. Patricia at the desk was wonderful. She even called me by name each time I walked by. The breakfast was great and the coffee was hot and available 24/7. I seriously slept better than I do at home. The bed and pillows were perfect and it was very quiet. I'll be staying here again when I'm back for a week in July.

We recently had our daughter’s birthday at the Ramada and they were so wonderful! Atmosphere, staff, and the slide was a hit. Highly recommend

The breakfast was great like always, and the staff was very accommodating when it came to us having our family dog with us

Arcade games where a hit with the kids

No complaints, liked everything

We stayed for 4 nights. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the room was great. The pool, slide and hot tub were awesome and the breakfast did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Drayton.

Very nice, very new hotel. Everything was great, staff was super helpful and friendly. Water slide and pool area, very clean and fun. Clean well appointed rooms and close to everything required under 8 mins away in the town. Would stay again for sure if ever in the area.

Quiet when we went (Break-up). Staff was super friendly.

The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and the breakfast is great. And I absolutely love the little rubber duckie check list,, so cute. Will be sure to tell my friends what a great stay we had. Can't wait till next time...............

The Rooms were perfectly comfy great beds . we had 3 double beds which was great for 3 ladies travellings . Breakfast was hot fresh and dining room was clean and nicely organized lots of choices from waffles to begals cereal etc. Emma Patricia and Edna were wonderful staff very helpful with directions etc . We felt very much at home Next time bring a swim suit so you can enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub

Staff at front desk were so friendly! We were even given snack bags and a bath bomb. Also in front lobby area there is a some free arcade games. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The price of rooms were very reasonable also. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was fantastic and all staff were very friendly & helpful

Arrived early on a quick family trip. Not only were they able to check us in 2 hours early, but also noticed a birthday coming up and upgraded our room! Front desk staff was super friendly even talked with my son and let him pick out some bubbles to take. The room was very spacious, bed very comfy and the family had a blast in the pool and on the water slide. Will be staying again for sure next time we’re in Drayton Valley!

The rooms were well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff interaction were all very friendly and accommodating. The location on the end of town is convenient, but you'll need to drive for pretty much everything, although a Tim Hortons and a Liquor Store are basically sharing a parking lot with the Hotel. Pool area looked nice and would be great for families travelling with Children, but we did not use it.

Had a hot tub which is why I booked there. but definitely not hot enough.

This was absolutely a beautiful location! The pool room beautiful great temperature pool and hot tub! The guest services at the front Patricia and Rosen were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Rooms perfectly clean! So thankful! Look forward to stay with you again!

The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, pool was fantastic but the best part is the hot breakfast and the AMAZING staff. Patricia made our stay amazing and the other staff were so helpful it was the best experience. We had staff offering to set up high chairs for my little one and willing to clean our room later when my little didn’t sleep at night. They all truly made our stay easy and special.

Pleasant

We stayed at the Ramada in Drayton Valley for our hockey tournament this year in January. We all had an excellent time! And the kids had an even better time. The staff was very accommodating to our requests to arrange a pizza party for the kids in their common space. The pool was great. And staff was very patient with the group of young boys. The rooms were clean and we had no issues at all. My daughter left her bathing suit bottoms accidentally, and the staff was kind enough to mail it out to us after we left the hotel. I would highly recommend!

The reception staff at Ramada Hotel was outstanding! She greeted me warmly, made the check-in process seamless, and went above and beyond to answer my questions, recommended a resturant and accommodate my requests. Her professionalism and cheerful attitude set the perfect tone for my stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Patricia at the front desk was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with all my requests. Patricia’s warm demeanor and attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and because of her, I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Patricia, for making my experience unforgettable!

Clean room, great access for pets, continental breakfast was delicious!

Would have given 5 star , however instructions to connect wifi where missing information so was unable to connect. Check in was quick, room had water glasses, ice bucket, coffee cups and single cup coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, TV. They were able to accommodate my request for a room close to reception for my walking disability, by giving a rm on main floor that had an outside entrance as well so was able to park right outside the door and the room was close to reception, breakfast area and hot tub and pool. A full breakfast is available each day 5-9 am.

The absolute best family trip I’ve experienced. Front desk was an absolute treat, respectful and patient with our little ones along with helping with our stay. Clean and accommodated all of our needs. Definitely going back! Highly recommend for everyone!

The property was ideal for our needs which included family just hanging out. The facility was good and the staff were helpful and outgoing.

Patricia at the front desk was exceptional upon check in. Incredibly helpful, love the little welcome bag with a bottled water and a few treats. Hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fantastic as was the in room jacuzzi. This is my go-to hotel when in the area!

Our second time here. It's a very nice, clean, well-kept and and well run hotel. Absolutely not showing it's age. Our basic room was perfect for a couple. Comfortable king bed. The "included in the price breakfast" was well above the average. All the usual suspects, but! fresher and tastier than the others. Decent coffee too. The pool area was top notch, spotlessly clean and organized. The water .... coolish, but aren't they all. I'd say temperately manageable. Front desk: the epitome of politeness and efficiency. My only bugaboo, the pinball machine was AWOL. My wife and I have the time, consequently, we sometimes break up the Grande Prairie to Calgary, Cowboy Highway trip here. Drayton Valley is a nice and friendly town.

Nice clean room and excellent breakfast

Breakfast was great, pool was great, housekeeping was also great! Went for breakfast and our bed was made when we came back. Very impressed highly recommend the stay! Best hotel stay in a long time!

Staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is the best!

We had a lovely time at this hotel. We were visiting for my son's wedding and the team treated myself and all of our family with the best hospitality. The manager Ryan was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Patricia at the front desk was a pleasure to meet. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in Drayton. The amenities, like the lounge games area and the pool, were great for family hangouts. The rooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job each day. The breakfast was an unexpected treat - lots of variety and all delicious. We will definitely be staying here on subsequent visits. Thank you Ramada Drayton!
