Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport-Brier Creek

Very nice spacious rooms and the bathroom was really roomy. The front desk staff were very friendly and it was close to the airport with complementary shuttle to the airport!

Beds weren't the most comfortable and the pillows were absolutely useless to be honest. With two stack on top of each other absolutely no support you'd instantly sink flat i had to add the couch pillow to be able to sleep and that was a stiff throw pillow. Honestly at $20+ for the including breakfast if im paying almost $200 for my room id rather get breakfast somewhere else. It was good just wasn't good either. Best thing was the waffle I made myself.

Location and cleanliness

Everything. Good location to stores, restaurants, and highways. Beds were comfortable. Nice large tv. Even when the hotel got full it was quiet. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Well mannered. Our TV died and the front desk employee moved us to another room. That was very nice of them.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low. Quire annoying but we made do. The shower was perfect.

CLEANLINESS BREAKFAST WELL DONE (PROBLEM: area was over-run with travelers killing time appearing to be awaiting transportation as they had baggage with them. Very loud and interfered with the flow of foot traffic from those of us trying to get to the breakfast serving area.

Attention needed to water flow in faucet for bathroom....hot water was scalding; cold water trickled out; could not get a warm water flow. We chose to NOT shower afraid we could be burned if the water at shower was same as sink. Also, we had no connection for phone in room. TV difficult to operate...did not want to stay on.

had a very good two night stay. The bed and room were both very nice and the facilities were very good. The indoor pool was very nice and the fitness center was terrific. The hotel is airport adjacent but lots of retail and restaurants in the area si that is very convenient as well.

Thank you, Brian, for all of your help each time we visit. You run a tight and efficient ship!! 😁 The location for this hotel is perfect for walking. Briar Creek shopping has everything you need just a short 10 minute walk away. I have walked it often in rain, freezing temps and hot sunny days. I will definitely recommend this location... especially the excellent staff!!!

Me and my coworker stayed here for one night for a conference near Chapel Hill. The area was nice and the hotel was clean and modern. The morning desk worker was very friendly. The breakfast was decent and there were a lot of options. They had oat milk available which was a plus for me! I would definitely stay here again.

I was charged for 3 nights though I stayed for only one and treid to modify my reservation. The hotel said booking.com had to approve a chanhe in my reservation so I wouldn't be charged for 3 nights. Booking.com said the hotel manager needed to give approval not to charge my credit card for 3 nights. I spent lots of time on the phone with reps fro. Booking.com who were lovely, but no one would follow through to get the approval needed. I was overcharged and will never use booking.com to book a room with the Hilton again.

I was disgusted with the pay early check in policy, I have stayed at Hampton many times and this is the first time! Really, my empty room is available, only 1.5 hours early and you want to price gauge a return customer, as bad as airlines have go. You can bet this is something I evaluate before I make reservations again

Wow, to start off. I checked in on the Hilton app, and Shay asked for my ID and we walked right to our room. Check-in was quick and friendly. The lobby was well appointed, clean, and smelled fresh. The hallways and decor were top-notch. I was impressed with the water bottle filling machine and recycling bins in the ice room. Upon walking into our room, it smelled fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The microwave and fridge were clean, and to top it all off, the coffee machine had plastic on it to assure its cleanliness and plenty of coffee and tea. Moving into the sitting area, I noticed a huge spot on the couch. I called the front desk immediately to let them know it was there upon our arrival, so they would know we were not responsible for it. They told me it was noted. Within 5 minutes, there was a knock on the door, and two housekeepers and a supervisor came in and apologized about the spot. They took the sofa cushions and came back with another one. We were asked if we wanted to switch rooms. We were fine with the room. I’m telling this as not to bash this hotel, but to tell about how they care about their patrons. Thank you, Alberto. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and ample seating. This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and several shops and places to eat. I had a great night’s rest. It was quiet, and our bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

Welcoming staff! You could tell that it was a very good place to work. Everyone was very friendly and kind. We had just come back from a long trip to Germany and it was a nice place to relax before heading home.

Most importantly, Nichole at the front desk went SEVERAL EXTRA MILES, so to speak, to help me. I was tired flying in from the west coast, and — for the first time ever, since I am usually very careful — forgot my iPhone 15 in the rear seat of the taxi that brought me to the hotel. I was very frazzled and could not think clearly about what to do. Nichole suggested I call my phone and offered the use of hers. I called twice but it just went to my voicemail. Since I paid the driver electronically, I didn’t have a receipt or know the name of the driver. Nichole had the idea of calling the taxi dispatcher, and that person had the idea of tracking the credit card charge. Within half an hour the kind driver returned and Nichole connected me to him to receive it. Customer service like this is truly exceptional and truly deserves 10 stars. My daughter and I stayed here when visiting for a soccer showcase. The hotel was clean and a great location with terrific amenities-but what really made this a 5+ star rated hotel was the amazing customer service from Dani, at the front desk. When we relayed as issue with our room she quickly resolved it, checked in with us and turned our experience into one of the best we have had while traveling. Highly recommend if you are in the Raleigh area.

we arrived at this hotel and just the view and the smell of the hotel was the first thing to hit us. It smelled amazing. Just smell clean and fresh and all management and hotel staff were just amazing everyone in good spirits happy to help all of them went above and beyond all the way down to the housekeeper saying hello asking how your day was just from the beginning to the end this was an absolute the best day we’ve ever had and we’re traveling basketball Tman and we travel from August until March all year long playing games in different states and this is by far the best hotel that we have ever been in and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast and the milk was actually cold. Start to finish five stars easily we appreciate everyone and everything for this amazing stay. Cybrena Davis was my point of contact and she was the best i’ve worked with !! My guys and I had the best trip !!

The location was excellent. This hotel is tucked behind a sizable shopping area and close to different restaurants making meeting up with local friends a breeze. I bribed my children into joining through the pool access and they loved it. That combined with a wonderful breakfast buffet and an excellent belgian waffle machine made this a great trip.

There was only one aspect that I didnt like but the front desk staff were going to make an effort to fix it. I thought the room had a pull out couch since we had 5 people but it did not. However, the gentlemen at the front desk offered to fix this issue with another bed but one of the kids was ok with sleeping on the floor after I made a pillow fort.

Simone was the nicest person I have ever met when checking into a hotel. She explained everything I needed to know without having to ask. She made sure that I was comfortable and had everything to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her and the Hampton inn of Brier Creek NC to everyone I speak with for sure. Best night of my and my wife’s life thank you guys soooo much!!!

The staff WAS EXCEPTIONAL, from the moment I walked in I was treated with so much kindness and gratitude. Sy came over during breakfast to assist me with some directions and even printed a map to help me with my travels back to Virginia. I really appreciate her taking the time to do so on such a busy morning. We look forward to returning for future appointments in the area and staying with you again

Booked a room and not even given that type of room. A king room booked. Received the message to check in and choose a room. When I went to the rooms available it gave us 2 options that were both handicap accessible rooms. That is not the type of room we booked so I messaged the hotel and was kindly told we were upgraded to a king suite. Sleeps 3. That was great news! When we arrived to the hotel at check in things were good. She asked if we still needed a rollaway as I requested and I said no it was ok we would just use the sleeper bed sofa. We got into the beautiful room and went to make the bed up before going to dinner and guess what the sofa isn’t a sleeper!! Went to the front desk and was told sorry we are completely sold out for tonight and we couldn’t get a rollaway or another room. So now what we are to sleep 3 adults in a king bed?? Not acceptable. Sorry your hotel booked and sold out. You didn’t oblique to the room we originally booked. Well we were eventually given a different room in a sold out hotel. Downgraded to a room with 2 doubles. If I wanted that type of room I would have booked it from the start. We could also not change the temp in the room because of the loud sound the vent. We are Honor members and use Hilton hotels as our traveling brand. I was disappointed in this happening. If I had paid for this room using my real money and not points I would have went someplace else! I feel taken advantage of. Other “paying” guests probably were given rooms at check in or when booked. Using points for this booking sounds like we were taken advantage of. We weren’t upgraded as well! A total waste of using points at this location. Anyways… the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was very clean and roomy. Bathroom was very spacious too.

Shay was fabulous at check in!

There is some sort of sewage in the parking lot that smells terrible. I had to park in it bc there are limited parking spaces. There were no carts for us to use to carry our luggage out this morning. The toilet sits very low for a handicapped accessible room. A desk in the room would be very nice to sit at for some work time. The room is very large and it was quiet and furnishings were very nice. Dani at the front desk was the most kind, knowledgeable person I met during my stay. It was nice to be greeted by her upon our arrival. The breakfast was very good! We did enjoy our stay.

Offerings were blah. Eggs, both boiled and folded, were not edible-? Too much seasoning on potatoes. There was no plain waffle batter? Lighting in the guest room was dim. Bathroom was ok.

The Hampton Inn at Brier Creek team was wonderful to work with. They exceeded the expectations of our specific requirements for meeting space. The responsiveness to emails and phones calls were great and made the planning process smooth. I highly recommend Hampton Inn Brier Creek for anyone looking for a professional, accommodating, and service-oriented venue. I look forward to doing future business with them.

I love how this Hampton Inn has been updated. So modern and chic. Loved the 80's music playing in the lobby. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom. Staff was super friendly. Great location too for visiting our friends.

Not my first time staying here and won’t be my last. The location is prime as it is close to highway, shopping and good eats. The staff are always friendly and always offer good conversation and give good recommendations! Cybrena and Lise always go above and beyond to ensure a quality stay! Will be back next month for a solo trip!
